@ThreeUKSupport My family lives there and for past few years there isn’t good signal. Even going to watch football in pub and can’t use phone as no where has basic signal :-(

@EE I’m with @ThreeUK have been for years and there network there coverage there service there customer services there price plans there EVERTING is amazing they are the BEST network !! 👍

@ThreeUKSupport only 3G on my phone and Mobile Wifi is also not working. Chat not helpful. Please sort out the network in NN160DR, I’m working from home and need internet. Thinking of moving to different provider as this is not the first time and very frustrating!

@DivinityV12 @ThreeUK What you mean you live in an area that Three have 5G. Wow now be greatful. Don’t forget three is rolling out the “Fastest Network “ at the slowest speed. Even on 4G I can walk to my local bus stop faster that the speed they have

@ThreeUK what’s going on?? I’m on unlimited everything. I’m trying to do an important phone call to Switzerland. All what I get is a robot telling me I’ve reach my credit limit. Bleeding hell. Never phone anyone this month. Sorted out.

@ThreeUKSupport hi guys, haven't yet received any confirmation of a number being transferred to your network - are you able to look at your systems to check the progress if I give you the number transferring and the 3 number being replaced?

@Safetyconundrum @ThreeUK Can confirm they're hopeless, if that's any help? Wouldn't touch them again with a bargepole after my recent experience. Hopefully their social media team are better than the overseas call centre.
