@ThreeUKSupport Compare to other mobile service providers Three Mobile is cheap not only cheap but has unlimited internet and hotspot. I have been with three for almost 8 years. Before every year when my contract ends I switch mobile service provider but since I been with 3 never had any problem

@ThreeUKSupport Was on the phone to advisor re upgrade for 42 mins. When he said price increase of 4.5% I asked if he could tell me what the actually total cost is then. I was told "sorry can't do that" & he hung up. Awful customer service, 3 times I've tried to sort this.

@ThreeUK @Channel4 I see you furtively did away with the 2gb for a fiver add-on. Now it's down by a quarter to 500 mb. (Reet ol' Stink of a shocker, that ). - I can't afford this rate. After 12 years of loyalty: Goodbye - I'm off to O2.
