@ThreeUKSupport I was mobile in my car so my postcode won’t help. It’s your network. Gradually over the uk it’s getting worse. Everyone harps on about 5G network being great yet we still struggle to hold a phone call together in 2022.

@ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately the agent was unable to cancel as the contract was taken out in store and would incur a cancellation fee. I’m surprised that the consumer protection is only applicable to online transactions. I think that’s unfair.
