    @ThreeUKSupport Well I just did it and all that was required was to confirm my identity. Given you already have my bank details for the direct debit, this could totally be automated by default. Don't want people having their last interaction with you as a bad one to entice switching back. Maybe.

    @ThreeUK I occasionally need an add on when my monthly data allowance runs out but then the add on carries on monthly until I cancel it even when I'm not using the add on data. It's a rip off.

    @ThreeUK ARE THE WORST NETWORK EVER. I WANT MY REFUND!!! ITS ALWAYS THE SAME PROBLEMS WHY? IF YOU ARE THINKING OF GOING WITH THIS NETWORK DON’T ITS NOT WORTH THE STRESS.
