@ThreeUKSupport Got 2 of each. Currently in process of trying to cancel monthly rolling contract for third time - if it works this time termination date will be 3 months after initial request

@ThreeUKSupport I know that now....... but that’s not what I was told when I first tried to cancel the account. I even told them I was almost certainly going to take out a new Three contract through a reseller as you couldn’t price match it as an upgrade

@ThreeUK can you give me an update on what is going on at NE61 5LF. Download speeds are 0.03mbp/s, your site reports there is an issue but this has been ongoing for over 3 weeks now. Help desk can't give me any updates.
