    @ThreeUKSupport We found out that if you tried too many times yesterday (when your systems were down) the accounts got locked... BUT your site still said “System problem try again later”. Big design flaw. Maybe pass that to your designers? Thanks.

    .@ThreeUK I received a txt saying you are putting your prices up yet your network coverage has deteriorated significantly over the last few years. Why are we expected to pay more for a worse service?

    to pay a bill with @ThreeUK my call was answered and actioned, within 2 mins. To cancel a seperate account i no longer need, i have been on hold so far for 57mins. A bit short sighted I think.

    Ha so @CPWTweets just phoned me out of the blue to offer me a ‘great deal’. It was worse than the deal I already get with @ThreeUK and the man on the phone told me I was a ‘******* waste of time’. Only my mum gets to say that! #rude
