@NedHartley @ThreeUK Your phone might not be set to receive emergency alerts. Go into your settings and switch them on.

  • MarkStanford05 Mark Stanford (@MarkStanford05) reported

@ThreeUK Will you perform a @ThreeUK network wide test once fixed to ensure that there is some clarification that it will work for real on the three network in the event it goes of in a real emergency in the future?

  • purplelaura24 Laura Clark (@purplelaura24) reported

I'm on @ThreeUK never got the Emergency Alert, I think everyone on @ThreeUK should be allowed transfer to a network that actually works and cares about its customers. I appreciate not everyone wants the alert but everyone should be given the option to receive it #emergencyalert

  • krispycremekef avfc (@krispycremekef) reported

@ThreeUKSupport another good reason to leave three, doesn’t look like you can even depend on them in an emergency 🙄#emergencyalert

  • BrettOfKent Brett 🇩🇪🇬🇧 (@BrettOfKent) reported

@ThreeUK Bit unreassuring that a uk network csnt issue the emergency alerts.

  • NikkiNikkitaGB NikkiFella🇬🇧🇸🇰♥️🇺🇦 (@NikkiNikkitaGB) reported

@ThreeUK I have three devices connected to the 3 network. Neither of them got the alert.

  • _hsquared hollie (@_hsquared) reported

@LesanLesan1 @ThreeUK We were meant to have a test of a nation wide emergency alert system (because believe it or not didn’t have one!) and it seems people on a certain phone network failed to get the alert. Not great if it was a real emergency!

  • neilsnew Neil (@neilsnew) reported

@ThreeUK I think that the minimum that needs to be done is another test to ensure this will work. One of the key things we need with these alerts is confidence in them working. Now, as a Three customer, I have no confidence. Please don’t just brush this aside until it’s really needed.

@ThreeUK It's all good guys, do whatever you can to fix it, that's why tests exist...
