    @ThreeUK how do I get to speak to a human being? Do I have to threaten to cancel my contract? Phone menu has no option for this. Live chat closes when I choose ‘something else’ option. All I want to do is disable my voicemail FFS. Instructions on website are useless

    I'm stunned @ThreeUKSupport - my 82 year old Nan went into one of your shops today for help putting her sim into her new phone and your staff wouldn't help her as she doesn't have a passport or driving licence, what on earth kind of customer service is that!!

    @ThreeUK Can you please help? Ordered a phone in December, still haven't had it delivered and no ones calling me back despite promises they will. Second bill is almost due but no phone? I've been chasing this for too long with no response or results...

    @padraigegan @ThreeUK Good luck…. We were with them happily for over a decade and the last 6 months everything changed but no one would do anything. Calls dropped on 4 different mobiles, no (none) internet for months weren’t interested just told us to cancel & refunded £20 total! We’re with sky now.

    @ThreeUKSupport 5G broadband is constantly performing bad since last week I can’t play anything because of the latency. I can’t even download anything more than 1Gb because it will take 30mins+… when will this be fixed It became unusable sometimes and I use my mobile hotspot
