@virginmedia quit harassing me to return your kit. It took 2 days on the phone post price hikes to cancel services now your customer contact options loop to nowhere. You haven't even sent a return kit or courier so ffs stop bombarding with texts & emails to send your router back!

Switched to a Three 5G router for broadband and all good so far. Up speed not quite as good as I hoped but get over 200mbits down.
