  @shamdotk @ThreeUK Same here. No signal at home at all for months. Why should I pay talk talk broadband and yourselves when the phone only works using my broadband. When I ask the reply is either there is work in the area or try out app. Will definitely not renew my contract when it’s due

  @ThreeUK 1/2 hello last Wednesday I had a major heart attack on the Thursday your customer service team phoned me demanding £57 I tried to explain I was in hospital and had major heart attack I had to ask to speak to his supervisor again I supplied the information after demanding

  @ThreeUKSupport I am having trouble finding information about cancellation of a mobile contract for medical reasons, my grandad has had a stroke and needs to cancel his contract but is now unable to talk or use his hands. Advice please, thanks in advance 👍
