    @ThreeUK thanks for the offer of 5G broadband but a steady phone signal would be more useful! Coverage is rubbish -and data coverage even worse! Forget 4G - I default to 3G otherwise I get nowhere! 13 years but will change when contract up.

    @ThreeUKSupport My Vodafone work sim worked fine in this phone, however that phone is locked so can't test my sim out. Your checker says no issues on my area Wn3 4jq. Can you arrange for a new sim to be sent out?

    Why have @ThreeUK become so greedy, and phone line customer reps so poor? New contract stipulating cash payments, and charged £5.00 for not having a DD! Dreadful experience. Wish I hadn't taken out the new contract!
