    @ThreeUKSupport why am I being contacted by a company called credit solutions saying I owe them £800 from a past three account when I never had a contract with three,tried getting help from your website which is quite frankly a load of **** and no use at all

    @ThreeUK I live in County Durham. CS on 333 told me that there is a long standing issue in my area that Three can't fix due to "network limitations". Why do you sell services to County Durham residents when you refuse to fix issues, take ownership and provide explanations?

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m currently in Thailand and my three sim has stopped working. I can’t receive any messages. When I go to login on my online account it wants me to give an access code sent via text. Is there an option to gain access to my account via Email/password only

    @ThreeUKSupport 4 calls in last 30 mins and getting nowhere. Nice of the call centre technician to find it's easier to put the phone down than help😡😡

    Tried this today! When it works its great. Login experience needs some work, I had to log in 3 times on an 11 hour flight, but I'm sure that'll get sorted. @ThreeUK @Starlink

    Three (@ThreeUK) absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. Just cut me off on business chat, previously useless in store and online. Constantly promised calls that do not materialize. Absolute joke...

    For **** sake @smartymoblie get your system fixed we now have no phone or internet @threeuk pull your socks up this is downright disgusting we had 10meg 18 months ago now nothing

    @ThreeUKSupport - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!
