@ThreeUKSupport My pay monthly SIM only plan started after Oct 2021, so I'm liable for the £2 a day charge for using data abroad. I have been with 3 for many years, this issue and your inability to sensibly solve it is making me think 3 don't care about my custom.

@ThreeUKSupport I got it sorted in the end, you should let your developers know that there's a disconnect between signup and login. Signup allows you to use an email address with a + in it, but login doesn't. I had support change my email address to fix it.

@ThreeUKSupport I did. It was supposed to be resolved yesterday but now they cannot guarantee a time. I asked my old number to be forwarded to the new temporarily or reactivate my old sim which are apparently not possible. I am expecting important calls and I feel let down. Please take action.
