If anyone is looking to upgrade their phone with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport and are a long term customer, just be warned, they run hard credit checks and will decline you. They no longer have customer loyalty.

@ThreeUK you have to be joking if you think I’m going to call you after abandoning WhatsApp chats, closing chats with no response, me spending 1hr explaining that you can’t call me and then you try to call me! Do something that makes sense if you want to keep me as a customer

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve already done that Maxine, I have a complaint ref#. I spent 1hr on the phone, they kept saying they would get someone to call me, I kept asking how because I have no call service and then they have the audacity to email me to say you can’t get I touch with me!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi John, I do see it on the status page — but as a customer, I expect proactive updates, not to discover outages myself. This has been happening daily for 2 weeks, 8am–5pm. If it’s planned, a clear heads-up or workaround is the least one would expect.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete this issue is still not resolved after being promised it would be last Friday. I am now being told it will be another 2 days. This service is simply not good enough and I will never renew with Three again
