Hi @ThreeUK. Having a truly shocking experience as a customer with an issue that's been ongoing for many months. Can you please give me the number of someone I can talk to in the UK? Very tired of poor lines to overseas call centres. Need to resolve this one way or another today.

@ThreeUK please explain why your broadband team told me (11.20) there is no 5g problem in my area but the website says there still is (last updated 2.45) - and neither the previous router nor the new one I had to go and get can actually get a 5g signal?

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, I'm currently a Three customer. Was wondering if it was a real Three number as it came up on my phone as it could be a spam caller. Thanks for answering my question

Help me out @ThreeUKSupport I'm moving home so ordered a Mi-Fi router - happens to come with a free TV. Ordered the router to be delivered to my existing home, because I'm not in the new one yet. Found out the TV doesn't get sent until 32 days after the order.

<rant> Not a good start to the day. On the phone to @ThreeUK for 45+ mins to try to fix my sim problem. Seems my number was changed yesterday for some unknown reason. Was told yesterday it would take a few hours to fix. Today I am told it will take until Friday 😢. </rant>
