    @ThreeUKSupport He did cancel the one I don’t use but it took going through 10 offers before getting him to do it. Just wish rather then reading a script they would speak to me human to human. I said I have a contact I’m happy with and the other was redundant so just need it cancelling

    @ThreeUKSupport Money has been taken from my account 3 months after closure. Before I challenge the DD at bank, how do I check if this is genuine? Obviously I no longer have access to the account. I’ll cancel DD later.

    @ThreeUKSupport I asked him to transfer me to someone else because I was getting rather annoyed. He then offered another deal. I just said u need to cancel now stop asking me to keep a contact I never used! I’m still a customer and soon if u keep ignoring my request u will loose my other contact

    Well, I can safely say that @ThreeUK and @ThreeUKSupport have won the award for Worst Customer Service in February. A last-minute push by four of their players tipped the balance in their favour. I can't wait to find an alternative provider who know their arse from their elbow.

    What an absolute DISGRACE @ThreeUK are as a company.. you practically beg to be released from a contract you can no longer afford and they will do NOTHING to help.. demanding hundreds of pounds to leave despite almost 15 years and THOUSANDS of £££ in custom! #avoid
