@ThreeUKSupport I have been trying to register for rewards and I keep getting a pop up saying I can't register, when I tried to use live chat to sort this I got an unhelpful response telling me how to register but not how to fix my problem and got immediately disconnected.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm continually denied access to my account despite change password procedure - I do not receive email/text responses at all. I cannot be accountable for paying a bill plan when I no longer have service access. You need to resolve this.
