@ThreeUKSupport you have got to be the worst mobile network provider around! Signal issue after signal issue. Excuse after excuse… then on live chat you just end it without fixing the problem?!? 🤬😡

@ThreeUKSupport They also said that there was no problem with the 5g in my area but the website has been updated subsequently to say that there stiil is so my confidence in them is extremely limited.

@ThreeUKSupport WN7 4JY I expect it will say no issues but I’ve been on one bar of service all day in the office and trying to do anything that uses data generally takes several attempts

@ThreeUKSupport I'm a current three pay monthly customer and would like to switch to an eSIM but your website doesn't explain how I can - how do I switch to an eSIM while keeping my current number and contract?

@ThreeUK please explain why your broadband team told me (11.20) there is no 5g problem in my area but the website says there still is (last updated 2.45) - and neither the previous router nor the new one I had to go and get can actually get a 5g signal?

@ThreeUKSupport Jonathan, I have been trying to sort this issue out for two weeks without any resolution. I now want to cancel my contract with you due to the poor customer service I have had to deal with.

Starting to regret moving to @ThreeUK if the constant struggle to find network is going to carry on draining my phone battery 😞 Hardly lost any battery when outside at the weekend, but a day in the office and it’s knocked 60% off with little usage!

@ThreeUKSupport Yesterday was my first day in the office as a Three customer, but I live nearby and not had a problem since joining last week

@ThreeUKSupport I had lots of messages and emails all saying one date for it switching. I contacted before that date to prevent it switching but CS is now saying I switched on a completely different date that was never mentioned in the messages. Never mind, just disappointed in the service.
