@ThreeUK The customer service is rubbish. I have locked my account and been trying to unlock it for over 4 weeks. I cannot upgrade or cancel my account. I have been your customer for over 15 years but want to leave now.

@M0VMK @ThreeUKSupport Yeah in a long time 3 customer. Managed to get their web chat working now. I've spend hours on phone last call was 30mins. No progress. Whats frustrating isnthatbit was very good! Now its bottomed out over a week ago. Hopefully we can resolve.

@ThreeUKSupport This is not an excuse. You can't hide behind the word "technical issue" for days. It His is ridiculous service. You are not a street vendor. You are one of the big companies. You should be providing basic services, at least the regulatory compliance should be first and foremost.

@ThreeUK Three customers now can't access their accounts if they don't have access to their phones (dead battery, lost etc) SMS code only to access accounts online... No option to email code... Customer services and complaints not interested...
