@ThreeUK it will be added and they never did. To also to transferred to colleague to colleague saying they’d add it then 2 hours later to tell me they can’t. I’m happy to pay for the insurance. Since being a customer of three for years they have been absolutely terrible

  • MrGrumpyBTC Mr Grumpy (@MrGrumpyBTC) reported

@rei_kashino @ThreeUK Same here mate , was a loyal customer unlimited everything for around £18 a month or so . But what's the point of unlimited everything if the Internet is unusable. Now with EE . 100gb for £13.50 and 99% usable Internet.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Nathan, this is Home Broadband. And still as bad as yesterday...

  • beebee_london Bryonny Barton (@beebee_london) reported

@ThreeUK I think you need some serious help with your website and app for existing customers! I must have logged in 15 times and when you click ‘upgrade’, you have to login again…and again…and again 😵‍💫😵‍💫

  • EmiEleode Emi Eleode (@EmiEleode) reported

@ThreeUK I’ve been having issues with the network these last few days and it’s incredibly annoying. I moved to a new apartment and waiting for the wifi to be set up. I can’t even use my 4G for work as the connection is so bad

  • PreussenElektra # (@PreussenElektra) reported

@ThreeUKSupport This week's Three+ Picturehouse codes are not working: "Voucher cannot be redeemed before its Valid From Date". This is unacceptable from Three and has caused embarrassment as I cannot afford full price tix. Please make amends and recompense my time wasted

  • hockeynutta Val (@hockeynutta) reported

@ThreeUKSupport nearly 4 weeks now with no 4G home broadband. Numerous phone calls to several ‘tiers’. Promises to be fixed (every 7 day period) turns out it’s an EE mast you piggy back off and they didn’t know (supposedly) there was an issue….can I cancel my 24month contract?

  • jadesharp1992 Jade Sharp (@jadesharp1992) reported

@threeuksupport hi, any update on when the network issues in tw135lr will be fixed? since October your website has said you're working on it? It's been 4 months now? if a mast is down surely there should be an update?

  • NeedMoreTea Robert Valentine (@NeedMoreTea) reported

@ThreeUKSupport any reason I’m getting spam marketing calls from you when I never opted in and I opt out when given the option? Call came from 07867 084291 this time.

  • kerry_winter Kerry Yates 🇺🇦 (@kerry_winter) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I will be cancelling all my contracts as soon as they end and switching providers - no solution provided as usual, round and round in circles - the only answer is to use a UK based store to force/shame head office into action. 😞
