@virginmedia The sale person sat in my living room for 3/4 hour and told me that they take the cables over the roof, never once mentioned going round all the skirting boards, we would not have even signed up if known, its wasted my time & your engineers time.

@virginmedia Unfortunately we can no longer use this service as it states u can only do this 3 times. Which becoz it says phone fault as opposed to full service fault have been used!! 03 March is no good to me!!

@virginmedia Hello. Made a formal complaint on 6.2.21. No reply after 28 days. Rang on 7.3.21, promised a call from a manager within 48hrs. 7 days later no contact. No faith in Virgin media. Need to sort out contract soon. Virgin keen to take money but that's it.
