    @ThreeUKSupport I’m sorry but I refuse to speak to anyone over live chat. I’ve tried this over 20 times over 3 months since my phone was stolen and every time they says “wait 72 hours for proofs” and I’m still here waiting. Who can I speak to in real life to help?

    @Plusnet My daughters been with plusnet almost 1 year and her bill as already increased 3.9% I have been with @ThreeUK for 11 years and my contract is still the same price hasnt risen even 1 pence. Massive fail wintbe stayin with plusnet much longer

    @ThreeUKSupport Especially when it can be solved by a small amount of customer effort to collect stock from in store. I understand it may have internal technical issues, but would go a long way on improving customer service and customer journey when buying or upgrading a product @ThreeUKSupport
