    @ThreeUK Three are *****. Been without internet woth 17 jan. has speeds of less then 1mb for months then zero internet. They wont void my contract under my right to do so since the issue has lasted for four more weeks

    @MuraliSurendran @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Yeah ended up hrs on the phone trying to sort things and they did nothing to make-up for it or get me to stay. Tried escalate complaint or speak to someone more senior + basically said I couldn't. Literally a pit of madness trying to deal with them, gave up after all the stress.

    I'm honestly astounded at how rubbish @ThreeUK and @ThreeUKSupport customer service is. Has anyone else had issues with them? They're basically robbing me. Would genuinely never recommend them to anyone. You're better off with two cans and a piece of string.

    @ThreeUK Yes trouble using mobile network when out & about this morning doing food shopping. The bus app took ages to get working and I missed several buses because of it. 😲

    @MuraliSurendran @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport When I had a dispute with them and refused to pay they broke UK law by calling people who I had called or who were on my friends list. Total cowboys, would never use them again.

    @ThreeUKSupport hows about putting up an update on the service status and progress or otherwise at the top of your profile instead of all that outdated tripe. Many of us have very sick relatives and need to take regular calls from medical services. Stop ignoring your customers 😡

    @JoeMerrick @ThreeUKSupport Same here in Shropshire on two different phones both 3 .Can't ring or receive calls .Service checker says no problem 🤔
