@ThreeUKSupport Yes. It's been a week now and no service. I contacted your on-line support. After telling the individual the new SIM hasn't been enabled and explaining I can't just use the old SIM because they're different sizes, they gave up and said they had referred it to someone else. 1/2

  • neil1138 Neil (@neil1138) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It was at ct187bs in Hawkinge Kent. I never get a signal whenever I'm there.

  • thebizarch Rob Lyle (@thebizarch) reported

@ThreeUK @Ofcom H3G now close formal complaints when a customer doesn't answer two call attempts to provide an update. I am experiencing shockingly poor service from H3G. GDPR and Privacy seems a very low priority to them.

@ThreeUK @Samsung Yeah your network doesn’t work in my gym. I am cut off from my family, the world for 2-3hrs anytime I am there. Tried other networks there and they work just fine. Rubbish!

  • paulnorniron Paul A (@paulnorniron) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Try BT12 6NX which runs adjacent to my new build street. It's disappointing as its inner city Belfast, particularly as its been over a year since I got 5G ready off the back of Three's marketing campaign and not only has that never came to fruition, but service is regressing.

  • sphud Tucker (@sphud) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Basically my 24month upgrade offer is the same as the new customer one, apart from they get a pair of Buds 2 included

  • AnjaliJ94656871 Anjali Joseph (@AnjaliJ94656871) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I called customer service, back when the old sim wasn’t connected as the online form produced an error message. Subsequently four customer service reps have told me the new SIM is activated, but neither old nor new SIM works.

  • kferbird Karen Bird (@kferbird) reported

@ThreeUKSupport we have little or no service in our area for weeks. According to your Network checker I have ‘Excellent’ service. Your help desk said the service was ‘not as good as it should be’….and suggested using WiFi calling-no good if I’m away from my house!

@ThreeUKSupport Basically my 24monty upgrade offer is the same as the new customer one, apart from they get a pair of Buds 2 included

  • paulnorniron Paul A (@paulnorniron) reported

@ThreeUKSupport When inside I'm always connected to WiFi so there's no issue. Outside trying to listen to a song or audiobook is infuriating...surely there is some solution, rather than just changing network?
