    I'm going to do as I've got no laptop or anything. I tried with Sky as I'm with them for broadband and tv for over 10 years yet they won't either. I'm currently going through Cancer treatment so not working at the moment so I'm stuck! @ThreeUK @SkyUK no loyalty

    @ThreeUKSupport bought 5g hub last Wednesday. Currently good excellent connection to 5g mast but last night download speeds have dropped significantly from 150 to 30mbps and ping is unstable. I followed the troubleshooting and there’s no improvement

    @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.

    @LiveChatTH @ThreeUK Hi, I am having major issues working from home over the last week. Internet network drops out several times a day and need to unplug router to reset everytime. Please can someone advise what the issue it?

    I really don’t know why three network keep hiring INDIAN customer service agents who can’t speak English. Really very frustrating @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUK owe my boyfriend a refund from almost two months ago, they cancelled the order and have still yet to provide the bare minimum of service.

    @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK I thought the merger was meant to improve signal. Not make it blooming worse. Cambridge is meant to be “silicon fen” tricky with such terrible network

    So @ThreeUK tell me do you usually ignore people's request to cancel the Paramount Plus add on. I cancelled when I got an email about paying for it.....guess what, you've charged me for it. Also cancelled it again today, no confirmation email or text. Poor form
