Hey @ThreeUK - network issues in CT9 5BL on and off for weeks, and the network issue checker just has the same vague information which is automatically updated with a new time stamp. When can we expect the network to be reliable enough to use for work and TV?

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks I’ve tried resetting everything. It’s actually my three broadband that is the issue which is main internet. Phone seems to be working fine which is on a different number.

@ThreeUKSupport 1.Every month since august my partner (account holder Ryan) has been double charged because of an issue with upgrading. Everytime we live chat it seems it’s solved, then it happens again. Lastmonth we thought it was solved because we got told he’d get £44 credit (as seen in pic)
