On a fiber package but my speeds most of the time would no hit 20mb. Now then I have been with @ThreeUK for my mobile for the last 3 years maybe and never had issues, 4g all the time, unlimited data for next to nothing. So I decided a few days ago to.

@ThreeUKSupport Your chat agents are no better than useless, dont bother reading notes, make it up as they go along and often don't understand basic English. A shame because the deal was good but data rate awful, CS non existent and billing made a pigs ear of it.

@ThreeUK Pathetic service from Three UK yet again.4 complaints & tons of calls later & still no assistance.Shocking how customer service is non existent. Promises Of calls I will receive & 2 months later,I'm still yet to get this call for assistance.Does anyone care at Three UK?
