    @ThreeUK I have an accidental damage and is unfortunately that I can’t get my phone or screen replacement with Three insurance FC Tier 5 which have been paying for since 11th August 2021. Please someone should help me get my claim from three or my insurance should be cancelled.

    @ThreeUKSupport @JayCauser Small? Every person I know on Three is unable to make or receive calls. You can’t even get through to live chat operators because there’s no one available - the entire network is clearly down??

    @ThreeUKSupport Is it limited to certain areas in the country so I’m struggling to make calls in the East Midlands and Hertfordshire I’m just trying to work out whether it’s a network issue or an Apple issue?
