@ThreeUKSupport I did, and got a load of abuse from the second guy. If you're keen to help can I get the £90 you stole from my account back?

@PhilErmiya @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your suggestions - it says SIM not recognised when I insert any of my Three UK SIMs, even though they work on other handsets - and they also worked on the 4a previously. Problem is regardless of location too. I'm suspecting maybe an Android update or a faulty SIM slot

@ThreeUKSupport I’m not in the UK, I’m abroad. My phone was working fine on Wednesday and hasn’t had any network connection since I woke on Thursday morning. I’ve tried connecting to all the networks available but none will work despite previously working.

@ThreeUK Hi. Whenever I try to dial anyone, I get an automated message saying "You can no longer dial 153 from your Three handset. Please redial using 118 313 to connect to the Three international directory service." I have reset my phone and nothing. What’s going on?

Well done @ThreeUK , you've just lost a customer. Not going to be lied to again. Brand loyalty counts for nothing these days.

@ThreeUKSupport I have a PIN. The issue is that the phone number doesn’t even connect - the message I get is that it isn’t a valid phone number.

Why is the internet so bad lately @ThreeUK? You used to be perfect for me and I could always get a decent signal but now I have to leave the office and go down the road and at home is the same. Can you help @ThreeUKSupport?

@Cameralabs @ThreeUKSupport Ah yes, that shoots down all my suggestions! If it was an Android update it should have stopped working immediately after the update reboot, but an operator settings update might have borked it at any time.. At this point support will normally tell you to factory reset and retest

@ThreeUKSupport any idea when the network outage that has been impacting me since yesterday morning will be resolved? Your online chat time have been useless and can’t tell me more than ‘it’ll be fixed soon’. I have no network coverage and need to receive important medical calls.
