    Quick rant to say that @ThreeUK is the WORST provider EVER !! How am I having to serve 30 days notice and paying full price of my contract When I tried to cancel it a month ago and I was told that it wasn’t possible and that the alternative was to get a different contract

    @Ofcom Thank you. I am going to contact @ThreeUKSupport by phone tomorrow as they have not responded to any of my letters and failed to assist over Twitter. Chat service extremely poor.

    @ThreeUKSupport Mainly in our home & postcode CT17 0HQ, this has been happening since 23 December 2021. My husband is disabled & unable to call me because he doesn't always have phone signal & we have no internet at all most of the time

    @ThreeUKSupport I upgraded over the phone, spoke to an actual three employee when I upgraded. He stated i’d still be under old terms, otherwise I would have moved to a different network who offer these benefits. Quite disappointing really.

    @ThreeUK my partner can't return his phone as he's changed his mind and 4 times he's rang off 3 different phones and they never seem to be able to hear me! I just need a returns address!!!
