@JamesMarriott @heatherpaterson @ThreeUK I get the opposite .. Mines come down and down (I'm SIM only tho adverts all handsets) Just buy the phone direct.

  • Siphio siphio (@Siphio) reported

@ThreeUK hey folks, I’m getting several calls per day from a London number that just hangs up if I answer it. 100% certain they’re fraud or spam. Different numbers, so blocking doesn’t work. What services do you have to help? Thanks!

  • draevans Dr E 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿⭐️🎗 (@draevans) reported

Yesterday I tried to give forward notice on my contract with @ThreeUK. It appears you can only cancel a contract EXACTLY 30 days before the EXACT end date without penalty. Is this legal or incorrect?

  • kimmunday21 kimi (@kimmunday21) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi - I was not sent any documents for the promotion. I was just sent the phone. After receiving the phone on 2 Feb and trying to transfer from old to new I realised in the Monday about the promotion. That's when I called but there was no option for my issue so had a live chat.

@UtilityWarehouse how did you win awards possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with and I have had dealings with @ThreeUK and @virginmedia !

  • ahoefavii BHB ✨ (@ahoefavii) reported

@ThreeUK isn’t it about time you offered visual voicemail??? I never listen to any of my voicemails because of how long it takes to listen to 1 😕

  • Gemma_E_Rossi Gemma (@Gemma_E_Rossi) reported

@ThreeUKSupport However, this has not happened. I was promised a call back at 4pm on Wednesday and obviously the call never came. I was then promised my SIM would be activated by midnight last night, again this was not the case! I have given the SIM number to 5 of your colleagues

Central london and once again awful reception from @ThreeUK - bring on July and the end of my 7 years with them.

  • pkleanthous Pavlos Kleanthous (@pkleanthous) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK guys why your service needs to be so bad? I spent 10 pounds by trying to enable the data passport. That’s hilarious. You don’t value your customers at all

  • draevans Dr E 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿⭐️🎗 (@draevans) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Again you miss the point - forward notice does not mean cancelling there and then. It tells you of the intention to cancel, so @ThreeUK can then apply the cancellation on the exact 30 days before.
