@ThreeUKSupport hi, my dad switched to 3 and brought his no over. He didn't put the sim card in to activate so didn't change over. I have tried to fill out the form but it's saying its already a 3 number. Can you help

Thank you to the @SW_Help app for deciding to log me out at BSK station so couldn’t load ticket and missed my train. Now need to spend another hour in BSK. The station wifi doesn’t work outside the barriers. @ThreeUK also bad: no internet through 4G in vicinity of BSK station??

@ThreeUKSupport I can’t get in touch online chat as access is denied every time I try. The sales team would not honour the complaints team offer. That is where the trouble has arisen.
