    @O2 can not believe how rubbish the network or reception is 5g is a myth NOT EVEN getting 4g calls cut out, customers service are talking from there bed!! Or at least it sounds like it ,unable to cancel unless I want to pay 1k lol Stay away @ThreeUK is 1million times better

    @ThreeUKSupport just got off a couple of calls (with Three and then forwarded to Huawei) Huawei informed me that some of the missing features on the router (5G CPE Pro) are due to outdated firmware. Any chance your team could fix the outdated firmware (>= v10.0.5.1)?

    Biggest ever regret getting my daughters contract on o2, such subpar experience compared to @ThreeUK who I have been with many years with no issues!

    @ThreeUKSupport 1st issue. On the detector site there seemed to be a large outage from around midnight, my 4g came back around 6am

    @ThreeUKSupport no help at all. Phone disconnected at their end. trying again. website still not working and they cannot process over the phone. Not happy that I cannot access the promo as promised.
