  @ThreeUKSupport He’s just clarified that the account won’t cancel till I use the code, which would have a good thing to lead with. Still won’t help as the phone is suspended...

  @ThreeUK @ThreeUK are the worst provider in the world. Absolute garbage, technical advice I’ve just been given is “give my sim card a run with a cloth” and “turn my device off and on and again” absolute joke!

  Switching me and my wife to @O2 after donkey years with @ThreeUK following their rip off on roaming abroad -£2 a day what a joke! @O2 is the only major network that still lets you roam freely in the EU

  @ThreeUKSupport What should I do when the square trade is not giving me the reply or keeping on hold my phone call and hanging up at the end. The square trade company is a biggest scam company that provides insurance to three mobiles. I suggest every customer not to opt for the insurance from 3.

  @ThreeUKSupport Yes, I eventually managed to get my contract cancelled but I shouldn't have had to ask numerous times. I was a long time customer and the entire situation was so frustrating.
