@ThreeUKSupport all internet data is down in the LS19 area. According to down detector there is a lot of this around and specifically a lot in the Leeds area.

@ThreeUK I’ve been your customer for years. I’m 33 as your records will no doubt show. Why ******** am I getting this?!?? Suggestibly the only fix is to call 333 to turn this option off, yet your centre’s closed. What the fk am I to do when I need the service I’m paying for now!?

@ThreeUKSupport I have both a three mobile sim and a 5G hub and my data on 4G or 5G on my mobile despite having full signal doesn't work hardly at all at my post code barely able to load webpages sometimes and my 5G hubs speed have also plummeted drastically in the last 4 months

Flip it around Imagine you sold an item and sent it to someone You packaged it fine etc no issues, but the delivery person steals the parcel Your disgruntled customer then harasses and ******* at you demanding you resolve it Would you find that fair?

My signal with @ThreeUK has been abysmal these last few months it’s SO frustrating when you’re trying to do basic things and your internet’s just like “Na” I was on a rolling contract with them since I was like 12 and I’ve never had any problems
