  • NPuncher Neil Puncher (@NPuncher) reported

    @DT_NerdyGeek @mrjamesob When I spoke to @ThreeUK customer services they claimed it's to cover the cost of investment in 5G network etc...

  • Socks8818 CJ (@Socks8818) reported

    Hey quick question, I'm with @SMARTYMobileUK in Scotland and my friend is with @ThreeUKSupport but he is in Poland right now, would it cost us much to call eachother? Or would it make more sense for him to just get a sim card for a Polish network until hes home?

  • R_to_the_D The Mad Hatter (@R_to_the_D) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport No service

  • spudy12 Josh (@spudy12) reported

    @ThreeUK any update on when you'll start offering eSIM support again?

  • videobluemusic Video Blue (@videobluemusic) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport But even if I do go over the limit a surcharge should be applied to go over? There was no text. Surely @ThreeUK wouldn’t just pull the plug on a customer’s access? I’ve gone over before and just had to pay the extra £££, never been ‘cut-off’.

  • R_to_the_D The Mad Hatter (@R_to_the_D) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Topped up, made chargeable call text, used data. I get here and no signal. I logged onto my 3 to check roaming was enabled

  • JonEdwards_ Jon Edwards (@JonEdwards_) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport No Internet for over a week in Exeter! Absolute CRAP!

  • thegradys13 Sarah Grady (@thegradys13) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport yes i was told I would have one in 48 hours and another in 72. Both deadines gone. This is the second time this has happened. Your customer service is not good enough

  • Al_woodley87 Al (@Al_woodley87) reported

    @ThreeUK im getting really fed up of your network now. Had great signal for years at home, last few month hardly any signal. Your engineers sorted it a month ago, now no signal again. Think this is last straw for me im off

  • thegradys13 Sarah Grady (@thegradys13) reported

    @ThreeUK I honestly don't know how you manage to make your customer service so shocking. I've now waited over 4 days for a proof of ownership 😡😡
