@alice_fearn @ThreeUK The moment you leave stage door, lose Phoenix WiFi and suddenly @ThreeUK acts like you're in Timbuktu. I bet Timbuktu has better signal.

@CatLockett72 @ThreeUKSupport I left three after this. Awful awful service

@alice_fearn @Jamesontweets @ThreeUK Gotcha. IIRC last time I saw Come From Away (although it's been too long, the run is ending, and I'm thinking we're running out of time... I need see it again!) the auditorium is underground? If so you probably won't get signal from any network without trickery by the theatre...

@ThreeUKSupport It was disappointing you gave no further reply after I showed it wasn’t the cache & offered zero help whatsoever. Fortunately I was able to find another way to get an add on that didn’t require logging in to the site. As I said, this is exactly the service I’ve come to expect.

@walthizenberg @thisisjmx @ThreeUK Yep, as James mentioned, they do now support Apple Watch. Just to into the Watch app on your iPhone then go to Mobile Data. It's free for the first 6 months.

@ThreeUKSupport Still nothing from @ThreeUK regarding sorting the sim problem that they “want to rule out” despite “hopping on the links” So @ThreeUKSupport are you going to solve the issue or shall I take my business elsewhere?

@ThreeUKSupport any particular reason I can barely get any signal in Nottingham city centre... Surely should be 5G nah?

@alice_fearn @ThreeUK I’m with EE and I’ve never had any problems with signal in central London! Slightly more expensive but their customer service is good & any issues I’ve had are dealt with promptly x
