    @ThreeUKSupport No. He's spoken to 4 different people, and ne has been able to explain why he was not informed. Appalling customer service of which we have screenshots, and he will be changing provider. Can you please provide your formal complaints procedure?

    @ThreeUK appalling coverage and customer services. Call customer services, they want to get the right department to call back, I tell them I have no signal but they still call back rather than email and leave a message saying they tried and over to me to call back.

    @ThreeUKSupport Nope I brought a new phone and I was sent a new SIM card but the signal in my house is terrible. I’ve spoken to three 5x and they’ve checked and agreed it’s poor quality network but have no way of helping and when I asked to leave I was told I’d have to pay a fee... criminal!

    @ThreeUKSupport hi my HUAWEI internet connection is not working properly for the last 4 days dropping in and out meaning I’m having to sign back into all my apps on my tv which is a problem as someone with stroke memory issues. Please could you help I live in a care home.

    @ThreeUK worst customer service on the planet?!!! I lost my phone because of 3 network. And had to buy a new phone- £700. And now they want me to pay a cancellation fee- different to what they first told me?! Awful awful network and customer service.
