    @1928White @ThreeUK I mean they're very cheap. I use them despite being the worst, but you kind of know that going into the bargain.

  • sisyphusisbusy Sisyphus (@sisyphusisbusy) reported

    @ThreeUK And if there is more than one issue?

  • col_webster Col Webster (@col_webster) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport I am pay monthly and have been with you for like over 15 years, never had an issue before, can someone please call me as I’ve had many chats on live chat and still getting nowhere

  • jarekd Jarek (@jarekd) reported

    @TeresaC123 @ThreeUK you might as well wait till Three merges with Vodafone. Then you'll get the signal on vodafone and you'll be fine if there's a mass extinction event.

    @ThreeUK I think the test should be run again to reassure all your customers. If not i will be changing network. @ThreeUK

  • RyanDotAbs Ry. (@RyanDotAbs) reported

    @ThreeUK Should test it till it works. Not once. See multiple millions fail then just presume it'll work next time. Not that I give a **** at all.

  • MarkStanford05 Mark Stanford (@MarkStanford05) reported

    @ThreeUK This is not good enough. We need reassurance that it will work in the event of a real emergency by performing another test or a Three network only test. This is our safety at risk in the event of a real emergency in the future if this system hasn't been tested to ensure it works

  • MadManMike27 MadManMike (@MadManMike27) reported

    @ThreeUK I'm sure you guys all share one braincell! What a load of bollocks, how can you be so certain that it will work when there is a genuine emergency if you aren't going to test it again! Can't say I'm surprised for the Three network, always up for half assed ****!

  • hiscocks_r6341 Ryan Hiscocks (@hiscocks_r6341) reported

    @ThreeUK worst phone contract company

  • thisisjmx James (@thisisjmx) reported

    @ThreeUK Yeah not many on our network got it. I did though. But then not everyone on the other MNOs got it either. A lot of people didn't realise it wasn't going to work when connected to a 3G network. Your coverage is great & never see 3G, my phone is set to 4G/5G only anyway!
