@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport absolutely fuming with your customer service , went from a sim only to a contract, you’d think three would be happy… no charging me two phones for two months .. shocking company!!

@ThreeUK contacted and talked into your broadband with the promise of a TV, back in February, never received. I contact you via telephone 2 weeks ago and told would be with me in 10 days. Still nothing. Im sure this is miss selling? Broadband alone isn’t worth it!! Poor service.

Hey @ThreeUK the whole point of the new text message service for PAC codes is so you don't have to deal with the network. That means you shouldn't then start spamming them with calls and texts begging to stay. Maybe think about that before ripping EU roaming away next time.
