@ThreeUKSupport It appears to be on just the website from what I've seen, but I couldn't get the app to work properly with filters, so I stopped trying to use it earlier. Would it help if I provided a screenshot to pass to your IT/website people?

@VOXI_UK The SIM activation is fine, hence I was able to get 45Mb down from Vodafone. It's @ThreeUK I'm really annoyed with. They honestly couldn't care less about anything.

@ThreeUKSupport awful service, fake advertising, hidden costs, etc.

@ThreeUKSupport Nothing you can do. Your masts are too far away for the frequency they are operating on. Add to that a new build home with highly efficient foil faced insulation and the signal simply can't get through. Wifi calling and good customer service has saved the contracts up to now.

@ThreeUK 4g network coverage in Berkshire isn't great. Doesn't seem to work at all

@ThreeUKSupport Looks like it was an intermittent issue, as I now cannot get it to recur. If it happens again, I'll send a screenshot. Thank you kindly for your help. Stay well and take care!

@antartica81 @bristolboudicca @ThreeUK No, you're correct. Failure to upgrade capacity on the part of Three. They spend the funding on internet capability and not network, problem with that is that a mobile phone is still a phone, not a tablet.
