@velobetty @ThreeUKSupport Must admit I have had problems with their 4g service. I have had to do a hard reset four times since I got it just before Xmas. It works for a few days then dies.......

@ThreeUKSupport @TheHelenGiles I won't be upgrading my phone for a few more years and you won't be installing 5G in my area anyway because it's a small town. You haven't even improved regular 3G signal in my area let alone 4G and 5G. Signal is so bad I have to rely on a HomeSignal box.

@ThreeUK setting up account with my gf for her phone. Only issue being your online form is telling me the password chosen does not match. YES. THEY. DO. They are literally copy and pasted into the 'enter new password' and 'confirm password' boxes!!!!!!!

@ThreeUKSupport I opened a new complaint. As they still owe me of a refund. And I have screenshots assuring me of compensation. I was assured AGAIN the accounts are cancelled. And STILL got a billing call tonight. With a man who didn't believe it ain't my contract!
