Where UK phone operators are concerned, @ThreeUK is utterly hopeless. I live in the most populous part of the UK, yet either constantly lose signal or have none to start with. I've passed my 14-day cooling off period, so am now stuck for 23 months. Absolutely appalling service.

Fabulous service from Tony at the st Austell store after battling with the awful call centre and chat function for hours he answered all my questions and in and out within 20 with my upgraded mobile WiFi @ThreeUK

@ThreeUK 36+ hours this week alone with no internet 🛜 Staff lying on the phone saying there is no issues with signals etc. Not good! Considering canceling my DD and backdooring it from my contract which you’re failing to fulfil your end… 🤔
