    @ThreeUKSupport No they didn’t register anything, unbelievably they were just trying to sell me a tablet, while saying, they weren’t going to do anything about this issue. It was really bad customer service.

    So supposedly no issues with signal in my area, except when I make calls to other people they turn into aliens or violins??? Only on @ThreeUK. Can you shed any light on this?? Cw1 3ld is the post code. It’s wearing thin now, tempted to change providers tbh.

    @ThreeUK the worst experience & customer service. 5 months ago u sent me an additional phone (ur error) I returned it...17 phone calls later and I am STILL receiving threatening letters. Last month I got £20 credit as an apology...still unresolved. Fix the issue! #Ombudsman

    Had nothing but trouble with my phone from @ThreeUKSupport can't upgrade till late aug and I'm having to charge it 3 or 4x a day :(

    if u even remotely care about urself dont sign up with @ThreeUK these ppl get u down BAD even when ur phone gets snatched in the middle of mayfair a month after ur contract n u filed a police report nuh-uh ur paying two phone bills for a daily average of 2 signal bars from now on

    @ThreeUK after speaking to customer services they have said even though we were not aware we had a broadband contract with you for the last 5 years, and have not used any of the data, we cannot get any kind of refund??
