@ThreeUKSupport Your call centre staff are rude and incompetent. They pass you around blindly without passing info to the next advisor. They couldn't care less about any problems you have. Sick to death of trying to ring as I'd have a better response if I banged my head against the wall.

@FleaTactical @ThreeUKSupport Mate, I feel for ya. I connected my 4g router to an external 4g aerial and that made little difference. Even though I have a full signal in relation to the mast, I was still getting around no more than a few Megabits per second. Such a waste of £22 a month which I continue to pay

@ThreeUKSupport Yes. I have a contract for over 10 years. But that's not the issue. The issue is that you CS team at the billing dept cannot help me to variefy an account that I am being billed for but haven't set up.... Need someone to help urgently!
