@ThreeUKSupport I’ve tried re-downloading the app. I have plenty of storage on my phone. My partner also is having same issues. So Three+ is only worthwhile if u can log in - which neither of us can! Misleading

@ThreeUKSupport Tried downloading snap for 3hrs it's still spinning ,treid twitter and after all this hours now open wow but at the end of the month there is no hustle in taking Ur direct debit ..for 6 months I can't use my WiFi but for 6 months u guys been taken Ur money ?so fix it

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, but no thanks. I’ve done a lot of tech support chats and phone calls in the last month. Never mind, fibre line being installed on Wednesday, then all I have to do is pay Three for the privilege of leaving early.

@ThreeUK is there an update on the MTU limit issue affecting all customers who have the Zyxel NR5103E router? Massively annoying for those of us who need it not to be incorrectly limited when the router tells you it can do 1500.
