Currently bring past from pillar to post with @ThreeUK. All I want is a refund today. Customer service is less than poor. I have spent hours on the phone and in live chats in the last 4 weeks. Today's example my chat started about 11:50 for about 2 hours call 25 mins and counting

@ThreeUK I've had my phone service drop in & out (mainly out) for the last 4 days, last three days your network status checker said there was mast work in the area, today there says nothing reported. could you please tell me when this will stop as this is disrupting my work now.

@ThreeUK @ChelseaFC Hey Chelsea F.C you really should pick a better more trustworthy company to do business with 3 are a disgrace 78 year man in hospital with a heart condition and because his phone is pay as you go they won’t help him so we can FaceTime him - embarrassing for Chelsea

@ThreeUKSupport Yet again I have been failed my you. 2 years ago I upgraded my phone and took out a new contract with you. 8 months later I discovered you had not only been charging me for my old contract still but still didn't cancel it after complaining.

For anyone in Cornwall in the Par or St. Blazey areas, @ThreeUKSupport have informed me that there is yet more work being carried out and internet/signal should be restored by 8pm. I would ask them directly for updates as there's zero information about this or any pre warning.
