@ThreeUK @SamsungUK They've been providing poor internet service for 6months! The issue hasn't been resolved yet. I'm very disappointed. I had 4different contract with，but now I'm leaving! The service and quality are truly poor! Every time I file a complaint, they say can't resolve the issue，close

Awful experience at @ThreeUK Cribbs Causeway, Bristol 😡 My iPhone (under 15 months old) stopped working — Apple confirmed hardware fault. Store refused help, staff were rude, and the manager used foul language. Paid £1,176 + £45/mo. Disgraceful. #CustomerServiceFail

After 14 painful years I'm leaving @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport and if you're with #Threeuk I'd encourage you to leave that network too. Appalling coverage and customer service, they do not care. The only thing they understand is losing customers and it's about time everyone walked

@ThreeUKSupport can someone contact me about my complaint that 3 have put me on a contract without consent. I want this sorted out immediately. You were all too quick to sneakily decide to put me on a contract but now refuse to do anything when confronted.

I urge anyone in the UK to say away from @ThreeUK as a network. Loyal to them for years and now unable to upgrade. They do not care for their long term customers at all and advise anyone to never ever use them!
