@ThreeUKSupport There is a cooling off period for cancelling contracts made in store (14 days from activation) but if not stores are open to cancel then how can this be done? Cancelling because I no longer require the free data roaming in Brazil as all U.K. flights to Brazil are now cancelled.

@ThreeUK hi I sent message to customer representative they replied back I clicked on link but can’t see reply ?

@SRoofy @ThreeUKSupport @SRoofy in genera the service is not as good as it was. We use 4g for internet cos of no fibre. There’s fibre here now but they haven’t approved our connection so stuck with three for now. When it’s good it’s good but lately it’s bad

  • mat_greenaway Mat Greenaway (@mat_greenaway) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Please can you advise how I can get out of my remaining 23 months 4G broadband contract. I am just over the 14 days cancellation period but your router is terrible and not fit for purpose. Your support just fob me off. I need it cancelled asap

  • yazjd89 Yaz (@yazjd89) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi, I'm having issues with my my3. I've requested multiple password resets & haven't received any texts/emails to help reset. Have also tried re-registering (I saw you reccomended this to others having same issue) but it says number already registered. Any ideas?

  • Lord_Oke Olujimi (@Lord_Oke) reported

@FumbertZagaza @ThreeUK honestly, not had more than 2 bars in the last fortnight.. at this point i'm just gonna cancel my contract, no energy to fight with them

  • tattyheaded Anthony Vickers (@tattyheaded) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I already have. Last time, was a call, and after to and fro about whether device/ISP at fault was then met with a silent connection (took an hour) and prior to that was told issue would be escalated but no response after a week. Bad and futile experience.

  • Im_Sarah_Hello G'wan...guess my name (@Im_Sarah_Hello) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Oh and issue is that in this one small area, where the shops are, in central London, I get absolutely no phone or internet signal whatsoever. No idea why. Is it a Three issue...is the shopping mall blocking Three (affects another Three user, don't think it affects EE)

  • Shxdzy1 Shahed (@Shxdzy1) reported

Explain to me this. How is Bangladesh’s @Grameenphone network better than UK’s @ThreeUK network?
