    @ThreeUKSupport Nothing - "emergency calls only" and they don't work either! But I have got it going on VOIP and now want to swap the SIM for another number that is in use on my 3rd phone. I think I will have to talk to a support human. Tomorrow... you really are rascals.

    @ThreeUK NG20 Signal is terrible. Is there an issue? My mobile broadband is terrible these days wherever I am! If it doesn’t improve, I’m changing provider!

    So @ThreeUK want to charge me more £££ for a worse contract 🙄 Time to move on. I'm a loyal customer and I've been with them for years but the replacement offers are just rubbish.

    . @ThreeUKSupport I am trying to set up a new CUBOT Note20pro phone on 3 using the SIM from the previous Note20 - OK until I get to the point where there is "no service" and I need to speak to support. They go home at 6pm at weekends. REALLY?!?

    @ThreeUKSupport Further. I am having customer support argue with me about deals on the three website rather than trying to solve my problem. Its not my fault if your webmasters have a live deal that isn't in your system. I just want my problem solved and I've been on the chat for over an hour.
