    @ThreeUKSupport That's a shame - sky would save me almost £15 per month across the 4 and allow us to share unused data. You are missing a trick. Been a 3 customer for longer than I can remember - maybe time to move on.

    @ThreeUK explain to me how someone has fraudulently taken out a phone contract in my 74 year old Dad's name. With no ID, wrong bank account etc etc. Your customer service is useless, no help at all. Police involved,your phone staff couldn't care less🤬

    @RiaLouiseD @ThreeUK Especially when they said we could stay on our plan and just do rolling contracts. Putting the price up and taking a key feature away is a double blow. I wonder how many customer they will loose because of this?

    @ThreeUKSupport @WaynePorter316 Can you be more specific than "2022"? I'm sure I'm not your only customer who now needs this capability due to requiring dual SIM. Without a more specific date I'm afraid you'll lose this customer.

    @ThreeUKSupport no improvement in signal or mobile data in B30 1SH was told it would be fixed by today it’s no better. Restarted phone as requested mobile data and signal almost on existent

    @bethanlguy @ThreeUK Either it’s new for this month and this month only or they messed up and trying to blame me. Been with them over 10 years, on this contract for over 2 years and never run out of data.

    @ThreeUK outrageous. Went abroad. Had to turn on data for an emergency. On for about 90sec. Cost £45😡😡😡

    @alistairclare @ThreeUK I went down to 12gb which saved ~ £2 per month But then needed a fair bit more when away for a few weekends in summer and the data bolt ons are so absurdly expensive that if you think you’ll need one more than twice a year, it’s cheaper to be unlimited
