    I have been charged out of contract for 3 devices that I enquired about a year ago. @ThreeUK You have charged me not only for data but the handset also which was paid off a year ago !! I have called and used your live chat for hours on end for months and no resolution.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, I also want to cancel the one in my name, that was renewed against my knowledge. So, not only did this person take a new contract out at my address, they renewed one, in my name and all I got was a renewal letter. But can i cancel it, No. Because I cannot access my account!

    @ThreeUK been having issues with keeping any sort of signal over the last 36 hours or so whilst at home. Very annoying and unhelpful when my mother is in hospital and I'm the point of contact. Please advise what's going on!
