@ThreeUKSupport ordered phone to collect from store, would not give to me as confusion over my name. Told to reorder but same problem. Still getting emails for payments for phone i never had. Tried talking to Three by phone, chat, complaint form but do not get I never had them.

@matthew_darcy @ThreeUK I'm pretty happy with @1pMobile (who use EE's network, which means I have WiFi calling at home). My only complaint is that I wish they offered MFA on their account management portal, given they don't have physical stores to do ID checks at.

@ThreeUKSupport @irwinmitchell I've also been a Three customer for literally more than half of my entire life. And I'm seriously looking to move BOTH of my numbers to Tesco Mobile because of this.

@ThreeUKSupport @oIiviarl No matter what method I use to contact you nobody gets the fact that i never had the 2 phones. I think Three need to improve their customer service.
