@ThreeUK dropped my samsung s20 on the floor on tuesday, now the phone is not working ,after making 2 calls which were disconnected because of diabolical signal . So no s20 phone which means i wont be paying the next full bill. 4 days with no s20. Now you will listen

@ThreeUKSupport Unbelievably the atrocious customer service at Three continues. One full week later, and no PAC codes generated. How do people put up with this. I hope no one needs us and is trying our old nos (both doctors). It is scandalous.

@ThreeUKSupport I have had these chats before and normally it ends with me being told I can leave my contract for free if things do not improve. I don't want to leave I just want Three to do what they keep promising and fix the problem.

How the hell can @ThreeUK tell me I have reached my monthly credit limit when I am on unlimited? Plus my password does not work for the site and it refuses to send me an email to reset it. Stupid!!!

@ThreeUKSupport I don't need a credit limit as it was for my secondary phone I have in case of emergency. I am paid up to date, unlimited data and calls but can't even call 333 or even reset my password. Nothing works but I get told to pay a tenner for more calls when I am unlimited.

@ThreeUK extremely unhappy your customer service over your Go Roam policy, quite absurd to not have any way to re-set (or pay more for) international limits. Really disappointing.
