    Hi @ThreeUK I am a long term generally satisfied customer. I need a number to ring so that I can speak to a real human being about the +40% increase in my monthly bill. I have done the AI merry go round, got texted a4 figure code and back unto the going nowhere roundabout. 🙁

    @Benleo @virginmedia I can raise you. Try dealing with @ThreeUK . But I agree Virgin media have massively gone downhill in the customer service department.

    So ****** off with the service from @ThreeUK (supposedly I can piggy back off @VodafoneUK masts?!) is there a problem calling landline numbers today? Mobile … fine, landlines ~ nothing … just silence?
