    Another day of bad Signal in and around Basingstoke festival place /the malls @ThreeUKSupport as it gets frustrating when my Amazon music takes minutes to load a song or even refuses to when I'm on 4g or Google just doesn't work especially annoying when I'm waiting for a bus

    @ThreeUKSupport The chat option doesn't work apparently because Broadband issues can't be addressed on chat. Not a good idea to send people there when they've already been told that's not an option for their type of product.
