    @ThreeUKSupport I have never and would never have a 3 mobile contract. You gave someone posing as me notice that you were setting up a DD, I have called you repeatedly about this from the point I got the letter. You will not be getting the money from me as it is practically theft.

    I'm fed up with @ThreeUK - their WiFi is really poor. I am completely unable to stream media on any device I own, on a consistent basis - usually in the evenings when I'm free and WANT to stream media 😑

    @ThreeUKSupport my address is displayed incorrectly (items get sent to this incorrect address too). I have tried to change it via support, they say it is done but is still incorrect! What else can I do?

    @ThreeUK if you're thinking of getting a contract with this company.... Don't. The customer service is dreadful. I am at my wits end with using to sort out a problem with no help at all from them
