    @ThreeUK It is every other day story. Why can't you do it overnight while most of the people are at home? I am still paying the full price for this below standard service. It was like that yesterday and again today and 3 days before.

    @ThreeUKSupport I need a replacement phone sent out, we upgraded less than a month ago and there's a problem with the handset. Yet everyone we speak to keeps passing us on to someone else. Warranty runs out Monday so needs sorting asap

    @ThreeUKSupport Got sim only deal last month, cancelled after 2 days. Confirmed with online chat that it was ok to cancel within 14 days. Spoke to two people during cancel process.All fine to cancel within 14 days. Today got a bill for the whole 12 month contract £191.00. Normal?

    @ThreeUKSupport The policy needs updated. I was named on the account, had given photographic ID. A simple phone conversation with my partner, with security checks and I would be a happy customer. Or even if stupid policies are in place, the manager could have used a working sim...

    @notameadow @ThreeUK They told me once that I use too much Internet, my apologies but I work in social media and pay specifically for unlimited Internet for a reason. I swear them awards for the best network are fake
