@ThreeUKSupport Finally got thru on webchat. Reset request was being sent to wrong email and they couldn’t change it - something broken on a/c so referred to your tech guys and should hear within next 24hrs... if I don’t I’ll call! Thx for getting back to me!

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport - one very unhappy customer and I have had to download twitter with the hopes of finally getting your attention. There is a Direct Debit, namely H3G coming out of my account for £16.85 every single month even though I left you 4 months ago.
