@ThreeUKSupport My partner and I have only been playing the one game online together and it seems to be when we are both on that the issue occurs. The troubleshooting for the game says to make sure ports are open on my router which I can’t do as the the port forwarding option is not available.

@ThreeUKSupport I’m having issues with a game. Their support says to check to make sure certain ports are open but port forwarding is not an option when I log in to the router on the browser.
@ThreeUKSupport Stratford is a busy part of London where high demand might be expected. Surely, it's just a matter of insufficient infrastructure/capacity? Please provide a reasonable time frame for improving this to a workable service.
@ThreeUKSupport Kristy - I'm also disappointed you've gaslighted me by hinting I should have used your accessibility services. Why couldn't I use an online chat function? No one wants be forced to wait 45 mins for an online chat service to sort a technical issue.

@ThreeUKSupport They say they raised it but will close it if they don't njear from me but gave me no path to a resolution. They gave me your CS number the ones I spoke to before when they messed up the contract and when I was hung up on this is an absolute joke I just want the contact asked for
