    @ThreeUKSupport This is quite frustrating as I have no data and cannot make a phone call to top up my sim over the phone. My partner has tried calling for me but service representatives have not allowed him access to my account since he is not the account holder

    @ThreeUKSupport Looking to fix the problem ASAP? for near on a week now? And expecting people not to be annoyed it’s ridiculous how I can’t use my internet but my brother can? Explain how that works then? We’re in the same house? Using the exact same contract? Day 6 now

    @ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

    @ThreeUKSupport I don't think so. May have used it in my phone to make sure its unlocked when took contract out but never used it for at least 10 months. Its been taken out phone since then and not used. Got about 2 months left on contract so wanted to use the data on it for last months
