@ThreeUK Not only have three customers not had the government alert but my three broadband is still not working since yesterday! Yet your website is telling me there's no issue in my area. I work from home so rely on the broadband. When is it going to work again???

@ThreeUK Explain yourself @ThreeUK, epic fail on your part. Another reason why I’ll be ditching your crappy service when my contract ends. Thanks for making the decision easier. #notsafe

On the website @threeuk claim our area has 4G but it does not. I assume that's why we didn't get our emergency alerts. Dishonesty about coverage by saying we're 4G. An independent site agrees with me, you're the only network with no 4G here, yet your site claims you do. 1/2

@SteveBlythe @ThreeUK The alert 🚨 shut down the check in counters at Tesco so customers couldn’t pay.

@ThreeUK Can't say I'm surprised I didn't receive one. Three are a hopeless network. Me & my mum get ridiculous signal. So bad that we can't even do a Internet speed test because it's that poor, it can't even pick up the provider & server's name because there's nothing. It's disgusting!

@ThreeUK Every single Three customer didn’t get it! Well, I suppose in an emergency, #three customers are toast.

How odd I don’t get emergency alerts on @ThreeUK and yet they somehow keep sending me marketing SMS on a number I have repeatedly opted out of marketing on #priorities
