    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Chris, I managed to get on in the end and some issues were sorted. My problem now is trying to get my order confirmation so I can apply for my Samsung watch. I keep getting promised it and it never arrives 😫

    @ThreeUKSupport My phone doesn’t always tell me when I’m receiving text messages, I do receive them but I don’t get notifications for them, I have to actually check my messages to see if people have replied etc. Also, people find it hard getting through to my phone. It never has signal.

    @ThreeUKSupport G3 6PH It’s an iphone 7s Keeps flicking between a poor 4g signal and 3g. Streaming & internet are patchy. It works fine once I’m out and about. It’s happened before on occasion for brief periods, but never for the best part of a week. Cheers.

    @ThreeUK my husband is experiencing appalling customer service from your chat team, this is in relation to his esim, we have no other option than to report our problem to trading standards or please speak to someone based in the UK who can help properly.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes however there was nothing to mention the issue on your network status page. I wasted 30 mins waiting for an advisor when an update on the website would of been a 10 second job

    @ThreeUKSupport I now appear to have a small amount of signal and have received 4 texts at strange times - 1 came in at 4am, about 12h after it was sent.
