    @ThreeUKSupport wifi and signal didn’t work yesterday and have been bad all last week too. the website says they are performing upgrades, but the text says it would end on 13th 2 bars of signal but can’t use 4G. And my wifi is with 3 as well. Seemed like a good idea at the time!

    @ThreeUKSupport We can’t get into the account as we never set it up, so can’t get through security. we have never had an agreement with you so can’t cancel what we don’t have!!! Trying to speak to someone that can help us is impossible!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Over the lockdown in 2020 I got 24 months broadband with the router, due to the very bad signal I have to terminate the contract on the 19 of May 2022 I did not left three network.

    Hey @ThreeUK how the hell have you upgraded me to a new package without any contact given or any permission? Not only that but you’ve apparently upgraded me to the same exact package but increased my bill by 200%. #wtf #ThreeUK
