1/ 🧵 @ThreeUKSupport are such a gross company Background: my Great Aunt is a bit odd. She won’t pick up her home phone unless you ring 3 times, put the phone down and call her again. This resulted in my family not knowing she had fallen & ended up in hospital 2 years ago

@DorisVulva @ThreeUKSupport Did you manage to reset the hub? If the password still doesnt work, i'd take it back to 3. Even if they power it on in the shop they should be able to get you connected or replace the hub. Don't leave without a working one or your money back.

@elliegiles @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK I've just moved from Vodafone to ee because Vodafone have become so useless. Once arguably the best mobile network - now disgraceful customer service and unable to provide the service they say!

@Ant8Johnson8 @ThreeUKSupport I would also suggest getting a lifeline installed at your Great Aunt's property. She can where a pendant or wrist strap with a button which can be used to sound the alarm and get help if needed. There are also other devices available that can pick up lack of activity.
