@ThreeUKSupport I don't phone that many people. It's annoying because I can never be sure if the call is going through or the person is busy. I have to send a message after calling to check if it actually rang on their end.

@ThreeUK’s mobile broadband is pathetic. It is so intermittent and slow that I can’t even complete a broadband speed test without an error message. Not what we were sold. AVOID
@ThreeUKSupport I am an 4G customer how comes I can't use the three app update the app we can enter out 4G mobile number and password manually rather that asking to on our data which we can't as we are using WiFi

@PurpleTurtle459 @Ofcom @ThreeUK I'm taking this issue to the Ombudsman. Asked for a deadlock letter after complaining... they are stealing from us! Stealing our right to a decent useable service.
@WadeFamoc @Ofcom @ThreeUK I found they started in January. Once a week, the internet was too slow to do anything. It's been getting more frequent over the months until as you say, covid has caused speeds no more than 2mbps. We should be within our rights to withhold payment until such issues are fixed.
@PurpleTurtle459 @Ofcom @ThreeUK They are limiting the unlimited... for me it's been like that for years but got worse last August. Since the virus, @threeuk are now just letting their throttling go hardcore on us, while making insane profits... if that's some form of price gouging... charging for no service!
