@ThreeUKSupport I've just got a letter stating you havent got my phone back even though royal mail tracking says you have ive just tried your bloody call centre and that was pointless, woman doesn't have a clue what she's doing keeps goin on about Internet!! Saying don't worry, I had to hang up

I bought a three sim and enrolled on their 2 years contract. So the attendant told me about getting an extra 3 sim. I then called their customer service that I would like to cancel one of the contract 5 days later and they refused to cancel it @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport 4G speeds at a snails pace. 100% signal strength, low SNR (40Db) yet i get 1.2 mb/s. Several times this week and no resolution with support. I also see there are no problems reported on the website but its wrong. I rely on this service, sigh

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I do have 2 accounts with you guys. I requested for a cancellation more than 3 times whenever I call I was asked to go to the store I got the sim from and whenever I go to the store they tell me they won’t cancel it.
