    @ThreeUK Day 10 with NO service! No one contacted me on day 7 as advised and when I chased for an update I was told to wait a further 14 days! Tried to close my account via the app but it won’t allow me.

    @ThreeUK Why is your coverage strength on your signals so poor , people pay for 5g ans yet no service at all in central areas , are you scamming customers by selling a product you can’t offer , authorities should shut you down take action against your company

    @ThreeUKSupport Contract finishes this year and we won’t be staying with you now you have lost long term customers due to your network being shocking and getting worse, this happens every time in the last year and half then you lie saying your improving it when your not,

    B43 7EQ Great Barr very slow & no service again.Been told that @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK are aware of issue.Been down for months,so why no action?

    @ThreeUKSupport is there any data issues in Tooting, London? My 4/5g has been working on and off, mostly off for the past few days and when it does work its extremely slow

    @applemusic when @threeuk has bad service (always) this is not permission to randomly skip songs while they're buffering

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK I just changed my plan to prepaid, keep roaming on, doesn't even have credit on but usually as long as its connected to a network its good and I can still receive texts.
