@ThreeUKSupport why no internet connection again just constantly no connection even with 3 of 4 bars of signal on 4G. Extremely unhappy with the level of service on your network. What is the average speed that I should be getting on 4G approximately?

@ThreeUKSupport are potentially the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Problem after problem. Incorrect information repeatedly. To make matters worse the language barrier within the customer service team makes any conversation even more frustrating 😠

@ThreeUK after 10+ years of continuing service this has happened again! Over the phone agreed upgrade, differs from actual paperwork, by doubling the price! No to mention that, you could be liable for a bill that you have never assigned up for?!? Better service please!

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Your 4g speeds are woeful in Mansfield NG18, I'm here on business but can't get any work done due to slow internet & I've restarted my device maybe you need to switch network off & on again! I'm glad I'm no longer stuck in a contract.
