@ThreeUKSupport Last time I spoke to customer service she ordered me a new sim and put me through to the customer sakes team. They don't seem to understand that I just want my number reactivating. And thats it.

@madebyburton @ThreeUK I don't know! They haven't admitted it if they are. The reception is incredibly low, to be fair. If there was a good connection but slow speeds I'd be suspicious.

@HilaryMcGowan @ThreeUK Unfortunately not! It's a personal one which has been consistently poor. It's utterly unusable, yet they keep telling me it's fine. The 3rd person I spoke to on the phone today admitted there were long-standing network problems in my area, but the 4th went back to denying it.
