Absolutely sick to death with @ThreeUK home broadband, amazing when we took it then as soon as 3 months passed it's been so poor and inconsistent we've had to take out extra data on our ee mobile packages in order to work and watch tv. Complaint incoming, we've had ENOUGH. 🤬🤬🤬

@ThreeUKSupport Over the phone. Recieved the phone on the 5th of November. I understand its outside of the 14 days, but this is genuinely the first chance I've had to look into anything about it. Partly cos this phone is slow I've lost hours of my life trying to do the simplest tasks.

I had upsetting @ThreeUK customer support. Have been with @ThreeUK for three years. For the first time my monthly bill went from £13 a month for past months to £139 pounds.When trying to explain that the calls didn't go through all I was told was to pay in the end.

@TravelMagazine @ThreeUK Travellers, stay AWAY from ThreeUK SIM cards, sincerely, the Canadian they left stranded in Berlin after cancelling his service for not having a UK address...Did they have a warning saying UK resident is mandatory? Of COURSE not :)
