Been trying to cancel a contract with @ThreeUK for 2 weeks to be met with rudeness and made to feel like I’m defrauding my own account turns out they had the completely wrong name on the account even though I rang on my number I’ve still got 2 contacts with them feel so let down

@ThreeUKSupport, the company I work for is experiencing intermittent inbound call issues but only on Three (I'm a 3 customer though!). Our provider suggests the issue is on your side as other networks work (they're seeing 487 errors for you guys) - can I DM more info please?

@ThreeUKSupport When I try to make outbound calls I get the bizarre message "You can no longer dial 153 from your Three handset. Please redial using 118 313 to connect to the Three international directory service." I am in the UK, dialing UK numbers from a UK phone. Help.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi mark, yes I have and I was put on hold for over 15 mins and then he didn’t have a clue on what to do and put me on hold yet again for a further 10 mins. Service is terrible and no one wants to help! @ThreeUKSupport

2 hours sitting on the phone to @ThreeUK rubbish customer services ! Ordered a phone 4 weeks ago now there telling me I didn’t load of old rubbish once all my contracts are up they are getting left behind,the most dreadful customer service experience ever 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩
