    .@ThreeUKSupport is there any chance you could make your network work in the centre of Edinburgh. It is appallingly bad and has been for a very long time. I was hoping your Vodafone merger was fixing it but seems not.

    It’s a shocking reflection on @ThreeUKSupport but your customer service is absolutely useless they don’t understand a work you say to them. A poor second after totally useless.

    I had the same issue when speaking to @ThreeUK about the money they owed me after I traded in my old phone last year. Bring back UK customer service.

    @ThreeUKSupport it's 2026 and the service is absolutely diabolical!! Fifteen minutes worth of scrambled phone calls just to tell someone a phone number. Sort it out

    @ThreeUK Phone stolen and had a new SIM that I can't activate, because I need an OTP sent to the number to login to MyThree account! Poor user experience. How can you guys not have figured this out?
