@ThreeUKSupport Do you mean your SIMS won't work on older phones? What if I had a Nokia 3210 just for calls? Would that be possible on Three? I tried search networks but the signal is too weak indoors. I'll try again outdoors later.

@ThreeUK can i have a number to talk to an english person please, your indian call centers keep giving me the run around i just want to return my 5g hub its within 14 days, initially i was gonna change to a 4g hub but the service i have recieved today has put me off entirely.

Been with @ThreeUK for over 10 years but there service is constantly slipping. Barley usable service at work and home and its incredibly frustrating.

@ThreeUKSupport I am about to lodge a formal complaint with The ombudsman. I was with 3 for years. Airline crew who used roaming. It was not made clear had I stayed with three and not rolled over - i would have continued to enjoy roaming. Beware everyone.

@ThreeUKSupport After the contract period ends it seems 3 has the right to automatically switch the contract to a rolling contract after informing the customer. Why should I wait 30 days when I’m just transferring a number from 3 to 3?

@ThreeUKSupport I did (although had tried this some days ago). The search showed 3 and EE. Nothing else has changed though. OK, the 3210 was a bad example, but what I was asking was does a 3 SIM work with older 3g phones. I have an old non smart phone on 3, it's fine.
