    @ThreeUKSupport It's cool I have a better UK provider now and I can continue using it while the pandemic makes it impossible for me to return, without any callous restrictions. I was a customer of 3 for 10+ years, now someone else gets my ££ for the next 10

    @O2 @ThreeUK bringing you both in this to see if you can both help. I'm only on o2 my mother is on 3 I call her while I'm in town and still live with her my sister is 3 as well same thing with her. When I ring them both seperatly it says sorry can't connect your call

    @ThreeUKSupport 48 hours after speaking to three still nothing! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever known! No wonder your feed is absolutely full of people complaining

    This Redmi 9AT phone I got from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport is really poor quality. Glitches all the time, the screen regularly just goes black when trying to open web pages forcing a reboot and the camera takes an age to open. Just rubbish.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s been happening for about two weeks now. I usually reset my network settings and it works. However today that didn’t fix the issue and was@unable to use my internet until connecting to wifi.

    @ThreeUK Asked, with no reply, for a 3 phone unlock code twice over the last few months. Do you still offer the service? I used the online form correctly each time.
