    @ThreeUK quick question: why has my network signal got worse as technology supposedly improves? I now have low signal in my house and garden, seems to be trying to connect to 3G, yet I had full 4G before. 😳

    @ThreeUKSupport Why is your customer service so terrible? I'm going to need to contact for a 4th time for the same issue which should be a very simple fix. All your advisors seem to be too bothered about selling you something that if you don't buy, they won't help. Awful.

    @virginmedia where do i stand with terminating my contract due to no service ? Ive been without internet for 3 weeks now and 2 engineer visits later im still tethering my @ThreeUK phone to watch Disney plus on the Tv .. absolute disgrace. Queue you fobbing me off …
