@ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoken numerous times to complaints department but was promised a call back but I havnt heard anything. I’m honestly appalled by the service.

@ThreeUKSupport Great - but there is no local store. It would have been good if the replacement SIM wasn't cancelled due to a technical fault? And why try and upsell to an unhappy customer and then put them through to customer services and not respond. Rubbish service!

@ThreeUK How come there is not any grace period to cancel the contract ??? I went into store to cancel contract within an hour of renewal contract. My new contract not even start but cannot cancel 😠 I am really disappointed with service. Never recommend 3 mobile to anyone.

@ThreeUKSupport second time in 4 weeks that the signal has suddenly gone from being ok to rubbish. I'm sick of this. I rely on it for work & after a week of it being rubbish, you offered me £7 off my bill..pathetic. Now it has gone again. I want to leave but you say I can't. Why?

@ThreeUK Renewed contract not started but you cannot cancel ? I went into store, called customer care. NO HELP AT ALL. I am not happy with service. I have fill complaint form. Please do needful. How come there is no grace period to cancel order ? No return policy 🙁 ?

Well that's a first for me. Just had to send copies of my GP & Hospital docs to @ThreeUK because I needed help with a small debt, & they demand proof I have depression, anxiety & cancer. Caveat emptor if thinking of getting a phone or broadband.
