Update for all those that liked my @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport tweet. Sunday Told my low speeds (4G) are down to a sim issue and that a replacement would be sent out. Repeatedly asked would this have any effect on my phone until the sim arrived and was told “definitely not”

to pay a bill with @ThreeUK my call was answered and actioned, within 2 mins. To cancel a seperate account i no longer need, i have been on hold so far for 57mins. A bit short sighted I think.

@ThreeUKSupport @johnoceallaigh My daughter having the same problem. She is unable to call us (she and we are in the UK) & this is a big problem as she calls us when walking home to feel safe - it is urgent this is sorted out.
