    @coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.

    @status_is_down Since arriving in North Norfolk on holiday, there is no 3uk service whatsoever, for miles around where we are staying which is weybourne area. Have to dive over 30 mins on any direction to get even a tiny signal. #threeuk @ThreeUKSupport

    @coveragechecker @ThreeUK I was surprised by a lot about it, I used to work for three so I knew there were some good places but recently since they have merged the signal around my city has just dropped quite hard, I’ve reported it many times but they don’t seem to get back to me lol

    @ThreeUK bloody awful customer service from Three. I have an account in my name but phone is used by my daughter. I have given consent for them to ALWAYS speak to my daughter regarding account SIX times (4 this morning)....and STILL they keep asking for my permission....

    @ThreeUKSupport is there any data issues in Tooting, London? My 4/5g has been working on and off, mostly off for the past few days and when it does work its extremely slow

    @ThreeUK your network is RUBBISH. Price increases every year but can’t even get a half decent 4G connection in many parts of central London
