@ThreeUK Customer service is rubbish!! Don’t let them say they’ll close the case and then don’t sort the problem. I always thought they were pretty good, but, after a call of over an hour, I get nowhere! Extended my contract without my permission. 😡

Wanting to change my mobile number out of my personal name into my company name. Willing to go back on a 12 month contract. @ThreeUK won’t do it unless I pay a £90 ETF. So dumb. Been a customer for 8 years. Will be leaving.

@ThreeUKSupport awful customer service this evening. Our home broadband is unusable. We ring at 7.30pm get connected twice and then a few minutes in get conveniently disconnected...just before your support closes for the night!
