    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah, there's issues in the area, the issues have been present for about a year or so now. If it's not fixed by now will it ever actaully get fixed?

    @ThreeUKSupport Majority of places yes. Even on 4G its extremely slow and stuggle to load videos ect.

    @ThreeUKSupport S20 5g. Actually worse outside!! There is a mast behind my work place don't know who's it is, would that compromise my signal if I'm that close to a rivals mast?

    @ThreeUK I was cut off mid call to Uk no. in making a WiFi call. When I call back, I get an automated message saying "You can no longer dial 153 from your Three handset. Please redial using 118 313 to connect to the Three international directory service.”

    Promised call back today. Never materialised. Promised sim would be activated within 2 hours. It's now been 3. Called in again to say it hasn't yet been activated. To be transferred to technical again to do the exact same ******* troubleshooting. Go bust @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport I didn't go to the web chat as I went to stay over at family for 1,5. Who have amazing WiFi so my work wasn't impacted. Now I'm back and struggling with signal again because I'm only using Three for internet

    @ThreeUK One of the worst customer service every time I called they never have proper information and alwys give wrong information never give importance to customers ,I am glad I am leaving three and I will never recommend anyone
