@ThreeUKSupport Is there really NOTHING they can do to mitigate the issue, I have almost NO signal on phone or wifi this afternoon when all the sport is on 😩. Surely there must be a way of doing what you’re doing without disconnecting your customers for over a week!!!

I hate being the person who uses socials to complain, but @ThreeUKSupport are being so poor today: I've been in their online chat for an hour, passed to a bunch of different people and most conversation is them "looking up my account details" repeatedly. They used to be good.

@ThreeUKSupport Can I please chat to someone as soon as possible online and in the U.K, please. My number has still not ported over, and I have had zero phone coverage since yesterday - as this is my only phone it’s pretty bad if there’s an emergency. It’s gone on for weeks.
