    @financialombuds Please help! @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport are admitting there was an error with my direct debit at the start of my contract but deny this is causing a declined contract when my credit score was 999/999 and they have affected this due to the decline.

    Regretting decision to ditch my landline and use @ThreeUK for broadband and mobile phone. Yet another day of ‘network upgrades’ means I’m without a useable broadband service & only 1 bar of 3G mobile. I should have used different providers for mobile / broadband @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport I believe there may be a connectivity issue with "E-UTRA Op Band 20". Disabling this as a channel option restored reasonable speeds again.
