    @ThreeUKSupport Hello, the 4G router you supplied doesn't seem to allow Echo Dot 4th Gen to connect. Any clues please? I've done extensive tinkering and it's pointing to the router being the issue.

    @ThreeUKSupport guys...you have given me two different sim orders...I have ordered just for one. Which also means the first SIM order was processed and it wasn't unprocessed which your customer team members had told me on the call. Can someone please help me out. 🙄
