@ThreeUKSupport I have a 5g broadband home account with you. Recently it’s regularly been on and off and is particularly bad tonight. The 5g currently doesn’t work. I live in London N5. There is no mention of a problem on your status page. Do you know when it will be fixed?

@ThreeUKSupport your home broadband connection has been the worst I’ve ever experienced. For months now connection in central London has been intermittent at best. Everyday it’s down. This never happened when I was with Relish. I would rather pay & just leave the contract now

@ThreeUK hi, I use your broadband and it has now been a week that the internet has been unstable. I was told this was fixed but does not seem like and no notification is sent whether there is an issue or not. I am really not pleased and feel trapped right now.
