    @SkyHelpTeam It seems that it might be a @ThreeUKSupport issue my router is hard wired to the sky box it is connected but permanently saying network down

    @ThreeUKSupport How come whenever I’m in a busy area (eg a music concert or football ground) my data does not work? I understand congestion but friends I’m with on other networks don’t have any issues.

    @ThreeUK what do I have to do to get a purchase receipt for my phone??I’ve spoken to customer services twice now and all they keep emailing me is a standard letter! I need a purchase receipt for my Samsung S21 as proof for an urgent Samsung warranty repair! Pretty simple really
