@teado25 @Precisionnn @ThreeUK Honestly, I don't ever bother with the upgrades any more just get a new phone contract and number then transfer the old one to another network for free then 2 days later swap it back.

@ThreeUKSupport Can make calls. Can send and receive texts to anyone who isn't on 3. Waiting for a PAC code after texting for it and then speaking to your customer services who confirm sent at 13:17 but not received. Get error 500 on trying to send texts to other 3 numbers

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport , @ThreeUK having said that you cannot simply rub off the hands pushing it on Samsung. Why can't ThreeUK send Carrier Update Settings PUSH on to the phone when every other network out there can do so ? Please answer me this.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK this has to be the worst network in U.K. order @AppleSupport IPhone 12 Pro Max a 5G phone that requires a 5G sim only to not receive one and when I ask why in told “You don’t have 5G in your postcode so don’t require a 5G sim! Really? People move about!!
