    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply Laura, but I messed up my memorable password twice so can't use the online chat to progress this now, my fault. I've got other SIMs I can upgrade, so will need to go down that route.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's been bad for a few days - is the congestion a long term thing or short term ? Not sure how to change the device to 3G, will investigate.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Jacq, I don't answer unknown numbers anyway and instantly blocked them when I played back the scam message. Is there a way to report or send on the answer machine message if that would help in any way?

    @ThreeUK if I put a 3 SIM in my Android tablet I just get 1 bar signal strength (N7 postcode). If I use one of your 4G routers will it be better ? How can I test without committing to a contract ?
