@ThreeUKSupport I've placed a formal request today to cancel the contract which is still within the cooldown period. The site says I'm owned the full amount so this is also a time record of the (online) request via your complaint form. Would have been great I was sent a copy of such request.

@charlietewson @ThreeUKSupport No problem! I hope Three look into it, but doubt they will given their silence on the issue. I really don't understand why they don't connect. It's not just us either. There's a thread on "Money Saving Expert" about it as well. You'll find it if you Google.

@ThreeUK Id make that call or send that text if I wasn't having network issues for over a month all in the name of upgrades to my local area and 5G but its ironic how before three started their "upgrade" my connection was flawless

@ThreeUKSupport I do have a PAC code but when I give it to the operator I wish to join, they say that the "It’s MSISDN Issue,PAC has been cancelled".Three executive says that there's nothing like that whereas new operator say that the issue is with PAC.Who is going take initiative to resolve it?

Why is @ThreeUK so rubbish?! I have run out data trying to speak to family on Zoom over Christmas due to restrictions & I have now made three requests to purchase a data add-on will all requests failing! I have been a customer for 13 years and this is awful customer service!
