@ThreeUKSupport I have received no email from you. Can’t you see how poor this is? It’s dreadful that a big company like three is unable to give its staff the details of their CEO or even more worryingly, details of their legal department. Also scary that those staff can’t Google those details.

@ThreeUK I have been a customer for 7 years and my sim stopped working so I get a replacement, 3 days later the replacement is not working and your system won’t cancel that sim or let me get a new one in store! What a joke, phone not working and I want to cancel my contract
