@ThreeUKSupport how come the 4G is soo bad in CW2!! I’ve just upgraded and I can’t use 3G anymore either 😔 is there an update if this is going to be fixed as it’s been like this for a while now!!!

@ThreeUK your customer service is terrible. I'm only trying to get my number transferred to my new contract and you are not doing what you say you will. I've been cut off THREE times today whilst on hold. Awful.

What’s a better network than @ThreeUK ?! I’ve got my WiFi on and I still get no signal & when I go outside the service is poor. Someone told me join @O2 but there prices are unreasonable 😭

@ThreeUK you saying the 4G network in my area would be fixed by today at 10am was a lie. I’ve now had to swap network just to use WiFi. 4:30pm still can’t connect to your network.

@ThreeUKSupport When will 4G return to our area? The local mast (NB5237 Haddenham) has been down for over 4 weeks now with network service page only saying 'we're fixing an issue'. Weak signal 3G is not good enough...non-existent most of the time.
