    @ThreeUKSupport Yes however there was nothing to mention the issue on your network status page. I wasted 30 mins waiting for an advisor when an update on the website would of been a 10 second job

    @SRoofy @ThreeUKSupport @SRoofy in genera the service is not as good as it was. We use 4g for internet cos of no fibre. There’s fibre here now but they haven’t approved our connection so stuck with three for now. When it’s good it’s good but lately it’s bad

    @ThreeUKSupport I now appear to have a small amount of signal and have received 4 texts at strange times - 1 came in at 4am, about 12h after it was sent.

    @ThreeUKSupport This is day 3 with no WiFi....and when I call im greeted with rude staff who say there is nothing they can do as there Is a outage. I work from home this is seriously not good enough...I threaten to leave and told I can't unless I pay over £300

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, I'm having issues with my my3. I've requested multiple password resets & haven't received any texts/emails to help reset. Have also tried re-registering (I saw you reccomended this to others having same issue) but it says number already registered. Any ideas?

    @ThreeUK I am in contact with @BlackpoolsVoice who are trying to contact you regarding one if their clients. Your customer service has put phone down one already their service is not fit for purpose how many others feel the same. #cancelcontractsoon

    @ThreeUKSupport My phone doesn’t always tell me when I’m receiving text messages, I do receive them but I don’t get notifications for them, I have to actually check my messages to see if people have replied etc. Also, people find it hard getting through to my phone. It never has signal.
