@ThreeUKSupport No data signal in Loughborough. Has taken 45 mins just to get X to load so I can post this. No 5G, only 4G but thats not worth having? I am working from home today, I need a 5G signal...

@ThreeUKSupport Yes it’s all paid up (still in the first month!) been working 100% till late last night. It works a little after a restart and then just stops working. All indicator lights show it’s working fine with signal no errors.

@ThreeUKSupport I have now been without 4G for a week. 4G bars on phone at full but no access to apps or browser. Customer service dont seem to know what they are talking about. What am I actually paying for?

@VodafoneThreeUK Happy with @ThreeUK for more than 6 years. Sadly had to cancel my broadband contract today due to some shady upgrading my contract without permission. Disappointed but I hope this isn't a sign to come with @VodafoneUK on the scenes... 😞
