@ThreeUKSupport Tried since the 29/11 and not had any message other than ‘busy’. I don’t believe this service even works. If it does then it’s broken. I’ve raised a complaint through the website, something the three team were unwilling to do, which is a violation of my rights. Really poor.

@ThreeUKSupport Yesterday when I spoke to someone on the online chat they assured me that it would be sorted by then of yesterday & I’ve checked today & it’s still not been reversed to my old contract... can’t believe how shocking the service has been!!!! No one can answer me 2/2

@XiaomiUK @Android @ThreeUK Hey! What usually happens is, when I start a message with another 'Chat' user it can still be on SMS. I'm settings Chat will dispy as Connecting & sometimes fail. Or when another messages me they see it as txt not Chat. There's been a software update recently, it seems better now

DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM @ThreeUKSupport. THE WORST COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT MY NEW PHONE FOR OVER TWO WEEKS DESPITE FALSE PROMISES AND "SYSTEM ERRORS".

not do a broadband contract with @ThreeUK customer survive is horrible, I been paying for internet i never ever have, I have recorder all conversations where agrees too cancel for free the account, I'm still waiting, I have sent the router to them @EUombudsman

@ThreeUKSupport I recently renewed my contract and since then, approx, my signal has been very poor. Have had to use my home broadband when in the house it is so poor. Ironically, my home broadband is also from @ThreeUK. How does that work and can something be done?
