@ThreeUK Its now been 24 hours since I lost the signal on my phone. No access to calls , No access to Data or SMS. if a family member tries to reach out they cant... @ThreeUK are you guys fixing this or its time to move to a different provider ?

@ThreeUK Mine has been down since Sunday with a problem in my area !! It's now Thursday ave missed hospital phone calls can't call them back as the household are all on 3 its a joke now

@ThreeUK Over 24 hours later and mine is still down. I was meant to have a telephone appointment with my doctor yesterday which has now been missed and I’m not even able to return the call today. Sort it out!

@ThreeUK Just made a complaint to the ombudsman as instead of trying to make things right decided to just close the complaint. Someone need to train your customer service team to actually know what customer service is and try help your customers instead of fobbing them off😡
