    @ThreeUK How is your roaming charge announcement going to affect Go Roam products? I'm guessing it is just another reduction in service and value for money!

  • PhosphorTech j beardsmore (@PhosphorTech) reported

    @ThreeUK as a customer of over 10 years, how do I cancel my contact over this terrible decision to charge for roaming. Who do you recommend moving too?

  • SnarkyLamassu Jenny Haines (@SnarkyLamassu) reported

    Wow £5 a day to use @ThreeUK in the US? I've been a happy customer for years and literally joined bc of US travel, but no reason to stay now. Will be canceling as soon as their website recovers from everyone crashing it to check their plans, lol.

  • eddorian1 Eddorian1 (@eddorian1) reported

    @james_hertford @ThreeUK There is serious problem of the other providers charging for roaming too, but on the other hand Wifi with, Zoom, Teams, Voipfone etc will enable you to call all you want for free

  • anzieeepanzieee a n d r e a s (@anzieeepanzieee) reported

    With the end of Go Roam/Feel at Home, there really is no reason to stay with @ThreeUK. The horrendous quality of your network defo isn’t a reason to stay.

  • quaylew Will (@quaylew) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport @Kevin_Ellen_ Never heard such bollocks in my life. Most canned PR vetted phrase I've ever heard, in short, you saw a chance to take even more cash out of us.

  • Aurelius Marcus Aurelius (@Aurelius) reported

    @ThreeUK go **** yourselves

  • james_hertford James hertford (@james_hertford) reported

    @ThreeUK what a foolish move to end the free roaming. Most of your customers are using Three only due to the free roaming policy, they'll all leave you now. They'll opt to go with different providers which have far better network and prices.

  • ItsJuliannaHere Julianna Jennings (@ItsJuliannaHere) reported

    @JulienCoquet @ThreeUK I travel so much between the UK and France I actually keep them both. So one is €20 euro (french) and the Three sim is £20. I have my tax login connected to the British one so I can’t get rid of it.

  • A_Square_Head Andrew (@A_Square_Head) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport @PhilQuirke Did these variations & permutations not exist before EU regs, as was boasted in September 2018 to Kay Burley? How, if it is underlying costs causing this, do the charges allow you to invest in your UK network? Surely you're either covering costs or making a profit to invest?
