    @ThreeUKSupport any idea why if someone calls me, about 3 minutes into the call it cuts off telling me "it's not been possible to connect my call"? I'm already connected and talking... It's happened for the last couple of months now and never had an issue before...

  • Impreacher1 Andre Wild (@Impreacher1) reported

    Words cannot express my dispoinment towards @ThreeUK. Disgusting standards of customer service. #6YearCustomer

  • iamj7e James (@iamj7e) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Finn - from what I've been able to find via Google Maps, the postcodes for the affected coastal area are FY2 9JS and a load of others in the FY2 9xx range. The coverage map shows it should at least enjoy outdoor 4G, but signal is degraded or unreliable.

  • maivanatee twice2blessed (@maivanatee) reported

    No network with @ThreeUK for the a month or so for everyone in the house. I call wanting to get it fixed i need to set up a password before they can check. Wtf all i want is better coverage network service. But when am paying my bill no one asks me for a password @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Are you guys going to look in to this for me as your webchat is always busy when i try? It now been a week with slow speeds in Newquay?

  • johnnywg67 john goodband (@johnnywg67) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport no signal for 2 days in S36 9SA!

  • Bobandbobbin Bob Bobberson (@Bobandbobbin) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport I just about managed to load the social webchat page, but given that the signal is dropped multiple times per minute I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to actually connect with someone

  • Bobandbobbin Bob Bobberson (@Bobandbobbin) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Actually, scratch that. The signal is so bad that I can’t fully load the page. I’m kinda stuck in this area all week from 7am-8pm, so kinda tricky to try and sort this out..

  • Bobandbobbin Bob Bobberson (@Bobandbobbin) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport My bad - it’s actually NW6 5RS - device is iPhone 6s+, latest iOS. There’s a plethora of people here having the same issues. Constant dropping of signal. Heavily congested towers?

  • Bobandbobbin Bob Bobberson (@Bobandbobbin) reported

    @ThreeUK - darlings, what on earth is going on with your service in GRJ39P. Signal swaps from 1bar 3G to none to 3bar 4g to none. Completely unusable…
