    @ThreeUK After being with three for over a decade I have left due to some disgusting policy you have in place to "save" me money yet it's not optional I will never return as long as @ThreeUK have this policy in place. When a contract ends don't try to strong arm customers into1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport Got through to complaints told me I put wrong delivery address and to cancel contact as only solution. Disgusted with cust serv very rude and disrespectful. 2 days off work & don't know if or when it will ever arrive. Please sort it out for me @ThreeUKSupport! 3/3

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes and yes, visited a store and had it cancelled there and was told by a colleague you can’t cancel via the app anymore which is confusing as you offer the option?
