@ThreeUKSupport I never said it was a data breach? Ten numbers called at once, when calling them back, none of them had said they called my partner or even had it on their call history and were not scam calls just every day people. As if a load of calls got grouped together to his phone.

@ThreeUK I’m extremely concerned about who has access to my number now after your “issue” yesterday, how did random numbers receive missed calls from my number and I received missed calls from more?! I’m not happy that my number has been shared without my permission 😡

@ThreeUKSupport My service provider has removed a nearby mast, causing reception problems on my simple 2G phone. I am considering your network (on PAYG). If I buy a 3G phone, how much longer will you support the 3G network before it is decommissioned in favour of 4G/5G? Thank you

@ThreeUKSupport It's been less than perfect forever but these last 2 weeks have been particularly bad. It makes work calls difficult to say the least.

@ThreeUKSupport Happy to upgrade to 3G/4G, for your network. I prefer a simple phone for calls, such as Doro 6620, (2G and 3G). I don't want to buy 1 only to find that it's not supported in short term. If I buy 4G VoLTE handset such as the Nokia 2720, I wonder whether it will work on your PAYG.

@kendallrowanx @ThreeUKSupport I had similar issues when I had one of these. Ended up returning it but took months to resolve.

@paulmai @ThreeUK Of course if it was a data breach, then that's more serious. However, no-one claiming this has any proof such a thing occurred & it could just have been a network malfunction sending calls all over the place. I don't think getting all wound up over what might be is helpful
