@ThreeUK What a company! I was told to drive to a store four hours away to get my e-sim activated. Put through to complaints only to told the same thing again. Outstandingly bad service. Three hours later still no sim and lied to countless times.

@ThreeUK Unfortunately, speeds aren't great. Tech support very helpful and walk me thru, using a compass app, the best exterior walls to mount the 5G box. Alas, nothing is practical. They also point out that speeds will fall with many users

@ThreeUK My daytime address is only 800m from the local base station yet I can't get a decent signal even when I am outside, e.g. the people I call keep asking me to repeat what I have said because my words keep dropping out. How can I increase the signal from the base station?
