@SouthernRailUK @AlisonB98370226 Hello, think you should also provide the phone number for them if people have spending caps on their network providers accounts. We tried to message that number and it didn’t work, probably due to a spending cap on our @ThreeUK accounts. Not trying to be mean, just a suggestion.

@ThreeUK the only solution I get offered was to put a cap/limit of £0 overcharge on my usage so I don't get over charged, honestly if that's how you deal with fraud then well done you have out done yourself @ThreeUK

@ThreeUK terrible customer service. Requested a refund 3 times after pulling £162 out of my bank. 3rd time promised an 100% refund. Definitely going to go back in. ON TUESDAY. Friday comes no money. No help. Live chat was useless. DO NOT JOIN THREE!!!! They steal!
