@ThreeUKSupport I've just had an email from Three Broadband (almost looks 100% legit but not sure) saying my direct debit failed? I'm not a three customer at all (was a mobile customer over 2 years ago & Relish 5 years ago), can I confirm with you if this was legit or an error?

@ThreeUKSupport What I suggest you to do is contact your customer relations team - who have my complaint and all it’s details and get them to respond to it. I’m sure you can pass my number to them and they can locate my complaint. Absolutely ridiculous...

@ThreeUKSupport Nothing was discussed as I told them I specifically asked to be contacted via email about my complaint. She said ok I’ll email you and I had nothing since. I chased the complaint via email twice but again nothing.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s on behalf of my dad who called to get his money he is owed in credit, then he done a complaint online, we have sent photo evidence and still no response, I chased it up and nothing again. All he wants is his money!! It’s a joke

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent the “proof” for the millionth time, and cancelled, again. Now had another bill. I haven’t used this number for years, I’ve never had a bill sent to me so I didn’t even know I was paying. I don’t care about what I’ve paid before but I’m not paying any more.

Hello @ThreeUK ! A week or so, my Three Broadband was down to 2/3G as a cell tower was being upgraded (BA13 3JR). Before that I had 30+ Mpbs, and this morning it's 10-13 Mbps, and "UPLOAD TEST ERROR". (so, unable to upload) Time for me to check out other 4G broadband providers?
