    @ThreeUKSupport This hasn't been organised to the date. It's almost four months and it looks like @ThreeUK doesn't want collect it's 5G broadband device. Really poor and unsatisfactory collection and return services.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m really pissed off that there is no way to covert existing credit in to a pack , the app always has a problem and your Ive does not allow you to do so , I want a PAC code so I can move to a network that doesn’t have problems
