@ThreeUKSupport Switching from PAYG Three to Three Contract. Have had to contact on 5 occasions now including CustRelations twice. Very disappointing service. Mid morning today finally appears to have been sorted

@ThreeUKSupport And added on a bolt on - same thing happened and I called customer service, they advised nothing wrong and will drop in. Still nothing at 8 this morning so I call back and now they are telling me they can’t fix it for 48 hours- so I have no phone which I need for work till then.

@ThreeUKSupport I’m getting towards the end of my 24 month contract for home broadband but how come I keep getting emails offering me a great deal as an existing customer at £22/month (24 month) when the website offers the same at £17 for the same? Seems like a **** deal to me!
