After many years of loyalty with @ThreeUK I will never be a customer of theirs again. No great deals on new mobiles, no price match for loyal customers, wanting hefty 'early termination' fee when there are just 2 months left on contract, and a couldn't care less attitude.

@ThreeUKSupport ever since work was carried out on the LN4 mast in Metheringham, our great signal has gone from 30-60mbps to 1mbps!! Almost impossible to sustain a phone call too! Oddly the upload speed now exceeds the download speed. Has someone wired the transmitter backwards?

@ThreeUKSupport I have (a) travelled internationally to replace a SIM in store (as instructed by Customer Support); (b) being told it could not be done; (c) being told by Customer Support to go back to the store since everything on the account was sorted and (d) be told @ThreeUK could not help

@ThreeUKSupport They have now mentioned they cannot process it over a pending cancellation of a SIM shipping request (made, ironically, by Customer Service by mistake) and are asking me to come back to a physical store in 72h. That is, a second international trip.

Is anyone on @ThreeUK network?? Why do I pay monthly for unlimited ‘not working’ mobile data? It doesn’t work anywhere I go and useless for emergencies 😤

@ThreeUKSupport Is there an issue with your signal on Newcastle because it seems to be consistently terrible. I have full 4G, and sometimes even 5G, and still need to be on WiFi for my phone to be useable 😕

Unsurprisingly the customer service stops being so good when you ask to leave @ThreeUK 🥺

@ThreeUKSupport Why am I being charged a bill for next month when my contract is ending? All the email communication and texts never specified the date to cancel that I’ve now been told on the phone. I’m within the 30 days.
