    @ThreeUKSupport I rung up she was putting me through to technical after 20 mins was answered but no sound. How will we chat work any better? When you have a awful service.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Sorry, but your issues aren't fixed. Unable to send/receive texts to/from other mobiles. Unable to receive texts from online services. Unable to make calls to other mobiles. Both our handsets have been restarted. Issues still persist.

    @ThreeUKSupport No it is not because I am not able to send texts. Clearly you need to start looking again. over 200 issues reported in last 40 mins to down detector all to do with SMS says its not as well

    @JamieJCJay @ThreeUK Usually when you tweet a complaint about a company, they come back with a resolution pretty quickly, just goes to show how bad they are @ThreeUK - hope you get a resolution soon *** 🙈🙈🙈

    @ThreeUKSupport hi I’m having trouble receiving and sending texts, my bills paid and up to date, I’ve reset network settings and everything but it’s not playing ball

    Well, that's just great. Looks like @ThreeUK is still down and because of @bt_uk failing to get my landline working (still waiting after six weeks), I literally have no way of talking to anyone. 😡

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Service has been rubbish for 2 days now needs to be sorted or changing network
