    @ThreeUKSupport I have nothing to talk about. If the phone turns up, I'll return it. I just find it comical how you can make sure return envelopes get to their destination in duplicate but a £400 mobile phone goes missing on its way to a customer and you don't seem too bothered.

    @ThreeUKSupport Waived as I was a loyal customer. He looked into it and said he couldn’t match the unlimited for £35 but could offer 100gb data for 36 per device per month. I said ok that’s fine so he then advised he needed a credit check even though I have been a customer for many years I said

    Fast forward to this week when I get literally a phone call every day from @ThreeUK saying there's a problem with my contract, so I've gone on the website and checked and there's no issue so it must be spam or something.

    @ThreeUKSupport Phone was meant to arrive 10 days ago and never did so I cancelled the upgrade and moved to a new provider and now I have 2 return envelopes for a phone I shouldn't be receiving any more.

They advised me to contact customer services which I immediately did at 10:53 yesterday morning the customer service agent advised me that there was an early upgrade fee of around £170 per sim which would be
