    @ThreeUK hi guys so sorry to bother you. I have a contract phone and the screen has broken. I don’t know what happened but I have large black splotches on the screen and coloured vertical lines that come and go. How would I get this fixed during the pandemic ?

    @ThreeUK absolutely pathetic service from three all I want is a credit back that three owe me but if I were trying to take out a new contract there’s never a problem and please don’t use COVID as an excuse every company is struggling but manage to provide a good service

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah this has become a joke now. Waited a week for my pending order to be cancelled so I can reorder or get my PAC code and leave. Cust of 10 years. This is ridiculous folks. This is a tech issue why can't it be flagged and fixed within a week!

    @ThreeUKSupport my mobile broadband has been dropping out and incredibly slow now for the last 2 weeks, my postcode is S8 0ZQ, do you have any information about how long this problem will take to fix as it's making working impossible
