@ThreeUK absolutely awful. Every single phone call is awful quality. Line always cuts out and crackles. Get texts saying I’ve had a missed call and voicemail left, but no one’s rang 💩

@ThreeUKSupport my carer bought an I phone 16 pro bundle with insurance . The ear buds 11 days over 1 year have stopped working. How can they not be covered by the insurance???? She is so upset and spent money on petrol/parking to go to I store - let alone childcare AWFUL service

Hey @ThreeUK why is it so hard to get help when you phone is stolen while abroad? I was told that documents that I needed would be emailed to me within 72 hours, that was last week. Plus have you tried getting hold of someone in your company by phone to help???
