    @ThreeUKSupport paid for 1gb on top of my unlimited plan last night to see if it fixed my 0. Speeds. It didn’t. Spoke to customer support team who said there has been an unreported issue on the mast since 21st jan? What’s the ETA on this? I need internet for work ASAP.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've never had any problems with speed when I was with @VodafoneUK , but 4g has been bad all the time ever since I've been with you. What is the minimum speed I should get before you're in breach of contract?
