@ThreeUKSupport When I then asked to be compensated for this mistake because of the days holiday lost they advised me no and offered no solution and gave me details to cancel the contract

@ThreeUK How many lies will I hear? Was told that a substantial refund was on its way at the end of March, then again on 24th April, today I’m told tech issues mean I have to wait another 7 working days! I need extra compensation for this now!!!
