@ThreeUKSupport Yes. We have now cancelled it as we cannot get hold of the hub. Nobody on the 3 broadband phone line or online chat could help with delivery to a different address. They suggested contacting 3 uk but the phone number we were given didn’t work

@ThreeUKSupport don't appreciate being spammed telling me how much I've spent on internet since February 16th about 30 times, and appreciate calling a help number that took ages to find to be charge £6 even less, now I've had to top up another £20. Not all of us are made of money

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, having some trouble. Got a new SIM only contract from you to replace PAYG from you. Filled out the form to transfer the original number across. The old SIM has stopped working but the new one still has the new number. It's been over 48hrs now. Help!

@therichchic @ThreeUKSupport I would recommend complaining. And give them 2 weeks to fix it. If they don’t, you should be allowed to leave penalty free if you have a sim only deal.

@ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately it looks like we are now ex-customers. If new customers can have their Hub delivered to an address of their choice I don’t see why we can’t. Their attitude was that it was tough luck and they seemed only too happy to cancel our contract

@ThreeUKSupport Home postcode. I was getting 15mb last week after your service checker reported you had finished making improvements. Today it is sitting around 1-2mb. This is the worst I’ve experienced in over a year with you.
