@ThreeUK after several calls from my sister and me, we’re still having problems with an account a month on. We’ve been overcharged on one account and number not transferred over as confirmed to a new account. Each time we call we’re told something different. Really poor service

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jacq, I wasnt expecting a reply from you but thanks for getting back to me so quick. Im able to use 5G but since mid Dec, the signal and speed is horrible. Not to mention the dropouts. Could you tell me when this will be resolved?

@ThreeUK why is my girlfriend getting texts saying she has spent money in internet services in Mexico despite having mobile data off and only connecting to WiFi? The WiFi also keeps dropping off despite being fully connected. Help please.
