    @ThreeUKSupport why has it taken 3 different attempts over the last few months to ensure a contract doesn’t auto-renew? Is this some scam to keep customers and charge them for leaving at the end of the contract? Live chat is useless! #servicefail #terrible #helpnow

    @ThreeUK what am I to do? My dongle hasn't worked since the summer and customer services lets me hang on the phone then puts the phone down on me. I refuse to carry on with a contract paying for a malfunctioning dongle and you expect me to keep paying for the next two years???

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah it's EH23 4NG, Gorebridge, Midlothian, Scotland, still no fast speed, we have 4g+ signal on all devices, text and calls are perfectly working, we don't have fast Internet speeds, currently 1.89mbs 😢

    @GriftersUnited @ThreeUK I'm on @ThreeUK and got a weaker than usual mobile signal. Glad I invested in a Coleman fuel lantern, at least we've got some decent light.

    @ThreeUKSupport We’ve managed to get a fix - after 4 days - via your support line. It’s been painful as right now everyone’s broadband connection is more important than ever. IMHO you should upskill your customer services staff and simply charge more. I for one would pay it.

    @ThreeUK You are still providing 56K dial up speed in 2021. This has been going on since I started using your network this month in Kensington. You can see in this thread a lot of three users are fed up, is this an ongoing problem?

    @ThreeUKSupport What’s really “great” is when you suffer 2 power cuts locally and realise you’ve lost all mobile services too. Why has my network coverage vanished & why did your service let me down when I needed it the most?

    @ThreeUK WORST COMPANY TO EVER EXIST, liars & thieves. I will do everything in my power to show it. You’ve taken over £70 that shouldn’t have and cancelled my contract and won’t even refund my money. Disgusting, never again
