@ThreeUKSupport How can I speak to you when I have no connection? It’s the same this morning, I’m connected to work wifi currently my home postcode is WA3 3SJ, both my phone and home wifi don’t work (separate devices, separate contracts) so clearly it’s an issue with yourselves

@ThreeUK Have contacted customer support numerous times and told account would be reactivated within 24 hours. However it is now almost 72 hours and still no service. This is absolutely disgraceful and completely unacceptable.

@ThreeUKSupport Try this one B45 9JL, big open car park by a cinema, loads of signal, but nothing was working correctly. Done airplane mode, safe mode etc it's not the handset as that works on a other sim fine same area

@ThreeUK I have been left without service for 3 days, without any valid explanation! meaning I can't make or receive calls or texts, I've missed business calls, can't use any online banking, Amazon etc as they need to text codes.

@ThreeUKSupport Been having no mobile reception in Shotts ,N.Lanankshire and Darvel East Ayrshire past few days need mobile for emergency "Carer"sort it or I'll be leaving @ThreeUK want reduced bill too !!!

@dogpat65 @ThreeUKSupport Was 100% same for both me and tentmate (both @threeuk customers) - frustrating beyond belief. Reboots and resetting network settings equally useless for us.
