..obviously it slipped my mind during the pandemic so i didn't contact them but i think it's still unfair for @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport incur these charges + not making a proper effort to contact me prior + give such poor advice to a student who's been a loyal 3 customer

the advisors frm @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport said theres nothing they can do but Lowell the company they sold my account to said that 3 could help me write it off bc of a clear misunderstanding + poor communication. getting no answers bc each company tells me 2 ask the other 2 help

@ThreeUKSupport Yes it is a 12. my wife phoned on 19th December and have said that the phone cannot be dispatched to the house. I am unsure why it cannot be sent ?? This makes no sense as the three UK stores are currently shut. She has also paid an early upgrade fee. HELP?!

@ThreeUK not happy with I asked to pay my outstanding bill for a December in January when I started my new job, after agreeing and saying my services would be the same you guys have cut off my phone bill. I can’t cal anyone if I had to in an emergency 😡😡
