@ThreeUKSupport Over a year of no data and low signal, constant lies, cut off from calls etc. Been offered £5 for as good will for the £1000 I have spent on not getting what I’m contracted to! Told if I don’t like it leave! You really care about your customers! You guys really don’t care!

@ThreeUK I've just spent almost three hours on the phone to your customer "support" because I've been charged £75 for 11GB of excess data on a 3 year old 20GB contract that has cost me £8.40 a month as long as I've had it. My @SMARTYMobileUK would have charged £11. Shocking.

@ThreeUK I’m still only receiving one bar on my phone..changed the sim as you asked..changed my phone..and still only limited service causing me no end of angst..and I still pay my bills😔😡

@ThreeUK been promised refund on wrong billing over week ago still no contact by three or refund, Never have I ever had such a shocking experience with any company. Cs keep bouncing my pH calls or cut me off
