@ThreeUKSupport @jamieclarke What changed with costs to you outside the EU? If it's "all out competitors stopped roaming so we are too" just be honest about the business decision. I'm a Three customer and considering leaving.

@ThreeUKSupport @SheeMeeHeer So Mark (Three) - I just renewed to be safe but in two years time as a loyal customer I ll be paying this Roaming charges outside of the 70 destinations ( £2/day and £5/day) if I renew my contract again - so I ll have to not renew and leave it running as it is to not pay this!

@NicolaKerrison @ThreeUKSupport @jamieclarke Well EU carriers have surely increased their interconnection charges for sure, there’s no legislation banning them from it. And I think they took the opportunity to make money out of it by adding the £5. From the best company to roam on to the very worst

@ThreeUKSupport They told me to choose a new password and send it via email along with a bunch of personal information - this isn’t secure and I don’t need a new password, I just need the account closed. Who can help me, please?

@ThreeUKSupport I’m the one who is sad about having to keep paying for a number which does not work, that I’ve tried to cancel numerous times.

@brambles21 @uk_domain_names @ThreeUK Very much my sentiment as well. Contract expires in Jan 2022 and GoRoam was about the major feature why I kept with them. If we have to pay roaming now, then that removes the single biggest reason I was a loyal customer for a number of years.
