    @ThreeUKSupport Nope still terrible, getting 4g with 2 bars of signal but nothing works properly. Times out or takes an eternity to load anything. Signal used to be good until they worked on the mast the last month.

    @ThreeUKSupport Double checked the phone number matches the one in my welcome text. Downloaded the app using the initial free data given me to do just that, so sim is working just can't login to top up. Do you need any account details (and if so how can I get them to you securely)?

    I have been a @ThreeUK customer for over a decade and had a pretty decent run of service until recently. @ThreeUKSupport have thoroughly tarnished my opinions of Three. On 14/02/2022 I ordered a Nokia X10 as my scheduled upgrade. At the time of ordering the website showed that 1/
