    @ThreeUK I would like to log a formal complaint as I’ve tried multiple ways to get in touch to let you know I have missed important calls and am unable to make important calls too. Totally disappointed with the service 👎

    @ThreeUK What about elderly who don't know how to use WhatsApp?? I've had panicked parents today who couldn't contact each other or myself? Ive had to drive 45 min journey to check they're ok and to tell them the problem as they don't know how to use the internet...Not good enough 3 🤬

    @ThreeUK You already know that data services are NOT working normally. Many people are also reporting 999 calls are not working. Lying to people will not help your case! What is the cause of the outage? Where can I find the technical details of the similar outage in January?

    @ThreeUK Data is not working as regular my phone was switching between 3g and no service. I had to download an app from the play store to force 4g to get it working again
