@ThreeUK @SamsungHelpUK this s20 fe 5g is a dire phone. 4g is quicker than 5g wont pick up signal yet my s9 does and the phones are side by side. Gps on google maps wont work when walking. No support from google and samsung say contact google. Enough is enough

@ThreeUKSupport Tech team confirmed there were issues but that it was solved. Received another call yesterday saying there are still issues but no estimate when this will be completed. Network seems to be slow/down between 9-17 which is not ideal for some who works from home. 2/2
