@ThreeUKSupport never ever going with 3 again! Nothing but issues since day 1! Tried getting through to customer support number 5 times now and been hung up on 5 times! Absolute joke! Scammers!

But the new SIM from @ThreeUKSupport does not have a phone number with it. She cannot make a call to find out because there is no credit. She cannot sign into anything because she doesn't know the number. Another 90+ minute live chat and nobody can help. 6/9

The phone is too old now to work with the app from @firstdirect so we ordered a new phone for her. The problem is that the new phone needs a nano SIM and she doesn't have one. Cue a live chat with @ThreeUKSupport who couldn't find her account under the new number. 3/9

@ThreeUK sincere question, do you guys have any idea that in the middle of STARTFORD, open air, only the sky above me, there is ZERO SIGNAL. Im not in an island or a dungeon. In the MIDDLE OF STRATFORD. Can you guys sort your signal issues?
