    @ThreeUK tried porting my number to my new three sim but it keeps saying unavailable on the website! Tried calling and live chat but they’ve been no help. Starting to wonder if I’ve made the right choice moving 😞

    @BTP You ask us to text problems to 61016 but then my @ThreeUKSupport service says I will be charged. Why not suggest free texts for feedback on travel risks? #NeverUseditYourself

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm a PAYG customer, previously told me you can't do anything because I'm PAYG! If & when I get my number back I'll certainly be leaving. Where are 3 UK managers to intervene!? 18 days and over 18 hours spent talking to chat agents and sweet FA! Abysmal.

    @ThreeUKSupport We did that but were advised by the agent later not to use it. They promised to call back in a few days. Trouble is the account is being closed. Don't want it to close before a valid pac code is released from wherever.

    @ThreeUKSupport No this is not a new account. I’ve even changed my password. It either says the password is incorrect or when it does register I get a message saying it’s ‘not you it’s us. Please try again’. Yet it is still not working.

    @ThreeUKSupport Another month gone you’re mobile website still doesn’t allow me to pay my bill. Is this ever going to be fixed? Isn’t something that prevents you making money a priority bug fix?

    @ThreeUKSupport I canceled my contract which was due to end on 11/23, three failed to cancel the contract and continued to bill me. I found out when they sent me an email. I contacted them and they are refusing to refund the money they have continued to take from my account.
