    @UniversalExile @three Have seen @ThreeUK poor level of customer service when the sold a deal to my mother-in-law that was totally unfit for her purpose. Selling to an easily confused elderly person who is obviously not tech savvy is a awful thing to do. Hope they change and sort your problem fast.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK If you are paying for the service, I don't see what reason the phone company has to cut you off. Find a local sim in the meantime.

    @ThreeUK Been a customer for 5yrs and for the past 6 months the service has been nonexistent! Can’t wait to move to a new provider

    @ThreeUK have refused to cancel my broadband and told me I need to go 17 miles to nearest store to sort. Had to file complaint as unable to do so. Terrible customer service.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Worst part Rob, they recycle and give away your number to somebody else after few months but will refuse to port it back or sell it back to you This is a huge privacy issue which @ofcom doesn't seem to care

    Thank you @LycamobileUK for providing the very basic level service I have paid for that @iD_Mobile_UK (and @ThreeUK; anyone affiliated to Three mobile network you will know exactly what I am on about) have failed and continue to fail to serve
