Why do @ThreeUK keep calling me? I've not been a 3 customer for many years. Every time I ask the caller to remove my number they just hang up. They don't have permission to contact me and under GDPR have no reason to still hold my personal details. @ICOnews

@ThreeUKSupport “I was told my PAYG credit would never expire. My service has now been disconnected and my number returns ‘invalid number’ without clear prior notice. This happened following the 3G shutdown. I want my number reinstated or appropriate compensation.”

Last week, I went to @ThreeUK for a phone upgrade. Somehow, my application did not go through. Today, out of nowhere, I got a call from Three where the caller knew my exact details and claimed they could help me (an individual with an Indian accent). Of course, it was a scam, but how did the scammer get all my details? This feels like a massive data protection failure. @ThreeUK
