@KristenSousa @ThreeUK …but I suspect the answer is because Three doesn’t want the expense of rolling out Apple specific stuff for what I suspect is a relatively small number of people who care or have iphones on the network.

2. The poor quality if calls and limited coverage was bad enough, but cutting me off completely for the 2nd time is too much! I'm absolutely livid. I'll be changing providers, but I want others to know how useless @ThreeUK are! End

@UKConsumerRight @ThreeUK sold a contract not to me with my data and bank account. It’s 9 days of calls and anxiety and hired a lawyer. They say they call me back or write and never do. How is it that me the crime victim have all the burden of proof? No support no reassurance.

@ThreeUKSupport I was promised in the Lewisham branch that my old phone contract would be cancelled but it never was. And I have spent months trying to cancel it and receive a refund on the payments that are still being charged to my account for that phone.
