    @ThreeUK Ah. I wondered why I wasn't able to make calls. But these days data is the primary form of contact anyway for most people! The only improvement would be some way to communicate with everyone that there is an issue when identified. Not everyone uses twitter for updates?

    @ThreeUK Stop telling lies data isn't fine it constantly cuts out, also calls won't work via 3rd party services if your in my situation ie broadband down. You lot and @virginmedia are a complete and utter joke you don't give a **** about anyone as long as the money comes in

    @WLANDALE @ThreeUK Yes....but I have things to do today which I won't have access to wifi where I am. I'm currently sitting in a library trying to sort some **** out before I leave and have no data.

    @ThreeUK This a disaster. Your did not live up to your contractual obligations therefore customers must be allowed to leave your network without prejudice.

    @ThreeUK It’s been the same since 8am this morning and still no fix.. I’ve been trying to call the doctors all morning about my daughter. Just unlucky timing really 😩 Is there any estimated time for repair please?

    @ThreeUK If I understand correctly, you still can’t reach emergency services. If true, this isn’t the first time and is totally unacceptable, especially with today’s technology, surely?
