@ThreeUK thanks for the email telling me As part of your merger with Vodafone, you’ve recently made improvements to your 4G network. When can I expect to get a decent, more than one bar signal?

@Glasgow_Times @ThreeUK I’ve had zero signal in Glasgow City Centre since lunchtime on my phone or business broadband… signal has been disappointing lately but had nothing for about 8hrs now.

@ThreeUK Can't watch if there is no signal for the umpteenth time this week. Why is your service so crap now when it used to be ok? That's breach of contract but why would the company give a stuff?

  • PowerBumblebee 𝕭𝖚𝖒𝖇𝖑𝖊𝖇𝖊𝖊 (@PowerBumblebee) reported

Absolute nightmare with @ThreeUK customer service in the last 24 hours. Took me 4 hours last night to sign up to a new contract (website crashed after credit check so spent 2.5 hours on live chat). No sign of contract to e-sign, but I’ve had the order confirmation email. 1/4

@ThreeUKSupport this morning my broadband hub is saying the correct password is incorrect and to try again. Is there a network problem in my area? This hasn't happened before

@ThreeUKSupport home broadband is down in the WA12. Getting one bar of LTE. Normally get 5 bars of 5G. YouTube is 64p ffs. Your waste of time status checker says there are no issues. I’d argue there are issues.
