    @ThreeUK Terrible company...Stay well away is my advice...Lied on numerous times to my 78 year old father who has been with them for 15 years, am hoping today he will cancel his contract and I will be doing the same... DISGUSTING SERVICE.

    @ThreeUKSupport first I couldn't have access to my mobile network. After a reset it works now I don't have access to my mobile data? Is there an issue I need to be aware?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Hmm its funny I've been reading through these comments from angry customers about your terrible service and you ignore about 90% of them and when you do respond you write "thats not ideal" so what I am preventing you from doing exactly?

    @ThreeUK hey, any idea when the network will be sorted in the RG24 area? No data or texts going through for the last couple of days which isn’t great when the whole family uses the same network! Says there’s work in the area but no timescale for it being sorted

    @ThreeUKSupport And the technical reference for the outage please. So I can pass it on to other customers in this area for them to be able to reference it when requesting a line rental credit for the inconvenience

    More than 2 weeks with almost no internet or phone. @ThreeUKSupport 's advice is to contact customer support via webchat or phone. They have failed to see the problem here (clue: I CAN'T GET ONLINE OR MAKE CALLS!). Was promised it would all be fine by end of play Tuesday. Gah.

    @ThreeUK Three collection department is Harrasing us for Money. First we went to all trouble to get 5g Broadband (we were given false promises on speed) n then we complaint we were told there is no 5G in our area( WD17 1AH)We returned it in time and they said there won't b chrge

    Dear @ThreeUK you lost 3 x customers today due to your terrible customer service. Just removing go roam from your sim only contracts. Then a terrible customer experience lasting over 1 & half hours in you in app chat. Goodbye. #neveragain
