@ThreeUKSupport 3.2mgps when you have informed me our home-fi issues have been resolved Not true service is useless as is the product, it is not fit for purpose Now instead of enjoying cycling on Eurosport I will be wasting more time on the phone to your tech department

@VodafoneUK Hello, okay, I’m not on your network anyway, I’m with @ThreeUK and I’ve normally got quite good signal around my area. All other networks ask for the postcode on a public post and ask them to DM to to them in order to look into it a bit more.

@CurrysPCWorldIE Also it really doesn't help that reception is so bad there for even doing click and collect there, there's next to no signal on @ee and @ThreeUKSupport at Teesside shopping park and never had been. Only voda and O2 are any good there.

@ThreeUKSupport Like I said, you have the ability to fix this. We simply need to agree on the price point. This is a sales opportunity – please take it. (Side note: When abroad, I use a local number and network provider. The UK number is for things like SMS 2FA. Yeah I didn't read your text.)
