@DaisyLouMason @EluznTV @ThreeUK This is all because I am looking to change my deal to a cheaper one and keep my phone (I’ve been paying £60+ for the last 2 years) guarantee if I had been ‘upgrading’ to a more expensive plan/phone I wouldn’t be having these issues.....big fat CON 🥲

Unwrapped my new @Apple iPhone to have the experience ruined by @ThreeUK who seem to be unable to transfer my number over to my new phone. Three live chats disconnected on me and a gruelling phone conversation with broken promises! Not a happy @ThreeUK customer !

@JolyonMaugham @ThreeUK @tescomobile To be fair, it’s quite a bit easier/cheaper for 3 as the owner of the network v’s Tesco as a wholesaler/MVNO. They would have been better off doing nothing to be fair, the pressure should be on Voda, O2 & EE. Someone at Tesco didn’t think this through as now they look cheap
