@ThreeUKSupport Iv sorted the mobile network problem,which won't be fixed till MARCH 2023! My next problem was told I would receive 100mps download speeds I only get 15mps!

@ThreeUK so I’ve cancelled contract online but you still say it’s live. I’ve cancelled twice It’s very disappointing as I no longer require the service as my son who used it is no longer with us. Why do you not send an email confirming cancellation?

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I made a mistake and replaced my broken phone when in the US, not knowing about eSims and eSim only iPhones… is there a date for the rollout of eSims for three? Or a trial version that I could join? Or do I have to change my provider to EE or O2 etc?

@ThreeUKSupport The whole point is I want a written record and to be able to write rather than talk on the phone as it’s a long story. I’ve been on the phone already for several hours and in the end was just given the customer services number at the end??

@ThreeUK Taken over 80 days to not fix local transmitter overload, in an area of the country where it is miles between the small enclaves people live in on estates. You still will not provide a fix date and ''we don't guarantee speeds while transmitters are being worked on" nor refund
