    @ThreeUKSupport please can you respond to the above message. Communication from your staff over the phone is poor. It is not consistent or accurate. Multiple employees with different stories.

    @ThreeUK I cancelled one of my multiple 3 services online in October, this hasn’t taken effect and I have since called twice to attempt to do this by phone where I have been put on hold both times and then hung up on after 11mins on hold. Can I get a better service on here?

    @ThreeUK is anyone working to fix the web interface for card top-up ? It was working earlier yesterday. I am having JavaScript errors across chrome and Firefox, the panel fails to render.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, it's a known issue since the phone was updated to android 11, Samsung are aware, so I posted a workaround for those suffering like me. Another workaround is move the sim to slot 2.
