    @ThreeUKSupport what going on with the issue? would I be able to nominate a phone number to receive a text notification if the network goes down in the area like I have on the EE contracts we have?

    @ThreeUKSupport But the point you’re missing is that I’m having to do that because if your _internal_ systems limitation. I shouldn’t have to go through a number port to _stay_ with Three. It’s very poor!

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks. Currently BT23 6HP but I've been in BT23 6JG and a few others and can't get a signal on 4 separate devices / contracts

    @ThreeUKSupport I got through to support and have been told that the SLA is 7 days and we might be without the ability to work for a week!! So is it by 5pm or 7 days? Do I need to get a contract with someone else or not? Please help with clarification.

    @ThreeUKSupport unhelpful on your mobile app, doesn't even cover it. One loyal customer lost as soon as I can leave next year 👍

    @ThreeUK customer service is disgusting! Imagine telling someone you aren’t going to help them and then trying to charge them £1000 after ignoring them nonstop about a phone you messed up you’re disgusting. No shame from three at all 🤢

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s crazy by the way. You’re telling a customer to leave three, go somewhere else and then come back again. You need to sort your _internal_ systems out and not force those limitations onto your customers!
