@ThreeUK My friend has had her phone stolen and wants you to bar it. Your customer services say can’t do that without a receipt from Apple with IMEI number. Apple say they don’t provide those. How to break this impasse?

@ThreeUK I’m still off I can’t call anyone I was expecting phone calls off the hospital today as just been told I’ve got stage 1 cancer wait till I’m back on supply you will be having a few nice words over the phone this isn’t the first time it’s happened I’ve been a 3 customer for years
