Deb Hiton (@DebHiton) reported@ThreeUK Please explain how, when I’ve dropped off a device with DPD but they can’t find it, I can still be responsible for the device and subsequent non-return fee of £350? I’ve raised a query with your customer service team but communication from them is abysmal!
-
Louisa Guise Author (@whatiwrote_) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Yikes! I have never heard of this happening.
-
Grant | Dev (@grantdotdev) reportedI've been infuriated with @ThreeUK for over a month. My iPhone shows 4G or 5G and 4 bars of signal, yet I can't load webpages, check email, view social media or even load my @MCardtravel app to open my bus ticket. I thought the @VodafoneThreeUK acquisition was to improve signal?!

Martin Adams | Building Flowtelic (@Martin_Adams) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Oh no, I found a service you can port your UK number to which maps it to a voip, specifically for this issue. Haven’t done it yet, but plan to.

Leo Phillips (@leo_phillips) reported@PaulHolman100 @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK This is a good shout. From my personal experience, Spusu have been superb value for money and offer eSIMs also. Lyca were absolute crap so save yourself the headache.
