    @ThreeUK It's not fixed until it's proved. Who's to say another test wouldn't bring about another issue...

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a reference code. Spoke to someone on Friday/Sat who said they needed to cancel all previous sims, and issue a new one (number 4!) went to three store to get #4 SIM and it's not working. Now trying to cancel contract.

    @kinlett @ThreeUK Yeah they have released a statement, looks like a network issue. Hopefully the real thing will work if its ever needed!

    What the hell @ThreeUK. Arrived at an airport & turned phone on (not opening any apps, background data turned off for many apps, etc) & the first text I receive states I used £23 worth of data. Daylight robbery & crap service when contacting support! Formal complaint coming soon.

    @ThreeUK When have we ever needed an alert from the government? We never have. It's not the alert on your phones you need to cry about.

    @ThreeUKSupport Just the worst service I have experienced. 3 weeks of chats, endless repeats of the same queries and assuming I've put in the wrong sim card or need to restart my device. Seemingly no technical support or anyone to escalate it to. Just terrible, terrible service.

    @ThreeUKSupport so you didn't cancel my account back in November when I asked you to. You carried on billing me for the cancelled account and NOW say you will cancel it....but I have to pay a month's notice. Which means I will have paid nearly 90 pounds !!!
