    Also really disappointed the @ThreeUK doesn't have a bereavement team to manage sensitive situations. Honestly, in a whole 2021, they are still outsourcing customer service with no training on what bereavement procedures and policies should be with people's information.

    @ThreeUK call issues still not resolved. Link to Web chat sent by Three doesn't work and managed to access chat via app and got cut off! I need my phone to call my elderly mother. I really like Three but this has been so disappointing.

    @ThreeUK what do I do if I have a tablet on contract and the sign in email is spelt incorrectly so therefore don't have access to it

    @ThreeUKSupport I spoke to Apple last night who helped me sort it within an hour. Disappointing customer service from Three since December 👎🏽

    @ThreeUKSupport Is your support down via telephone because I've been disconnected 5 times, including a 1 hour and 10 min wait during one of them. This is ridiculous.... I need to return a phone and exchange the contract.
