@ThreeUKSupport It was around 1pm yesterday when i sent over my PAC number and my number was still connected to my old network on my old phone as texts were still coming through on my old phone

@ThreeUK suspend my account, then when I want to cancel my contract and get my PAC code...it can only be shared by SMS when I have no network to receive it! Since Tuesday I'm stuck with a phone on WiFi only! This how they treat loyal customers! Resolve my issue!!

@ThreeUK your indoor performance is shocking. I was duped into a contract when I was told it would be a 1 month rolling. When I'm out and about, signal keeps dropping and 5g is meh at best sometimes, worse than 4g. I asked to leave when I told you I was duped and told tough (1/2)

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I took up a broadband contract with you as it was supposed to come with a TV within 45 days. It’s now been more than 10 weeks, multiple calls to customer services and nothing. Please can you tell me how this is resolvable?

@ThreeUKSupport I have a complaint ongoing. I received a text saying I could pre order the new iPhone 13 with no early upgrade cost. Spoke to someone on chat who confirmed it and said I needed a callback from a specific team. Now that team won't honour it.
