    @MoneySavingExp please stop promoting @ThreeUK products as although they are cheap, they are unreliable and slow speeds on mobile and broadband. They deliver empty promises and despite many complaints, no improvement in their service. Do not promote lousy service providers

    Contacted @ThreeUK to report bad signal issues where the mast keeps cutting out. Same thing happening to my girlfriends phone. They insist on sending a new SIM, which I've received and it doesn't even work!! What next? 😮‍💨

    @ThreeUKSupport why do your staff refuse to send confirmation of cancellations by email? Is it so they can claim the cancellation and conversation never occurred?

    The most unless and unreasonably and unrealistic network in uk is @ThreeUK Imagine in Westfield still struggling to call and receive vital calls… RUBBISH NETWORK

    @ThreeUKSupport I had the same issue when I upgraded last time but can't remember what the solution was, that time another pay monthly SIM was included in the package not pay as you go

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry, did not see you had replied, I am still having this problem, I've had this SIM for at least 5 years but might be closer to 8 or 9, I can get texts from people just not services (like verify your number messages)

    @ThreeUKSupport Can somebody please help me! I joined 3 from another provider and want to transfer my old number. I spent yesterday on the phone about this and have PAC code etc but getting nowhere. Now receiving texts about me cancelling my 3 account! I do not want to do this!!

    @ThreeUK stop putting prices up poor people like me on universal credit can't afford to pay for phone bill food ect 😭 I finding hard trying to pay for my acting lessons. The Indian lady told me my phone bill would be £9.95 from now on. That's what she told me
