@ThreeUKSupport Level of service you guys provide is shocking. And the price I pay is ridiculous. Charged for a phone that was robbed from me 🙄. Can’t wait for this contract to end!

Imagine @ThreeUK quoting people upgrades that are going to cost them £20 more a month. Then they wonder why so many people leave their network 😑

@ThreeUKSupport Look into it further? I just want to have the service I’m paying for please! Is that too much? I won’t join another web chat to be told again to wait 7 days. You’re taking me and thousands of other customers for mugs.

@ThreeUKSupport Refund on 25th Oct was not processed as promised. That call was therefore a waste of time, more time wasted today chasing my refund. Disgraceful customer service.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been trying to speak to you for several days about an online order. I still can’t get through to anyone and when you call me back it cuts off. Is your network always like this?

@DoomsdaysCW Well @ThreeUK as a customer and a user.... 4G is plenty fast enough and does all I need, so does 3G Which customers need 5G? What practical benefit is it to any normal phone user over 3 or 4G? I know it is better for people who want to spy on us from the network
