@ThreeUK why has mobile data been so bad for central london? My experience with 3 has been pretty bad. The data randomly switches off, has horrible connection. Wasted hundreds on 3

@ThreeUKSupport @Ofcom How hard is it for three to receive my ID via email and update my file so I can cancel my contract? I’ve lost track of the times I’ve contacted via phone and via chat so what use is this stupid complaint going to do when all I want to do is update my dob and cancel. Not happy
