@ThreeUKSupport Yes, they are now saying it was me that cancelled the porting of my number, this is untrue, why would I do that? They agreed originally that if I sent back the phone I could have a refund. I sent it back and they then said I was never entitled to any refund, despite evidence

@ThreeUKSupport I raised a complaint about the fraudulent contract I was sold. Sent a couple of letters that were signed for, only to find out today when I called that you had closed it without even contacting me. The most appalling customer service.

@ThreeUKSupport I didn’t cancel 5 contracts the other day as your team said Wi-Fi calling is now free abroad! It’s not!! Wi-Fi calling option doesn’t work outside of the UK.

@ThreeUK why is your internet so rubbish. I am trying to use it to work from home as well as having 2 children trying to work due to teachers strikes and the signal is that weak I can even use Twitter. I have had to send this message using data
