    @skunkcityseeds @ThreeUK Ooh I didn't know they merged with Vodafone ๐Ÿ˜ that says alot tbh... They upped my bill not to long ago and I said I was going to leave what not for a better deal.. they didn't offer anything better same plan same signal more money... Make it make sense ๐Ÿค” just daylight robbery

    @ThreeUK No advance notice of systems being down ALL WEEKEND, (can't even see an X post about it) so I'm now unable to purchase a Go Roam pass before I leave the UK on holiday. Not a happy Three customer.

    Soho is absolutely dead tonight. So why am I unable to use my @ThreeUKSupport data? I always put it down to the place being busy but clearly something is wrong.

    Tried to help a friend modify his @ThreeUK tariff, found the >ยฃ290 one-off exit fee outrageous. He's happy to stay, just wanted to modify. Guess what he'll do when contract ends?

    @ThreeUKSupport 3.5 hours, 8 people later, 3 disconnected chats all to add another SIM and smartwatch plan to my current contact. Terrible experience and all just to give you some more business. End of this contract and Iโ€™ll be gone after 16yrs.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i have been getting charged by applepay. I have never used applepay and have 5 transactions totalling around ยฃ84 in space of 10 mins. I dont own an iphone and have no transactions showing up on my playstore acc on my android phone. What scam is this?

    @Benleo If you think that theyโ€™re bad, you havenโ€™t tried @ThreeUK. I sometimes wake at 4am and cannot use the internet, I think Iโ€™ve cracked it and then it starts to buffer again ๐Ÿคฌ

    @Benleo @virginmedia I can raise you. Try dealing with @ThreeUK . But I agree Virgin media have massively gone downhill in the customer service department.
