@ThreeUK quick question: why has my network signal got worse as technology supposedly improves? I now have low signal in my house and garden, seems to be trying to connect to 3G, yet I had full 4G before. 😳

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Its day 4 and we still have no broadband and your customer service and technical team keep giving me the run around. This is ridiculous as my wife has to work from home and we need the security of our cameras etc. #Three5g #ThreeUK #ThreeBroadband

Hello @ThreeUK As a customer with more than one 1 contract with you ie home broadband & a sim deal for my phone. It would be immensely helpful if when I log into your app I could see all of my contracts If you'd be so kind as to add this to your app that would be appreciated

@ThreeUKSupport The customer service I received from one of your staff was beyond appalling. I requested to raise a formal complaint and the process was made to seem tedious as means of hindering me to continue but I had time. It was a stressful experience.
