@ThreeUK why is there a dead zone in se4 area that destroys signal and prevents phones working for some times ? Crofton park is less than 10km from the city of London so can't understand why we have such poor service. Regretting using this service

Just laughed hysterically at @ThreeUK advert stating 99% coverage! Never had such a bad reception since I switched to them a couple of months ago and I live in a big city!

@ThreeUKSupport Because we made a payment arrangement. I was told after it was paid the phone would be turned back on. And now you've shut off my PAID UP broadband too. It's impossible to work with your company, can never give straight answers.

@ThreeUKSupport There’s an issue with dpd that requires a phone call from yourselves to resolve. But because a phone call was made resolving one issue no one will call them again to resolve the second related issue. Basically dpd need someone to tell them to release the package
