@virginmedia It's been a whole day without internet and relying on my @ThreeUK phone broadband to work with my computer at home @virginmedia. It is unacceptable that the issue is not fixed by now. I had to postpone appointment due to slow connection. Compensation? 😡

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Charley, just tried, they can't help at all & can only suggest going to a store which I can't do currently. Apparently my address will be fine if we sign up to a contract though! My husband has a contract - can he get one through his account? could try when he gets home.
