Loyalty doesn’t seem to matter these days sadly. Any suggestions for different provider would be welcome. Thank you in advance🙏

This useless bloody country!! 😡😡

Geoff Lane 🏴🏴 (@send2gl) reported@ThreeUKSupport 12 March 14:30 made a mobile (WiFi calling enabled) to landline call. My signal strength -112 Recipient on numerous occasions unable to hear me yet I could hear him perfectly. Call became unusable.

Why do you sell services to County Durham residents when you refuse to fix issues, take ownership and provide explanations?

Ropa (@premiaxleader) reported@ThreeUK I’ve had no calls or mobile data on 2 business lines since mid-Feb 2026. Multiple contacts, SIM & eSIM changes, still unresolved. Formal complaint sent 12 March – no acknowledgement received. This is now a serious business impact. Please escalate urgently

Ali Gaines (@aligaines1410) reportedOnce again @ThreeUK network is down. Every month this is happening. I asked to swap to normal from mobile broadband but was told I'd have to pay to get out of my contract but surely the amount of time your network is down you would offer to swap me for free!
