Must have lost signal 5 times yesterday in a 10 minute conv Used to have 4 bar signal indoors with @ThreeUK yours is 1 bar 😠

Katy Dyers (@katydyers) reportedYes, @ThreeUK, it IS misleading to send customers a message saying that their final bill would be £0 and then charge them 3 more times after that, then claiming only one of those is the final bill, even though NONE was £0, despite what you made your customer service lady tell me.
