@ThreeUK is an absolute disgrace of a service. Ordered upgrade on Weds, had confirmation say delivery on thurs. This morning, still not arrived only to be told when I complained that the phone "hasn't been in stock for weeks" - but if I want for £4 extra I can upgrade again

@ThreeUK Hi, having an issue with coverage in my area and I’ve checked and it says very good 3G (not great but also not an issue) the issue is that my phone is trying to use 4G when I’m in the area even though it won’t work. I have unlimited data that I can’t even use!

That feeling when you have 4 bars of signal and 4G, but still can’t use the internet in central London. If the @EE ‘remote shave’ ad was done on the @ThreeUK network, the guy would have no face.

@ThreeUKSupport I have purchased an add-on. I do not want the add on to renew. Your site says that the add on will stop working 24 hours before the renewal if I cancel it. Clearly this is not acceptable, because if I wanted to go 24 hours without internet I wouldn't have purchased an add on.

@ThreeUKSupport Sim was sent on Monday and if they cant be tracked that just shows your customer service team lied again. So glad I kept the transcript of the call

@ThreeUKSupport I've tried restarting my phone, taking the sim card out to make sure its in correctly and even putting my phone on airplane mode for awhile. None of this works. I can reconnect to AT&T network which let's me send texts and use the Internet, but I can no longer make calls.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi I was connected to the t-mobile network and yes my calls were working fine until this evening. Now it says t-mobile is unavailable. When I do a manual search it finds t-mobile, but when I try to connected it says sim card can't connect to this network.
