    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, have done this, have escalated to your tech teams who have called just now. Happened last month as well. Auto renew on your website is not working either, two browsers attempted, have passed on this as well.

    @ThreeUKSupport Been told its because its a "premium phone" All of my upgrades have been premium upgrades woth you and have never incurred a hike at all let a lone what your colleague described to me as "its only £20, it's not costing yih a lot"
