@ThreeUK My mobile signal is constantly disappearing, this has been happening for a week or so now. Your site says that you are fixing an issue - how long will this continue? (Sheffield area)

Hello @ThreeUKSupport - the 4G signal in the B67 5DP is really dreadful. Any idea if there is a problem?

@ShotByLopes @ThreeUK Ah, didn't realise that pal. Three shafted me last year - they 'encouraged' to re-sign in December 2021, if I hadn't I would still have Go Roam at no extra cost! Gits!!

@ThreeUKSupport why is the 3G, 4G and 5G so bad in SL6? Both me and my partner have sod all! Not really great when we are paying £88 per month for nothing. Even restarting our phones haven’t helped :(

@ThreeUKSupport @MiffyJJ Total disaster - we all work from home and you can’t even contact us to let us know there are issues. No broadband for over a week, paying for a service I cannot use

@ThreeUKSupport @bex3380 Welcome to the mess of 3! I’ve had the same issue with no contact from anyone at 3 to let me know - I had to contact them myself. Such a bad business

@ThreeUKSupport @MiffyJJ I’ve taken you to the financial ombudsman once before and won, and I’ll do it again - the worst customer service in the history of customer service

@ThreeUKSupport Ok no problem. However I can use T mobile to do everything (I've called the UK several times when I've manually switched to that network) so it's not a case of the A52 being incompatible to 4G calling. It just won't stick with T mobile. Thanks for your help anyway.

@ThreeUKSupport Tks, it says available if my plan was taken before oct 21. I’ve been a customer for years and can see bills back to April 21 so think this must be right but is there a way I can see when contract was taken ?
