    @ThreeUKSupport I was told in DM yesterday that mast maintenance had finished and all should be fine. Yet today, data service is still dropping repeatedly. Feels less like resolution and more like routine dismissal of a recurring issue. #threeoutage #outage #threeuk

    @ThreeUKSupport just in case nobody has told you…signal strength in Cornwall was next to nothing. One huge black spot.

    @ThreeUKSupport And you are telling me to open a complaint about my complaint. Can I have another solution please or do I need to move my business contract elsewhere. I’ve been a business customer for ~12 years

    @ThreeUK - I have had no service in either central London or North London since yesterday afternoon. I have tested my phone with a different SIM and my phone is working. What is the issue with the Three Network currently ?

    @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK Unfortunately, we cannot even use the chat function on idmobile website to chat with customer service. Chat window doesn’t open..!! shambles.

    If anyone is looking to upgrade their phone with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport and are a long term customer, just be warned, they run hard credit checks and will decline you. They no longer have customer loyalty.

    @ThreeUKSupport morning guys//gals I’m currently abroad due to a family emergency. I’ve used up 80% of my go roam data allowance. At the moment it’s not looking like I will be travelling back for a few more days (hoping Wednesday) Am I able to top up the data I can use?
