@ThreeUKSupport Problems with it that you could see from your end! I have no issue returning the phone and then move onto a sim only contract, I'm not even going to leave you as a company and you're still making it hard!

@ThreeUKSupport I've since been texted a "temporary password" which HAS actually helped me log in. Now considering the poor help, and the ongoing issue I've been having for a year I'm now going to start looking for a new provider.
