    @ThreeUK Why is the internet failing to do anything in southern England? It’s rated online for 150-400Mbps but I barely get 10Mbps in my local area when we have one rain cloud. please fix this.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport What the hell has happened to Three? Used to be a good provider in our area, the last 18 months it’s been awful. Everyone on the Three network (And those who piggyback off Three) have all been complaining of the same issues or even left to go to a or reliable provider

    Hello @ThreeUKSupport can you help? I have cancelled my pay monthly wifi in october, i am still being charged. I tried to pay online and over the phone, it asks for a text code, which i do not have because the number is a broadband phone number. im still being charged. Help pls

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi I'm with ID mobile, and I am not receiving OTP codes when requesting on various platforms (Bank etc) no issues o those platforms. Tried all the usual tricks, resetting etc. Is there an issue your side with this? I know there has been in the past.

    So i cancelled my temporary pays you go internet with @ThreeUK i waited 3 months for them to send me a code to ship the router back. They never did… theyre STILL charging me. Ive rang them each month to tell them i had cancelled… what can i do? Anyone know?

    So big problem tonigbt with @SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUK signal when i needed to organise a ambulance due to arthtitic sepse absolutely no signal you guys need to pull your fingers out and now i wish to make this an official complaint
