    @ThreeUK live chat for over an hour, no resolution, transferred 4th time to be 138th in the queue for the chat to be ended whilst i’m holding. Poor customer service.

    2 weeks before my 12 month contract ended with @ThreeUK I was sent an email. I called up to cancel and was told it would be 30 days using the scam mobile operators use rather than end at the end of the 12 month contract you agreed to. I told the operator this. They came back

People say I sound like my head is in the ocean. Can’t get any sense from any 3 employee on the phone or in a shop. I want a job at 3. To get paid for doing nothing.

    @brilliant_tours @ThreeUKSupport Now they have your postcode they WILL tell you one or more of these: Congestion To switch to 3G There's work in the area / upgrades SIM problem To restart your phone Fixed in 7 days They've been saying a combination of these things for months and months!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport One small rain cloud and network goes down again. Today Zoom is not getting connected via 3 network but works perfectly fine on my backup EE network. During lockdown most unreliable and pathetic network. When you need it, its always down - HA1 postcode
