    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Jenn. Already done that and told to switch device off and on, reset to 3G only etc. No difference. I have two friends with the same problem here. All we can do is save the evidence. This problem is REAL.

    @xchloewest @ThreeUKSupport They will ask for your postcode then tell you one or more of these: Congestion To switch to 3G There's work in the area / upgrades SIM problem To restart your phone Fixed in 7 days They've been saying a combination of these things for nearly 2 years!

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I’ll see what they say as my service has been acceptable until I moved area a few days ago. Possibly time for a switch if they can’t resolve!

    @ThreeUKSupport @thegord1 What a load of bollocks. I used to install cell sites and they cover a large area. The last three digits gets the location down to the last 100 metres. They will just tell you to change Sim, reset phone, or that they are working on it.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have. The option for cancelling assumes you want to cancel the number you're calling from. I can't call from the mifi sim, not least because its not me who uses it - I got it for my vulnerable sister who hasn't been able to use it much. She also damaged that mifi unit so...
