@ThreeUK I have no mobile service now for around 5 days - I can see there is a network issue via your web site but any updates at all and do I get any compensation?? as can`t log into loads of sites as need a code via text

@ThreeUK On Friday I ordered an upgrade, due Saturday. Saturday I enquired where it was to be told it would be delivered on the 18/7.. today I’m told it was cancelled on Saturday!! Took almost 3Hrs tiger to this point! Appalling Service! Taking my custom elsewhere!!

@ThreeUKSupport About 30 minutes after I switched to Unlimited it came plummeting down and hasn’t been the same since Been testing every day and it’s still way slower than my stable 440mb/s at 100GB. I am a new Three customer and this isn’t looking good at all.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm in London and today my fone randomly goes silent during calls, even whilst ringing. Sometimes only for a second, sometimes ten seconds. I checked the status checker and it said ye were having issues, could this be the problem??
