@dannifdx @ThreeUKSupport It's actually 30 days for fraud cases. Not 48 hours. Not 72 hours. It's 30 days. If there was fraudulent activity on your account prior, this is why. So in actual fact, Three are doing you a favour. The only problem is the inexperienced advice given to you.

@ThreeUK While still not planning to support 4g smartwatches? Hmmmmm

  • Sam_Flange Sam Bendall-Weeks (@Sam_Flange) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It’s off now. But my question still remains... is it acceptable to land in a country and as soon as you connect to the local network, “etisalat” in this case, you receive a text saying you’ve somehow used £31 of data? Unless I’m going mad, that’s obscene.

  • pearchie74 colin pearch (@pearchie74) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No stock issues, just lies , was told today that apparently 1500 handsets had been incorrectly labeled and dispatched then recalled sounds like BS to me have been dealing with complaints team who promised the phone on for mentioned dates then basically got told if not happy leave

  • Raks_VIPHost Raks (@Raks_VIPHost) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Is there anyone available to help for a blocked UK 3 phone currently being used abroad

  • dartmooravenger Dartmoor Avenger (@dartmooravenger) reported

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport Have finally left my contract with Three home broadband, that was often running at 4mbps or less and am now enjoying EE at over 48mbps. I have 2 other slow mobile accounts with Three that will probably head the same way

  • GetMeAManager Karen is Correct (@GetMeAManager) reported

@bella_EB @ThreeUKSupport And if you get no signal wherever you go, it most likely won't be a network issue. It's pretty impossible for three to have no service anywhere.

  • katyjanev_ Katy (@katyjanev_) reported

@ThreeUKSupport when’s the network coming back on in Leeds cos it’s been down a week now
