Made a huge mistake to move from @ThreeUK to @VodafoneUK. My number should have been switched over from 3 to @VodafoneUK yesterday. But nothing has happened yet and vodafone reps got no clue what to do i am without any network. Really annoying.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Stephie. Three weeks ago I purchased a PAYG trio-SIM. I purchased this online from Three but it has never arrived. I have had two calls with customer services, in each call told the SIM card will arrive within 48 hours. Still hasn’t arrived then I ask for a refund…

@MoneySavingExp @ThreeUK could offer you unlimited data for £9.50 a month, but it's not much use when you can't get online due to their massively over subscribed network. It's the reason I left and won't be rushing back.

Shall I use my phone today @ThreeUKSupport no, because I can't get my partner to the store in town. Even though I was there yesterday. With my phone and driving licence. I was thinking of moving the family to 3, but recent days, poor customer service shows why this is a bad idea
