@ThreeUK **** service from Three as usual when you need them to sort out an issue. Phones been broken since last week, have insurance through Three and I’m still waiting to hear back even though the excess charge fee has gone out of my account! Piss take! #awfulcustomerservice

5/5 @ThreeUKSupport I have to emphasise again. If you're going to offshore your support services, please at least tell them which countries are in, you know, the biggest pandemic for 100 years and currently in lockdown? I'm REALLY disappointed..
