    @ThreeUK bought 4 £15 data packs in store for hol in USA, your colleague says they start today although they are still sealed. I don’t need them for another 2wks and need them to last longer than 30days from today. Any other year I was told they didn’t start until inserted! Help

    @ThreeUK changing the Caffè Nero code to £2 was my last straw I will be changing phone providers now. The coverage is awful, coffee was the only good thing left about you

    congrats to @threeuk for finally working out how to send an emergency alert, ten minutes after every other network, then sending it again two minutes later to be sure. it’s a start, lads. might be funny to hear of nuclear apocalypse ten minutes after i’ve already been vaporised

    After being a loyal customer for nearly 8 years time to cancel my @ThreeUK contact. Pay for TRULY unlimited mobile data then pay EXTRA to #GoRoam as you need data the most on holiday but you only get 12gb!! Absolute joke, it lasted 1 day!!

    @ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three
