@ThreeUKSupport hi folks. I was told that you’d credit my account with £20 recently following a complaint. I expected this to be applied to my account and used to pay the bill. I can see a DD taken and no sign of the credit. Can someone help on this please?

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport What a disgrace this company is. Despite a fraudulent activity on my account and billing me for 10 times my normal bill they are now trying to claim I have not paid my fraudulent bill. Can anyone at this co actually solve my problem or just create one

@ThreeUKSupport Stop ignoring customers then. Usually that would be the case, except I have a report from the Apple technician that clearly says the small chip on the camera case is not related to the touch screen issue

@bubblehead1244 @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport is still the only major UK network not offering eSIM. I’m tired of waiting with no commitment, just a vague promise that maybe one day something might happen. So I’ll be going to another network in August when my contract ends.

@ThreeUKSupport I've only joined 3 in the last week. Going to have to consider my options if it is this poor service.
