    @ThreeUKSupport I did have 2 accounts both pac were requested and used on other network. Received final bill in credit on one phone never received for other. Both number ported successfully to voxi so I assumed contract is finished after number ported away bill should have been nill in dec

    @ThreeUKSupport I have to return the phone to them, pay £50+ for it to be fitted with a new battery, going to take 2/3 weeks to sort out. Three Mobile will still be charging me for a service I cannot use, but are not willing to assist in anyway.

    @ThreeUKSupport Me on a phone 15 months old. Was offered a £50 discount if I upgraded yesterday but why should I when I've been sold a deal phone by your company. Anyway matter how is going to the Ombudsmen, and I will be leaving your service. Pathetic and Heartless service

    @ThreeUKSupport Yep I cancelled them both in October yet I’m still getting charged for the most expensive one since then. I need to get this resolved along with another issue

    @ThreeUKSupport This is simply not true. You do not help. You just consistently pass the buck to other depts. or hang up. I've been speaking to chat and voice since October to sort this. Have the shop staff been furloughed?

    @ThreeUKSupport It was taken out over the phone and received on 14/12/20. A week later I tried calling to return the phone and, at least 5 times since. The first few times I was told to call back(after being passed from person to person, over a period of 45mins)as "systems were down".Repeatedly>

    @ThreeUKSupport I cancelled the contract back in December and they said I won’t get charge cos I mainly cancelled it due to signal services - I thought they’d refund it to me straightaway but I guess not

    @ThreeUK I did a live chat this afternoon hoping to upgrade with an offer expiring at midnight. I was told your upgrade system was down. The person I spoke to earlier has finished their shift and advised using the app- but no staff are available. Am I still entitled to the offer?

    @ThreeUKSupport we have 5 sims on three network in my house hold, all same Internet speeds 2.01mbs, clearly something wrong, all devices show 4g+, calls and texts working perfectly, just can't use Internet as to slow to watch films, zoom calls for work, etc.

    @ThreeUK Is anyone able to help me with refunds ? Three managed to charge me £13.97 and I’ve actually left the network already🙏🏼 I can’t get in contact with someone to do this for me
