    @ThreeUKSupport Why is your network coverage so **** in Cornwall? You state you’ve the best 5G network in the UK yet I can only get 3G working cover and 4G works only intermittently. And before you say it’s my phone, it’s not. Tried an O2 SIM, perfect. Sort out your ****!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoken to you every month. You have said it was a back office system issue and have even asked me to cancel and set up a new DD. This has still not worked. It’s not good enough. I am currently seeking advice to understand my next steps, including terminating my contract.

    @DamselflyPhotos @ThreeUK Oh yes! Not complaining at all as coverage and speed was always a good backup (especially when Voda broadband had a 10-day or so outage last year). Just strange that the 5G hype has not yet materialized.

    @ThreeUKSupport I mean, it's been an hour and no one has read, let alone responded to my dm, so perhaps they are having trouble with the rain too 🤷 I wasn't expecting much anyway, its just a note of caution that if you're thinking of signing up, make sure it's the only option available to you.
