@ThreeUKSupport I am thinking of getting the home broadband soon. Is the 5G router locked to the Three network? Also is the SIM card for the broadband - can that be used in a phone or an IPad if I wanted to use the data on the go? And in a phone can it make calls?

  • erixtar1992 Eric frenchie (@erixtar1992) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Its awful wether im at home, or at work anywhere between felixstowe and birmingham

@ThreeUKSupport No I was not but my concern is, Why was I not informed that I need to go cancel the old sim plan else I'll have to keep on making payments even after my contract has ended!

@ThreeUK hi team. If I buy a 4g router subscription and get poor speed can I cancel within 14 days? Your coverage checker suggests a good service but I don’t want to commit if it’s not going to work at my house. Thanks.

@ThreeUKSupport @danielcarling Hi, any update on this? My Netflix app is still down on my 4G router (works fine on mobile data). TV Netflix app down too. Been three days now.

  • HFAStephen Stephen 🏳️‍🌈 (@HFAStephen) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Why do your phone operators lie? Apps open in the background can cause poor signal issues, can it? No it can't. Open apps can cause lag and RAM issues but not the network itself. They're either lying or incompetent. Which is it? #poorcustomerservice

  • QuestionsCraig ❓❔Questions Craig❔❓🦁 (@QuestionsCraig) reported

@BVickers25 @ThreeUKSupport I have the same problem. Have you tried changing your mobile network to 2g 3g when making calls? I then change it back to 5g if using the mobile data.

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah massive inconvenience that to be honest and it cause some serious problems with me with the HMRC
