@ThreeUKSupport Have been trying to sort/change payment details on mobile broadband hub account for days, but cannot login to account and reset password option is (presumably) sending a reset link text (which I can’t receive/read on hub) and no email ever arrives?

@ThreeUKSupport No. Like I said, I’m done. I’m no longer paying for something that I’m not getting. Unless 3 solve this issue tomorrow (I’ll phone to sort it tomorrow) then I’m taking it further. I’m done with 3. Hands down the worst service provider I’ve ever used.

@elliott1301 @ThreeUKSupport Been speaking with Spotify about this also, they’re not sure what’s going on, but it seems to do with Three and one other network (Telestra in AU).
