    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I do - they came through the post. Have finally spoken to someone in 3 who will report them to customer protection team. Apparently someone will get back to me in 15 days - which is a long time for someone to be running up bills in my name!!

    30mbps on 4G and as soon as it switches to 5G it drops to 7mbps… anyone else having this issue? I’m with @ThreeUK

    So what I’m gathering having recently joined @ThreeUK is that no matter what my iPhone says about having a strong 4G or 5G (or 3G signal) that basically nothing ever seems to load on any of those if I’m inside any kind of building whatsoever. This is in Glasgow.
