    @ThreeUKSupport Unusable speeds on 5G for a few hours now, in central London (can share postcode in DM). I rely on it for work. Your network status page shows no issues. Can you help please ?

    @ThreeUK The 5G service in WS11 is like going back to GPRS laggy, intermittent. Signal strength shows full.

    Hello @ThreeUK Recently upgraded home broadband and my first month payment is £87.13 on a £14 contract, which was never mentioned when I called to discuss an upgrade. Your online help isn't working either. Why am I being charged >£87 for 1 month broadband?
