    @ThreeUKSupport Just asked why my refund was credited to my 3account instead of refunded to my bank account and why it's less than what was promised. I tried to cancel it the day before the new contract, yes. I should've cut off the direct debit honestly

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a mobile broadband account with you. How do I access your London Underground wifi? When you used to log in via the 'Virgin Media WiFi' network you could use your log in details. Now that you have to use the 'Three_WIFI' network it no longer works

    @davidamunday It'll be a chilly day in Hell before @ThreeUK see another penny of mine. So bad have their service and customer service been that the subsequent compensation means that I'll make a substantial profit on leaving this contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport New customer with plan taken out on 25th July. Was told to wait 45 days and pay first bill and I would get £250 cashback email but that hasn't happened. Was told on the phone I would definitely receive it yesterday...lies! Will just go to OFCOM now.

    @ThreeUKSupport Unlimited package...your most expensive. I held up my end of the contract but 3 hasn't, so I've been missold this contract. I have spent hours trying to sort this out but your agents lie to customers or simply cut them off. Totally unacceptable customer service!

    @SophieJ74842594 @ThreeUKSupport We have 3 contract with 3 in our family. All with unlimited data. We will be cancelling them all as soon as we can after this terrible experience.

    Hey @ThreeUK Picked up one of your MiFi device thingies, was told it would work on arrival. It's been sat waiting for activation now for over an hour. How long should this take? Currently says "Internet Disconnected", it has strong signal. Just .. waiting now..
