naomi (@ROSS_G3LL3R) reported@ThreeUK is there a reason why I pay for unlimited everything and have paid for my go roam passes for you to not let me use them? Really helpful when I’m driving across Italy without anyway of mapping or googling locations. As a customer of 18 years I’m not very happy

Deb Hiton (@DebHiton) reported@ThreeUK Please explain how, when I’ve dropped off a device with DPD but they can’t find it, I can still be responsible for the device and subsequent non-return fee of £350? I’ve raised a query with your customer service team but communication from them is abysmal!

Adam Bateman (@AdamBat92308251) reported@UniversalExile @three Have seen @ThreeUK poor level of customer service when the sold a deal to my mother-in-law that was totally unfit for her purpose. Selling to an easily confused elderly person who is obviously not tech savvy is a awful thing to do. Hope they change and sort your problem fast.

Louisa Guise Author (@whatiwrote_) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK If you are paying for the service, I don't see what reason the phone company has to cut you off. Find a local sim in the meantime.

John 🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@Iwantmytrain) reportedWhen @ThreeUK split their bills so you now get a separate bill for airtime and the device, it became the biggest inconvenience for the customer. Convenient for Three, not their customers. TERRIBLE idea.

Rhys Llwyd (@rhysllwyd) reportedUnfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. They’ve said in the past it’s a local temporary fault. But I’m sure it’s bandwidth/network capacity issues.

'Name can't be blank' says x, so that's my name (@KMB193) reported@scampaboy @ThreeUK They are awful, and their agents can't help with anything. Told me to go in store, I asked what they can do, agent can't and just said that's my option!!!

Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@siyabuilt @ThreeUK dogass service

the_bearded_courier 🇬🇧 🏴 (@bearded_courier) reportedAnd for the previous 22 days you will have charged me £9.88. How on earth does this make any sense what so ever. So now instead of keeping me as a customer I will be moving all four of these plans to another network. Seems 20+ years of loyalty means zip in the world of @ThreeUK

Rich (@Richpuvo) reportedWhat's going on Three G .... you I have no signal in my area. You are absolutely rubbish @ThreeUK
