    @ThreeUKSupport I need a UK helpline to speak to someone who's British and understands Scottish people please. The Indian helpline is useless they don't understand my problem and tell me to factory reset, like I didn't try that 1st.

    @ThreeUKSupport Can I get a refund from my last £35 top up so I can get a giff gaff sim and voucher. Nobody can help my +55 problem and I have been a customer for years.

    @ThreeUK unacceptable to be disconnected without any communication and claim that my number was ported out to a different network. I have been trying to resolve this since Monday. Absolutely appalling and patronising customer service! Sort it out asap!

    @ThreeUK who do I speak to in the UK about getting a refund since your service has changed my number from +44 to +55 and tell me it cant be fixed ? Calling 333 does nothing, the Indians don't understand my accent, please help.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's been happening for about 3 months, I actually bought a new phone to try and fix this, but this mobile number is printed on all my business cards, I think people are ignoring my calls too beicsue its coming up +55
