    @ThreeUKSupport phone keeps going to emergency calls only and mobile data is very slow (5g area near Edinburgh). Know it's not the phone as dual sum (O2) is working fine. Maybe a SIM problem? How can I get a reacement SIM please?

    @ThreeUK you guys must be a joke wanting to rip me of my hard earned money. My phone contract ended and I spoke with your customer rep who gave me a new sim only contract. I did what was required on my part by ringing you before the end of my previous contract. @Ofcom

    Thank you for letting corporate @EE win, @ThreeUK, because you have the cheek to match your pay as you go rates with them, despite thd fact that you have the worst 3G/4G coverage. Im going to stick with @ASDA. Thanks.

    @stevelonie @ThreeUK Never know these days. Between VoIP systems showing any number you want, and the rise of mobile comms such as WhatsApp from business it's entirely plausable it could have been legitimate

    @ThreeUK Very Very frustrated without ability to make calls and access data while traveling. Cant even call 333 to access help. No online chat options. You have left a family disconnected in a foreign country - very dangerous. Can you arrange to have somebody call me asap.
