    @ThreeUK I tweeted you for help the other day because my data wasn’t working in Portugal, you had me switch networks and it worked for maybe an hour and stopped again. I have now arrived in Spain and the same thing is happening. Zero ability to text or call, cannot use internet.

    @ThreeUK I have been waiting for for 30 days now and 6 phone calls for a bag tho sent the router back and terminate my contract. Very annoying poor customer service

    @ThreeUK I have a question... Why am I getting a notice th3 adult filter is on, blocking me from a website I looked at earlier this same day (a Air Gun Club in Halifax) on both my phone and Chromebook... Despite this filter never appearing before now & being with you since 2020?

    FFS I have an emergency phone for hospital visits. But I have gone over six months without needing it so @ThreeUK have apparently recycled my number & taken my credit. Glad I checked before my next hospital stay 😡 No courtesy email or double check, just grab the money and run.

    @McDermottQC @ThreeUK They often dont tell you of ways to reduce your bills. When working for a rather unscrupulous mobile company we had a customer who wracked up £1300 in data charges when a simple £10 bolt-on would of covered their usage 😳.
