@ThreeUKSupport extremely disappointed with current 4g homefi provision. Supposed to have had some upgrade last week, since then, worse than ever, frequently getting no signal. Speed test on Virgin 4g 75mbps, Three is 20mbps when it's actually working 😔

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, the customer services rep was confusing and rather than addressing my concerns kept parrot fashion repeating the same canned lines. It was confusing, frustrating, and at times inconsistent. I left detailed feedback on the form afterwards

@ThreeUK previously tried cancelling my dads account, he suffers from alzheimers & is in a care home. Customer services has refused to cancel it without speaking to him themselves. Had no choice but to cancel the direct debit & now my mum is getting threats from the baillifs?!?!

  • lekbaby Lydia Kelly (@lekbaby) reported

@ThreeUK have so far incorrectly taken £262.56, for a sim only contract, via direct debit. I don’t know when this will stop, let alone when my money will be reimbursed. I’ve tried contacting them through their support channels: (3/5)

@ThreeUKSupport I have cleared the cache on my laptop (Microsoft Edge on Windows 10) but I still get the problem. I also get the same problem using Google Chrome my Android phone.
