    @ThreeUKSupport It's been 13 days since I ordered my upgrade 9 days since my upgrade should have been delivered 8 days of talking to online chat support 3 subsequent deliveries that were never even dispatched 2 complaints 1 unhappy customer And still no update or delivery

    @ThreeUKSupport So basically I need add on’s as I’m Dubai . Hasn’t been working for weeks . Finally started workin a few days ago I bought 2 over 2 days now won’t let me buy saying transaction failed. Spoke to customer service they put limit on to £100 so I can buy them again n sent link

    @DublinWriter @ThreeUKSupport Hi Debbi, former Three customer here. I had the same issue for two and a half years. Overpaying and not receiving good service. I would highly recommend leaving Three at your earliest opportunity. It's been one of the best choices I've made. Good luck.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m not happy with the service I’m getting I can’t even contact customer service at times that suit me why would I buy more services from three?

    @ThreeUKSupport I Sent the details as requested via DM, as yet not heard back, I still have really bad signal strength and not able to use my phone for calls. This is a perfect example of extremely bad customer service, why should I pay you for a service that you are not providing....

    @TeamZombie7 @ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete. I left Three recently and can honestly say it was worth it. I should have left 2 and a half years ago when I was 2 months into problems with them. Don't waste your money - move to a better company!
