@ThreeUKSupport That i would be contacted in 15 days today they wanted me to send an email with my identity on which I refused under the circumstances yes apparently somewhere in the Sheffield area I am getting debt collection notices the call centre are of no help

@ThreeUKSupport full bars on 4G in Swansea city centre, nothing loads or sends. 3G and 5G work fine. I've had my SIM swapped because of this problem before, but it still keeps happening.

Im very annoyed right now. Just found out that @ThreeUK have been charging me nearly 3x my phone bill for "premium messages" ive been receiving from what is basically a scam for the past few months, that i never signed up to. @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUK you must be the worst network i have ever been with. 85% my FRIGGIN WHATSAPP MESSAGES won’t even load. When I went in store I’ve been told „maybe get off 4G and use 3G instead“ what is this 2012? I’m currently using pub wifi to tweet this

@ThreeUKSupport Since Oct 2021. There was also some issue resolving the transfer of my old number to my new SIM - this took a month and I'm still not sure that's entirely fixed either
