    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply Maxine, my issue was when I needed to call customer service to do a simple credit check as I have signed up for a mobile Wi-Fi unit. and had already picked my plan online and just needed to do that one last step I was sent to the sales department who kept

    @ThreeUKSupport repeatedly during calls, he other person can't hear me and I have to ring them back? Is this likely to be a sim/signal issue or handset?

    @ThreeUKSupport This still hasn't gone through :( whenever I try to fill out the online form to request it again I get an error message - getting so many problems since the SIM arrived
