    Why oh why does it take an age to get hold of a person @ThreeUKSupport when there is a problem with your order. Granted it’s busy but when I get through they help even that takes an age @ThreeUK

    Hey @ThreeUKSupport I've spend the last two days wandering around London. My wife's Vodafone plan has had good service the whole time. I can have full bars in 4/5G, but no internet. What gives?

    @ThreeUKSupport why since you upgraded the coverage in the CH62 area a few weeks ago has the mobile and broadband signal been far worse than it was before the upgrade?! I'm not paying nearly £100 a month in mobile tariff and broadband to not be able to load Google!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yea, I'd say so given that you cannot provide an internal signal at my address. I live rurally and internet is far from strong or stable so cannot rely on that for WiFi calling, but they still wouldn't allow me to receive SMS'for things like 2FA systems

    @ThreeUKSupport Everywhere I went in south/west London- Soho, Wayfair, Hyde Park Full bars, no service King's Cross was fine

    @ThreeUKSupport I can barely hear anyone when I make a call now. My husband doesn’t have the same issue; he has the same phone but is with a different provider. Is there something wrong with our local network?
