@ThreeUKSupport ...can send me a sample photo of what I should be looking for please? I returned via royal mail and it was during lockdown so they don't give receipts at the main depo, only the small post offices do. I do not recall there even being a customer copy of the label

@ThreeUK Just a network that works would be a good start. Signal where I live is none existent, for the last few months your site says there is a fault in the area and you're working hard to fix it. A poor excuse for not bothering 😡

@ThreeUK I've had a call from 03333381040 an Indian call centre claiming to be yourselves. Is this a number you would call from? Odd, since I've never had a mobile from your network, and would never get one. I've been with happy with @EE For around 12 years. #scamcall

@ThreeUKSupport I have sent it off but the doc says you don’t hold data for more than 6 months so how do I officially file a complaint instead? I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade and being lied to by your staff to trick me into a contract that is not favourable to me is disgusting!

@ThreeUKSupport I’d like to officially ask for a recording of my call when rung to discuss options&file a complaint. I asked that exact same question and I was told that it will apply to ALL contracts even if I kept mine and just bought a new phone! I’ve been a loyal customer and I was mislead!

@ThreeUKSupport saga continues ......I get an email saying finally I have passed the fraud inspection and that the app is unblocked. Yippee.......Except it isn't. Still blocked. Pretty horrific service.
