    @ThreeUKSupport Advisor on the phone telling me there has been an error and I've lost my phone number!!! I am missing all work calls. I was told my number would be ported in 24 hours. I've had my number for almost 20 years, and it's been changed IN ERROR. Please help. #disaster

    @ThreeUKSupport I've tweeted a number of times and tried to contact you guys but my issues still aren't resolved and it's getting really frustrating 😫 I changed the name on my account a few weeks ago (which seems to have created a new account) and it's caused loads of issues.

    The service and support provided from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport has got to be some of the worst I have ever experienced it's honestly appalling at this point.

    @ThreeUKSupport My complaint is nothing to do with network it is to do with an upgrade which hasnt shown up and no one on the phone being able to help!
