    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah did that earlier then I couldn't sign in. When I got home and on WiFi it logged in and would work? Just wondered if it was possibly a known issue

    @ThreeUKSupport I will, but just to make you aware, I have tried my 3 4g sim in two different routers and it doesn’t work. I have an ADSL connection, which is only 2 meg and it will connect ok. I also have a smarty sim in my phone, (which uses the 3 network), and it works.

    @ThreeUKSupport Telephone support pre Christmas and yesterday v poor. Redeemed by instore person but it's not great
