    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Holly, I’ve already been through this with the customer service team. My options are: accept that the connection is bad but at least the contract is cheap; or pay more to another provider and have usable internet.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've asked your upgrade team to process the order for the phone you do have and allow me to pick it up from my local store so I have it end of play today. They have refused, so I'll be leaving three when my contract is up after six years as a loyal customer

    @ThreeUKSupport Sim was sent on Monday and if they cant be tracked that just shows your customer service team lied again. So glad I kept the transcript of the call

    @ThreeUKSupport Correction its says "your sim card does not allow a connection to this network" when trying to connect to t-mobile. Your help would be greatly appreciated, as I have an important call i need to make back to the UK next week. Thanks
