    So frustrated with @ThreeUK now. Parents’ mobile broadband won’t work and @ThreeUKSupport won’t talk to me despite power of attorney. So essentially elderly parents being charged for service they’re not receiving and no way of fixing it #customerservicefail

    @ThreeUK you have to improve 3G and 4g signal before thinking about 5g, WiFi is infuriating and takes 30 minutes to download an app and can’t even use YouTube. I’m in the G32 area

    @ThreeUKSupport And again I have tried the online chat and that’s got me where? Erm no where because I get told no post code sorry can’t help you and I did not take out the contract so how do I know the post code and no you can’t help@on Twitter but I am sure someone will see this

    @ThreeUKSupport This is no use. I want to speak with a manager and they just tell me they can’t as managers don’t speak to people on the phone. Never had issues with @VodafoneUK like this. I’ll be heading right back to them as soon as I can. I’ll never be using three again.
