    @ThreeUKSupport I've been having serious issues with you guys and am getting nowhere with your customer service line or chat. It's been going on since Sept and now a debt collection company is chasing me for money! Can you help me at all as I'm getting incredibly frustrated!

    @AmazonHelp @ThreeUKSupport: @zoowatcher We are aware of an issue connecting to the echo dot 4th generation. Amazon have found the root cause and are working on a fix. Timings for roll out are still to be confirmed but expected in their next software update. -Kim

    Day number 3 @ThreeUKSupport is on its third lie. Everytime I speak to customer service I get another excuse and another lie!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport for the past few days I have not had a 4G signal once, seem to be permanently downgraded to 3G.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have checked my network coverage in my area and been told it’s a signal black spot. Phoned 333 to enquire about signal boosters said they are out of stock (no word on when restocked)

    @ZolaRabbitsoup @ThreeUKSupport I try not to take it out on the individual operatives especially given current times but Three as a company really need to sort out their customer service. Not great. Anyway fingers crossed you’ll get some resolution.
