    @ThreeUKSupport I was in there last night and lost the will to live. Then, subsequently, died again on the phone. Years of loyal service to Three, who I have been happy with, is evaporating so quickly. It’s a shame as you’ve been the best.

    @ThreeUKSupport Was then subsequently told I had needed to dial 388 to activate the upgrade on the calls. Then, in the same help window, was told it was 300. Regardless of that, I had not been told and the same thing happened last month... 2/3

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport just bought a PAYG sim to try signal before moving contract. Only 1 bar 3G indoors at SP4 7XX. iPhone Xs max is there a problem at the mo?

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK no help till now even after complaining multiple times. I guess someone will only realise when it happens with oneself! Doesn’t get to know have got messages until I go onto WhatsApp! Cannot get worse. Amazing service Three!

    @ThreeUKSupport SK13, SK14, SK15 areas, around central Manchester in general, London central (especially near Euston station). TBH everywhere I go I find myself having to connect to Wifi for reliable signal...which again begs the question why am I paying £50/month

    @ThreeUKSupport I was under the impression from what seems very aggressive marketing in our locality that it would be coming before 2019 ends. Oh well hope it comes to Wolverhampton soon or may move to another network. I moved from EE and actually wish I'd stayed with them

    @ThreeUKSupport 3G is just as bad because I’ve tried that before. It doesn’t exactly scream value for money if I’m unable to use my 4G for 3-4 hours a day. Such a shame but I don’t think I can justify staying with your network 😖

    @ThreeUKSupport Why is there no warning of hacking I've never used texts via my dongle. If you saw unusual activity should contact customers not just allow charges. Some people don't check their billing often lucky I did or could go on for months.
