@ThreeUKSupport Your customer service is appalling. I left in January and my final bill was significantly higher than what was agreed before I left. Three agreed to lower it and post a revised bill. New bill never arrived so I haven’t paid. 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport I had a contract that finished 2019 October 24 months phone contract! I forgot to cancel it and they kept on charging me for the device I finished paying for since 2019. They have brought a charge of 1 year and 6 months for me to pay now which I don’t use. I will not pay

@ThreeUKSupport What option do I press on the phone number? Went through livechat again and they gave me a 'tracking number' which isn't the correct one for DPD, told me to wait until 6pm to check it but also the latest the phone will arrive until 6, this is really bad for people with anxiety :(
