    @MetroUK It's times like this I'm glad I hung onto my @ThreeUK 4G router and subscription. Signal isn't great in our area, but it's better than nothing.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m not impressed at all, I should have spoken up earlier to be honest but as time has gone on, the service has become more and more awful. I don’t know why there is always work going on here when it’s become worse over the years.

    Sky tell me my Wi-Fi will be down for the entirety of September. They can't provide a service. So I have paid @ThreeUK an extra £20 so I can use my mobile hotspot this month. Should @SkyHelpTeam pick up this £20 bill? They say 'No'. I say 'Yes'. What sayeth YOU...

    @threeuksupport Hi, received a phone call on Monday from 02089771165 claiming to be someone calling about my phone contract. Was in an area with poor coverage so the call dropped. Didn't seem legitimate but I did upgrade last week so the timing is coincidental.
