    Managed to retrieve a stolen phone albeit with my sim taken out, got a replacement sim and after 5 days and around 3 calls per day in that period I still have no service…thanks for your inept service @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport The customer service rep at 3 reassured me all this has been logged so I wouldn’t have to keep re telling this to another advisor. I’m getting so fed up with this issue now & I am so close to leaving 3.

    Don’t know if there’s a problem with Twitter, this lousy stinking piece of junk that masquerades as a phone, or the latest lousy @ThreeUK 4G price plan I wish I hadn’t signed up for but my tweets have abruptly stopped loading. More ******* stress I don’t need.

    @herbiwh0re_ @ThreeUK I find 3 have been dogshite for me in the uk (were grand in Ireland though???) so I’m gonna change I think cus every month I top up there’s a problem and after 2yrs I am giving up

    @ThreeUKSupport Is it really standard procedure for transferring a number within 3 to have them wait 30 days!! I've been told by a CS rep who agreed that it's faster for me to transfer my number to EE and then back, but at this point might as well keep it with EE, terrible help!

    @ThreeUKSupport I changed my contract to £8 a month with 3. This was in November 2022However, I’ve been billed £23 every month since then. I raised the issue 3/4 weeks ago to which they said I would have a £45 refund in 3-5 working days. It’s been about 3 weeks now
