@ThreeUKSupport I have issues everywhere, home, work, on the go, all over. Having come from another major provider it's a bit of a shock to the system! Appreciate generic locations aren't helpful, but this feels like a network wide contention problem rather than specific signal issues

@ThreeUKSupport It is. Can’t get online to my3 becatse it’s down abs has been for a while. I’ve rang twice and got two different answers. One said it was sent in error. The next call handler says yes it’s been sent just in case. Chuck it if your current sim works.

@ThreeUKSupport I've reached the end of my mobile broadband contract and don't want to renew. I thought texting STAC to 75075 would do it, but it didn't. How can I cancel my contract without speaking to anyone?

Proper miffed, I got a #OnePlust 9 pro on @ThreeUK a few months ago and had nothing but trouble with both the phone and the network. Three's network is spotty as anything, even with alleged 5g its unreliable, and the phone just, ugh. But I'm now stuck in a contract :( boo
