@ThreeUKSupport We have been through this many times. You will tell me that there is nothing wrong at that certain postcode and that it was possibly due to that 'network congestion' which basically means you are selling more services than you can provide. And that in partially abandoned London.

Bad customer experience with @ThreeUK. My SIM is not working and after days of calls and silly suggestions (remove the sim and put it back again) the store manager in Windsor said my driving license has expired (which of course is not true). Rubbish

@__TommyB__ @ThreeUK I can assure you I am not renewing my contract. It is unacceptable to have almost no data network for almost 4-5 days every month. What's the point to pay for unlimited data when you don't even have data network!! 😡😡

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I suspected that as its been an ongoing issue for him, after chatting with 3 online chat they have assured me that as from June it will be OK. I'm not holding out any hopes on this

@ThreeUK can you help. Prior to my phone upgrade in Jan 21 I had three rescue. When I upgraded I asked if the insurance would continue, I was advised yes....but you haven't taken any payments out for this.

Very sad to be leaving @EE after many years, always been very happy with the service received, just a shame they can’t match the great deals from @ThreeUK
