    @SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.

    @ThreeUK it's now been 3 days your network has not been working in my area. Both iPhone and Android can't connect. This is ridiculous!!!

    @ThreeUK I'm on £7.32pm for 8gb SIM. Following urgent email about my contract (this isn't plan anniv), if I choose to "do nothing" the same service escalates to £16pm, and if I get in touch, I can only reduce this to £10pm over a 2 year deal. Are you trying to rob me?

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks. It would be reassuring to know you've created a ticket internally to look into the issue with the phone system for freezing accounts. Having completed this I'd obviously hoped it had protected my account, so worrying to find out it had not.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport #Three #ThreeUK Hi, your 5G hub internet service has been super slow the last few weeks. 4G is sluggish and 5G is nonexistent (even though all 3 Hub lights are on) Any help?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Been unable to receive calls/texts since last Monday. Had call back on Thursday but wasn’t fixed & heard nothing since. Made complaint Tuesday but not heard anything. Phoned you & done live chat numerous times. My patience is wearing a bit thin now.
