    @ThreeUK @SamsungHelpUK this s20 fe 5g is a dire phone. 4g is quicker than 5g wont pick up signal yet my s9 does and the phones are side by side. Gps on google maps wont work when walking. No support from google and samsung say contact google. Enough is enough

    @ThreeUKSupport By the time you replied it was working again but experienced issues again since 11 am this morning. It was also useless on Monday. I was offered a discount of half my bill for 1 Sim but I have 2 sims so it should be for both really. So unhappy with the network issues!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I've had no service all day and putting postcode into the service checker it says 'We’re performing network upgrades in your area'

    @ThreeUKSupport Tried that but it said my number is already registered. So tried logging in and all the texts arrived at once! Anyway, I'm in now, thanks for your help!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Other people cannot hear me when I call them or if I receive a call from them. This one happens on voice calls. Calls made via WhatsAp work fine. What's the issue.? It's been ongoing for too long now.
