@ThreeUK when a customer is abused by your staff to the point that they are so emotionally distraught they end up self-harming you might want to take that somewhat seriously just fyi.

@salskiann @SueSuezep @ThreeUK I had terrible problems with 3 customer service, refused to cancel a contract because they said I sent it to wrong office. I avoid them like the plague.

@ThreeUKSupport That is really unsatisfactory as I specifically asked about the 10gb pay as you go plan and was told it would last 90 days I would have no issue if it didn’t start until I put it in my phone. Is there no way the start time cannot be moved on by two days

@ThreeUK Ridiculous to see that during all these price increases 3 have still increased monthly bills!! My phone bill went from £68.50 a month to £71!!!! And the worst part is my signal is crap!!!

@ThreeUK can't log into my 3 app either because it needs a verification code from text and I don't have signal to receive it. So stuck!
