@ThreeUKSupport hello, getting a "we can't connect you to your voice mail right now" message... Any ideas why that might be? It's the service down?
@davestokes @ThreeUK Wretched, any other mobile providers you could go with instead? That's borderline criminal to charge without service.
@ThreeUKSupport Can you help me transfer my number over from Three monthly to a Three PAYG account? I've gone through at least 12-15 customer service reps who haven't managed to go this successfully. I'm not sure why it's so difficult...
@ThreeUKSupport I ported a couple of phones to a new network - your online system advised me there would be nothing further to pay. I am then sent 2 invoices - 1 in credit but the other with a balance - I was charged a cancellation fee on only one account despite being told there was no fee.
Not that @ThreeUK will answer or help me as they don't seem to like sorting problems. Only reply to comments praising them.
@ThreeUK I need to cancel my contract. ASAP, Ive been on the phone for over two hours... TWO HOURS, come on like? That is a joke! I got onto the chat to talk to someone and have just been disconnected after speaking with who ever to be told I was being transferred.
