@ThreeUKSupport The number showing on my Three account has changed to the number I want to bring over. However, my 02 sim is still working and hasn't lost signal/hasn't shut off. Does that mean the port hasn't been done properly, because my O2 sim should have stopped working?

Finally got the "We're doubling your prices!" email from @ThreeUK, so guess i'm switching after 12 years. Yet conveniently they cannot process my request for a PAC because of a 'system issue'. @ThreeUKSupport Stop holding my number ransom and let me leave your network.

@ThreeUKSupport wifi and signal didn’t work yesterday and have been bad all last week too. the website says they are performing upgrades, but the text says it would end on 13th 2 bars of signal but can’t use 4G. And my wifi is with 3 as well. Seemed like a good idea at the time!

@ThreeUK your customer service lines by phone, are inadequately trained. Spoken to about 4 advisors today and they are robotic in response. In store it’s more personal and they actually solve problems not just robotic answers. Something needs to change with your phone advisors!

@ThreeUKSupport Over the lockdown in 2020 I got 24 months broadband with the router, due to the very bad signal I have to terminate the contract on the 19 of May 2022 I did not left three network.

@dadindefi @ThreeUK I am having the same problem! It was supposed to be yesterday and still hasn't been done and my O2 SIM card is still working! I have ported my number from various networks in the past like giffgaff and Vodafone and never had this problem before. Three have been terrible!
