    @ThreeUKSupport 10 years, this has been bitterly dissapointing. The worst thing has been denying me my customer rights. As your own 2nd line technical support team member said on the phone to me last month "it's been missold, no matter what they say, don't let them get away with it...

    @ThreeUK on the online chat to cancel mifi that’s not even in a contracts. It’s been 30mins and nothing has been actioned and can’t even get through via phone!!! Terrible service

    @ThreeUK I have 6 sims for myself and my family members, it’s all rubbish, no or minimum signals in most of the areas and internet is dead slow. 5G is just the name but actually it is worst than 3G😡. Please don’t delete my tweet
