    @ThreeUKSupport Yo @ThreeUKSupport , I ordered a different phone and after being told on your website that delivery would be next day (and via email as well mind..) I've now contacted your support team, to be told that it was only processed at 4:15 today and I won't get it until tomorrow!

    @ThreeUKSupport I am having trouble with at least two of my contract phones with you. When on calls, the sound drops out for a few seconds at a time every 5-10 seconds and it’s getting very frustrating trying to take the important phone calls I’ve had the last few days

    @ThreeUK I am trying to cancel my contract but you are making it impossible to get in touch with anyone!! Been in phone over 2 hours and know web chat for over 1.5hours😡😡😡 Sort it out! (Sad thing is all the family have contracts which are about to be cancelled!)
