    Just joined @EE and separated from @ThreeUK after 10 years. I have to say, my initial experience with @EE is frustrating and woeful. Simply no way of getting hold of customer service. Waited for 26 minutes only for the call to drop. Absolutely appalling! 😡😠 Not a good start!

    @ThreeUKSupport I got a new contract with you guys, I was meant to have my old number which is from Three transferred over and this hasn’t happened. Now all I want to do it explain to someone on the phone but I can’t do that when if I press 0 “for technical support” it takes me back to the start

    @ThreeUKSupport hi! Are you having network issues atm? My phone is showing signal and 4G reception but has no internet connection. Internet works fine over wifi and my account has plenty of data so I don’t think the problem is me or my phone…
