@ThreeUKSupport To someone about it & because I didn't have passwords ( which I won't have ) no one would help . I am being rang up by a debt collection agency . And have been receiving texts aswel. I have not answered nor am I. I do not owe 3 money . Thanks for replying. Nikki

@ThreeUKSupport @MaxLeopold @ThreeUKSupport Loyalty(contracts) has limits when what customer want is not delivered . Our best guess is 3s eSim launch in 2022 or 23. You might have already started seeing 1000s moving out of 3 contacts or moving to competitors just for the eSim feature. Plz act b4 tooo late.

@ThreeUKSupport No I called this morning and the customer service guy told me both reports would be sent within the hour, I’ve looked in my spam folder as well as my inbox and nothing.

Disgusting service! @ThreeUK refusing to refund 17 months worth of bills they’ve charged me for that I haven’t had the device for or used… leaving @ThreeUK and I’d advise anyone thinking to join not to. Fix up @ThreeUK you’ve robbed me for 17 months.

@ThreeUK sort your network out pleeeeease!!! Been a customer for over 10 years, 3 mobile and home broadband. But for the last year I can hardly access either at home.. Don't make me change networks.. cba with the hassle

Feel like @ThreeUKSupport are also doing me a disservice by not allowing me to upgrade before January 24th. Like, only been a loyal customer since 2018 guys. But ya know...whatevs.
