The worst customer service I’ve ever had @ThreeUK. Constant phone calls trying to change my sim/number to keep my contract with 3 and none of your colleagues are able to do it despite each one telling me they had 😤

@jamesthomson @ThreeUK I’ve been with them for years, because of the USA roaming but not much prospect of being over there anytime soon. If network coverage is an issue and Three is good, ID Mobile and Smarty have some good deals. I need Wi-Fi Calling too.

@ThreeUKSupport Can't upgrade now as when I click to upgrade it shows the original phone I picked and that contract starts on 27th Jan. Been on the chat to help but keep going through same questions over and over again. Would like more assistance please.
