@ThreeUKSupport No idea. I just spoke to the support guy at upgrade time and he gave me that deal. :)
I don’t understand why @ThreeUK would force people to switch on to their network from @three_broadband and then not just deliver the promised service less than 3 weeks after it started.
@ThreeUKSupport I suggest that David from the castlepoint store in Bournemouth could improve his customer service skills maybe attending a customer care course. Is there a number for head office I can contact? Many thanks
@ThreeUK His correct response should have been "certainly I will help you I will resolve this issue" completely unprofessional
@ThreeUK A manager should not be putting the phone down on a customer who has been with three for 25 years
@ThreeUK I asked him if he could send me a confirmation text correcting the in correcting the monthly amount I agreed to he was rude, told me I'd have to come to store to check ID then proceeded to say that if I did come in store he would call security as I was rude

@ThreeUKSupport Resolved in part.... but my written complaint received a letter simply asking me to call you.... to be told to reply in writing as they can’t deal with it over the phone....
@ThreeUKSupport Please can you advise: I want to change my address - they can't do it in the shop, my Huawei phone doesn't allow the 3 app, the 3 website is either unavailable or doesn't like my password, and when I phoned customer support I got cut off.
