@ThreeUKSupport @tomeccles OK so confusingly, I can now connect my PC via WiFi, and that works ok but the wired connection does not work. Cannot confirm if that is a router or PC problem at this point but at least the WiFi is working for now

@ThreeUKSupport Internet is playing up, have two hubs both went down same time. Yes did the stuff you tell us, it's not us. It's something your end. WC1N1AQ area. Not staying connected to Internet. When it is. Gaming is unstable and choppy, them gone.
