    @ThreeUK How do you make a complaint? Little to no internet/phone service at home for 18 months. Chat is useless. Stores are no help! Sent a letter to the complaints team they write back telling you to go on the usless chat!! Appalling customer service.

    @ThreeUK @iD_Mobile_UK your coverage is down in the Hull area, my partner cannot get any phone signal today so cannot make calls or texts and has no Internet!

    @ThreeUKSupport do me a favour please. When you cold call someone and they politely tell you they are not with 3 and to stop calling and delete their number, don’t just abruptly and ignorantly hang up ….. just to call them back and harass them again a few days later.

    This has been a continual issue of network loss and instabillity in the bt54 area, why?, are other areas more important than rural coastal areas? Why are we being cut off continually? @ThreeUKSupport

    @Benleo @virginmedia I can raise you. Try dealing with @ThreeUK . But I agree Virgin media have massively gone downhill in the customer service department.

    Has anyone EVER been able to get through to a human when calling @ThreeUK got a problem ? Here’s a bot - problem not solved ? Hang up - go to the app? Bot - how are we accepting this as customer service ??

    Unfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. They’ve said in the past it’s a local temporary fault. But I’m sure it’s bandwidth/network capacity issues.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi i cant seem to het my phone working here in gran caneria i even just bought a 7 pound passport but my plean shpuld include it here, its just keeps saying emergency calls only any ideas ?
