@EE Hi guys, just completed my order to join you, after the nightmare that was @ThreeUK! Could someone please contact me about my order, as I have a question, and your support phone number doesn’t recognise my number yet (hasn’t been ported over yet). Thx

@ThreeUKSupport You have one of the worst coverages, with massive deadzones in and around even London and then want to stiff your few remaining customers by revoking your original USP. Good luck staying in business.

@ThreeUKSupport I've had 3 port in days, now been given a link to do it again, have to pay for another month with my old network now. Hardly a great start you costing me money and breaking multiple promises. Who do I speak to about some bill credit to cover what you have cost me?

@ThreeUKSupport yes connection was very unstable - wonder if it was weather-related as was pouring heavily for a while. That would perhaps affect it?

Many other small suppliers MVNOs provide a cheaper option than being stuck in a long contract & getting ripped off @ThreeUK has never provided a good signal its very hit & miss unless your in London so @Ofcom making communications work for everyone but doesn't help control prices

The worst customer service I have ever talked to is @ThreeUK. No cohesion, refuses to let me access my account, won't accept passwords that have been set. Oh well, after years of being with them I'll be leaving soon

@ThreeUK Turns out you’ve been overcharging me £43 a month for the last 6 months. In order to avoid this I apparently have to move to a contract with inferior terms? Terrible customer service, stealing money from your customers.
