    @ThreeUK responsibility for their mistakes. Escalation was a joke: instead of resolving anything, they wasted time, deflected, and tried to pass me around. Zero accountability, zero honesty, and zero willingness to help. If you expect integrity or real support, avoid Three at all costs.

    @ThreeUK, can you please employ people that actually understand English? I get frustrated every time I talk to your customer service people. Definitely leaving at the end of my contract. Can't deal with this anymore.

    @ThreeUK your service has been Diabolical recently,calls from unknown mobile Numbers and when you text/call Them back,they say they haven’t called you,delays or upto an hour on missed calls,that also don’t show on your call History,calls Constantly dropping Compensation is due

    @ThreeUK how is it that Greek island of Thassos, which has only had electricity since 1960s has a better mobile signal than London? Two weeks in Greece back in August and had no issues with roaming signal! Walk around West End yesterday and was lucky to get any signal at all!
