Trying to cancel a @ThreeUK contract I had for a 5g modem has been so frustrating I will never use them again. Dark anti-patterns deliberately making it near impossible. Almost as bad as @audibleuk .

@ThreeUKSupport yet it does. Your systems are clearly not fit for purpose, neither the way you automate your network monitoring, nor your customer service

@ThreeUK Your support is an absolute joke. They told my wife she cannot transfer her old number to a new sim until its cancelled. Now its cancelled, they said she cannot transfer as the sim is not active, and it will take 30 days to activate the old sim!

@ThreeUKSupport Community Notes is a feature of Twitter. It has a set of criteria to allow users to sign up; however it says 3 is not a trusted network provider, so I cannot sign up.

@ThreeUK my internet has been down for four days because of mast maintenance. I work from home and this isn't acceptable. Can I contact you to find out when this will be fixed?

@ThreeUKSupport Do you take me for an idiot? Clearly I know how to find the correct No. 8 hours of my life I’ll never get back because your back office in India is in total disarray with a new OS being installed. The left hand hasn’t a clue what the right is doing. Utterly shambolic.
