@ThreeUK great you send a text to say you're going to be doing work in my area after the work is completed the service is actually poorer than what it was before you started we now have to use 3G only to be able to receive any decent speed for basic speed with internet

@ThreeUKSupport A mast is maxed out plus also limited this is by yourselves as the supplier. This has been going on since march 2020. So your mast is maxed out but also you are limiting the bandwidth on the master as well is that a great service. And what work was carried out to make it poorer.

@ThreeUKSupport why keep phoning chasing to get me to sign a new contract now that I'm out of contract for a service you cannot meet you cannot supply for g is useless having to go back and force equipment stay on 3gy pay more for less.

@KhainesKorner @ThreeUK Wow my @VodafoneUK home broadband is only 35mb down even though I was promised when I renewed that they were looking to upgrade my line within a few months. Still not heard anything about that yet though

@ThreeUK “The go roam charges apply to customers who upgrade their contract from 1/10/21.” Your email today says my contract is increasing by over 100% as not in min term and I have to upgrade to keep it reasonable, incurring the new go roam terms. I’m off, your signal is crap anyway 👋🏻
