@ABalharry62 @ThreeUK Oh I agree customer service in many of these companies is pathetic. Vodafone was c**p here until CEO bought a house here then they suddenly upgraded connectivity. BT was shocking unless you had a business account.

@ThreeUKSupport I need to urgently make contact with someone, I tried to update my address today and get an upgrade but whoever I spoke to has completely messed up the address, the upgrade should have been cancel but I've now had an email saying its going to the wrong address!

3.30 minutes onto @threeuk robot, gave up, will have to go into town to their shop, shocking service, it really is. I hate capitalism, maybe I'll just get another provider, I'll see when I go into #Dundee's Overgate what other providers are there. Been with 3 since blinkin 2014

Ok. If you don’t know already, now I’m telling you.. @ThreeUK is the worst network ever. Over priced for absolutely nothing. I am a tired customer. @ThreeUK release me.
