So @ThreeUK joins the other major providers in reintroducing roaming charges. As an Econ teacher, this will make an interesting discussion with Yr 13 about the competitiveness of oligopolistic markets. As a customer, it is disappointing.

  • hrjmldn Jose Manuel (@hrjmldn) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @PhilQuirke **** off with your bullshit. I am gone in a few after 5 years with you.

  • flyTom777 Tom (@flyTom777) reported

RIP @ThreeUK first we lost that app that have out freebies which was promised a replacement which never arrived... now we loose go roam literally the only good thing it still had going!

  • zz9 John Walker (@zz9) reported

I've been with @ThreeUK for at least 13 years, probably more like 15, and these roaming charges are likely going to be the thing that makes me leave once my contract is up. It's a terrible decision. It won't be the main reason for leaving (Signal strength is the main other one).

  • SelectaWax Jack murray (@SelectaWax) reported

@ThreeUK not happy with my signal from you. I work in central London and the signal is shocking. Doesn’t matter if it’s 4g or 5G… how do I either get this sorted or cancel the contract

  • MrRoberts84 Stu Roberts. (@MrRoberts84) reported

So whilst @EE @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK have all brought back roaming charges (I'll be leaving EE anyway because they're utter dogsh1t). Are there any decent mobile phone/network providers anymore? Any that don't want 3 year contracts or rip you off at extreme levels?

  • ottocrat Chris Kendall (@ottocrat) reported

@mat8iou @sturdyAlex It’s extremely disappointing. @ThreeUK were always going to be my fallback. I never imagined they’d do this.

  • SBmarketing1999 SB (@SBmarketing1999) reported

@crazy_cremello @ThreeUK Agree with you. Who offers the roaming service without additional charges though?

  • colla_voce Andrew Griffiths (@colla_voce) reported

.@ThreeUK absolutely disgusted that you are introducing roaming charges for the EU, despite your assurances that you would never do so. Say goodbye to my custom.

  • Noyb67916353 Noyb (@Noyb67916353) reported

The only reason I’ve stayed with @ThreeUK for so many years was #GoRoam : So next May it’s goodbye. At least I can get a network with proper reception …
