    @ThreeUKSupport For the last year!!! Whole city!! Ct1,ct2 we connect to internet through @canterburycc free internet otherwise if anything happens you can’t evan call emergency services. I am so sorry but you have to do something about it because it’s really really bad

    My Lebara recharge finished 1 week ago so from then to now I am waiting for @ThreeUK services to start as I have no mobile data to use when I am going outside what the hell your @ThreeUK staff are doing, kindly solve this problem

    -ce and did the process with PAC code for the second time and said by Monday your Lebara network @lebara will stop and you can enjoy @ThreeUK services but nothing happens

    Never had such bad customer service as I have with @ThreeUK. Placed an order for a wifi contract online and they used the wrong address for delivery, called up to cancel it (less than 24 hours after placing the order) and the advisor didn’t bother to cancel.

    @garycutlack Same thing happened with my @ThreeUK SIM. £5 'never expire' balance and number toasted with no notice. At least my Irish Vodafone is still active (I too up €5 every 6 months). What a racket.

    @ThreeUK any chance at all you can sort your network out please. It’s not great I have to tether my 3 mobile to my work EE phone just so I can receive calls and texts. And access the internet. It’s been like this for weeks. So please fix it. Thank you.

    @ThreeUK sick to the back teeth of your app. I’m chatting with someone and get a phone call and the app logs me out so I lose the chat. 4 times this has happened today!!! So frustrating when I’m trying to resolve an issue.
