@ThreeUKSupport Cancelled 3 rescue last month, still being charged. Reported that I have no signal where I live, nothing has happened. Girlfriend tried to end her contract this week, was told to wait out the corona outbreak to end. I’m essentially paying £70 for a phone that doesn’t work
@ThreeUK I've been a customer for 6+ years and never had an issue until now. I've been trying to get an issue rectified with my bill for 3 months. Last month your complaints team said it was sorted and I have been charged incorrectly again! Sort this please!
@lenabellina @VodafoneUK @EE @ThreeUK @O2 @bt_uk This seriously needs to happen. I've been cut off. Can't get through to O2 to talk to anybody. Really useful in these times. If O2 do not help during this period they will never receive my money again. If I get a chance to earn anymore that is!

@Tonedog_ @ThreeUK I've been with @ThreeUK for years and I always have data problems. In big cities it gets even worse. Their excuse is: we r working on improving the service, but I use them as I travel for work and abroad it's really good. I have a SimOnly 12 months unlimited as of yesterday 😬
@ThreeUKSupport Finally managed to get threw to somebody who could help on the love chat, and it only took saying i wanted to leave to get it sorted

@ThreeUKSupport Just said unfortunately we could order you a replacement sim card, never fear you can order one through the three app ( which is what I did this time ). have tried again through the app but there is no live chat to customer services.
@ThreeUKSupport I'm afraid your support agent was not able to help me - spent 1 hour and 15 minutes answering the same questions over and over to be told - can't see any reason it doesn't work - do I'm stuck here in India without any way of the Bank getting hold of me to unlock my credit card.
