    terrible signal service since @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK merged. all networks have been crap with 5g never working and 4g being downgraded but this is ridiculous. signal checkers always say its fine. @SMARTYMobileUK uses 3 and i can't ever use what i pay for. #smartymobile

    @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely unacceptable poor performance of the 3 network in Worcester @tomcollinsworcs please do something. Merger of 3 and @VodafoneUK was supposed to make things better. Where they do put investment - such as by Derby Train station, you can get 1.5Gb/s

    I am trying to cancel a phone contract. Your live chat keeps kicking me out as soon as I tell them that I don't want a "better deal". Why won't you let me cancel this? Surely this isn't legal? @ThreeUKSupport

    I’m so angry about this @paramountplus thing with @ThreeUK. I was basically forced into it by the salesperson. It’s impossible to access and impossible to cancel. £10 a month for nothing.
