@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. That has been the problem. Each time I've been told a credit has been applied, it hasn't (this will be the 4th time). Problem is when you have to wait for the next bill to see if it's actually been applied this time, if it isn't, it can't be applied until the next bill..

All sorted now @ThreeUKSupport, bit gutted that no effort was made to keep me as a customer as ive decided to leave Three, but oh well.
@ThreeUKSupport first I have sport taken away, then social isolation, phone people they say we are lucky we have 4g. Then three have taken my signal away but don’t bother telling me. Can’t get hold of anyone but now my contract is useless
@ThreeUKSupport @Ofcom Can you please help, I've asked for a PAC code from Three the they are not issue it via the web, webchat, app or texting service. Surely this practice needs to be looked at.
