    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUkNews Utter cretins. Three UK firstly cancel a contract without informing me. Then takes 2 weeks to get contract cancelled in error. Now. They take £385.13 for a phone never asked for and never sent

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK My Three 4G Hub and 3x phones’ data hasn’t worked properly since yesterday. Phoned customer services - no help. Online chat disconnected after 5 mins as internet cut out. Network Status check says problem in my area but not when it will be fixed. HELP!!

    @SimonDunmore @ThreeUK @EE Was in Majorca last week Simon and they blocked me because I'd reached a spending cap limit i hadn't agreed to and apparently needed to pay £2/day roaming even though id been with them for 3½yrs. When I did get a signal it was 💩. So likely losing another customer here too

    Making a point of leaving companies that provide customer services from other countries. The stress of getting assistance from someone who speaks English as a second language is horrendous. @ThreeUK is the latest. Awful chat service.
