@ThreeUKSupport Yes. They want to update password on account, sent id, they want id with headshot, then they want my head and my driving licence clear, then i have to go store to get sim not by post, 3days in the phone no network yet. Did call to customer service everyday but of no use!

@ThreeUKSupport I understand the security but it shouldn't take more than 10days to get the network right? Who lives in 2021 without a mobile phone for morethan a day! I get more sensitive things like bank cards and all within 2 days to my home address! How many times to store?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi guys, hoping you can help. My previous unlimited plan was £20.98. Contract has ended, gone onto a new one of £10 p/m for 12GB. You've just charged me £29.59. My bill also says £23. So very, very confused. Why??
