    @dean_green @ThreeUK Don’t know how, spent a year complaining to them about no signal, no solution of course, waited 3 months for a SIM card they claimed sent me multiple time but never arrived… moved to giffgaff

    Possibly the worst thing about @ThreeUK is they don’t check if you want to continue with your contract, they just continue taking your money even when the sim associated with that contract was never activated

    @ThreeUK absolutely disgusted by the poor levels of customer service I'm constantly being sent round in circles it's been 40 days waiting for my OW refund but each adviser just asks for more time and nothing happens..after 10yrs as a customer this is the worst customer service

    @ThreeUK I contacted the agent via Live chat to terminate my contract. He said the cooling off period ended on 18th Oct as contract starts on 5th. But actually, letter date is 5th and contract starta date is on 10th? So I can still terminate without extra fee right? He refused to help

    @ThreeUK hey there! I’ve been getting terrible signal coverage for a good few months now. My phone can even show bars of 4g signal but yet I lose connection. Phone cuts out in places that once had great signal. What’s going on? I live in ne26 but experience this problem all over

    @ThreeUKSupport Last i spoke is on august ending they don’t even answering my calls and they are not giving me any polite answers they speaking in rude manner i was very disappointed and I’m getting bill every month without using network and data phone …..
