@ThreeUK Honestly sick of how you treat customers who want to leave. Too interested in trying to sell an unwanted contract that you can't even cancel a contract. Paid early cancellation fee and still getting charged.. going to honestly report this to Watchdog

Wow - terrible @ThreeUK customer support - been an ongoing 5G fault in my area and support say it’s not fixed and no idea how long so can cancel contract for zero cost - so basically saying find another operator …

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah unfortunately, both my and my boyfriend’s phone and my laptop aren’t connecting. It went out around 9:45 this morning. Just need to know when the engineers working on masts nearby will have fixed the problem?

@ThreeUKSupport I never used to have a problem accessing the internet outside in those areas before and the others I know didn’t use to have problems making phone calls/texts whilst being outside in those places too

@ThreeUKSupport (2/2) tech team are due to call me within the next day or so to fix my 4G. For the former issue he deduced that my phone was connecting to non-3 international towers and I shouldn’t have been billed at all. We checked my account too as I deffo didn’t go over my 12gb allowance.
