    @ThreeUKSupport Well, not to put too fine a point on it but I never get okay signal, anyway. But, to answer your questions: restart doesn’t bring it back. Yes, I do get signal elsewhere.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's not allowing me to do thus just takes me to a page asking to phone. When I phone I can't get through to that department as it says there's a technical problem. Please can you help?

    I’m having issues with my smart and phone and SIM card as they have both went missing from my private room were I’m living at. I’m currently on the phone with my network provider in which have put me on hold and are keeping me on hold trying to get it sorted. @ThreeUK
