    Hi @ThreeUKSupport my dads lives in RG2 7hw postcode and can only use his mobile internet. Is there a problem with internet as it's taking ages to receive messages and can't call etc as it cuts out.

    @ThreeUK I've been trying to call to top up my phone but the 444 number service has been down due to you upgrading your system for two days now. When will this upgrade be complete please?

    Once again @ThreeUK network is down. Every month this is happening. I asked to swap to normal from mobile broadband but was told I'd have to pay to get out of my contract but surely the amount of time your network is down you would offer to swap me for free!

    @ThreeUKSupport I had a 4g router for my son that he no longer uses. I want to cancel but I don’t know the 07 number to talk to customer svcs. Please help me speak to someone.
