@shreypuranik @ThreeUKSupport The advice is bloody poor though, it's a sledgehammer to crack a nut. Resetting the entire phone and its contents and set up should be absolutely be considered to be the final x10 thing to do.

@ThreeUK Three is never to be trusted. Phone agreements reneged upon. Lies. Do not trust 3 mobile!!! Hours wasted in chat. Network coverage declined till calls & emails only work a mile from home. Zero help & endless promises. All spiel & contract you have to keep paying - for nothing!!!
