@ThreeUK have you had issues with direct debits? Mine and my husbands both went off yday. Got a message saying we hadn't paid. I went on and paid the bills. Mine was refunded so had to do it again. I checked the bank and there was no attempts for payment? That's why it was late

Disappointed by @ThreeUK doing a u turn and forcing my contract to an end, 3 months after offering it to roll over thus negating the roaming perks. One way to lose a loyal customer

@ThreeUK @O2 why is your internet so **** I Worthing town centre. On both full signal and 4g but data never works. Come on fix it

@ThreeUKSupport Hi yes I can connect to AT&T but can't make calls. I can use the Internet and send text but the only network that let me make calls is t-mobile and now when I try to connect to them it says "Your sim card does not allow a connection to this network"

@ThreeUKSupport We’ve tried taking the sim out but the phone still won’t work properly. It won’t allow Wi-Fi to be turned on with the option being greyed out and the phone shuts down randomly.

@ThreeUK zero customer support since changing to SIM only. Only interested if you are willing to pay more for upgrading. My phone no longer works but no one interested in responding to my numerous messages.
