@ThreeUK I need 3 to send me a simple email, they cannot do this in less than 72 hours. TO SEND AN EMAIL Spoken to 10 people, hours on the web chat, I'm phoneless and the service is SHOCKING. I can fly around the world quicker than 3 Mobile can send an email!

Honestly terrible service from your team. I just spoke to someone who said they could do nothing for me when you have increased my price plan but your are advertising the same plan online for cheaper. The agent also hung up on me after not giving any help @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport I send long text before it goes into MMS messages as my phone warns me when it's being moved into an mms message so I dont pay for texts. Its about 8 messages long but that went through fine. The reply was the problem and it was about 6 lines, had to keep pressing "try again"

@ThreeUKSupport Total bummer. It's a bigger problem as I ended my contract early to switch to a business sim with you / it's a crucial part of my business. Only seems to work through speaker if anything. I heard it through a friend and verified through Which. Maybe just over 2 years?
