@ThreeUK hands down rubbish network of the month! Check this post code M9 6GR. We have 6 likes in the house and all 6 have been unable to even access whatsapp! At close to £300 a month on Direct debit i feel swindled!

@Celebalikes @ThreeUKSupport Sounds about right! I just complained about no service and they disappeared for ages then came back and said they'd charge me £300 and cancel the contract for me!! I kept saying no, but they ignored me! Thankfully, they noticed me mention my solicitor!!

I severely regret upgrading my phone with @ThreeUK i have no internet, no reception 95% of the time nd I m paying £60 for that. Now I am trying to sort it out for the past month, the customer service seems to be non existant. I am actually over you 3. Its only been 2 months

@SongMacom @ThreeUK And I know that TalkMobile (on Vodafone network) has Wifi Calling as part of their package (because my 2nd phone is on their £4-95 pm package as a standby) So @ThreeUK - would suggest you reconsider your treatment of your customers. Inertia might save you some of the time ...
