    @ThreeUKSupport always the same with that chat:Please try later Was the problem before & 95% of the time i couldnt log in as it didnt recognise my #(in any form). I have had 4 bills since so been overcharged £20,not to mention the first one was useless as i still got charged for the extra data?!

    @ThreeUKSupport Don’t know every time I speak to someone I just get the same answer all the time currently have a phone without a service and have to connect to WiFi all the time just a joke

    @ThreeUKSupport I cannot purchase a data add on through myThree account or via the phone. Through myThree it says, "sorry this service is currently unavailable" and over the phone I receive a text message to say, "We could not process your request". Why so difficult? Help!?

    Thoroughly let down by @ThreeUK again - issue in the area, which I only found out about because I called them, & now I'm without home broadband & a mobile data signal for 7 days 🤬 this is not acceptable in a time when everything runs through the internet

    @ThreeUK Can you advise y u think its acceptable to force a customer whos family is shielding and cant leave their house, to leave their house and put their lives in danger or they cant end a contract which you have still not provided them with a sim for a month after joining?
