@ThreeUKSupport Such a poor service. Every other companies allows the customer to view usage information instantly. I now have to go at least 48 hours with a worthless sim, that was there for emergency calls.

@ThreeUKSupport When in actual fact it wasn't a gift. I am disgusted on principle because if a sales staff of mine had done that to a customer I would have fired him! Reputation is important! YOU DO NOT MISLEAD CUSTOMERS!!!!

@ThreeUKSupport I already had an issue with data and was given a free 1gb. That is still there unused so I know it's not data. And data is turned off. Are you personally able to check usage if I give my details? Just curious what I was charged for

Yet more issues with signal on @ThreeUK network. Absolutely hopeless. 4g+ works ok but no 4g. Oh yeah 5g is lightning quick where you can get it, but not much use if you can't

@ThreeUK can you give me an update on what is going on at NE61 5LF. Download speeds are 0.03mbp/s, your site reports there is an issue but this has been ongoing for over 3 weeks now. Help desk can't give me any updates.
