  @ThreeUK after 20+ years with yourselves and hold 2 accounts I now fail the credit check ??? Then my husband joins you also taking out two accounts so we’re all on the same network- I know you don’t care but you’ll be losing 4 customers now 🤬

  I truly give up with @SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK our phone signal has been degrading for over twelve months it’s been reported just shows the extent of greed within these companies!! This is today’s results WiFi and 4g nothing no signal at all #dontwaistmoney3smarty

  @ThreeUK I am so annoyed by your customer services. I purchased a data sim a month ago. Rung up to top it up they won’t do it with out the sim being in a phone to receive a text message, I don’t have a 3 device, I bought it for a mobile router. Won’t work in my EE phone! 😞

I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?   @ThreeUKSupport is there anyway to stop the incessant calls about my upcoming contract renewal? This is daily and bordering on harassment now. I told your service advisor I will switch providers if this does not stop, same for my wife and daughter.
