    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been trying to cancel my add-on for the past 4 months, via the app, call and live chat but every month i’m charged those extra 7£ and every time I’m told it has been cancelled (which is not true) please do something about this 😤

    @BeanKateryna @ThreeUK @O2 I tried three once didn't like it. I moved and couldn't get any signal at home or in my area but I was stuck with the contract. I did cancel in the end. I love being on O2. I tried a few networks before but always went back to O2 then just stuck with them.

    @ThreeUK @EE this network issue at this post code NG18 1BW as been going on since February 2022 and still nothing as been done!!!.. So if you are reading this you are paying for a service you are not getting @Ofcom

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told by Three support that if I tried to switch over to PAYG now that I would be charged? Can you explain how that makes sense please? When my phone contract ends I just simply want to cancel all payments and be PAYG. That’s all.

    @cockney_yid @EE @ThreeUK I’ve been palmed off for years, I use my Wi-Fi at home so I’ve let it side, I’ve just checked it and it’s still ****, less than 2mbps, 100m up the road I can get 5g and 200mbps+

    @ThreeUKSupport hi! I am away in Mallorca, I have data roaming turned on via my iPhone settings, and I have it allowed on my three plan but it’s still not working. Can you help please? My sons is working fine so it’s not the signal

    @ThreeUK had a 5g broadband contract for a month. Your router, MC801A, is slow and Wi-Fi coverage in house is bad. Tried friend’s Zyxel provided by you in my house and speed is 4 times faster and Wi-Fi excellent. Three support not interested in replacing.V poor customer service.
