After my phone decided to black screen of death yesterday I have now had to upgrade to an iphone 12 things I found out... repair shops are crap The apple store is lovely if you want to wait 25 mins to get in Going back to @ThreeUK meant walking out with a phone in 10 mins

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve had ongoing issues with my internet for 4 weeks. 2nd line support have said they can’t find anything wrong and I am free to cancel the contract. How is this helpful? Asked for a mgr - 2nd line support keep calling me back.

@ThreeUKSupport It's not the issue where they are based it's the fact of getting the same runaround. Asking me to do lots of tests and change settings one week, then ringing me back and asking me to do them again. If the service in a certain area in bad then allow your customers to leave.

@ThreeUKSupport drove 5 miles into town, paid for parking to visit a shop to check something, I gave them my number apparently I need extra ID to prove its me just in case I pay for someone else's bloody phone! Absolute **** way to do business.
