So I still can't call my partner's phone number. @ThreeUKSupport asked to to contact @Xiaomi and I have heard nothing back from them since? I pay for 2 contracts which come to approx £100 a month.....surely this issue needs to be escalated much faster!

@ThreeUK Hello, I've received a text about unfair usage of roaming and warning that my roaming will be suspended. I'm unable to return to the UK. What's the best way to speak to you your customer service and explain my situation? Thank you!

  • davidbalzac88 David Balzac (@davidbalzac88) reported

@O2 I moved last week. Provided a PAC. No changeover. Now has taken an hour to connect to customer services who have now disconnected. I’m going to cancel and go back to @ThreeUK

With with the slow data speeds on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport it's been SO SLOW

  • DanielLatto Daniel Latto (@DanielLatto) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I've discovered that it IS the usual customer service experience. And this time, you've taken that isn't yours and won't give it back. So it's actually a LOT worse than my usual experience, which is usually pretty bad. Again - I'll be sharing it all with my followers.

  • Tails1309 David Taylor (@Tails1309) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi getting "sim not provisioned" on my phone Cannot find fix on website

  • DanielLatto Daniel Latto (@DanielLatto) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Mark - you're a bunch of liars. Anything to try and take extra money from a client. Yet - Ive just had a horrible customer experience - you think I'm EVER going to use THREE after this ? Horrible, horrible experience. Don't worry - I'll be telling everyone I know.

  • aeelees Aeles (@aeelees) reported

So @ThreeUK forces you to keep your number even when you don't want to, and charges you for a service you no longer want to use. That is literally a form of scam. Absolutely unhappy with the "service". Outrageous.

  • aeelees Aeles (@aeelees) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I cancelled my account over a month ago and clearly stated that I did NOT want to keep my number. This has been completely ignored and now I have been charged for a service I want to terminate, and if I want to end it I'm going to be charged again. That's ridiculous.
