    @ThreeUK Your engineers removed the 4g connection on my local mast in December, still not fixed, according to your CS team there is no issue. Anyone considering Three should look elsewhere.

    @ThreeUK It is frustrating to discover this after too much time trying to resolve on my own. Not everyone leaps to Twitter to see if there's an issue. Most people will likely go through troubleshooting on their own before selling assistance.

    @ThreeUK I am sorry, but I’ve been with you nearly 2 years and you have not gone a day without either poor signal, or a technical issue. It has been dreadful. I’ve mentioned this time and time again, and yet nothing is done about it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Im currently thinking about changing my network provider to Tesco as I'm constantly struggling for signal and missing phone calls would any top up due on my phone be refunded when I change over

    @ThreeUK what is wrong with the signal in Bristol???? A major city and yet my signal keeps stopping. It'll show as connected to H+ yet won't play music, won't load a webpage or do anything. Absolutely shocking.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Would be useful if you texted or emailed this to customers. I didn’t know there was an issue until my worried family found another way to contact me after I didn’t answer countless calls! None of which I had received!
