@ThreeUKSupport I have hearing difficulties meaning it’s difficult to understand those with strong accents It’s all sorted now, I had to get someone else to deal with it for me. Please do better with your customer service next time

How is @ThreeUK so lacking and behind with the times?!? No smart watch capabilities or visual voicemail about a 100 years after it was introduced on iPhones. Literally just grabbing money and running, no investment back in the service your paying for!!!

@ThreeUK the signal I’ve been receiving recently is appalling!!! My wife @NOWTV_It seems to be doing way my justice. I literally have to put my phone on airplane mode @ home just to get signal using the WiFi, why am I paying for my contract please? My contact soon ends 🥳
