@ThreeUK Not even an apology? Wow! No wonder you now have the honour of being the worst service provider in the UK.

@ThreeUK This is a disgraceful failure! What if there had been a national emergency? You MUST retest this. You cannot refuse to broadcast a nationwide alert test. Have the decency to redo the test for all your customers! #iwantmyalert #emergencyalert #three_idiots

@ThreeUK I was having lunch with friends.. while both of their phones rang.. mine didn’t! To make sure I rang my husband, another three customer, and he didn’t receive the alerts either! So in case of an emergency, neither me nor my husband will be notified?? Sort yourself out three!!

Didn’t even get the alert and apparently neither did others on @ThreeUK! Absolute bottom of the barrel network omg 😭😭😭

@ThreeUK From what I've been able to gather, not a single Three customer got an alert regardless of device, plan or location. Naturally this also means that no virtual networks like IDMobile got anything either.

@IkaFerrerGotic @NicholasTyrone The problem appears to have been with the @ThreeUK network as the vast majority of people who didn't get it are with them or providers who use their network 🙄

@missradders @ThreeUK No, it doesn't: it used the 4G and 5G signal from mobile phone masts. If you don't have access to those, I don't think you get an alert.

@ThreeUK Never got the message

@ThreeUK I am another Three customer who didn’t get the alert either by text or audio.

@katebevan @ThreeUK Nothing via O2 (no data), nor on 2nd SIM via MVNO Not in a great signal area, but supposedly OK (shows two or three bars) 4G Android up to date and it's set to receive emergency alerts. As a one-way broadcast signal, I hope they are doing some statistical surveys on coverage. :-(
