    Took a SIM from @ThreeUK as they’ve been marketing it everywhere. Absolutely pathetic service - No network in underground tubes, carrier making calls go to my voice mail, and app seems buggy. Waiting to go to @VodafoneUK or @TelefonicaUK soon.

    @ThreeUKSupport nightmare. I had to give up in the end. So that’s disabled people going without their assessments and equipment. Terrible service

    @ThreeUKSupport I was on 321 just 2 years ago and then had a price increase now this. 3p min calls now 35p 2p texts now 10p 1p mb data now 10p mb The service has got WORSE! I can't make or receive a call downstairs anymore after the work on the mast here that took a literal year.

    @ThreeUK - by far the worst service provider in terms of customer service/care and coverage. I can’t WAIT to move to another provider after two years of HELL with this one. Not a single person able to help me or give me answers. #seething 😡
