    @ThreeUKSupport is there an issue with 5G Broadband in SL3? Speeds gone from 200mbp+ to max 20mbp. Issue for over 24 hours now.

    @ThreeUKSupport In 2 months this year going to end, when are you planning to communicate? What about the pain your existing customers are currently facing when they buy only E-sim supported devices. Atleast provide any alternate solution until it’s launched.

    @ThreeUK Three collection department is Harrasing us for Money. First we went to all trouble to get 5g Broadband (we were given false promises on speed) n then we complaint we were told there is no 5G in our area( WD17 1AH)We returned it in time and they said there won't b chrge

    I empathise with the Bad Boy artists of the 90s because I, too know what it feels like to be tied to the devil. I signed a contract with @ThreeUK last year and I’ve not known peace since.

    When I told @ThreeUKSupport I have no internet or phone to contact so can't use their webchat or phone lines, they suggested making a call over the internet instead of by phone. FFS. I just want the service I'm paying for but apparently that's too much to ask.
