@ThreeUK thank god for the rep on the phone who sorted out my issue which was way more use than the moron in the shop. Told me I could only have a 2 year MBB sim that had to be replaced. Turns out I could have had a month/3 month card and can top up. Idiot.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve already got my pac and joined @EE. Done with your network. I’ve filed a complaint and intend to take beyond with the ombudsman. Your network has been the worst for ages and shoddy practices like this only solidifies it. More fool me for staying for so long.

@ThreeUKSupport hi, I’m getting ready to launch your phone and network out the window… your network service has been appalling this last 6 months and I’m just about done with it after more than 10 years. Ridiculous in this age that you can’t get a signal!

Never join @ThreeUK for mobile broadband, they never update you when they will be doing maintenance. New contract and out out of 30 days only 20 have been online. @Ofcom can you help me cancel with them as they are not helping.

@ThreeUKSupport I received a managers call back ant that is what I was told... this was done by you customer relations team. I was told the next steps would be the ombudsman. From what I see your team are stealing phones from customers and charging them

@ThreeUKSupport When I signed up to the older plan, there was no mention of my plan being forced to change. This is extremely shady behaviour from a network provider. No other network does this. Extremely disappointed 2/2

@ThreeUKSupport I don’t want a new sim. I want a service provider that provides me a service@that I pay for, not be mid call when mobile and then keep dropping signal. This isn’t just an odd occasion but regular in this part of the world
