@ThreeUKSupport a joke now put a side, your international call centre is a bag of jokes and they have been messing me about non stop. I have literally had enough of this now and I want to speak to someone in the UK. Can you advise me what to do? If you don’t want to help just say

@ThreeUKSupport Two months of terrible 5G broadband service, followed by three months of regular hassle for "unpaid" bills. I received a letter from you confirming I owe nothing - it was over! Then I received an email from the debt collection company. You are the worst.

@ThreeUKSupport are you aware of any issues with your network on iOS16? I'm unable to make calls or access my mobile data. The phone says an update for cellular service is needed but none are showing.

@ThreeUK I don't seem to be able to connect to @TfL anymore. I've been through the instructions but "Three_WIFI SSID" doesn't come up as a network option nor can I find in my settings.

@ItsSpeltWithAC @ThreeUK Apparantly a number of people are coming in with issues. The guy before us had brought his phone in as his camera had stopped working after the update

@ThreeUKSupport So what you’re effectively saying is that you’d rather take a gamble on a new customer than keep happy someone who has spent the last 10 years on your top plan? And I am out of contract.

@thedoctorkhan @SamsungTV @ThreeUK Haven't watched Netflix for some days and it's already paid for. Let's go back to what is working for most of us. Is it a compatibility problem?
