After some 14 years, looks like I’m leaving @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport, who’ve sneakily ‘upgraded’ me (onto a contract where I’m paying more, for less) without actually telling me. Incredibly poor customer service.

@ThreeUK My phone was stolen earlier today, I was near one of your shops and went and asked for help. You know what? They said, no can do, go and speak to customer services. I said I had no phone and they said, not our problem. That’s appalling customer service.

Totally regretting moving back to @EE, order made 10days ago & still no idea what is going on. Hours spent on hold, many false promises of calls back/confirmation emails that still haven't happened. Considering staying with @ThreeUK or going to @VodafoneUK now. Awful service #EE

@ThreeUKSupport No explanation, I was sold a phone as a new customer and told the date for delivery. It never appeared, I called CS and they said delay. Called again few days later and I was told order was cancelled. I wanted an explanation and no one gave me a reason. Not happy at all.
