    @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport , This is now a formal complaint. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and the service I’ve received recently is completely unacceptable. I am being significantly overcharged. my bill should be £15 + £28 for broadband, yet £104 was taken last month

    @ThreeUK I live in County Durham. CS on 333 told me that there is a long standing issue in my area that Three can't fix due to "network limitations". Why do you sell services to County Durham residents when you refuse to fix issues, take ownership and provide explanations?
