@ThreeUKSupport I need some help with my broadband issue please. The status checker says everything is fine in my area, but when I called I was told there were issues with the tower. My speeds are less than 2mbps when I'm used to getting over 300mbps. I need an idea of what's actually going on

That’s me having to go airplane mode on a train to Bristol, as by 2pm my phone has used 15% of its battery searching for @ThreeUK ‘s elusive mobile coverage. A truly unusable service for 40 quid a month. Won’t be renewing that contract. Back to @EE for sure

  • DannyT Dan Thomas (@DannyT) reported

@ThreeUKSupport So I should just hang tight for another month and see before calling again? Which I really don't want to do.

  • adam77242261 adam (@adam77242261) reported

@ThreeUK next time you email me with good news, make sure it’s about you fixing the awful coverage you have.
