@ThreeUKSupport I cancelled my home broadband contract (I was out of contract) and they asked me to return the 5g router within 5 days from when I get the return box, but I would still charged for 30 days since I cancelled. How does it work? Charged but can’t use the service!

@ThreeUK Im trying to buy a data roaming pass as I’ve used all my roaming allowance. I have no network and when I try to log in to my 3 account it’s trying to send me a verification code via SMS which I can not receive because I don’t have network. Can we resolve?
