    Just got a text from @VodafoneUK to say in line with “inflation” my contract will be going up 2.5% ... again You would think they would just freeze increases in the midst of a global pandemic where communication is more vital than ever. You just lost a future customer.

    @VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

    Just had a great conversation with @VodafoneUK customer services. Just renewed 2 of my devices on unlimited sim only and taken out an additional unlimited sim only all with a token discount! Happy days 😀

    @VodafoneUK Sending letters demanding money on something I wasn't even aware of without even picking up the phone to talk to me. Spend 2 hours on the phone trying to sort it, promised a call back within 24 hours never got it, raised a complaint and heard nothing! Ombudsman it is!

    Yesterday, @VodafoneUK told me was out of stock. Offered me a repair bag or pay £171 for an upgrade to unspecified phone at unspecified tariff. Today's offer - wait for a repair bag or for an iPhone 6s to come into stock (could be weeks). Is this what passes for customer service?

    @mathsteacher321 @VodafoneUK No problem. Vodafone have assured me that if a number is spoofed, it isn't registered as an outgoing call by the network. They'd be happy to change my number but I said that isn't necessary so long as the calls don't become regular. It's still a mystery as to why here and now.

    @Askvodafonegh @VodafoneGhana I have now dealt with Chris, Dela,Aaron,Dickson and Eric and still the issue has not been resolved! @VodafoneUK should I be expecting this service in dealing with 5 people for a simple task. Why is the service poor here? It wouldn’t happen in the U.K
