    @ThreeUKSupport I'm afraid this isn't good enough. I have a sick baby and need to call a doctor and my insurers. I now have no way of being able to call them due to this problem. Is it a technical fault with the hw or a sw update issue?

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been trying to transfer my PAYG number to a monthly contract since May 18. All paperwork done, but no movement. I even have a chat record of someone promising to do it last week - nothing. Not a happy customer

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, what do you mean? When I first tweeted at you, a colleague told me they can't help me here and I had to use webchat. I also can't look at a bill because the issue is with June, which I haven't been billed for yet.

    @BenjyNtheMonkey @SkyMobile has been really good for me, used to be with @ThreeUK but they let us down badly when we switched, sent I'd notification that We'd incur no charges, billed us, failed to refund or answer our questions.

    So @O2 delivered one of the texts I sent to my mum on Friday at 4am this morning. Her sister is ill in hospital so she thought it was the ward contacting her with bad news. 😡 Meanwhile texts from the £50 backup phone I got from @ThreeUK are now working perfectly. 👍

    @ThreeUK requested to cancel my contract. I'm not at all happy with the company and the way they do things..disgrace keep getting messages from you even after I've contacted and requested them to stop...sort it out
