@ThreeUK @SamsungUK Anyone have the number for EE must be able to do a better job than the half a dozen jokers I've been on the line to. I have never experienced service like it. If you get the same offer text I got, I would advise you to ignore it.

@ThreeUKSupport you are officially the worst network when it's comes to customer service. I have been trying to sort something important out for 3 days, but non of your staff know what they are doing. You need to close down your sack all members of your technical team.👿😈😭💩
