That’s me having to go airplane mode on a train to Bristol, as by 2pm my phone has used 15% of its battery searching for @ThreeUK ‘s elusive mobile coverage. A truly unusable service for 40 quid a month. Won’t be renewing that contract. Back to @EE for sure

My phone stopped connecting to the network while I was travelling and I couldn't receive texts to sign into anything. @ThreeUK resolved it fast and helpfully on live chat almost immediately! Amazing customer service. Reasons I don't switch after many years!
