    @ThreeUK Really unhappy with customer service from Three. Trying to sort out the fact they sent me an extra phone and having to jump through hoops to sort it out and get it picked up. One of their advisors actually told me I could have denied recieving it 🤔

    @ThreeUK so I’ve cancelled contract online but you still say it’s live. I’ve cancelled twice It’s very disappointing as I no longer require the service as my son who used it is no longer with us. Why do you not send an email confirming cancellation?

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeh that was the first thing I tried but made no difference. Think it’s also affecting outgoing calls but if it’s a known network problem I guess it will get sorted

    @ThreeUKSupport I will wait and see how my complaint is dealt with first as Three is already in breach in this regard. Was promised an iPhone 14 Pro as part of my contract with no extra cost which has not materialised.

    @ThreeUK I rely on WiFi calling and have no signal all day on two phones. Is WiFi calling still affected by this? I've rebooted phone several times.
