    @ThreeUKSupport I was in there last night and lost the will to live. Then, subsequently, died again on the phone. Years of loyal service to Three, who I have been happy with, is evaporating so quickly. It’s a shame as you’ve been the best.

    @ThreeUKSupport Was then subsequently told I had needed to dial 388 to activate the upgrade on the calls. Then, in the same help window, was told it was 300. Regardless of that, I had not been told and the same thing happened last month... 2/3

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport just bought a PAYG sim to try signal before moving contract. Only 1 bar 3G indoors at SP4 7XX. iPhone Xs max is there a problem at the mo?

    @DoubleK29 @ThreeUK Absolutely! I'd understand more so if the service was consistent... I used to rate @ThreeUK so highly, I wouldn't think twice about switching to a different provider now apparently @VodafoneGroup is a good one to go with.

    @ThreeUK for nearly a week now on and off we havnt been apple to make or revive calls we have multiple contracts with you and all are doing the same this needs sorting as I’m paying for a service I can not use which means I can’t keep in touch daughter during this time not happy

    @ThreeUK shame on you 3! I have been a customer for 15 years and today you sent me an email saying your increasing my monthly change by nearly 3%!! There’s people suffering, people sort on money and struggling but you guys chuck in an increase. Shame on you!!

    @CSG1973 Tried calling @ThreeUK today .. a phone company but no call/speaking service available for any service to actually talk about things.. oh the irony.! All they offered was online chat and then they weren’t empowered to do anything.Time to cancel my contract I think

    @ThreeUKSupport Upgraded my phone. Sim not working. Two days, over 6 hours on phone. 2 promises it would sorted. Still waiting. Disgrace.
