    @ThreeUKSupport Your signal has been rubbish all year, if this is the best your masts can do, I'll leave my Broadband contract today and my other contract as they come to the end. What have three done to make this so bad and have to constantly lie about their performance

    @ThreeUKSupport Trying to cancel home broadband under the "30-day moneyback guarantee" but when I returned to the store where I got it from they told me they couldn't accept it without evidence I had been through troubleshooting with CS. Is this true? This isn't written anywhere.

    @ThreeUKSupport My son has also just got a 2 year contract with you and he lives over a kilometre from me, his download speed is so bad that he has to get another sim, I'm looking to get out of my contract asap, this year has been ridiculous for internet

    @ConsumerCow @ThreeUKSupport I believe the actual issue is not the use of dynamic IP addresses, but CG-NAT, whereby a number of users will be sharing the same external IP address (so the bank is seeing requests for many different accounts from the same IP, which obviously looks suspicious to them).
