@ThreeUKSupport It's frustrating paying for a service that we are not getting. If my husband misses his calls he's been waiting for over a couple of months. I will definitely put in an official complaint & also when can we apply for compensation. Having to use wi-fi for internet but can't call

@ThreeUK Update received a SIM card waited 20 hours for it to activate I’m now going to the store to pick up a new SIM card, I can’t believe this is how the treat their customer I’m a OAP I have been told to walk to the shop to collect the SIM card, disgusting service
