    @ThreeUKSupport There’s been no upgrades done to the mast since January 2020 as I remember I saw it on your website. I was at my nans over Christmas and the congestion was so bad we couldn’t even make calls on our mobiles. Stop leaving small towns out from your network upgrades. It’s awful.

    @ThreeUKSupport When I try to make a call I receive an error message saying that there’s no network. And it does not show that it is connected to a local network, it only says No service

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I'm in the USA and can't access any network/data. I'm trying to log on to adjust my roaming settings but you're trying to send me a code by text to verify it's me. Problem is I have no network so can't receive any texts!! What do I do? Thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. In general, what do customers do to connect extra routers to expand wifi? 5G is always best on window sills, which is worst for WiFi coverage so this prob must be common. Thx.

    @ThreeUKSupport Still, the expense was a month of incompetence You need a better support team in the app, they all are useless, I am constantly getting problems from something they have done. Out of pocket a month of my phone essentially.

    @bobajob1414 @ThreeUKSupport @SMARTYMobileUK Good luck 🙏. They'd be harassing you with threats and fines if it was the other way around. If you've paid by direct debit, the bank should be able to help you with the direct debit guarantee. Tell them it was taken in error and ask them to refund you the outstanding amount.

    @ThreeUKSupport hello, I’ve been outside of the UK for a year now and don’t know when I would move back - at first my 3 SIM worked well, however after my contract ended and I switched to PAYG, I’ve had absolutely no service. After speaking to your colleagues through livechats 1/3

    @ThreeUKSupport Point 1. Ignorance. Jade has confirmed my initial prognosis that Three would completely ignore the substantive points in complaint. At no point did I mention "sharing of data", more that our private lives were intruded upon with your complicit illegal experimental drug push.
