Damn you @ThreeUK . Wife's phone data stopped. So I checked if she'd hit her spending cap . Her account page said she had no cap. I spent the rest of the day Tring all sorts of things and eventually had to call them.

  • gsprmtys Matyas G (@gsprmtys) reported

Terrible, the only way to get out of the contract early is to move some place where they have absolutely no coverage.* *according to the @ThreeUK guy when we’re signing the contract.

  • QueenWBee Queen B (@QueenWBee) reported

Going to take @ThreeUK to small claims court! I’m done! Even though @financialombuds resolved the issue, @ThreeUK failed to follow through so I’m going to get all my money back and be done! Ruining my credit for nothing

  • nathangaskin Nathan Gaskin (@nathangaskin) reported

Hey @ThreeUK I'm already your customer - why have you been blowing my phone up for DAYS just to tell me about a "special SIM only deal for my friends and family"? If you're trying to get me to leave your network you're doing a great job.

  • crm_uk Clive Morris (@crm_uk) reported

@ThreeUKSupport just received an email telling how you'll be ripping me off from October by taking my plan from £12.56 to £23.00 plus a rip off for using allowance abroad. Shame on you!! #CostOfLivingCrisis clearly you don't care. Do you charge in advance so can cancel at end

  • DrStrangeLug Paul Loveridge (@DrStrangeLug) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, we're in Spain for a week. We got no warning and the app said there was no spending cap. As a software developer you've definitely got a bug if the geolocation of an app can cause incorrect data . Showing 'Information Unavailable' is always preferred to bad data.

  • psyniac_123 Psy (@psyniac_123) reported

Two hours talking to different staff members at @ThreeUK, wasting my precious work hours, and nobody can ******* help me. After years with this company and having this mobile number, it's time to go.

  • _andysmith Andy Smith (@_andysmith) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 6Mbps download from 5G broadband… any issues at your end?

  • Leiarose79 Leia (@Leiarose79) reported

@ThreeUKSupport For the past few months I’ve been paying ‘three’ for a service that hasn’t been provided. I would like leave 3 as they are no longer able to give me the roaming I require for my job. They now wish to charge me £170 pounds … to leave a service. Wtf 🤬

  • jraitken John (@jraitken) reported

@ThreeUKSupport you’ve stopped providing signal around my home. Am I able to exit a sim only contract due to this?
