@ThreeUK After a year with @SMARTYMobileUK my download speed has dropped to average 2-3 mbps - no video calling, no streaming possible for a month. 3 weeks of talking with support now, and they've suggested I just leave, with desultory comp. Is that really the best SMARTY offers?

  • aysha_happy1 #FreeThoseInNeed (@aysha_happy1) reported

@Brad1eyMSmith @DgtmooreNft @ThreeUK I've had better customer services from Vodafone, EE even O2 in comparison to Three. They've just been absolutely horrendous so I understand the ratings

  • OzzyBlue01 Scott M (@OzzyBlue01) reported

@EastLondonEagle @ThreeUK Pipe down moron. Your whining is boring.

  • David_Hicks David Hicks (@David_Hicks) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @sixteenthCgirl Using Twitter is still terrible customer service internally - you’ll clearly have all this customer’s details and could look into this without having to DM on Twitter. Come on... sort it out!

  • Joanne_Paul_ Dr Joanne Paul (@Joanne_Paul_) reported

@sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK I switched to Honest Mobile the other day and am so pleased with it. Uses Three's network but with better and more ethical service. I've got a referal code if you're interested x

  • disruptivedean Dean Bubley (@disruptivedean) reported

Some rather questionable data points from @ThreeUK in its "Mobile Britain 2022" report - What % of #5G traffic on 3UK network is from phones vs. fixed-wireless home broadband? - Fewer phone calls but longer duration. Interesting but needs a split by type of call, eg B2C vs B2B

  • JamesBottrill JB (@JamesBottrill) reported

@sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK I've previously had a contract with them, a decade ago now, trying to query anything was instantly fobbed off in pursuit of further sales, one guy just hung up on me for persisting to ask questions. It's horrific their customer service is so bad, but not entirely surprising 😔

  • ThisBeSteveD Steve Dawson (@ThisBeSteveD) reported

@GregScottTV @ThreeUK Bloody hell, this is awful. I'm with Three and have never had any issues but this is making me think twice...

  • CarlSmi94244916 Carl Smith (@CarlSmi94244916) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @sixteenthCgirl Kirsty will be a Customer Service advisor who has to deal with the fall out every day from senior manager decisions. A thankless job at times. It may be a good idea to escalate this to a senior manager given the potential reach of this tweet.

  • iangardnergb Ian Gardner (@iangardnergb) reported

@sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Sorry to hear this, good luck. A few years back I needed my phone collecting, not possible at work or home so arranged for it to be picked up from the original shop. Only to then be told that I could not do that as their system did not support E1 post codes (not 4 digits)!
