@ThreeUKSupport This issue has been persisting for over a week and we have been told that it will be addressed “soon” multiple times. This happened in April when we first received the router as well. Unfortunately, the internet and Customer Care from Three has been very poor the entire time

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kim, the problem is still persisting. It’s embarrassing that in 2021 and in London, we have 0.2mb download. Plus after calling the customer service, they actually suggested we move to another provider! The full postcode is SW1P2HZ and I have the Huawei 4G Router 3 Pro
