@ThreeUKSupport It’s been awful the last 3 Thursdays! We are just on mobile WiFi so not sure if we can only get 3G...our phones are on a diff network and are fine
@ThreeUK called cut service. Msg said to chat. Started chat, they said its a dongle issue, you can only call. Called again, now been on hold for nearly 30 mins...
