    @ThreeUKSupport how does one make a formal complaint with Three? I cancelled a mobile broadband package back in November and you’ve sent me a bill today saying I’ve used 0GB data in the last 3 months (because I assumed my cancellation was effective) but you are still charging me.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, no it's not that bad, it's just irritating that someone keeps leaving the same kind of voicemail every few days. I'd have to change my number with so many companies it wouldn't be worth the hassle anyway.

    @ThreeUKSupport Really poor 4G mobile broadband service lately. Are there local issues in the KY11 4XD area? Been poor for almost a week. Have reset our routers, but no improvements.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been with very weak signal all day here in the KY8 postal code area, was the same yesterday afternoon too. Is that cell tower dying again in this area? seems to happen a bit too often

    @ThreeUK customer service is SHOCKING, been trying to get a new SIM activated all day. Made numerous calls and been cut off every time after holding for a very long time 😡👎🏻

    @ThreeUKSupport Realised today that after asking for my account to be cancelled back in July, it wasn't, and I've been paying £25 a month for a service I haven't been using. 3 hours on the phone, they can't even offer me a refund. Thanks.

    Anyone else having issues with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m currently dealing with 0.2-0.5 Mbps of 3G data because their 4G doesn’t even work in my area despite living in the West Midlands. I’m paying £26 a month for this, I had better 3G signal on my phone in 2005 from Three.
