@ThreeUKSupport You did *not* give me any prior notice. First your colleagues claimed that *I* made the request to change. Now they walked that back and said I was notified - and I was never notified. Moreover, you still can't change without my permission.

@ThreeUKSupport You did NOT provide any such notification. Your staff is also trying to insist that such notification happened, because that is legally required before you change any contract - but it never did, and you can provide no proof of it, because it never happened.

@FrankKhalidUK @ChelseaFC Not true cuz @ThreeUK has being removed as the official sponsor, so how can you inprint a third **** with a rejected sponsorship? That doesn’t sit right here

@ThreeUKSupport I don't text so can't say, data was terrible at Festival Place, but was okay enough for driving. All I know is because of the combined nonsense, I've to do it all over again on Saturday.

@ThreeUKSupport Yup. Last time I phoned I spoke to 4 different people for an hour. It was the complaints team who solved the issue and said it wouldn't happen again. Guess I have to do that again?

Journalists that deal with mobile communications; customer rights; reach out to me.really disappointed with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport . I've tried talking with them and they're claiming all sorts; that they wrote to me (they didn't), that I requested a transfer (I didn't); etc.

@ThreeUK outrageous that you want to charge me £78 to leave a few months early because YOUR network is so terrible my phone is pretty much inoperable 90% of the time.
