    @ThreeUKSupport Not at all, just really poor speeds. Got multiple devices in the house and all the same. iPad, iPhone, android and a 4G router and all suffer with poor speeds

    @ThreeUKSupport @rorycordz Yes you can.,.. You do a MSISDN & IMSI Swap on a new profile in Peoplesoft and Provision a new USIM to send to the customer... Its not hard.. I have done it !

    @Ofcom what do you do when @ThreeUK owe you £295, each support agent lies to you about the refund progress. Leaving you with out food for a week. Because they promise a refund every day & every chase is answered with we canceled the request & we must put it though begin again.

    @ThreeUK I don’t normally take to social media for a moan; however your customer service needs an overhaul, absolutely dreadful today. I’ve been on live chat for over an hour, advisors are unaware of the customer needs.
