    @ThreeUKSupport I asked them to stop taking payments out of the account as we were aware of the number and it was out of our budget. Yet payments were taken out and the service wasn’t being used by anyone. So if I’m honest I’m higher unsatisfied with three and I’ve been a loyal customer for 4yea

    Absolutely furious with @ThreeUKSupport - I've spent hours of my time on the phone, I have been into the shop, and I've used the online chat for over an hour. Still unable to resolve my issue and the online chat refused to give me details to make an official complaint. Shocking.
