  • PassportAndPix Bella 📸 Passport & Pixels (@PassportAndPix) reported

@welsh_ad @ThreeUK I've literally never switched, and can get a deal with Vodafone that includes roaming, though it is a bit more expensive... But maybe the hassle factor is too much to bother.

  • hahellyer ᴅʀ ʜ.ᴀ. ʜᴇʟʟʏᴇʀ (@hahellyer) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Your colleagues said I would have received a Sim already; and then also said it was cancelled; and then said another one was being sent. No, no one advises what the problem is. They just issue platitudes. I have raised a dozen complaints.

  • janehirst1965 Jane hirst (@janehirst1965) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It's not just my phone, tv, alexa & fire stick.. I've restarted the router more times then I should have to reset the router. Forgot network and started fresh. All to no avail..

  • duffbeer3107 Daniel Ross (@duffbeer3107) reported from Romford, England

It’s goodbye to @ThreeUK you lost a loyal customer with one price hike too much, and Hello @tescomobile same contract I was on before but at the price I paid 4 years ago, with a bonus of upping my monthly data to 250gb for a year, was a no brainer to switch

  • XD_Paul Paul | Jinx (@XD_Paul) reported

Did @ThreeUK finally boost the phone signal inside manchester arndale? My internet actually loads on 4g

  • MCal27 mcal27 (@MCal27) reported

@ThreeUK we have had horrid 4g speed allday. Service stays says work is underway. Is it possible to get an eta on fix? We are rural and are virtually cutoff

  • carlybaby69 Carl (@carlybaby69) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Could you tell me what is happening in Oakham Rutland? 4g has been not usable for days now. The support page says working on masts. Any idea when it might be completed? Thanks!

  • Bobbyfarrell13 Bobby farrell (@Bobbyfarrell13) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No problem, thank you, the issue i personally found with your website is how very confusing i found it when navigating and looking for what i needed. I was also asked to login 4 times and add an activation code just as many, its like your website pages are seperate not unified

  • MillennialTweet Andrew Fitzgerald Henck (@MillennialTweet) reported

When you're on a writing roll, return home to find WiFi is out, @ThreeUKSupport starts DM support and then closes shop to redirect to a live chat which isn't able to provide support and redirects to a phone number that is closed. Aye.
