@ThreeUKSupport T-Mobile is the only one of those available locally unfortunately, and still behaving the same after manually connecting. A friend suggested maybe there's a T-Mobile limit on amount of 3G data and then they drop you down to 2G, but I don't recall reading that on Three's pages.

@ThreeUKSupport Every other department tells me the same. Why can't 3 tell us what the problem is? Do you expect your customers to accept a service that only works intermittently without a satisfactory explanation? You are treating us very poorly by continuing to fob us off with false deadlines.

@ThreeUKSupport Several times Square Trade has "escalated" the issue, but to no avail. Now they are telling me that Three has actually cancelled my insurance! What have I been paying every month for? And I can't get through to your help line because it requires me to dial numbers (broken phone)

  • jonsmithmusic_ Jon Smith (@jonsmithmusic_) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Unhelpful advice as I've been calling every day this week with no solution proposed.

  • Jordan1321 Jordan (@Jordan1321) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Im struggling to get that proof of purchase from carphone warehouse. I’ve got proof with the order email but Three say they need the IMEI on it. Why is proof needed to unlock the phone no damage is being done.

  • ian_hamilton17 Ian Hamilton (@ian_hamilton17) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No I didn’t accept the £5, it was offered as a one off credit. I asked if I poss to have a reduction in the bill until September, or cancel this one contract only with no penalty, but was told it would cost me over £100 to cancel as the contract runs until Dec this year.

@ThreeUKSupport hi, just joined your network after being with EE/Orange 20 years. Got the iPhone 13 and making calls are impossible. Both ends of the call keep breaking up plus my internet runs really slow at times. Any ideas how to fix this?

  • maryzgambo1 mary zgambo (@maryzgambo1) reported

@ThreeUK i have been back and forth with your customer support team since 22nd June and they are refusing to process my refund after I sent everything they asked me to including the phone? It’s been very frustrating and am not being assisted at all.

  • Jordan1321 Jordan (@Jordan1321) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It’s an Apple function that is no longer done due to being banned. But it is Threes network the phone is locked to. Three are preventing me from using the phone on another network and making sure I am locked in.

  • Jordan1321 Jordan (@Jordan1321) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been told by Three this is due to uk law / trading standards but what law even is that? Network locking of phones is now banned so why is it so hard to get them Unlocked? I see Three keeping the phone locked to their network as anti competitive.
