    @ThreeUKSupport Hey Pete! My phone isn’t the issue, it’s dialling 2 numbers that are both on 3. If we DM you the number, are you able to check the service please? Very worried sons trying to get in touch with their dad and step mum

    @ThreeUKSupport Is this a known issue with incoming calls? Clearly the SIM works as I can make outgoing calls, and can hear the other end of the line too.

    @ThreeUK not very happy to find £50 of data charges on my bill after not using it at all on an overnight ferry from the Netherlands. My wife, on another network, didn't have these charges. Why is that?

    @Kilrathal @ThreeUKSupport Hi Sam. I actually found something yesterday saying that 3 trialled eSims in phones last autumn and then cancelled it, seems it was a bit of a mess. This is the only way 3 are letting me down, they often excel, but like you, I really want this. Time to look around

    @ThreeUKSupport Did live chat and got nowhere. Still cannot make calls even tosays I reached my monthly credit limit, I don't have one! Password not accepted on any Three site or app, can't reset my password. I paid unlimited for no service, no internet, no calls and it isn't good enough.
