    @rossholden_ @ThreeUKSupport Same for me too! I messaged Three this morning to confirm my delivery then got a text an hour later saying my delivery was delayed. Customer service and complaints team absolutely useless!

    @ThreeUKSupport Sure, you may be interested in the outcome of the investigation to box check your internal policies, but you're going to have to send a replacement after it concludes, so why not just cut out the wait and send it now

    @ThreeUK worst customer service ever. 22 minutes to answer a simple question. Repeatedly asked the same question by their rep only for them to tell me to calm down! Unbelievable
