@macselvi @three_broadband I live in the same area and have the exact same issue. @ThreeUKSupport it’s been happening for a week now.

@ThreeUKSupport Is there congestion cause there’s an issue with the network or is there more data usage than normal? Cause if it’ll be better by next week that suggests that you’re trying to fix something? That’s sounds utter nonsense

@ThreeUKSupport your 5G mobile broadband has stopped working yet again. This us after you’ve told people yesterday that the service was fixed.

@ThreeUKSupport Just called your support team to ask what's happening with my home 5g broadband - apparently there's a new outage and it's not just my area. Why don't you update Network status checker page to let everyone know?

@ThreeUKSupport shocker. Another day, another bunch of random outages with 5G. Postcode is SE16 2XP and yes I have restarted the router. Your service is very poor and is a real debbie downer.

@ThreeUK I have problems with WiFi calling. I'm on a new phone with WiFi calling enabled. I'm right by the router (new router) with a fast connection (I've a fiber to the premises connection). My broadband provider is not 3 does that make a difference.?

@ThreeUKSupport I have done that and they’ve explained that the wider problem with mobile broadband has not been fixed. There’s also no indication of when it will be fixed. This is terrible customer service!
