    @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely unacceptable poor performance of the 3 network in Worcester @tomcollinsworcs please do something. Merger of 3 and @VodafoneUK was supposed to make things better. Where they do put investment - such as by Derby Train station, you can get 1.5Gb/s

    @ThreeUKSupport For DAYS on end now, our 3broadband getting 6mbps down (with nearly 1sec of latency) & 35mbps up Customer care been worse than a waste of time, saying it's "congestion" A) I live in isolated rural area with a total of 7 houses B) *If* congested, add capacity

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport has to be one of the worst in the UK. Tech support in India reading a script, say issue known with Cell Tower cant say when it will be fixed. Already been THREE months. ATROCIOUS customer service & Tech support nonexitant. @ofgem no help what so ever.

    @ThreeUK your network has become absolutely terrible. The signal keeps dropping, data is painfully slow, and I’m honestly fed up with it. I’m paying for a service that I can barely use. Please fix this issue or explain what’s going on. 😡📶 #ThreeUK
