@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been trying to upgrade since start of January and been given 4 dates to receive new iPhone 12pro but never arrived. I’m out of contract and no phone yet they still want me to pay full amount. Gone to sim only and looks like going to sky. Will also move my son and fathers

@ThreeUK Just about to sign up for 4G home broadband but the postcode checker only today says the service is now not available? In central London?? Is this a mistake?

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the quick reply and i had a letter with majority of a entire month credit weeks ago as Id left, So to today take a further full payment afterwards can’t be right. I’d only left the direct debit running incase it’d cause a issue with my crew refund yet now I’m worse off

@ThreeUK I’m terminating my contract. Yet another weekend of woeful service from 3 with prolonged interruptions in service. I was promised improvements; instead, the service has deteriorated and is no longer fit for purpose. How you have the audacity to charge is an insult.

@ThreeUK is there an issue in the M28 area? I’ve gone from mostly full signal to hardly any at all (and sometimes only 3G on my 5g phone) for at least 3 days
