@ThreeUKSupport I'm getting a really slow connection on both my phone and mobile broadband device. I've been told it's "work in the area that will last 2 weeks" for the past 7 months!! When will it start being useable?! I have had to move my main accounts over to EE.

@neil_bidwell @Cmillar86 @ThreeUK Sounds like an industry wide issue. O2 is the same, been waiting for mine for 4 weeks, although was told up to 2 weeks originally. I'm now advised a further 2 week wait. But they cant guarantee it'll be with me in the next 2 weeks either . Looks like we're in for a long wait. 👌

@ThreeUKSupport apparently my 3 internet WiFi is meant to be for gaming. Yet it's absolutely terrible. Sold false lies of how good the internet is when it's about as stable as a straw house.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, thanks but that’s not the question. Network status has always had my home area as good but I was told a month ago after buying the 4g+ router and finding no 4g+ signal that work was being done to upgrade and it would come live yesterday 21st.
