    @ThreeUKSupport This has been a frustrating and upsetting experience and in the last 10 years you have been good but you service in the last 6 months has been very bad whoever I am to use the internet is so slow and getting onto apps takes forever

    @iansteele @ThreeUK @XiaomiUK Exactly the same response I had! I quoted that I’m paying for 4g and only getting 3G.. I was told that if you are getting a signal they are fulfilling their side of the contract! I will not be renewing after a decade of paying my bill every month, on time!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, speaking to your team in the past does not instill much hope and looking online this has been going on for too long, affects mobiles and data devices to which I have several. Last time this was raised I was told to use WiFi calling, how does this help when I am outside???

    @ThreeUK How much longer is the work on the masts in the IG11 7PL area scheduled to last? I do have a number of important issues that I need my phone to conduct as they're via calls or texts.

    @paulharrymassey @ThreeUKSupport Having previously had replacement Sims, router & firmware I can confirm it is their network. They will not admit this and now happily waste your time getting you to move the router, will try different Sims, or other time wasting tactics. Homefi is terrible and should not be sold
