@ThreeUKSupport weird one. My daughters payg data shows 4g but she isn’t getting any internet and I’m sat right next to her and my pay monthly is working fine. Can still call each other so is there a backend problem somewhere?

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport No its definitely not an issue at my end - I couldn't access My3 from my laptop or phone, on WiFi or data. The person I spoke to from 3 couldn't login either.

@ThreeUK For some reason my auto-renew (yes, it’s been selected) on a PAYG SIM is not working properly. Not only is it annoying having to keep setting it up, but we then also miss out on the doubling up of data. Very frustrating.
