@SimonWalters76 @ThreeUKSupport I have the same issue I can down load from YouTube and prime TV on sky but nothing from the sky store ect I also got told to turn it off and on again

@SkyHelpTeam It seems that it might be a @ThreeUKSupport issue my router is hard wired to the sky box it is connected but permanently saying network down

@ThreeUKSupport I was abroad earlier in the year and all worked fine. Clearly there's an issue in the USA - you only have to Google it to see loads of other people with the same problem.

@ThreeUK @geegeemidnight Put them eyes away, thrilled to see the back of you!! Customer service and complaints team have been the worst I've ever dealt with. CS given incorrect info, complaints team have marked the case as closed and not told me... no resolution provided! MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN!. UNHAPPY!

Should I feel insulted because 20 plus days with signal issues I made a complaint got on the phone with them finally and all they offered me was 1 gigabyte of data as a sorry after paying 70 pound on a service I can't use at home @Ofcom @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

@ChobeUtsav @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport how can I be paying £21.14 a month for a network service that isn't working. I can't even browse as your network is poor in Norwich. Even calls are limited to just my house and signal is also poor. I had to get an alternative broadband as WiFi to my phone
