@ThreeUKSupport I love an templated reply 🙄 what seems to be the issue? What's the ETA for a fix? Why is it only affecting some customers? Will your customers be reimbursed for outage time as this prevents them using a service they pay for?

@ThreeUKSupport I didn't accept that as I cannot afford £56 a month. I would accept the previous offer provided by your customer service team in December for £44. I was told I could accept this offer "anytime" and there's no expiration date on the email they sent.

@ThreeUK Your engineers removed the 4g connection on my local mast in December, still not fixed, according to your CS team there is no issue. Anyone considering Three should look elsewhere.

@ThreeUK I am sorry, but I’ve been with you nearly 2 years and you have not gone a day without either poor signal, or a technical issue. It has been dreadful. I’ve mentioned this time and time again, and yet nothing is done about it.
