@MartinSLewis I've been with @ThreeUK for years paying £15pm sim only. Then they hiked up the rate to £31pm for unlimited data etc. Yet cap my data whenever it suits them. They so inconsistent. So who you recommend that provides good strong signal coverage.

@ThreeUK After being a customer 13 years, today I changed over to a rolling monthly deal in preparation to leave. Not being offered anything for my commitment nor the high roaming charges I'm going to encounter. Loyalty seems to mean nothing anymore. @O2/@EE what can you offer?

@ThreeUKSupport Hello! Why is it £21 a month to upgrade to an unlimited Sim but £16 if I just buy a new Sim? Bit weird. Help me out here.

@DarloBun @FuzzyGolf @ThreeUKSupport In my experience, Three are the worst company I’ve seen at rewarding customer loyalty. They operate on a rolling door ststem. Let customers go, and bring in new ones. (Which is *way* more expensive to do, but their business model).

@SamsungUK could you please help. Poor service from online agent who simply stopped replying to my query. Unable to get a redemption code saying device not eligible for @disneyplus offer with my new @ThreeUKSupport Samsung Ultra22.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Holly, but that wasn’t possible. It appeared like an emergency message from the government or my carrier (which is three hence why I tweeted you). It looks like someone has been able to hack that service to send the message.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport This behaviour is unacceptable. The whole family has been a 3 customer for over 20 years. We will now leave Three and we will advise anyone to do the same.
