@Trottsky85 @ThreeUKSupport Both sites have 100MHz according to network signal guru. I suspect three puts 10Gbit backhaul on london/city sites and gives the rest of us maybe a 1 gig link. I have my suspicions but three will neither confirm nor deny. Don't know what I expected asking here.

  • arnie1984 James Arnold (@arnie1984) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I was told by 3 customer support over the phone that the 3 branch will deal with the device as that's where I got it from. And yes, yes it is they don't answer

  • vgoldie Maimai (@vgoldie) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport You are shameless. You are not true to your words. I should have not believed you. Never again will get a contract from your network.

  • _SonOfTheDesert Kaiser Soothsays (@_SonOfTheDesert) reported

Finding out that @VodafoneUK and @ThreeUK are in talks about a merger is a bit like hearing that the men who used to be in #LibertyX and #Hearsay are getting together to form a “super group”. No one remembers them and you are left wondering just how bad it can get.

  • venusbather Han 🧠 (@venusbather) reported

@ThreeUK why have I literally just been held hostage on the phone for nearly an hour whilst trying to cancel my contact . Mans would not let me leave kept offering me deals even tho I said no thank you about 50 times. Gimme a free phone or smthn for that I stg I nearly cried😭

  • jeppu127 jeppu127 (@jeppu127) reported

@ThreeUK How about having a good customer service number to contact you pls

  • hprw Jane Smith (@hprw) reported

The @ThreeUKSupport person couldn't seem to understand why I said it was pointless asking their broadband team to phone me, or tweaing my handset's settings. It was bizarre how little they were prepared to listen. And I still have no signal.

  • hprw Jane Smith (@hprw) reported

Almost no phone signal, no internet either as we use a simm. Spent more than 60 mins talking to @ThreeUKSupport who said to tweak phone settings. 2 phones & home internet are all affected, so I doubt my handset is at fault but they wouldn't listen. Offered no solution.

  • YorkshireGoona Andy B (@YorkshireGoona) reported

...So I put my head in my hands and prepare to re-live the previous conversations, dates, adviser names etc... Because putting notes on a customer account is clearly an alien concept to @ThreeUK ... So after re-explaining I'm transferred again to the complaints team...

  • arnie1984 James Arnold (@arnie1984) reported

@ThreeUKSupport have you a direct number please for the Staines Store? I've got an issue where I was told to return a device there but I'm still getting charged for it over a month later.
