    @ThreeUKSupport But you can offer it to new customers esp on a pay as you sim which is cheaper than me having to pay £36 for 18days! For me it shows that me as a customer for many years is not valued. It’s ok, I shall cancel all the contracts I have with 3

    This is my FINAL attempt to try and get a PAC code from Three. I am exasperated with the customer service I’ve experienced from Three and hope that I get a different outcome on here.@ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m not sure I understand. The deals I’m talking about are already with Three. Could I not cancel my old contract, get a PAC and transfer the number over like you would with other networks?

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm caught in a situation where I can't cancel an old three contract because Proofs are not replying to me. Every day I call complaints and I'm told they can't escalate my complaint until proofs take action. Meanwhile you are still billing me ...

    @ThreeUK the mobile signal is a joke, forget 5g I rarely get 4g. Should have stayed with EE and got a proper signal

    @ThreeUKSupport Yep. Tried that too and it comes up with the following error message - *There seems to be an issue with your account so we can't process your request. Call 333 for more info* I also have tried logging into my account online/app and I can’t reset my password 😡
