@ThreeUKSupport All sorted. Online chat sorted it. I didn't get the fellas name, but he was brilliant. I'm afraid to say your website/app is totally inadequate, makes no sense and self service is impossible unless I want a new phone or contract. Terrible user experience and just useless...

@ThreeUK Probably the worst network in the UK. I had perfect signal at home for 5 years. Then nothing. Three denied anything had changed and just kept blaming my phone. That phone connect to Tesco Mobile when I cancelled the Three contract. Awful customer service.
