@ThreeUKSupport The problem is that operators never seem to be available on Live Chat. And when I call, I can't get past the menu because it asks me for my Three mobile number. I was never sent a number or a SIM so I don't know what it is.

@ThreeUKSupport Your customer service agents are so rude to me they don’t want to speak to me unless I gave them my date of birth which is really really dangerous because anyone who knows me who could access my account.

@ThreeUKSupport Contract began on early 2017 & there wasn’t a delay on bill payments even for once. Then when it came to closing account due to leaving the UK for good, send few more bills for unused service. End up forced to pay for not being available at my UK address to receive mail in bills!

@ThreeUKSupport It's everywhere I go, it is also affecting other phones using 3 network in my household. I have contacted your 3 chat several times, reset the network etc. and it is still not working.

@ThreeUKSupport I was told by one of your online support folk that eSIM details were due to be getting sent out shortly. I only stayed with three as I was told just before Christmas that eSIM info would be released mid Jan. Can someone please tell when we will be getting them?
