    @ThreeUKSupport Oh my word, am I speaking in tongue? All I would like to do is change me direct debit date, I can't see the option online to do this, your phone reps were awful, and now I feel you are not grasping a simple request. I think I'm going to take advice from a legal pov soon to cancel

    @ThreeUKSupport There also seems to be technical issues with the handset (people have been telling me they have called/text me and I have not received, and vice versa.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's been over 12 hours since the so-called maintenance ended and reception is still awful. My friend, who lives in another part of Herts and is on 3, is having the same problem. My partner, who is on 3, is having the same problem. Can we have the truth please??

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport why does my internet keep dropping out where I am happen 2-3 times now getting sick and tired I’ve been loyal customer this thanks I get with it. Not happy CUSTOMERS what so ever.
