    @Barns2011a @Shajeda1032573 @ThreeUKSupport It should be, but this usually happens when there is no signal from 3. If there is, but the network cannot deliver calling capabilities, it doesn’t always use the emergency mobile roaming agreements. Sure, no signal, this would work for sure. But it gets more difficult 1/2

    And for the second time in 6 months, I've once again had no phone signal for hours thanks to @ThreeUK and @ThreeUKSupport Shame for them that both my and Mrs RR8s contracts are up for renewal as you're going to have to work VERY hard to persuade us to stay after this

    @ThreeUK awaiting calls from the hospital re my elderly mother. Missed calls due to outage. Can't even call voicemail. Another lost customer as soon as I have time to find another provider. Unacceptable.

    @ThreeUK Worse network out there absolutely terrible some of us need to be able to receive and make calls for work ! I really need to leave this crap network only still with you guys due to old habit , there’s other competitors offering better services at same or even less price !

    @TheEvEngineer @ThreeUK I don’t know how it could be designed personally, if it’s even possible. One of the fixes would just be to make sure this didn’t happen. My primary line is with EE and I can’t recall when their whole network collapsed, but 3 seems to be down every other day.
