@ThreeUK I will be contacting Trading Standards about your mobile broadband. I've tested the MIFI using two different devices and still have very poor speeds and yet your advisors still insist the problem is not the broadband. I'm so disappointed...

Christsake @ThreeUK It's 2022 and I still have to login to three accounts I pay for separately. Other companies manage to associate accounts, why not you? Are your systems that old? I guess I was misold when the salesperson told me it was possible. @EE can you do this?

@ThreeUKSupport He wants to cancel his first contract and move the number over to his new contract. He was told this was the only way he could get the phone. But my brother in law did it two weeks ago for the same phone and was charged no up front fee and able to do an early upgrade.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm exhausted. I've spoken to 6 different people. Phone, email & DM. The last conversation was over an hour. I was promised my issue was sorted (have screenshots). It isn't. How do i resolve this? So fed up. I'm desperate & want a manager to finally sort this out.

@ThreeUKSupport so why are you telling me this on one hand and your live chat operator telling me it will arrive tomorrow? This is very poor customer service. The device better arrive tomorrow as that was the delivery date given and ordered to in good faith.

@ThreeUKSupport Sorry, but I am on the Three chat support doing exactly that and the advisor is just making out that it's my WiFi enabled devices that are the problem. I've tested the speeds twice using two different devices and the problem remains... I will DM you though in hopes you fix it..
