    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks. Currently BT23 6HP but I've been in BT23 6JG and a few others and can't get a signal on 4 separate devices / contracts

  • seraph1701 Sas (@seraph1701) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport I've had a moan up about this before... A few times actually. Nothing changes. I can't really put my postcode on here, but it's bad here too rm13 8es.

  • Siddneyb Sadiq b (@Siddneyb) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jenn, Are we able to hold a call? Would be easier to explain all the issues I've faced since Jan, rather than typing it all.

  • Siddneyb Sadiq b (@Siddneyb) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Maxine, not really gotten anywhere with the agents. I've logged a complaint as well & the response was poor. I've had an individual call me to confirm he'd listened to all the calls & a few mins into questioning him, it turns out his manager had listened & he was passing a msg

  • Siddneyb Sadiq b (@Siddneyb) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport But the same individual can't hear when tech support confirmed it was best to terminate the contract. I need you to understand how much stress and time you are putting me through.

  • Ahleshistoires Karell (@Ahleshistoires) reported

    @ThreeUK just called me to answer to their text (survey) with a 9 or a 10/10. I said "no, it will be a 7 because I had to contact you a second time to solve my issue." "In that case please do not answer to the survey". "...". You just lost 2 points mate"

  • ItsMeaney Adam (@ItsMeaney) reported

    @ThreeUK not happy. Upgraded my phone online and it turns out to be for an additional contract. Spoken to 3 different advisors about correcting it but your terrible website keeps disconnecting the chat, not only that you can't honour the contract I took out

  • 1980glitter1980 louise steptoe (@1980glitter1980) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport It's ok I'm not the account holder I cant chat . I will get him to call where there is no signal !!!

  • DanTup Danny Tuppeny (@DanTup) reported

    After this, @ThreeUKSupport once again refused the refund. I reported it to the regulator and when I did, Three quickly offered me a refund of more than double what I was owed (avoiding it being reviewed by the regulator). Needless to say, we'll never be their customers again.

  • Siddneyb Sadiq b (@Siddneyb) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport If I open a chat, will it be the same support team I've been talking to earlier? (Linked to the complaint) or will it be a local team that doesn't actually have a process map driven, script?
