@ThreeUKSupport Yeah was able to call a dept that had zero to do with my issue, amazing customer service..looks like @VodafoneGroup are getting my business now as well as the rest of my families, spend over £4k a year with 3 but thats not happening anymore

Hey @ThreeUK we've been hung up on three times and disconnected from online chats twice as were trying to complain about network issues and the fact you're leaving us with no for another week! How do you expect myself and 3 young siblings to access our online learning?
