@ThreeUKSupport After almost an hour on Chat I've given up. I was provided no record of the longer chat as it failed. As I've received no responses to at least 3 letters of complaint I have no documentary evidence so have been forced to create a SAR.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, mobile data is on, its been doing it for a couple days now, phone calls only come through when ive got wifi calling on, indoor signal is dreadful 😑

@marcusattwood @BradChriswick Same here. I keep getting calls from people abroad (a lot in Italy and Germany) saying that they had a missed call from me. I withhold caller ID! @ThreeUK don't give a crap.

@ThreeUKSupport I have nene having issues logging into my3. I was advised to send proof of ID which I have done and has been accepted but still cannot login. Your live chat are not being overly helpful. Any idea on what I can do as still have no access to my account?!
