@thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 I left Three after a data breach. Their service was abysmal & couldn't care less. Insult to injury was someone screaming down the phone that I owed money when I paid everything in full when I switched. Awful company.

@jasmine007a @ThreeUK @O2 I had an issue with them when I went to NYC, took 3 months to sort the overcharged bills, as I was the same as you, hadn't used the phone on mobile data. With this plan I can use it in Europe and the US etc

@ThreeUK I am so disgusted and upset as to how you handled my call and complaint. Someone has opened a phone account in my name fraudulently and 2 weeks later and nothing has been done and I have had no contact as to what is happening.
