    @ThreeUKSupport well done, first I got incorrect information, then the wrong phone was delivered, then you set up my contract with the wrong amount & now I've been charged twice as much as I should just when your call centres are all closed! Awful service this time around 😡🤬

    @charltainton @ThreeUKSupport Seems like they just have a lack of support at the moment due to the corona, I wouldn’t worry too much given the current situation. They will just have to get their money when they get it and be contacted when available, given the circumstances I’m sure they’ll understand 😊

    @ThreeUKSupport After watching some Aussie bloke on youtube & set router to 4g & antenna to internal. It did improve things, but its still slow. Could be demand I suppose with people at home.
