    the worst customer service @ThreeUK - 4 people on the phone and 3 at shop trying to help me find the elusive contract number to open an account...i gave the order number as no contract number...turns out I needed to give a three phone number - took 7 of them to tell me that!

    @ThreeUKSupport constantly having issues paying for my phone bill online, every month it doesn’t let me click on the payment it just highlights the words saying ‘pay with different card’. It’s annoying and I don’t have the card to hand to keep ringing to pay over the phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m really unhappy with 4G Network. I’ve been paying for unlimited data plan. I’m forced to use 3G. Please terminate my contract and waive off any charges. Pathetic!
