@ThreeUKSupport Another issue I had was one of the sims I have was disconnected from your end and someone apologised for the error. I got charged £6.48 for it today. And it wasn’t even an error from my side.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s such an inconvenience for me cuz I didn’t have a SIM card connected for 4/5 days! It was such an inconvenience for me and I got charged extra on top of that. I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 4/5 years now
