    @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!

    @ThreeUK the worst broadband and customer service ive ever experienced, cancelled my contract without me asking, then took £140 out of my account when I was told it wouldn’t go out, 5 times I’ve been in contact and they say it will be resolved in a matter of days, still waiting…

    Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK network got worst since they merge with @ThreeUK still no support for RCS on iPhones but most upcoming 3rd party networks have support???

    .@ThreeUKSupport is there any chance you could make your network work in the centre of Edinburgh. It is appallingly bad and has been for a very long time. I was hoping your Vodafone merger was fixing it but seems not.

    @ThreeUKSupport ever since you partner up with Vodafone my 5G & signal has been horrendous roll on September and I am gone. I’ve been with you guys for 14 years.

    @ThreeUK I am so annoyed by your customer services. I purchased a data sim a month ago. Rung up to top it up they won’t do it with out the sim being in a phone to receive a text message, I don’t have a 3 device, I bought it for a mobile router. Won’t work in my EE phone! 😞
