    @ThreeUK it’s time to say farewell after 15+ years. I just cannot deal with the poor service any longer. I’ve been patient but finally had enough. Loyalty doesn’t seem to matter these days sadly. Any suggestions for different provider would be welcome. Thank you in advance🙏

    @ThreeUKSupport When people call me and I dont answer, my phone goes to answerphone, where they are greeted by a woman call Jan. I am a man called Darren. I have tried to re-record, tried instant chat & called in a Three store, nobody can help. Can you PLEASE!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been scammed through 3 Pay and Three withdrew money from my account knowing about the fraud. I keep reporting the fraud to customer services and nothing has been done to address it. Three consciously enable Fraud!

    @ThreeUKSupport how do you feel scamming thousands of customers for 1000s when a device is paid off and you keep taking payment for the device my elderly mother is a victim and is our £900 with nothing you can do can’t wait to cancel all 9 phone contracts me my family and friends
