    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I have just tried phoning you three times and each time the phone cuts out. This is actually shocking and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. You need to get someone to get in contact with me to sort this ASAP. I am beyond furious.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi,I've had a text that says it's from 'Three help' saying they couldn't process this month's payment and to click a link to update details. I've checked my app and there's no problem there,just wondering if it's a bit dodgy! Cheers 👍

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm not sure? but I'm paying for a 4G service which I'm not receiving, it's been like this for a while. What if my area is always congested? Will I ever receive 4G connection?
