@ThreeUKSupport It’s also when you are outside on the platforms. I know others on 3 with the same issue. You should have engineers go there with their 3 phones and see what I mean

@ThreeUK After a year with @SMARTYMobileUK my download speed has dropped to average 2-3 mbps - no video calling, no streaming possible for a month. 3 weeks of talking with support now, and they've suggested I just leave, with desultory comp. Is that really the best SMARTY offers?

I started at Vodafone in 2015, then to Three, then to O2 and they all have shocking customer services. EE may perhaps stand out with UK call centres, but marginally so
