    @ThreeUK Why is your coverage strength on your signals so poor , people pay for 5g ans yet no service at all in central areas , are you scamming customers by selling a product you can’t offer , authorities should shut you down take action against your company

    @ThreeUK bloody awful customer service from Three. I have an account in my name but phone is used by my daughter. I have given consent for them to ALWAYS speak to my daughter regarding account SIX times (4 this morning)....and STILL they keep asking for my permission....

    I generally think that @ThreeUK has become one of the worst networks recently, most of the time the data doesn’t work on my plan, that there offers are bad and most of all there is hardly any signal, actually annoys me when they don’t sort it out

    congrats to @threeuk for finally working out how to send an emergency alert, ten minutes after every other network, then sending it again two minutes later to be sure. it’s a start, lads. might be funny to hear of nuclear apocalypse ten minutes after i’ve already been vaporised

    @ThreeUK every time I try to make a call my signal cuts out. This has been going on for week. I live in SE13. I cannot ring you to complain! Please sort it out!

    @ThreeUK Been a customer for 5yrs and for the past 6 months the service has been nonexistent! Can’t wait to move to a new provider
