    @ThreeUKSupport is there an issue in swanage? For the last year or so? I used to have excellent signal here at home and now Iโ€™m lucky if I get 1 bar. Horrendous

    @ThreeUK Please can you tell me if something has changed - are you using a different network than you were? Just recently I've been unable to get any signal in my property, and I changed from my previous provider to you because I did get a signal! But not now? What's changed?

    @ThreeUK hi , someone just called me saying theyโ€™re from three & told me i need a new sim card as it will help with slow service , when i queried it they said mine would be blocked & then hung up ! Im assuming this isnโ€™t genuine

    @ThreeUK @RoyalMail I have been a customer of Three for as long as I can remember and I have never been treated with this much disrespect over ยฃ55. I value honesty and transparency and so far Three have been very dishonest. I will pay off my contract early so I can leave this terrible company.
