@ThreeUKSupport No mobile Internet in BT45 area. Has been out all day. Always usually have a stable signal with anything between 20 to 40 Meg download speed. No bars on my device at all.

@ThreeUKSupport We didn't get that far. First off he promised he was going to do some diagnostic tests that would get to the bottom of the problem then suddenly changed his tune and bailed saying ring back in the week from a 3 phone.

@ThreeUKSupport when Im connected to wifi my connection is 100%, when Im NOT connected to a wifi my signal is poor (4G), everything is slow if I can even access anything at all, no matter my location What are you going to do about this to keep me as a @ThreeUK customer next month
