Left @ThreeUK and they’ve charged me the usual amount via direct debit and despite me getting in touch last week and then promising to refund it, nothing. Remember to cancel your direct debits people!

WOW!!! @ThreeUK your 5G/Signal is horrendous! I can barely use my phone unless it's on WiFi!! Taken me 4 attempts to even send this. Ridiculous!!!

@ThreeUKSupport I have no receipt! It was a phone order. No contract email! Nothing! you’ve simply taken the money and appear to have no record of it! I’m fed up of having to call to explain the matter! I’ve wasted literally hours on the phone! How do I raise a formal complaint ?!

@ThreeUKSupport I can’t use 4g for some reason, I turn mobile data on and get the 4g symbol but it doesn’t connect to the internet. My bills are all up to date, and the network coverage is fine with no issues. Please help
