@ThreeUK I have been a customer for 7 years and my sim stopped working so I get a replacement, 3 days later the replacement is not working and your system won’t cancel that sim or let me get a new one in store! What a joke, phone not working and I want to cancel my contract

Suzi on the @ThreeUKSupport live chat was able to access my account using certain personal details but Maxine is magically unable to and says she’ll lose her job if she takes those details. Why is you service so inconsistent?

@ThreeUK You do a hard credit check when you buy despite payment is upfront. Then report to credit agencies you’ve opened a new account but don’t mention the low value. Result. My credit score plunders down.

@ThreeUKSupport I haven’t been with your network for years now but have recently been getting calls almost daily from you. How can I get these to stop? I ask every time for the calls to stop, yet no luck. Every time is a different number.
