@ThreeUK @Parklifefest Hi, i cancelled my broadband over the phone, yesterday i received a letter saying thanks for choosing2 stay& upgrade with us. I called2 cancel on same day as u offered the upgrade yet no cancellation confirmation letter. Are u trying 2 lock me into a 2yr contract i don't want?

@ThreeUK ordered an iPhone and 3monthly sim from mobile phone direct and it's been sitting awaiting processing for 2 days, called them and they said it was 3's system of registration that was slowing things down, is this true?

@ThreeUK @madebygoogle Thank you for the worst service I’ve ever received from any company. I took my phone in for a replacement screen and I made your colleagues aware that my old screen was a £30 Belkin. They replaced my screen and chucked away my old screen and didn’t give me a box for the new one.
