Mis-sold a 24m SIM-only contract, assured me twice it was cancelled (once after 2 hours on the phone), cases all closed. Now you’ve reinstated it AGAIN, and sent a bill. This is appalling. I will NOT be paying. Sort it out.

They upped my bill not to long ago and I said I was going to leave what not for a better deal.. they didn't offer anything better same plan same signal more money... This is the last time they will rob me. I’m switching to another provider.

This has only happened for the last two weeks. What on earth is going on with your coverage please? You’re basically just ripping people off.
