    @ThreeUK Never buy a Three PAYG sim. Typical Hutchison attitude. Absolute thieves. Bought 3 PAYG sim cards because the label said "GBP15 25GB". One would assume this means you get 25GB...but it doesnt...you pay GBP15....for NOTHING. Customer service will not help

    @ThreeUKSupport I spoke to complaints guy who was desperate for me to say he’d resolved my complaint, seemingly more interested in his resolution stats than in my problem /

    @ThreeUKSupport wow that’s taken along time. still having issues with my internet it’s not working as well as it should. i know weather isn’t great but come on it should be better than it is

    @ByronRobbins @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had a good service to be fair up until now, but today was one for the ages. We’ll see what happens. I’ve got 14 day to cancel the contracts, so I’m hopeful they can turn it round.

    @ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately yes and it's been like that for about a week. Before I had problem with internet connection, now it's both.
