@ThreeUKSupport No not yet. I was asked to reset the APN - this cause signal to reduce to 1 bar and clear history and data. The signal is jumping around and I’m sat stationery.

@ThreeUK Absolutely terrible customer service! Cancel my WiFi in June, sent it ages ago back(router)and CCS chasing me for £54.77 for that, nobody listen to you, nobody there actually work properly!!

@ThreeUKSupport And what's that done in the past month I've raised a few everytime I've had a chat every single day to fix this and yet nothings happened. I just need this to go through for my insurance n I definitely will NEVER be using three again.
