@ThreeUK My service (voice calls and data) hasn't been working for days, wherever I am. Your statement about things being back to normal and data working is a lie.

It’s now been 7days with zero home broadband signal in my area with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Same message on the website for the last 7 days, zero updates & they had the cheek to take this month’s payment today too! When i contacted customer service on Friday, the ‘guy’ was more interested in reading out his script of questions to troubleshoot rather than read that i was already aware the issue is local. Absolutely useless! Still no updates at all! When my contract ends i will Never Use the ThreeNetwork again!!!! #Three #ThreeNetwork

@ThreeUK Can you tell me what is happening with voice calls please? Myself and my partner have had no service for 5 days. This is getting ridiculous.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi John, The web chat team is a nightmare. As is, and I’m sorry to say, the ability to communicate with the support staff. My Scottish accent does not help to be honest but there was a complete mis understanding with your colleague due to language barrier. Complaint logged. Thanks

My experience with @ThreeUK’s live chat was poor — confusing responses and pointless troubleshooting. Then on the RelayUK call, staff were untrained and impatient. It was exhausting and dehumanising - one of the agents had no idea what RelayUK was.

Being disabled shouldn’t mean being ignored. But @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport made cancelling (and later getting a refund) for my service an exhausting and dehumanising experience. They failed to meet even basic accessibility needs — and I had to adapt to them, not the other way around.
