@ThreeUKSupport poor signal CH63 9YY , been poor for last couple of days. I understand base station is on private land. Is this base station on the list for 5G upgrade?

  • Enam_Hoque1 Enam Hoque (@Enam_Hoque1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Typical response. You should investigate the issue before responding. Look at my account. The agreement was completed and the upgrade was done. Then cancelled. #customerexperience #CustomerService #poorcustomerservice

  • glcsandy Sandy (@glcsandy) reported

@ThreeUK #3@ThreeUK #Threeuk not had signal for 5 days now and told it should be fixed in 3 days time. Shocking service. £6 compensation is a joke. We have 3 three devices. So you will loose 3 customers. I wouldn't recommend.

@O2 hi. I was supposed to move my number to three today but they forgot. Not cool customer service. Can I move back to o2 please and keep my current contract? @ThreeUKSupport can you cancel my contract as I haven't used it yet?

@ThreeUKSupport Lees, Watersheddings, Sholver, Moorside, Waterhead, Greenacres, Clarksfield, Mumps, St Mary's, Town centre. It's every postcode in OL1 and OL4. And no, it has been h+ in every area. In Sholver, there is Zero signal each time I go. Glad it's only a backup sim and not main one.

@ThreeUKSupport Though I don't live in an officially covered 5G area, I am getting a 5G signal on my phone. With this in mind is it possible for me to purchase a 5G home broadband contract?
