@ThreeUK Why are you telling customers on the South Coast of England they will have NO internet for five days? What is happening? People are paying for a service they are not getting at a time of year when they will be at home more and more likely to use the internet!

@ianvisits fwiw on your mobile provider poll, @ThreeUK does not currently provide WiFi on Elizabeth Line platforms, and there is no timeline to fix it (and it took them literally months to even acknowledge it).

@ThreeUKSupport so my contract runs out, we go to cancel it, shop says we have to do it by text, phone won't get signal and wouldn't allow charged texts anyway. Call centre says shop will do it, they again refuse, now without 1 petter, you sell my tiny debt to another scum
