(1/4) @ThreeUKSupport We just had a brief power cut here (the power was back in approx 20 minutes), what was extremely worrying was that I simultaneously lost my mobile signal (I assume the local tower lost power) I couldn't get a signal not roaming, not 2G.

@ThreeUK no service or internet today at Wembley, Brentford, Ealing, Hendon in London!! Your service has been horrendous over the last 4+ weeks, is there a fix? What's going on? I can't use the internet, the call quality appalling. We're paying you for nothing!!

... Which as they put it equates to 3.3p! All I was asking was to match what was already a deal with a 3rd party STILL with @ThreeUK but @ThreeUKSupport said it was impossible to do this. They could match the same offer as I would get as a new customer only!!!...

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @simijourno Yesterday 9th Feb, my 3 wifi went down for the whole day. No notice, no apologies from 3. We were meant to just suck up till 6:30pm. Shoddy service last 6 months, yet I have to pay 60% penalty to get out of contract.

@ThreeUKSupport Done that on multiple occasions along with phone calls to which you guys just cut us off whilst on hold. You’re extremely busy as your network doesn’t work! Lies and deception all the way from three. Think it’s time we all took you to court or atleast exposed how terrible you are

@ThreeUK I've just spent almost three hours on the phone to your customer "support" because I've been charged £75 for 11GB of excess data on a 3 year old 20GB contract that has cost me £8.40 a month as long as I've had it. My @SMARTYMobileUK would have charged £11. Shocking.
