    @ThreeUKSupport hiya, just so you know. My Samsung Galaxy FE just did the latest update and my data 4g disappeared. I found in the settings it had been switched to a 5g channel, I had to swap back to the LTE/3g to fix it. Just in case you get an influx of people with same prob

    @ThreeUKSupport come inn sort this signal problem Out in sheffield 8 it's a ******* joke webe had no signal for 27 hours not good enough cutting us off from the world sort it out!!!!!

    @ThreeUK I was on a call with @ThreeUK they were down grading my contract because someone in the team upgraded it to early without my consent, while he was down grading me my phone shut off because he cancelled my contract WITHOUT my consent, now I have to wait 3 days -continue

    @ThreeUK 7 weeks now just trying to cancel my dad's broadband since he died. Spoken with numerous people. Passed from pillar to post. Hands down the worst customer service ever. Don't bother with a generic reply about contacting your complaints team because they have done nothing

    According to @ThreeUK customer services there is a UK wide problem with your networks @ThreeUKSupport Yet your network checker says everything is fine. This is now the 3rd month of crippling problems. You refunded me last year but are now telling me I have to wait for updates???

    @ThreeUKSupport It is still really bad today. When will this on going issue since last year be fixed? I had ai cube that I couldn’t use as well. Need to get home broadband as you can’t even supply mobile broadband or calls that don’t drop. I’m leaving! I’m not paying for something that is poor.

    @ThreeUK it’s quite painful trying to get a response about a repair from the support chat function. Apparently I can only get my phone repaired in an Apple store, none of which are open.
