@ThreeUKSupport They told me that it would be passed to the specialist team and gave me that ref number. In total I've been without a fully working phone for 12 days for a number of different reasons. I've have another account with you for over 15y and never had any issues with that whatsoever!

@mdf200 @ThreeUK not nearly as bad - but Gizmondo was a funny one to work on. Actually fairly powerful for the time, but the testkits were junk and kept breaking. So the coders made a pc based emulator so could test/run the game.

5 days into a new @O2 phone account after spending 8 years with @ThreeUK and I can’t believe how poor their customer service is. No live chat. No phone number where they allow you to wait. Crap. Will be taking out the 14 day cancellation out tomorrow

My iPhone died last night, my whole life is on it. Thanks to @ThreeUKSupport for cancelling my sim as I'm abroad so I can't get download my apps on my crap android phone as security comes via sms, thats so helpfully brilliant. Sat at a repair shop but not holding out much hope.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve had no mobile internet for over a week . I cannot access media , games , websites or email . I have work training I need to complete which I cannot do. I have received no explanation why or any resolution to the problem. Please expansion I need signal.
