    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah the support team couldn’t help any further. The technical team said they would investigate. Ive actually gone through the process 3 times now. Just frustrated to be honest. Long time without any fix.

    @ThreeUKSupport No communications with any social M teams. I have raised network issues with the chat teams and had phone calls with call centres.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. Two in fact. The home hub and a mobile 5g USB hub also, both are suffering from the same upload issues.

    Third day running that I have had to put my phone into airplane mode because @ThreeUKSupport cannot keep a signal up. Network status has said there is a problem, been saying that three days. Looking at ways of getting out of this contract under sale of goods/services. WA14

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK shocking customer service contract will be ended after 15 years cannot look after exsiting customers. Rude staff in international call centers! All 3 of my contracts will be cancelled. Called for an upgrade and got treated with no respect!!!!
