    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks, I will do that. Thats a little annoying though! Why doesn't it connect to that network by default, to save this bother and expense!

    @ThreeUK anyone else having issues calling standard land line numbers? People on ID mobile who use three as the carrier are having the same problem here.

    @ThreeUK have to be the worst Network going. For 2 years I have constantly had awful signal, missed calls, dropped calls. After numerous complaints they told me I could terminate my contract early free of charge. Yet they continued to charge me after leaving 🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport Been promised an email 4 times. Abysmal support. Notice you are still taking my direct debit payments, haven't managed to screw that up.

We can't accept expired passports as ID unfortunately, but we totally understand how frustrating that would be -Suzi

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been charged early termination fees despite repeatedly being assured that I could leave without any termination fees because of awful signal. I left in December by transferring to a different network and have been billed for January/Feb and the online chat is useless
