    @ThreeUK been trying to cancel a contract that is coming to an end for 3 days now and still can not do it. This is another reason why I am leaving Three. It is unacceptable for this behaviour

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi I’m Seriously concerned because someone has fraudulently got a pac code for my number. I have contacted you and to be honest the guy was not much help. Told me to sit tight and wait for up to 5 days for it to be investigated! This is a serious data breachPlzhlp

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply. Sadly the response on DM is indentical every time. What phone do you have? Have you tried restarting it? It's a temporary issue which we are aware of etc. The bit fails again shortly afterwards. I think I'll just contact @three 1/2
