    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having purchased TWO sims unable to activate either. One having prepaid data allowance is not showing as credited to my account. Such poor experience is really disappointing as I am a returning customer having enjoyed much better service with a GSM iPad.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Mark, I get no data connectivity through either 3G or 4G, despite the phone telling me it has signal. I work around 10 miles from home, and get no data in either place. On Friday, I travelled to Brixton and still no data. Can only makes calls and send SMS.

    @ThreeUKSupport 2 of 2> They sent me a TEXT to help me reset it. But I don’t have a 3 sim in a PHONE I have a 3 sim in a Home Broadband HUB and the only way I can access any texts sent to it is via My3 account. Do you see the problem here?

    @ThreeUKSupport Ok fair enough. However my data hasn’t worked continuously since I took the contract out. Three has the worst network coverage! I will not stay with three

    @ThreeUKSupport Help.. I have been trying to get through but they can’t seem to help with my issues. Who do I need to contact? I have rang this number 03333381039 and now the advisor said I’m not the account holder 🙈
