@ThreeUKSupport I’m aware of this. I am an app developer. I’m saying it is a poorly thought out system for people who don’t just use their pets name as a login. I am not about to spend 10minutes typing it in. Thanks.

@ThreeUK Getting really upset and annoyed now my direct debit was supposed to be taken out of my account on 22nd July failed for some reason when I had funds in account, have attempted to pay directly on website multiple times and now am locked out of my account and my service

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, Pete. No, it started a few weeks ago and so I accepted a new box and SIM. Nearly 3 hours on the phone to your support staff over the weekend. Could you please let me know what the network issue is (which is what they concluded was the problem) and when it will be fixed?

After no luck from @ThreeUK I have taken out a 30 day contract with @VodafoneUK using an eSim and have actually managed to have a conversation. @ThreeUK I pay you £85 per month, expect a call next week where I will be looking for a reduction in my bill due your poor service
