@ThreeUKSupport I will wait and see how my complaint is dealt with first as Three is already in breach in this regard. Was promised an iPhone 14 Pro as part of my contract with no extra cost which has not materialised.

@ThreeUK Stole over £700 from my bank account - their answer "We basically dont care but we'll generously give you back half of it". They never did now they've stolen another £160. Think about this if your going to get a contract off them. Westwood Cross 3 shop won't help either.

@ThreeUK so I’ve cancelled contract online but you still say it’s live. I’ve cancelled twice It’s very disappointing as I no longer require the service as my son who used it is no longer with us. Why do you not send an email confirming cancellation?

@ThreeUK Taken over 80 days to not fix local transmitter overload, in an area of the country where it is miles between the small enclaves people live in on estates. You still will not provide a fix date and ''we don't guarantee speeds while transmitters are being worked on" nor refund

@ThreeUKSupport Iv sorted the mobile network problem,which won't be fixed till MARCH 2023! My next problem was told I would receive 100mps download speeds I only get 15mps!
