@ThreeUKSupport No offence but trying to get anywhere when you Ring is impossible..Unfortunately I couldn’t remember a Password that’s probably 12/13yrs Old seems to be a stumbling block..Terrible service

@ThreeUKSupport Yes they dealt with my wife, numerous reboots and turning down to 3g haven't helped. It was great up until Christmas but had been rubbish since. We are now going down the FTTP route

@Ofcom Ive spoken to @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK and there saying its an error yet the customer agent never said its an error they literally said it takes 48 hours to generate and to call back. So i will be filling out the form yes. Thank you for the response.
@benwood @ThreeUK @ASA_UK @kestermann @shauncollins I left Three after being with them for 4 years and getting really bad 4G service no matter where I went.This is a bold claim and I can’t see them pulling it off when they still can not get their 4G network working
@ThreeUKSupport I complained in november time I think because I'd had issues for a few months and was offered £5 that I refused so think I'll save my time
