@ThreeUKSupport I work from home and have only been to my local shops to the hairdressers and no signal there either. literally everyone that has tried to call me cant hear me. Ihear them brief one word here and there, and when i call others it does even ring or odd time it does i cant be heard.

  • crgmat Craig (@crgmat) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Do you know how many UK aircrew will leave you now? Your text support staff are hinting a roaming deal might happen prior to deadline of 23rd May. Hoping this happens or I’ll have to leave. Charging £5 globally (only in the go-roam destinations) is unacceptable.

  • rwilson1694 Ricky (@rwilson1694) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I changed my SIM card in October and the signal genuinely got worse as a result. This isn’t new impact.

  • vharry22 Chakra! (@vharry22) reported from Plymouth, England

@ThreeUK I am sick to the back teeth with this Company! I've sorted this problem out several times! A little further down the road. Here we are AGAIN, asking me for money I DON'T OWE! THERE'S NO POINT to CONTACT AGAIN. I'VE TAKEN A SCREEN THIS TIME,SAYING THEY RESOLVED IT!

  • breakbeat Kaboom (@breakbeat) reported

@iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUKSupport is there a network issue? no mobile data at all despite showing full bars (yes i've tried turning off and on again)

  • billgreenwood °|• Sir Bill - Retouching - 🅁🅅🄽 (@billgreenwood) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Hey guys, Three is the magic number yes? Well in CR00BU it's not been so magic! 3 days of bad signal, 3 days of missed calls, 3 days of a terrible service. No notification of any works! Unless the text will come through in 3 days! Sort it out please!

  • gemmahentsch Gemma Hentsch (@gemmahentsch) reported

FFS @ThreeUKSupport I cancelled my contract, I paid my bill and I’m currently 4 hours into wasting my time being harassed by your call centre. Get it through your thick heads, your service is unreliable. So I cancelled it. Want me to cancel the other contract too?

  • Pricelesspolly Polly Lee (@Pricelesspolly) reported
