    @ThreeUK I joined 12 months ago after u guaranteed to me that 5g 5g was on my area... 12 months later I still have not got 5g . Woeful speeds as soon as I leave the house... If you are thinking of joining 3 coz the deals are too good to be true... It's coz they are.... Worst network ever

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I visited one of your physical shops to be greeted with shrugged shoulders and complete indifference. Someone has made a decision and cut our service. The speeds in the shop were up to 15 mbps here on a different mast ..0.56mbps. Can our fix be expedited?

    @ThreeUK why is your coverage been so **** over the last three years? I’ve been a customer for almost 10 years and the service has dropped every year to the point where I have two bars of signal yet nothing loads at all. Sort it out.

    @ThreeUKSupport I arrived last Friday and have had 3G since then, just has dropped back to 2/2.5G since yesterday. On a Moto G6. (have tried restarting and changing preferred network type etc)

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey Jen, I did. The response was: the router has an issue we are aware of, we do not have a timeline for a fix, we will send you a text when it’s done. Like… that’s just appalling.
