@ThreeUKSupport Yes. I always keep direct debits open when I receive cancellation confirmations. It helps when companies want to take more money from you........ No I didn't. And no, everything was paid up. The final payment was sorted. Your end just can't get sort it's **** out. 🙄

@ThreeUKSupport I had the same issue when I upgraded last time but can't remember what the solution was, that time another pay monthly SIM was included in the package not pay as you go
