your pal sal (@Shadysunhat) reported@ThreeUKSupport spoke to someone about 3 weeks ago to get a refund of about £15 after closing account in June (a letter you sent told me to do this). Never received refund and you took another £17 out of my a/c on 7th July, what’s that about?

Tom Darby (@tomdarby1958) reported@ThreeUKSupport How does that help when your organisation cannot even tell me the correct way to insert it into a 5G hub?
-
Tom Darby (@tomdarby1958) reported@ThreeUKSupport Finally the idiots in your lack of help department tell me the metal part of the sim should be facing the ground, not very good if you are trying to fit a sim into the base of a 5G hub! As I stated earlier, totally useless support

Horatio (@power_of_h) reported@ThreeUKSupport been having the issue for 7 months. Just the service in this area for 3 is zero to 1 bar at best. Just wish I’d known that when taking out the service. Rather then being told it’s “good” then again the sales person can only go by what’s in front of them so no fault on them

swaroop sunny (@SakamuriSwaroop) reported@ThreeUKSupport I have been using this so called three network for past two years worst network coverage I even experienced I can't even get a single point signal in my phone on my postcode raised complaints multiple time but of no use and waste of money

Greg Hodgson (@hodgson_greg) reported@ThreeUKSupport Hi. Just noticed that VoLTE calling is not working on either my PAYG or contract sim, and also tried it in an android phone and Samsung. It is not an issue at home as I have good 3G signal anyway and Wifi calling, I am worried if I need to go to an area with no 3G

Steve and Gem (@steveandgem) reported@ThreeUKSupport These issues are still ongoing. It's not good service at all. Please give me some options to resolve this.
