    My iPhone died last night, my whole life is on it. Thanks to @ThreeUKSupport for cancelling my sim as I'm abroad so I can't get download my apps on my crap android phone as security comes via sms, thats so helpfully brilliant. Sat at a repair shop but not holding out much hope.

    @ThreeUKSupport You're missing the point, I've been offered a deal that is still available to me, but only if I take out a new contract and cancel the old one. Surely there's someone I can escalate this to, what happened to the retentions team? Now you seem content for customers to leave

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes you texted me, that was all fine the issue I have now is I can't receive any SMS to reset security on my apps as I'm abroad for the next 5 weeks

    @ThreeUKSupport This issue was happening on the website, I've never been able to log into my account via the app because that is broken and I've seen the reviews for that app as well which also complain about the same thing.
