    @ThreeUK When will the tower in Ab11 be fixed? It’s been down for maintenance for 9 weeks now. 2MBPS download speeds just don’t cut it. Ask EE to borrow a competent engineer.

    @ThreeUK yet again i am having to contact you and i am no longer a customer of yours ! I have yet again had an email sent saying i am due money for an account that is closed. Can you sort this as i do not want this affecting my credit, if it does my lawyer will be in touch next

    .@ThreeUKSupport is there any chance you could make your network work in the centre of Edinburgh. It is appallingly bad and has been for a very long time. I was hoping your Vodafone merger was fixing it but seems not.

    I had the same issue when speaking to @ThreeUK about the money they owed me after I traded in my old phone last year. Bring back UK customer service.

    @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!

    @panks_79 @ThreeUKSupport My current phone is broken, but you've saved me. There was a separate section of the Three website for pay-as-you-go 🙈 Which is weird, because I've had to go through an entire different page to buy the same phone I was trying to buy anyway haha Thanks Craig!
