    @ThreeUKSupport I have been in limbo of not telling anyone my new number incase it went back to my old number and confuse my contacts. Totally inconvenient and I will be making a formal written complaint. In the mean time, I’m going to advise everyone against 3 mobile

    @ThreeUK sick to death of having no signal, sick to death of not getting my sim card requested on 25th December, sick to death of being hung up on several times, sick to death of being promised the sim card and it not arriving, sick to death of your automated system.

    @ThreeUK abroad and need to speak to an advisor over the phone. Have been given a number and options 4,3,4,1 on a chat but they are not correct! You really need to sort customer service! How can I speak to someone?

    @ThreeUKSupport If you had staff members that were properly trained and did what they promised their customers they’d do - there would be no issue. I’m very annoyed and when trying to go through to complaints I was on hold for over 30 mins. Not acceptable.

    @ThreeUKSupport Been on "emergency calls only" since yesterday. Tried all the troubleshooting (reseating SIM, aeroplane mode, resetting network settings etc.) but no luck. Website only gives phone number to ring for network problems, no live chat, can't ring because network down.
