@ThreeUK has gone way downhill. They can't find any of my accounts and my partner's phone is still shut off in spite of assurances they would turn it back on. I've lost probably a full day of my life chasing their "customer service".

I can’t believe I’m paying for a sim that’s not reliable and always has data issues. @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK It’s so bad that I lose data when I need it the most and rely on it to get things done. Im paying a lot for a sim that is so inconsistent and always acts up.

I’m paying a lot for a sim that doesn’t work every couple of days @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport this has gone on for half a year now and I’m tired. I need my data and rely on it to get things done. The service and network has gotten worse and frankly is unacceptable.

@ThreeUKSupport 3rd month in a row, your automated phone topup service fails to let me buy an add on or top-up. Tell whoever is in charge of that additional recording of a thick Scots voice that option 2 to continue stops the buying process. Also, you lost a customer.

Hey @ThreeUK, I’ve ordered 4G MiFi on last Wednesday and it should have been delivered on Friday 28th. However it still didn’t arrive. Also, I keep getting calls from 0333 338 1063 that hang up few seconds after I answer which started as soon as I made the order. Thanks.

@ThreeUK hi there, what a way to treat a loyal customer of about 8 years. My mum went on to change her phone number as she’s getting loads of scam calls… to be told she’d be charged £10.21 to change her number? What a fantastic service your providing to loyal customers.
