@virginmedia Hi there, I've rang the number and they say that they can't waive the £35 connection fee and when I asked if I could have an email confirming my connection issues they said that wasn't possible either.

@virginmedia I had an engineer out today as landline has been down for 4 days not that I minded as never use the thing. I mentioned my WiFi speed to engineer and he told me we were running at 59mbps & I’m paying for 200mbps although kindly sorted it for me. Just saying 🤔

@virginmedia Unfortunately your service page says there are no issues and everything is green. However we have had no dial tone on our landline all day. The ref ive been given is 37624570 which relates to the fault ... apparently. Any updates would be appreciated ;-)

@virginmedia I raised a dispute due to a loss of service, the case went to CISAS and Virgin’s dispute resolution team decided that there had been wrongdoing. However, Virgin have not made good on that agreement, almost 6 months later.
