    @selz_j @ThreeUK I’ve been with them for 12 years and generally have been pretty happy but trying to upgrade my phone and cancel my iPad contract is just a bit of a nightmare. Sounds like their new system is causing probs so I do sympathise x

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport phone keeps cutting off during calls in postcode OX16. Very annoying! Is this a nationwide problem? Not good enough when you have the audacity to increase your costs every year and service doesn’t improve

    @ThreeUK is one of the worst customer services I ever had. as telecoms are being replaced by #internet systems new tech players is sad to be treated by customer service that ignore the client & create fake processes to make things in a way to change hidden costs

    @ThreeUKSupport I landed in Australia on 1st April but cannot access any of my minutes, texts or data. Most importantly I cannot make calls or send SMS. Please help? I am on an iPhone 12, pay monthly sim contract, and Go Roam should work for £5 per day….
