    @ThreeUKSupport Live chat tell me my DOB is wrong so can't speak to me and the phone line is closed. The guy did say he'll cancel so I'll assume he's done it and cancel my direct debit. I've destroyed the sim as he requested. Thanks.

    @ThreeUK I signed up yesterday to 5G home Broadband service.. Working fine so far, except will not connect to PlayStation network on PS5 (Will try removing adult content filter today) Why does it fail to work with PlayStation network? Also can I get a static IP?

    @ThreeUKSupport I was on the phone for ages trying to cancel within 14 day cooling off period due to terrible reception and I got cut off as he was confirming it was being cancelled. Just checking it definitely has been cancelled, number is 07915294161 - Can you please check

    @SongMacom @ThreeUK Thanks - found my old GiffGaff account and ordered free SIM and looking at their contracts Just need to check whether WiFi calling on O2 network (GiffGaff are hosted on O2) works with my phones and is enabled on GiffGaff

    @ThreeUKSupport Why would your customer service team, deactivate my account mid conversation whilst on the phone, fully knowing that once they do it, I will have no network. Please send me my PAC code so I don't have to waste any more hours talking to someone in India

    @ThreeUKSupport I did thought writing down all of my details would get this resolved quicker, they gave me a phone number to ring, I rang the number they gave me another phone number to ring rang that number and I got back to the same person who told me they can’t help

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello, Today I started the process of moving the 7 accounts I have with Three away to another provider. This is because the mast that covers my home is broken for the last 6 weeks so we’ve lost all 4g.
