@ThreeUKSupport There is always work being carried out, been like since I took the contract out. Same excuse every time ( work being carried) They built the channel tunnel quicker than your engineers take to sort a problem out. 3 yrs this been going on 😡😡😡

@ThreeUKSupport I have completed numerous cold reboots of the router, removed and reinserted the sim & factory reset the router. I have changed the settings for 3G only as per technical support advice but the service is patchy and unusable at times. £20 per month for the privilege.

@ThreeUK I'd love to upgrade but your signal is so shocking in flats. Its like having snails trying to penetrate the wall with data packets literally.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the quick reply - it's not one particular area but large parts of London & Nottingham for example it struggles to even load a Web page. My partner is with 3 & has the same issue. The connectivity just seems to be really poor & as I say with Vodafone this didn't happen

@ThreeUKSupport I visit different parts of the UK & the connectivity in places like central London, Leeds, Notts is poor. When travelling by train I get 4G for approx 20% of the journey. Vodafone was nothing like this. Is there any guarantee on speeds or connection or am I stuck?

@ThreeUKSupport Afternoon, any known issues in SN1? My 3G/4G keeps dropping off completely. Restarted phone and reset network settings, still the same. Access on my BT wifi is fine so not the device. Any ideas?
