    Anyone know which mobile provider has better coverage in W14 area of London. I’ve been advised by @ThreeUK it’s best to cancel account as they’re struggling to provide adequate 4g let alone 5g.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK When was it cancelled? You get 30 days period after the termination to get a pac code to transfer to different network.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also, they cancel it if you’re inactive , so when you do get a physical sim and abroad, make sure to make some phone calls like once a month

    @UniversalExile @three Have seen @ThreeUK poor level of customer service when the sold a deal to my mother-in-law that was totally unfit for her purpose. Selling to an easily confused elderly person who is obviously not tech savvy is a awful thing to do. Hope they change and sort your problem fast.

    @Carlz94x @ThreeUK They’re supposed to be **** hot since Vodafone bought them ! “Forming the largest uk network” my ***. I don’t get why my phone says 4/5G and 4 bars but can’t send an iMessage. ?!
