    How can @ThreeUK say my direct debit hasn’t come thru HOW???? My online banking says my payment went to 3 but but somehow they’ve doubled my bill today & taken a direct debit !!! This is daylight robbery & poor from a big company like @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport I have tried repeatedly to cancel my contract with you as I have lived overseas for several years and no longer have the number with you. Nobody will help. You just want to take my money each month for a service you cannot provide. Criminal!

    @ThreeUK why is your tube wifi sooo bad? I can’t use the virgin one now (which actually works) and the one you’ve replaced it with doesn’t connect at most stations, or connects just as the tube leaves the platform

    @ThreeUKSupport Have already been through that process twice. I am getting to cancel, so respect for that. But honestly, you should have infrastructure capable of delivering. My Three mobile is perfect on 5G. Was told your home broadband is not on same network. Not good enough.

    - Gone with @ThreeUK as Steffan has no issue with phone signal here. Unlimited mins/texts/GB. - Frankly I’m pissed off I’m having to shell out £220 when it’s not my fault I can’t make or receive calls in my own house but I’d rather take the hit for a phone that works.

    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK Ordered new upgrade in store 18th August 2022 estimated delivery in store 26th August. Went to store - phone not delivered. Store staff nor Three Customer Service could tell me where /or when phone would come.
