    @ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three

    @ThreeUK Please can you tell me if something has changed - are you using a different network than you were? Just recently I've been unable to get any signal in my property, and I changed from my previous provider to you because I did get a signal! But not now? What's changed?
