@ThreeUK Its so irresponsible you don't have a dedicated customer service number for people who need to report their phone lost or stolen. Your automated service is faulty and you try and sell products to people who have just been a victim of crime.

@ThreeUKSupport I call you and get disconnected and use live chat and get disconnected. You've said this will happen for 7 days as my network is down and all you offered is £9.74 off the bill? I'm having to use someone else's WiFi to send this as I can't get online. It's a joke

@deanrmarsh @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Broken I personally think creating an account to complain about issues that cannot be resolved immediately is one of the most pettiest things someone could do. Three know there is issues with the network, hence they are investing £4.5 Billion in upgrading the network and deploying 5G.
