    @ThreeUKSupport It was bought for my son but doesn't support the Family Link app we use for parental control. We have been in touch each time requesting the envelope and each time being told the return has been processed and we'll receive an envelope in 3-5 working days.

    @ThreeUK I would just to highlight your appalling customer service. I ordered a handset which arrived the next day but decided to return it as it was not suitable for my son. 4 phone calls and a month later I am still waiting on an envelope!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport So I contacted someone this morning it was in regards to that I was told I could have two weeks data from three as had issues for months with network, signal Tec I was told it could be sim would send new one, nothing came for two months, I then had to chase three who said it

    @ThreeUKSupport I felt humiliated!! I have been with three for years, very loyal even after months and months of the issues I had, I even explained there have been periods I wasn't able to contact my mum who is sick cause there was down but no I look like I've lied

    @ThreeUKSupport Zahid from your complaints team should be ashamed of himself. Claimed 2 days ago that he was a senior manager from escalated complaints, admitted today that he’s just a customer advisor in complaints. Also lied numerous times today and two days ago @ofcom should close you down

    @ThreeUKSupport hey folks, am having trouble getting a PAC code. When I spoke to CS I’m being told there is a change waiting on my account so they can’t issue a PAC, but equally they can’t tell me what the change is or when it’ll happen. Can you help?
