@ThreeUK why do we have to deal with poor customer service? Why do I have to deal with an Indian call centre that can’t understand me?
@ThreeUK Customer service via chat is never available. Bad customer support
@ever_longing @OfficialRandL @ThreeUK Ticketmaster are still not refunding. It's awful PR refusing to refund. None of these people are likely to risk buying a ticket again.
@EE Been with u over 15 years now and your offers on an upgrade are terrible, looks like I’ll be moving to @O2 or @ThreeUK what’s your plans for an iPhone 13 with 100gb internet or unlimited
@ThreeUKSupport It doesn't work because it keeps asking for the authentication code sent to the number.
@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK hi, I ordered a replacement sim last Wednesday but yet haven't received yet. Please help?
@ThreeUK hi, I ordered a replacement sim last Wednesday but yet haven't received yet. Please help?
@ThreeUKSupport I was just wondering if you could see an estimated fix date from your end
@ThreeUKSupport They didn’t advise of a fix date just that there’s a known issue with the mast that’s resulting in loss of a data connection and yes I spoke to technical support who advised that and said the problem isn’t my end, the problem is at the mast level
@ThreeUKSupport I’m trying to work out why I’ve spent an hour on chat help being told what a ‘valued’ customer I am only to be offered a worse sim deal than I could have got directly from your website myself. I find this incredibly dishonest. Anyone else had same experience?
