    @bt_uk Hi Catherine. I have my land line, broadband and 5 mobile phone sims with BT. I was offered a £60 token gesture to put towards my @ThreeUK sim but when I pay BT about £1200 a year and have been customer for over 20 years i found this unexceptable.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for quick reply. There is a few popular attractions around here and they will have the same issue. It’s strange that mobile networks have monopolised on this fact :-(

    @ThreeUK your customer service is the worst I have experienced. I was frequently given incorrect information which resulted in me paying the cancellation fee and now the pac code given is invalid! Now I have to phone back again from 24/48 hours! Ridiculous!

    @ThreeUKSupport So.. I wanted that but only if I can cancel my old broadband contract and the sales advisor had mentioned to me and my wife that we can so that's why we went ahead with it but now I'm getting told I can't cancel my old broadband so now I'm left with 2 broadbands. Please help!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have just bought a monthly data add on as I ran out. If I cancel now to avoid being charged next month, will add on still be valid untill my bill refreshes or is it cancelled there and then?
