@ThreeUKSupport your customer service is shocking. I’ve been trying to have my phone number swapped from my old contract since May! Every time I get in touch I’m told it will be done tomorrow! I speak to different agents every-time. I wish I’d gone with a different company!

  • Dannyrobyn22 Danny (@Dannyrobyn22) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I've bought a pay as you go sim and put it in an old phone for now. Obviously want to cancel that sim and get a replacement with the same number if possible.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport yet again let down by Three. Sent out a broadband router that has been used before & doesn’t work. Why can they not check items before they send it to a customer! So angry. I have 3 contracts with you for the last 13 years really struggling to stay loyal.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve still not been helped… is this how you treat your customers?? Just wasting their time but have no problem taking money from their accounts. I WANT WHAT I’M PAYING FOR!!!

  • im_stilltweetin Mz_Anonymous (@im_stilltweetin) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I already checked, there’s no issues in my area. Someone needs to call me NOW. This is ridiculous. How have I been trying to get through to someone for over an hour?? & even online chat is useless. I bet others can say the same

  • Documentally Christian Payne (@Documentally) reported

@Timleroyis @Honest_Mobile_ Unfortunately @ThreeUK have terrible coverage around here plus they don’t offer international roaming anymore. :-(

  • im_stilltweetin Mz_Anonymous (@im_stilltweetin) reported

@ThreeUKSupport So what do I do?! Just sit here and NOT get what I paid for?? Refund me then. I can go look for other phone network providers.

  • MJPlumbing1 Ecoheat Smart Solutions (@MJPlumbing1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Been waiting over 1 week for a number to port from Ee. We has now been cancelled but three have completely messed the process up and still not resolved the issue even though they have had it as top priory for the last 5 days. Shocking service.

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, yeah this happens wherever I am I’m constantly losing signal or it’s very poor.

@DJPeeJay @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport the issue with your network is highly embarrassing and frustrating for me its been ongoing like forever, how can I be living in the UK and still be using WiFi to make calls?
