@ThreeUKSupport Vodafone. Can Three cancel the PAC request, if so, does my mum's number just go back to Vodafone? Is the PAC still valid until the 30 days if I want to port it somewhere else? Thanks

@ThreeUKSupport (2/2) The router had a firmware update, when I logged on it said its been updated and that's when the issue started. I think the router is the issue. Guy on phone said its the fault/signal in the area (phone is fine) went from 300mpbs + to 1mbps lol

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. Nothing wrong about the charges. What I am upset about is not making me aware of these forthcoming changes when you upgraded my contract. If I would have known at the time I would have NEVER accepted any upgrade on my contract.

@Jamesgraya @ThreeUK Morning James Three told me that the local antennas are being repaired and could take up to a week to fix. Don't have the pleasure of knowing a hacker!!

@ThreeUK honestly mean this in the least rude way possible but if you don’t improve your signal I am not paying for the rest of my contract I am in Southampton city centre and cannot get signal when I’m in a restaurant or even in my flat which is still in the city centre. Joke
