@DivinityV12 @ThreeUK What you mean you live in an area that Three have 5G. Wow now be greatful. Don’t forget three is rolling out the “Fastest Network “ at the slowest speed. Even on 4G I can walk to my local bus stop faster that the speed they have

@ThreeUKSupport I have recently taken out a data contract with an iPad Pro. I’m still being charged incorrectly after customer services assured me they would correct the issue. I should of been charged for an additional plan/device as an existing customer. Please can someone help

@ThreeUKSupport My family lives there and for past few years there isn’t good signal. Even going to watch football in pub and can’t use phone as no where has basic signal :-(

@Safetyconundrum @ThreeUK Can confirm they're hopeless, if that's any help? Wouldn't touch them again with a bargepole after my recent experience. Hopefully their social media team are better than the overseas call centre.
