    Looks like @ThreeUK 5G in central is no more. Remember kids - If it's 5G, it's not in Three. Ps. @ThreeUKSupport it's been 1.5 years since you told me to wait for my complaint resolution, haven't heard from you. [ cc @Ofcom ]

    @ThreeUKSupport what is going on with three I stuck with you for years as you were good now when I leave my house I can pretty much forget about using internet even though my iPhone 13 shows good signal and 4G I am now looking forward to my contract ending

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm logged into the website on my pc not the app. Also if it's a one month contract why do I need to cancel when that month is up?

    @ThreeUKSupport I have only had my new phone a month the poor internet service seems to be ongoing issue I just don’t understand how I can go from what was a really good service almost everywhere I went to rubbish

    @virginmedia I am available but now I have no broadband at all. I’m relying on my mobile provider’s 3 or 4G which is patchy at best. Any news on the problem mast in SE1 @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes we cancelled during the cooling off period. The issue is the pre paid package hasn't arrived. We've been on the phone several times and have been assured the package has been sent but it still hasn't arrived. The letters have no issue coming to the address.
