@ThreeUKSupport Problems with mobiles and landlines. It seems completely random. Sometimes problems start during the call; sometimes right from the start; both calling and receiving. Can’t see memorable word on my3 either

And particularly irritatingly, when I try to get online chat support, @ThreeUK asks for characters from a “memorable” word I long ago forgot — even though I have already used my iPhone fingerprint sensor to login to their app 🤡

@ThreeUKSupport I was looking at the website. OK, I finally found it. I’ve been having these problems for months, in the UK and abroad. I’ve got rid of a perfectly good, very expensive, iPhone to try and resolve them.

@ThreeUKSupport Im trying to cancel a contract and you seem to be making it the hardest thing to do.1st the date of birth was wrong for some reason so sent passport to verify,now your saying the names wrong so want more documents and utility bills.Why you making it so hard to do
