    My lad had his phone sim hacked, it was disabled in his phone, cloned remotely and £125 charges added to the account (in my name). @ThreeUK have ignored my complaint thinking I'll cave in and pay. Just off to the local store to cancel all 4 of my contracts. I don't like thieves.

    @ThreeUK it seems too easy to hide behind "technical issues". We have had no issues with three until now. Apple immediately delivered Replacement phone after robbery & 6/7 later SIM is still not working. Totally fed up with your complete inability to sort out what we pay you 2do

    At this point in time @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport is by far the worst mobile service provider I have ever been with in all my 20+ years of having a mobile phone. Literally 95% of the places I go I can never get any reliable signal. Sooner I switch to someone else the better.
