Imagine @ThreeUK charged me £325+ and then had an outage for 36 hours and offered £5 as compensation. Today I cancelled my contract because the evil they’ve done is enough. Good riddance awful bunch

@AKilikita @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK They just offered me £5. They clearly think their customers aren't worth having. I'm phoning their complaints team now. I don't actually care who provides me, but where my son can't contact me in an emergency... No way!

@ThreeUKSupport @adriannorris It's your network that's the problem not his phone just like 11 million other three customers that cannot get the service they paid for, what is the issue are you and Vodafone turn duplicate masts ofc now you are merged?
