@ThreeUKSupport I had a chat on the app 3 days ago and the guy was useless he made me reset my network settings and when I told him my data wasn’t working he said it should be just because it said 4G? It says 4G all day but when I can’t load a page then what’s the point

@ThreeUKSupport I did, and they said they were closing it without a resolution. I'm now persuing a chargeback claim with my bank and a complaint to Ofcom. Refusing to refund even the overcharge is unacceptable.

@Ofcom what do you do when @ThreeUK owe you £295, each support agent lies to you about the refund progress. Leaving you with out food for a week. Because they promise a refund every day & every chase is answered with we canceled the request & we must put it though begin again.

@Craigo71 @ThreeUK @O2 I have been with o2 for far longer, some 20 years. I get no better signal now than then. Pity they prefer to waste their money on trivia rather than provide a decent signal.

@ThreeUKSupport Before 7am on my iPhone 12 Pro Max 5G sim, 4G signal around 30-40mbps. Between 7am-11pm (roughly) 1-10mbps 4G Router with external Antennas (Works better with those) 1mbps-5mbps. It’s not the router, I’ve had other sims in it. Plus Three used to be good 5 months ago
