@mick_miller @ThreeUK I had this a couple of years ago with Virgin mobile. Another guy down south had two phones registered in my name!! Turns out we have the same name but that's no bloody excuse. ITV was a nightmare. I even rang him and got a load of abuse. 😔Good luck Mick.
@ThreeUKSupport Iv never had this issue iv topped up my phone with an add on every month and it has worked fine I dont have any service its not only data is plain no signal . Also can you show me where it says that after two month it stoppa working ?
@ThreeUKSupport My three is as much of a joke as the call centre - that’s down as well.
@ThreeUKSupport “The call centre is having issues and can’t take calls - get through “the system is down so we can’t access your account” - “or the system is being upgraded and we can’t access your account” live chat = we can’t get into the system (then the chat closes before you can even speak)
I'm banging my head against a brick wall with @ThreeUK their customer service stinks. I can't cancel a data sim because they have put someone else's details on to my account, so they won't talk to me because I can't give the other persons details! #arrrrggggh!
