@TravelMagazine @ThreeUK Travellers, stay AWAY from ThreeUK SIM cards, sincerely, the Canadian they left stranded in Berlin after cancelling his service for not having a UK address...Did they have a warning saying UK resident is mandatory? Of COURSE not :)

  • sophiejdalston ///expired ferrania/// 💙🌹🇩🇰📸 (@sophiejdalston) reported

@ThreeUK wiFi calling was down in my area without me realising (it was working earlier), outgoing calls work but incoming calls cannot be received, and so an important call from my GP regarding my son's health went to voicemail. This is not the first time this has happened.

  • BARMM_UK F4AMM (@BARMM_UK) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, the Three+ app states my number is unable to sign up to use the app. I’m a pay monthly customer and have been for over 12 months. Can you assist?

  • PaulDooley17 Paul Dooley (@PaulDooley17) reported

@rage707_707 @ThreeUK They are good, I agree. I'm not saying they are bad. What's unbelievable is I ordered a new phone and the failed to inform me of the huge wait till next year.

  • exusssum Scott Dutton (@exusssum) reported

@M1ke @ThreeUKSupport @monzo The scam domains have started to move to Chinese registrar's as they seem to stay up longer there. The domains always follow the same format. Wonder how much power network providers have to block. From past experience they have basically no power :(

  • gtaylor951 grace (@gtaylor951) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi I haven’t been able to receive incoming calls since 4:10pm today, is there an issue? I can make calls but can’t receive them.

  • samueljr Samuel Jackson-Royle (@samueljr) reported

@PositiveLad @ThreeUK Has it always been this bad, or does it get better? I saw and advert for it and thought it looked good.

  • Armsandhearts Arms & Hearts (@Armsandhearts) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I can grasp that concept. So you're happy for customers who have been with you for years to be stuck in contracts with terrible quality phones on technicalities?

  • lethal_laddu Laddu Singh (@lethal_laddu) reported

@ThreeUK why is my internet so ******* slow man!!

  • petecov4 PeteC (@petecov4) reported

@ThreeUK So I am 1 day out of the 14 day cooling off period and my speeds have hit the floor. So now I have 23 1/2 months of crap speed - a contract works both ways but you expect me to just pay up and put up - Not on your nelly!
