    @ThreeUKSupport Honestly the three response I got was contact Samsung as they know three had a problem with not issuing receipts for over the phone customers. As you can imagine I wasn't going to do three,s job for them. I even complained on threes survey and got zero response from three.

    @ThreeUKSupport I gave up after 3 months of trying back and forth then the offer ended on samsungs website. They wanted a receipt but never got one from three because I upgraded over the phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport After your awful mess with me getting a new contract in September. I can't get a replacement sim in store. Nor can i order one online. As I have issues with signal and mobile data compared to my other friend who is also on three we deduced my sim is faulty

    @ThreeUKSupport No @ThreeUKSupport I’m not talking about porting out. If I give 30 days to cancel the contract and the contract closed down. If I changed my mind afterwards can I reactive the account within 30 days of the account being cancelled?

    Yet again @ThreeUK has let us down when trying to stream tv. Less than one mbps download speed. Not on!

    @ThreeUKSupport mobile data not working. Told I can't be helped via phone and to go on webchat as I have a promotional sim but Internet is so bad I can barely send a tweet let alone use web chat. Useless
