@ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete - there’s more, this problem is specific to the “3internet” apn when using cell 12713984 which I assume is my closest mast. If I force my modem to band 20 it connects to cell 877062 and the “3internet” apn works fine.

@ThreeUK very disappointed with coverage today in Stanmore as wife’s tyre blew and we couldn’t look up a tyre centre on the internet even though I had 3 bars and 4g there was no service connection at all. Will have to look at changing if no coverage.

@ThreeUK I only have 3G signal (usually 5G) on phone in DH2 1, and my 5G hub isn’t working at all. Website says there’s no problems or planned maintenance. Help?
