@ThreeUKSupport I have been abroad since December and no texts or warnings. I got to know this information from you but still, I am paying the monthly fee and not access to the service or to receive any contacts from my U.K. contacts. Not fair nor good!

During testing, @vodafoneUK stated I was in an area that allegedly had "very good" indoor coverage. @ThreeUK said I would have low coverage indoors, yet @ThreeUK was the only provider that actually provided any service.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, tbh I am sick of going through this incident. Three Rep told me on 03.05.21 that I was getting the refund in 48 hours. That has still not been refunded. Three need to contact me as they said they would.

I've been getting HAMMERED by spam calls ("we're going to suspend your National Insurance") in the past two days. Three today alone. @ThreeUK is there something you can do to help? It's always different numbers but the same area code as mine (07776)
