Mobile signal at my home address is absolutely hopeless, so hopeless I can't actually tweet this using mobile data, I need to connect to WiFi. Useless service from @ThreeUK I don't need the fastest 5G (it is pretty fast) I just want consistent connection.

@ThreeUKSupport hi, I was told that the problem related to mast and heavy traffic would be fixed today. I’m really disappointed and this slow internet and reception has caused so many problems, can’t use zoom or more than 2 sources of internet that everything crashes. 2 weeks now

@racanrol @ThreeUK @SamsungUK Nah I just had a phone update and it's bugged, there was some issues with Google which should be easy resolved but for some reason it isn't working for me. Three told me to try my sim in an old phone to see if it works & it does, so issue is definitely Samsung update

@ThreeUKSupport I have tried to chat with you on the above link but it doesn’t work all that comes up is please try later. I am very disappointed with 3 very helpful when I signed up by now all you seem to do is try and rip me off. No customer service what so ever
