@ThreeUKSupport why is your website not taking card payments. We rely on your internet for home and work and it's appalling that your systems always seem to be failing. My bank says it's a problem at your end. No card seems to work.

@ThreeUKSupport PLEASE can you help the last several days I’ve had either one or two calls from ‘uk’ mobile numbers but really it’s nuisance calls - no one is on the other side if I call back it says number you have called cannot accept this call!? It’s getting so annoying

@ThreeUKSupport @lochaber15 I'd like help with mine as apparently my area has had limited coverage for the last year os I was told by chat and there's nothing scheduled to fix it. I was basically told to use my WiFi calling. Why should I pay for a service I've not been receiving since days one.

@ThreeUKSupport just to make you aware, the issues has been on-going since November, I'm thinking of joining Three but this issue is leading me towards other operators, I've been and inspected the site and their is a new 5G site right next to it, this 'over-reaching' one should of been disabled

@threeuk @ofcom why customers of three are not receiving text messages, from non three;from Hmrc,nhs, my bank etc.Three says a known issue, begs the question why allowed for so many days for many customers;apparently if a number has been ported many years back, issues! Seriously?
