    @ThreeUKSupport I was passing by and stopped getting Internet access. There seems to be an awful lot of issues with 4G in the Manchester area. Another point of issue is M15 6PB, where it's needed to track buses.

    @ThreeUKSupport Why does it take over a week to get my pac code from you? Each time I phone you all your staff say is we'll call you in 48 hours and then you don't bother supplying my pac code. It's because of complete failures of service like this that I'm trying to leave you.

    Why is @ThreeUK & @ThreeUKSupport unsupportive?! They really lack flexibility and empathy. Horrified that they’re customer services team won’t let me walk them through the incident!

    @ThreeUKSupport I keep getting calls on my landline from you, neither myself or partner have a 3 contract. Googled the number and it appears to be a genuine call. Can’t contact you via online chat as don’t have an account can someone help?

    @ThreeUK abroad and need to speak to an advisor over the phone. Have been given a number and options 4,3,4,1 on a chat but they are not correct! You really need to sort customer service! How can I speak to someone?

    @ThreeUKSupport It isn’t on the right one but if you’d have read my previous messages, I explained that I have given up and have lost ALL faith with the customer service 3 provides. And rest assured when my contract ends I’m changing provider. You have lost a very loyal customer.
