    @ThreeUKSupport We called 333, and the staff member is very incompetent, he put the call on hold to transfer to another department, and the call went completely blank for a really long time and nobody answered, can you please sort this problem out for us as this is ridiculous.

    @ThreeUKSupport Sort of. They just follow a script, they don’t really know what they are doing, if your problem is beyond what’s written in front of them then they just go through their script in a different way. Such a shame as your in store staff in the UK are wonderful.

    @pcaldredbann @ThreeUK We have a tower down near us so no mobile internet just down the road from me & mobile signal is awful as others are on my local tower instead, so it's overworked IT'S BEEN A WEEK

    @jezzaf3 @ThreeUK My son was on 3 they seriously have to be the worst network provider, there is a very good reason they are cheap!!
