@ThreeUKSupport Website said no issues in our area, 1st level support said same, 2nd level support said works in our area, so disruption til 2nd August. Whole process was 45 mins on phone. Asked for compensation - got just under £4 - less than min. wage!

@ThreeUK I am so very dissapointed with 3! I have been a customer over 11 years. I was sent a faulty phone on my new contract! I have contacted on several occasions with no help received! My contract is 23 months and I honestly cannot be suck with a FAULTY PHONE!

@ThreeUK I bought a data SIM from you in UK. Someone in your store activated for me as my phone is locked to another network. How do I find out my mobile number? I have the card it came in which quotes 2 bar codes.

@blaine Execute your disaster recovery plans.. My @ThreeUKSupport gave up roaming and connectivity to network while abroad as well. But similar things happen if you loose Yubikey as well.

@ThreeUKSupport I made an important call today to what I didn't know was a paying number. I have a 0 spending cap so no problem there. But I'm disappointed that the call cut off after 10 minutes mid talk. The call shouldn't have even been allowed to go through.
