    @ThreeUKSupport As far as u guys are concerned it's a closed account but Lowell keep chasing, saying they have proof we've had the phone but never providing proof. Someone from 3 needs to tell them to drop it.

    @ThreeUK covering themselves in glory. Since upgrading my contract I’ve been charged the wrong upgrade fee, been credited this - leading to monthly payments being wrong, missed a payment as they told me it wasn’t due and been hung up on during complaint calls. Get in touch?

    @ThreeUKSupport I msg’d you 2/3 mths ago about my poor net signal where I live and work, and in that time my call signal has dropped too. Why has nothing been sorted in that time? It’s pointless having the phone at all. Fortunately my contract has now ended so will be switching.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi folks. I was told that you’d credit my account with £20 recently following a complaint. I expected this to be applied to my account and used to pay the bill. I can see a DD taken and no sign of the credit. Can someone help on this please?
