    @ThreeUK Still very poor network Isle of Bute - over 2 weeks now - when will this be fixed please ?

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. It is the next stage that is the issue. There are all sorts of options to choose from. I can't take a screenshot. I have tried to select AKA as per the instructions but there is more than one AKA option and nothing works.

    @ThreeUKSupport Afraid we rely on 4g as the wifi in this area is so bad. So we only have this 4g router.

    Currently dealing with the buffoons at @ThreeUKSupport, who have decided that I’ll have to pay an early termination fee for the luxury of leaving their network that I can’t use because of “upgrades and maintenance”

    @ThreeUK had an hour chat trying to cancel my number earlier. Still not cancelled. Very anoyed, please help me resolve this. The SIM is lst in a portable WiFi somewhere. I have no account details but can provide all other info.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm tethered to another phone which is on three. Three site is only site with issues. I wouldn't bother trying to solve this. I'm so sick of the service I'm gone from your awful network.

    @ThreeUK worst customer service ever!Waited 2 months for a usage cert for insurance claim! promised time&time again it would be sent!They then sent this with wrong date, so now it looks like the phone was lost before insurance was taken out! Total incompetence!Don’t use Three!
