    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK No point, beware of rubbish service from Three. Currently both mobile and home broadband down, 3G at best over the past 3 hours. Issues for past 6 weeks. Moving providers when contracts are up.

    @ThreeUKSupport Stephanie my wife who's name the upgraded instead of taking out a new contract. We were not offered anyway out which helped us. Since the contract started on the 30th of December can we cancel it and return the phone and get it elsewhere?

    @ThreeUKSupport My 3 reference for this complaint is 31788003. If you are unable to resolve this issue can l return the phone to your Dalston Kingsland Branch of 3 and cancel my contract?
