@ThreeUKSupport @Baz69 For example, if someone ordered a new phone, instead of automatically selecting DPD by default, a pop-up or something could appear with a drop-down list of other delivery companies like Royal mail maybe. Thanks.

@ThreeUK Hi! I switched to Three and submitted my PAC code to keep my number - it was supposed to change over on Tuesday 8th Feb, but I'm still on the original SIM number. What can I do? It's posing problems for account authentication on various sites

@ThreeUKSupport Well that is very poor then...It's been 6 days since I first contacted you and I've heard nothing. Meanwhile I am without a phone because of this issue. Not OK.

@ThreeUKSupport This? If you’ve had an update, what have they advised? Basically the issue was that the screen reader recognised that the box was there, but I couldn’t double tap on it to enter any information into it like my postcode and I had to turn the screen reader off to access it.

@ThreeUK why is three ripping of people for Samsung s22, s22 plus and s22 ultra? They are charging people more than Samsung for the monthly phone. I went to Samsung website and found deal (three network) better than three. Its around £20 per month difference

@AdamNewson @ThreeUK Clever. But William Gallas should NEVER have been allowed to step foot at Stamford bridge again after how he left! Should've called up some real Gs like Ruud Gullit or Jesper Gronkjaer

@ThreeUKSupport Right OK, I'll wait. But this has been going on since November and it's really starting to get me down. I just want to pay the bill and move on. But I'll wait...

@ThreeUK why does your network checker say everything is ok when I have problems all morning trying to connect my home hub to your terrible services? It doesn’t even connect to 4g yet alone 5g!

@ClaireTuck710 @ThreeUK I've had the exact issue since November! My Number has changed to EE and I've chased up my final bill countless times to Three. I'm being charged monthly still and being chased up by them! I have been told "it won't be an issue any longer" so many times. Disgusting.
