@Daisy_x_x @ThreeUK I will be. My signal lately has been awful too so I actually can’t wait to switch providers

@paulnorwich @LesleyAtterwill @ThreeUK Spot on Paul. It’s ridiculous that I can be on the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve with a full 5G signal but the minute I get in the car & leave the birds & the beach to go inland the signal vanishes to next to nothing for mikes around Time to look at a different service methinks🤨

@ThreeUKSupport how much longer do I have to put up with a rubbish network while your engineers work on a mast?My house runs on Wi-Fi. It now can’t! 6 years with plusnet without missing a beat, 3 months with you and everything falls apart. I can’t even get a signal in every room!

@ThreeUK hi, I've just ported my number from three to a different network, and have received a notification that I have voicemails with three. How do I listen to them? It's saying my pin is incorrect...

@ThreeUK what's going on in Fife? The network status has said "work is happening" for weeks now. It's like the bad old days when you first started. It's not even an effective 2G voice system. I'm going to have to leave soon if it doesn't get better it's effecting work

@ThreeUKSupport I am indeed on B09. I received my 5G Hub on Sunday, and it was either already on B09 or and updated right away. No proper data on this yet, but myself and other users noticed it tends to happen when the signal is downgraded from 5G to 4G (seems stable if 4G only)

@ThreeUK keep up the bed customer service and you’ll be losing customers on daily basis. Useless.

@ThreeUK wagwan fi yuh network I have definitely paid my phone bill why is everything higgy hagga

  • nicjac Nicolas Jaccard | Reasonable AI 🤖 (@nicjac) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Done! Issues in my local area might be triggering it (by forcing it to switch from 5G to 4G) but I do not think it is the expected that the whole router would restart when it is unable to get a signal (or just a lower quality signal). There is definitely more to it!
