    @ThreeUKSupport I have reset password, reinstall app multiple times. Just chatted to someone on your website who told me i need to reset my phone or contact Apple as it's a phone issue. This is ridiculous - when my 100 other apps are working perfectly, you can't just tell me my phone is wrong

    @JamieSteeper @ThreeUKSupport Yes it’s absolutely useless, not fit for purpose. They dismantled a Three mast on the grounds of brigg town football club reducing the network capacity and now they probably wonder why everyone else’s internet has ground to a halt.

    @ThreeUKSupport I took out a contract with three haven’t yet received the device but I wanted to cancel a pac and got told by the network that I was gonna switch to you guys with that you need to cancel it on your end. Please help

    @ThreeUKSupport I've discussed this at length many times with @ThreeUK staff in India. I'm usually on the phone about an hour and find it difficult to hear and understand them. Your service is absolutely appalling

    @ajameschristian @ThreeUKSupport I am have same problem the internet speed is Mental James I am relying on my internet for an App used to provide details of service users am caring for and it just can’t connect to the internet

    @ThreeUKSupport me99tl past week signal has dropped out 4 times in 3 days. Always engineer works on the mast, is it an upgrade? Or rubbish mast?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi contracts in my partners name( he got contract for me) got my pac code now enough is enough , even outside walked for 10 mins after emergency hospital app still could not log onto Uber cos signal or be heard when I called someone to ask them to book me one. going on too long

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, yes I have reached out several times but Three has ignored my concerns and have been unable to resolve the issue. I have now agreed to a refund even though the issue has not been resolved. I am forced to continue with a contract that does not provide me with the full service.

    Got an email from @ThreeUK today forcing me into a new long-term contract (despite being a customer for >6yrs) and hence voiding my eligibility to continue using Go Roam from 23 May. @ThreeUK if I can't use Go Roam I'll be switching.. you can take this as my 30 days' notice.
