@ThreeUKSupport I raised a complaint, and been trying to sort things out since the 15th of Feb 2021. But now they are avoiding me and hanging up on me. They were two devices iPhone 11 Pro Max 256gb I upgraded no upfront cost LY, and an iPhone 12 mini this year, with an upfront cost of £29.

This morning I got a letter from @ThreeUK. My minimum term is up shortly, and here's a couple of suggestions: * Stick with the same service and price on a rolling monthly basis, or; * Pay £2 more per month on a 24-month contract for the same service. Gee, whichever shall I pick?

@nighters84 @ThreeUK I didn’t think any company could be as bad as Vodafone, but now there is! I cancelled my contract within two weeks of getting it and now they won’t close the account.....
