@ThreeUKSupport I honestly have no idea, that's part of the problem. I have no access to my account any longer, and no emails showing a breakdown of the bill, or what my final bill is. This is not the most efficient way of dealing with this tbh.

@ThreeUKSupport purchased ZTE 5G Hub yesterday in store. Works great on WiFi (1200Mbps) slow on ethernet (150Mbps) with known good cable. Tried a 2nd Hub (only had 1) instore same issue. Phone support won't help. ZTE support say I need a replacement.

@equidivine @ThreeUK It clearly says it’s with SMARTY so you need to contact them, not 3. Maybe also try getting a job rather than live off our taxes blaming the world for your problems.
