@ThreeUKSupport I can't get SMS because I don't have a SIM, which I can't get without memorable info... etc. There ought to be a system in place for this. My phone will have been out of service for over 2 weeks by the time I can get into a 3 store to sort it out. What exactly am I paying for?

@ThreeUK That's it? You advertise extensively about your EU network and we can't use it? The issue is about incoming calls. Utterly appalling, I'm cancelling my contract. I'll pass on the info to the 47 others who have no coverage in Spain. Good luck keeping theIr custom too.

@ThreeUKSupport My issue is that it seems like I had to talk to apple and I couldn't just get help from you. I'm very sure there's little to be done and my phone needs replacing anyway. I doubt there's much you can do now, but I'm annoyed I had to go directly to apple and couldn't get help here

@ThreeUK I have received no calls in Spain since Sunday; callers receive an engaged tone. I've been told it's my phone and no action. I posted on FB and 47 people in this area all have the same problem. We are all getting the same excuse. 3 is using Orange; is this a Brxt issue?
