@ThreeUK the signal in the part of the Methodist church seems to be blocking any Three mobile signal and my phone won’t switch to Vodafone in preference of a better signal when will this be sorted

@ShakkTV @ThreeUK i've been in live chat with 3 and got nowhere with them. they just pinned it down as a "fault with the mast" yet it's been an ongoing issue for months. i'm only with 3 since this place doesn't have a fibre connection, so 5g is the only option.

@guyrleech @ThreeUK I had this issue previously with Three. When I provided proof of postage, they accepted that I'd returned it. It makes you wonder where the stuff ends up though!

@AdumaMum Ofcom can usually close your account free of charge if no complaints have been resolved, Id suggest a stronger network, @ThreeUK are literally THE worst network from all the major 4 1. EE fastest speeds and most reliable 2. o2 average speeds but stable 3. VF unsure 4. 3 ****

@ThreeUKSupport still no network coverage B43 7EQ Great Barr Birmingham. 7 weeks now.Pilon moved and NO connection for 3 & @EE .Old Horns Pub and other buisness telling customers they are sorry.

@ThreeUKSupport It's already gone down 3 times today @ThreeUKSupport how am I meant to phone you? How about you stop pretending and actually fix the problem and do a decent thing. I know start from square one again and not progress whilst the network fails multiple times.
