@ThreeUKSupport I have had the data switched off, I used to be able to still receive calls and texts. I never used them myself. This was something your initial customer service advisor told me I could do. Why am I paying monthly if you keep cutting me off then?

@ThreeUK @BelfastVital I’ll forgo the gig for decent customer service. @ThreeUK managed to change my number without my consent causing havoc and concern for my security. 48 hrs to correct their error that also involved hours of me on the the phone to them. £21 compensation offered 😳. 10 year customer!

@ThreeUKSupport I have a huge issue, start of Jan I moved from manc to London and my service instantly stopped working. Worked over past 3 days in Spain so not a phone issue. My account says it’s fine but ? I can’t do anything. Network settings reset, updated phone. Idk pls help

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Joe, I’ve been there. They can’t help and tell me there’s nothing to be done. They’re keen to point out that the 100 I’m getting is “more than adequate” for any of my needs and that I’m still within my cancellation date. I don’t want to cancel btw
