@ThreeUK @SamsungUK Why are you hiding the additional roaming limit - which I can't change in the app myself, and customer service won't lower it! For some reason, it's set to £150 and you won't let me lower it! I demand an explanation. It's my account and I'll decide how I spend my money.

The worst customer service of the year this far goes to @ThreeUK Somehow used 1gb data in 2 hours with no data hungry apps in the background, no streaming, no video, audio etc.

@ThreeUKSupport This hasn't gone very well in my town. As soon as I lose wifi connection, I'm stuck on emergency calls only. As a delivery driver who needs the phone away from wifi, this has been impossible. Loads of others in my town have same issue

Why is the bottom of Lothian road in Edinburgh a @ThreeUK and @O2 not-spot? I can get a full signal on Three and a good backup on my @Honest_Mobile on O2 but neither will show bus times on the bus app but this works a few hundred metres away.
