    @ThreeUK your customer service for bereaved families is shocking . Restricted my Mums account which my Dad was responsible for who sadly passed away Monday . Three times having told you this you have asked to speak to my Dad . I bloody well wish I could !!!!

    @ThreeUK I did a live chat this afternoon hoping to upgrade with an offer expiring at midnight. I was told your upgrade system was down. The person I spoke to earlier has finished their shift and advised using the app- but no staff are available. Am I still entitled to the offer?

    @ThreeUKSupport been trying to get an issue I have with my new phone sorted for a week now, I have spoken to 8 different people assuring me the issue will be sorted in 2 hours which it never is. Can someone please get in touch before I send my phone back and cancel my contract

    @ThreeUKSupport You already have my complaint. Store Mgr at the Cribbs Causeway store was sorting it out with his managers for me. We'd got to the point where I was agreeing to what Three were offering to resolve the mis-selling, but I've heard nothing for 3 weeks.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's been over 12 hours since the so-called maintenance ended and reception is still awful. My friend, who lives in another part of Herts and is on 3, is having the same problem. My partner, who is on 3, is having the same problem. Can we have the truth please??

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello, the contract expired on it's own. Unless you still continue to take payments after a contract has ended without notifying the customer? I would hope this isn't the case as that would be illegal...

    @ThreeUKSupport It was taken out over the phone and received on 14/12/20. A week later I tried calling to return the phone and, at least 5 times since. The first few times I was told to call back(after being passed from person to person, over a period of 45mins)as "systems were down".Repeatedly>

    @ThreeUKSupport I cancelled the contract back in December and they said I won’t get charge cos I mainly cancelled it due to signal services - I thought they’d refund it to me straightaway but I guess not
