@ThreeUKSupport It’s not on my my phone it’s on my iPad (data sim) and I have - I also have a phone sim and that’s reverted to 3G so there must be an issue

@ThreeUKsupport hi you guys gave me a replacement SIM card as my iMessage and FaceTime etc haven’t been working but I just put it and now it’s just saying no service ive switched my phone off and everything

Get a new phone and activate the sim card... this will take 2 hours to happen, that was at 2:30 now at 11pm and still no signal... fantastic...cheers @ThreeUK.

@ThreeUK almost 20 years as a customer and due to upgrade but cannot match nevermind beat a @virginmedia deal. Pretty poor i'd say.
