Commuting to work in the post-Covid Restrictions era: Still mandatory delays on @swrailway and vast areas of absolutely zero usable coverage on @ThreeUK despite my phone showing full 4G signal strength. Nothing changes. Useless bastards! Nothing but *****. #fail 🤬

  • siyuan_huo siyuan huo (@siyuan_huo) reported

@charm_blues @ChelseaFC @ThreeUK I do not care who the sponsors are. This club is so crap at transfers.

  • johnafish John Fish (@johnafish) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport Your own website says there "We’re fixing an issue with our network in this area" for Ashford Kent. It's said that for months, so just fix it. Stop making excuses.

  • welshgirl64 Welsh Girl (@welshgirl64) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Why did you ask me to let you know if I hadn’t heard after a week if you’re telling me you can’t help me? Last time I asked for any sort of help I was on the phone for an hour & a half & then had to call 2 stores to get the name of someone who cld & did actually help. Shocking

  • welshgirl64 Welsh Girl (@welshgirl64) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I have still not received confirmation that Three received the modem I sent two weeks ago. Sadly I’m not surprised as I’ve had nothing but problems since I stupidly decided to join Three. I’d also like my money refunded that was taken out of my account after I cancelled.

@ispreview @ThreeUK No they’re in watch app only, I couldn’t break them out. Very short. 3G/4G only, usage from phone plan, won’t work abroad, 1 month rolling, isn’t guaranteed to work everywhere there’s signal, then a huge section on you need a compatible phone and watch.

  • V2Reek BigReekV2 (@V2Reek) reported

@ThreeUK there an issue viewing recently issued bills?

  • maryholmes61 Mary Holmes (@maryholmes61) reported

@ThreeUK still waiting. Unwavering in your disregard for the ordinary customer.

  • swtrains_watch SWR Watch (@swtrains_watch) reported

@Draegarth @SW_Help @ThreeUK It's not a good combination; train delays/cancellations and a lack of usable mobile signal! Bonus overcrowding or failed air-con always highly likely, along with the certainty of neverending rising fares. So, yes, know where you're coming from. 😬
