    I've been infuriated with @ThreeUK for over a month. My iPhone shows 4G or 5G and 4 bars of signal, yet I can't load webpages, check email, view social media or even load my @MCardtravel app to open my bus ticket. I thought the @VodafoneThreeUK acquisition was to improve signal?!

    @ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three

    Why do @ThreeUK make it impossible to contact them? First they insist on a phone numb - I'm a broadband customer ffs! When I did get past that their chat **** bot could only handle returns. After repeating myself a number of times & saying "human" loads too, it hung up!

    Hi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.

    @Carlz94x @ThreeUK They’re supposed to be **** hot since Vodafone bought them ! “Forming the largest uk network” my ***. I don’t get why my phone says 4/5G and 4 bars but can’t send an iMessage. ?!

    @ThreeUK is there a reason why I pay for unlimited everything and have paid for my go roam passes for you to not let me use them? Really helpful when I’m driving across Italy without anyway of mapping or googling locations. As a customer of 18 years I’m not very happy

    @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.
