    @ThreeUK hello. We need to have a serious talk. Your internet service is the WORST both 3G and 4G. I can’t get data with 4 bars. I have an unlimited internet service which is so slow there’s no point using it. I am switching networking immediately and cancelling my contract.

    @ThreeUK I’ve called three spoken to many people about this, nobody helps. So you think you can take my money every month and give me 60 days of half decent service and then bad service afterwards? I don’t think so.

    @ThreeUKSupport According to Twitter support it’s something you can’t do and I need to upgrade my contract from pay as you go to another contract, even though the girls in store said they’d move my pay as you go number onto the contract I’m paying for for a temporary number I don’t use.

    @ThreeUKSupport spoke to the store manager who when reading our correspondence was very apologetic and promised to get it sorted out and would be our "one point of contact" after all the problems. This seemed to be finally getting somewhere, but since this lockdown started

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s always an issue here ever since I got my phone I only get High speeds when I got to 5G areas. Also have a friend that has the Samsung S10 E with the same problem (slow data speeds)

    @ThreeUK any issues around WD25 the last few days I havent had 4g. Ive tried resetting my phone etc. Its persistent at the moment. Cant connect at all.
