@ThreeUKSupport No, it was ok 6 months ago and when I bought the cube, they checked and it was ok.. now my WiFi on both is appualing. I’ve spoken to people online and off line and I’m left with a service that I pay for and don’t receive.

I agree about Three and don't understand why they don't protect us. I would never allow my bank to let a third party remove money from my account without my consent!

Basically not our issue. I spent hours sorting it when really it should be up to them to protect their customers from scammers IMO.

They wanted bank details which I wasn't comfortable with (since I never consented to the texts in the first place so it felt like a scam). They have instead sent me a text to redeem the money at Post Office...
@ThreeUKSupport I really hope you're right. I honestly do. But I've been hearing it for so long, and complaining before has only ever led to promises of fixes that never come. Switching to 3G might have worked if I'd known to - but it's a huge frustration to have to do it at all, and so often.
@MarcAllera @EE guys great you do various events, and flog bt tv etc but the core services really matter. I’ve had to purchase a sim pay monthly for £10 to be able to use my phone in Israel from @ThreeUK I’m a EE customer I’m not prepared to pay £1.80 per minute
@ThreeUKSupport It would have been about the end of January. He went into the local shop. As a new customer, he was offered £9 a month for 6 months, rising to £18 but I don't know how long the contract is for.
