My phone is on "3" network, @ThreeUKSupport. So is my wife's. She can text me OK. But when I text her, I get a "failed delivery" report. Sometimes my texts to her get through hours later, sometimes never. If we're both at home we can text each other OK. What's going on?

@ThreeUKSupport I've contacted your support to end my contract. It's 12 months in duration and ends in 3 months. Apparently it will cost me £8 to do this. I know that's not the case, so please can you stop wasting my time and end my contract as requested?

@ThreeUKSupport That's super unhelpful I'm surprised you can't just set it to cancel on expiry like most other phone companies can. Not looking forward to the next 4 months now but I guess a policy is a policy.

paying over £70 for a phone and not having signal should be illegal @ThreeUK should get money back for this.. i don’t pay this amount to have to rely on my wifi 97% of the time

@ThreeUKSupport The problems are with proper SMS text messages. So being on WiFi is not relevant, surely. I will test to see if I can text from another location (i.e. if the problem is only when I am at home).
