@SuperSaf @ThreeUK you managed to find signal on Three? 🥲

  • pseudomonas Adam 🗺 (@pseudomonas) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Also, your Go Roam service was valid for longer stays *within the EU* when I started my stay here. You changed your ToS in July to make it "only for short travels"

  • wasimhussain3 W H (@wasimhussain3) reported

3 mobile are the worst network ever in the whole of uk just complete bunch of jokers no internet no reception all the time problems after problem 🥵 @3MobileCoverage @ThreeUK

  • pseudomonas Adam 🗺 (@pseudomonas) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I got a text message saying "to avoid your roaming service being cut off, use your phone in the UK by [date]". I used it in the UK by [date] and was then told that it was being cut off anyway.

@jameslouiseg @ThreeUK There not enough clever to be clowns. Thick as **** the lot of em. They ignore my tweets on purpose, then they wonder i resort to swearing!

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the waste of time guys 👍 not like i have a job and a busy life too work around this kinda stuff. Thanks for being more helpful than a hour long phone call and your webchat. Think it'll be the last 2 years of contract with this company awful

  • HannahMaplesOfc Hannah Maples (@HannahMaplesOfc) reported

@ThreeUKSupport That’s funny because I was out in town and loads of people were discussing the network problems. I spoke to more than 10+ people who had the same problem. It claimed 4G/5G but NO internet was working at all and this lasted HOURS. It’s working again now but this caused many issues

  • pseudomonas Adam 🗺 (@pseudomonas) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK OK, so looks like @ThreeUKSupport are responsive when they're telling me that I'm bad for moving to the EU six months before they changed their TOS to disallow that. But when I want some help with transferring my service, they clam up.

  • GiantKiwi GiantKiwi (@GiantKiwi) reported

@TomNomNom @VodafoneUK Yup - Gave up trying to get @ThreeUK to remove content filtering on my 4G router because my options last year were give them my credit card details again to make a payment to unblock it, call their non-existent call centres or cancel the contract entirely. Last option was chosen.

  • Nicodemo831 Nicodemo83 (@Nicodemo831) reported

@ThreeUK Thanks for introducing roaming charge within EU. It was the only reason to stay with you, as the 3G service offered in my area is ridiculous. Bye bye
