    @Defencebrief @ThreeUKSupport My account got same similar issue.. i contacted support services but they wouldn’t help me...I got referred to globaltecc_consultant on Instagram they are good and they are so helpful and reliable. Am sure they can help

    @ThreeUKSupport I've had a call from a person saying I had called him. Had another 4 missed calls. All the calls are from numbers with same first 8 digits to mine. Customer service says it is spoofing but seen other tweets from people saying same thing.

    @ThreeUKSupport work being done in Bryncoch was supposed to be completed yesterday but signal in Sa10 8BR is terrible today,any reason??

    @ThreeUK can you confirm that your high street stores cannot help with account queries? I had an account issue and was told that I'd have to sort over the phone. Not a great service when I'm trying to make a complaint.

    @ThreeUK Down for maintenance (2 hours so far) in LL14 1UU. Surely maintenance is scheduled, and therefore customers should be warned beforehand? Trying to work from home :(

    @ThreeUK All you can eat plan, note 10+ 5g, on holiday in Greece but getting charged for data? Done the usual off / on but still getting charged? Only on WiFi at the moment as already a tenner down but not ideal! Network showing Wind Greece 2021

    @hidinginthevoid @bt_uk This is also after appalling service from @ThreeUK trying to get set up with their internet. Why are they all so **** at caring about customer experience?
