    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura. No, turning mobile data off doesn't do anything to increase ability to send text messages. Still get 'failed to send' with One Bar signal out of Five.

    @ThreeUKSupport If I was to hazard a guess. Id say the app is trying to validate if Google play services exist. Which they don't as its Huawei. Doesn't know how to handle that and closes down

    @ThreeUK The app doesn't work anymore on my Huawei P40 Pro. Can only assume this is because the app is trying to look for Google play services and can't find it. So doesn't know what todo and crashes.. Shame really

    @ThreeUKSupport I can assure you there is a massive issue with my 4G broadband. Working from home is a nightmare with this wifi. Out of 5 bars I’m only getting 2 to 3 bars all day.

    @ThreeUKSupport Problem is I work nights so I don't have time to ring you regarding something I have no idea what it's about my account is closed. When I closed the account I was told there would be no further charges I guess its about some random payment you expect me to pay?

    @ThreeUKSupport same thing happens. Get through the login and biometric snd then the app closes leaving just the rate me pop-up window. Yep can login Just fine on both sim accounts. It works flawlessly on my Samsung tablet. Just my Huawei P40 Pro phone
