    @ThreeUKSupport Your web told my husband it would be 'within 7 days' from Monday which isn't very helpful considering I was previous quoted 48 - 72 hours. Basically, I'm paying for a service that once again I can't use and it's not great. I would like an accurate picture of works please.

    but i’m not very happy about this, @ThreeUK. i’m not happy that you made me jump through hoops multiple times for a simple request. i’m not happy that you promised me things (a new sim, a cancellation) and never delivered.

    @ThreeUKSupport Call handler told me, that I would only pay 15 pounds to my new network provider for retaining three mobile number. I did not receive any update from you to let me know I was owing 45 pounds for retaining your number. I only got to know from my credit profile

    Anyone who signs up to @ThreeUK is an absolute mug. Their mobile data coverage is utterly abysmal. I'm sure I'd get a better signal in a Mont Blanc avalanche. I've had around 9 months of shocking signal. Safe to say I won't be renewing my contract. Piss poor!

    @ThreeUKSupport Despite paying 45 pounds one off... my credit profile is still being flagged. What have I done to deserve this?If I never owe you during the contracted period and after roll over, why would I owe you 45 pounds for retaining the number. Your staff didn’t give detailed information
