    @JamSandwiched @ThreeUK Exactly the same problem here. Router appears fine but no internet on any device, but phone on a different contact working fine. Can't just be a coincidence. @ThreeUKSupport are you getting many reports like this.

    @ThreeUK I am trying to cancel my contract but you are making it impossible to get in touch with anyone!! Been in phone over 2 hours and know web chat for over 1.5hours😡😡😡 Sort it out! (Sad thing is all the family have contracts which are about to be cancelled!)

    @ThreeUKSupport I cancelled plans and rearranged them to tomorrow so that I could be in to sign for the delivery. Now got to cancel the plans for tomorrow as well! And your guy on the phone just told me "there's nothing I can do sir"
