  @ThreeUKSupport DPD have driven around our area continuously for 5 days and have not stopped.Contacted DPD given what3words to try to "help". We cannot pay a monthly fee for a broadband box we do not have. DPD said to contact you. Can we pick up a new box in store? Please advise.

  @ThreeUKSupport No. You'll need to go back further. I like three but have had bad signal here for many (>10) years. Used to have signal booster box, but three stopped them working. Now looking to move my whole family (4 contracts) to O2.

  @ThreeUKSupport Hi. How do I get a copy of a contract for my business 4G mobile WiFi? I can't find my copy & the store says ring business help line. They promised me a copy week ago on email (hasn't arrived). Rang back last night & they said go to store! I just want a copy!
