    @ThreeUK why is it my iPhone 12 is soooooo slow with your network?? I’m on unlimited bundle with you and being deaf, I use Relay UK with the prefix 18001 before any numbers I dial out yet after a single call, I cannot make any more calls as if I have ran out of minutes! Explain?

    Stuck in traffic in Dundee and can’t text anyone to advise of my lateness because despite telling me it was getting fixed, @ThreeUK ‘s signal is still utter dog ****. Absolutely useless

    @ThreeUK Hi Three, can you please sort out the depressingly poor coverage in London NW3. Every other network works brilliantly, but sadly yours is not.

    @ThreeUK A big network that charged me £1200 for a phone that went missing when being returned. Not told for months and hadn’t kept the receipt so long. Great BIG network mentality!

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve recently got a wifi box and new contract with my phone with you guys and I never have any wifi / 4G where I live (Redruth) Says it’s on however I can’t use anything or go online 😫 regretting changing networks!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport absolutely awful network. 5g contract i pay good money for. can't even get 3g in most places.

    @ThreeUK I did attempt to chat with customer service but after 25 mins of them telling me there was no fault in area I gave up to contact on here
