Stuart (@Stuart61838784) reported@ThreeUKSupport more issues with your network, will be going with different company in a couple months when contract ends as your network is shite
-
xXx (@ImmaStar26) reported@ThreeUK I've been without service for 4 days. Every day since my service stopped, I've contacted support, and each time I've been told to "wait 7 days." If I'm being told that every single day, when exactly are those 7 days supposed to be up?
-
Steve (@SteveMeek82) reported@ThreeUKSupport Sudden issues in WR3, next to zero connectivity with latency at 2.5 - 3.8 seconds. What’s happening?
-
Mark Baroney (@bardne53756) reported@ThreeUK have refused to cancel my broadband and told me I need to go 17 miles to nearest store to sort. Had to file complaint as unable to do so. Terrible customer service.
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
Airlim (@Mainstreamlive) reported@coveragechecker @ThreeUK I was surprised by a lot about it, I used to work for three so I knew there were some good places but recently since they have merged the signal around my city has just dropped quite hard, I’ve reported it many times but they don’t seem to get back to me lol
-
huey freeman (@80iishh) reported@ThreeUK you will NEVER know peace. How can you be doing works in the area, not inform me but then tell me “it’s taking longer than usual” my payment will be taking longer than usual. These man are some cruffs.
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@AndyUK_52 @coveragechecker @ThreeUK Do you mean the worst country for mobile signal?
-
Jonathan 🇺🇦 (@GayToryJon) reportedI think next time I’m arranging an upgrade of my mobile phone contract before I commit to a new one with @ThreeUK I will check which courier company they’re using for the delivery. If it’s @dpduk_ I will probably look elsewhere after the issues the last 2 times.

Semir Jahic (@realSemir) reported@siyabuilt @robj3d3 @ThreeUK So bad.
