Poor form from @ThreeUK to complain to me over email that a 30 day rolling plan I've had for years has "expired" so now they are auto-increasing my monthly charges because they are not making enough from me, unless I ring them to agree to pay them more on a different contract!

  • NickMarcenaro Nico Marcenaro (@NickMarcenaro) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Heya guys, the 4G has been absolutely horrible since a couple hours ago. I use your broadband for work. It would be nice if you hold your part of our contract. I pay you and you give me a stable service. Thanks a lot. W1H 4NN is the postcode

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, do you mean chat on three website? I am waiting for someone to respond on there since 20 minutes. However, like i mentioned, my earlier chats for hours have all been mis information and my issue not resolved. Since 19/01 my services are down due to fraud

@ThreeUKSupport What does it take to actually speak to someone UK based with a remote interest in resolving a complaint?

  • TeriLeighHall1 Teri Leigh Hall (@TeriLeighHall1) reported

@steviehenning @NEEZU5 @ThreeUK Ouch 😬 they credited my next bill and told me once the order was cancelled they could send me a new one, I screenshotted all the chat and asked for the complaint reference in the hope it wouldn't get any worse but I'll see tonight 😬

  • HeathersSoapbox Heather’s Soapbox (@HeathersSoapbox) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 2/ ... been "trying again" since 9:15 pm last night. I slept in snatches only, fed up with the whole thing. I get that it's the virus but you haven't got one member of staff manning the chat facility you kindly offered me. Please cancel if you're not prepared to fix my problem...

  • emperphis João (@emperphis) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Spent 2 painful hours this morning with customer service, was told it's now addressed. Let's see...
