  • findyouuo VHN (@findyouuo) reported

My time with @ThreeUK /@ThreeUKSupport is gonna have to come to an end soon! Used to be such a good network but now I barely get any signal! Home Broadband is just a shambles. Depends on location of-course but it’s just useless for the most part!

  • Haneeeenda Han (@Haneeeenda) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah, so On the fall he said the first try failed so we tried again and it worked; then after I put the phone down I checked my bank and two payments went out. Okay but I don’t have a 3 sim anymore so what number shall I call?

  • IsiGB Isi Genn-Bash (@IsiGB) reported

@johnoceallaigh @ThreeUK SOLVED: called 333, asked them to remove the block on calls when going over my limit. I HAVE UNLIMITED MINUTES AND THE APP SHOWED BLOCKS INACTIVE so this is obviously some issue with how three were managing my account. Hope it works for anyone else suffering with this.

  • Mrfrye88 MrFrye88 (@Mrfrye88) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Apparently it's been being fixed for the last 12 months, there has been a phone tower erected near me weeks ago and i thought that may have fixed the issue but no :(

  • trueblue6716 TrueBlue (@trueblue6716) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Tell you what Kirsty, how about you give me a number to a UK call centre so someone can actually help!!!

  • DeiMcL Deirdre McLaughlin (@DeiMcL) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I am so saddened by your customer service and the continued ableism I have experienced as a disabled person unable to travel to update my SIM. Please consider updating your policies or you will lose a longtime customer.

  • kaloumo Karen Moore (@kaloumo) reported

@ThreeUKSupport my local mast has been down for months now! The fix date keeps getting put back every week. What is going on? Are you upgrading it to 5G?

  • MartyDepolo Marty (@MartyDepolo) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Also would latency vary from day to day? Last month I had <100ms, then for a couple of days it was >100ms. After that, it was back to normal stability of 60ms.

  • ocuscolmcruibne Courtney S. (@ocuscolmcruibne) reported

@ThreeUKSupport's most recent "solution" to my mid 00s dialup speed internet was basically to tell me that there's nothing they can do, but I literally can't find anything else affordable without having to have actual broadband installed
