  • andyjworth Andy Worth (@andyjworth) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport No confidence in 3 & that that the alert will work in the future. If the issue was so easily fixed after the failed test, why wasn’t it spotted in the weeks prior? One of the reasons for the test was to ensure that people’s devices will also work correctly. Now none of us know!

  • RyanDotAbs Ry. (@RyanDotAbs) reported

@ThreeUK Should test it till it works. Not once. See multiple millions fail then just presume it'll work next time. Not that I give a **** at all.

  • sisyphusisbusy Sisyphus (@sisyphusisbusy) reported

@ThreeUK And if there is more than one issue?

  • simon_wardle74 Simon Wardle (@simon_wardle74) reported

@ThreeUK No one I know on your network including myself got the alert. It may have been prevalent to ensure it worked before the 3pm on the 23rd..

  • MarkStanford05 Mark Stanford (@MarkStanford05) reported

@ThreeUK This is not good enough. We need reassurance that it will work in the event of a real emergency by performing another test or a Three network only test. This is our safety at risk in the event of a real emergency in the future if this system hasn't been tested to ensure it works

  • jessicacaca7 Jessica Daley (@jessicacaca7) reported

@michaelxavierUK @ThreeUK I'm on Smarty (uses Three network) and i didn't get one either!

  • ryanmckean Ryan McKean (@ryanmckean) reported

@ThreeUK But how can you know future alerts won’t fail if it isn’t run again on scale🤔

  • burnsb Ben Burns (@burnsb) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Is the issues in the B23 area going to be sorted tomorrow?

  • Rodders23 Shane Davey (@Rodders23) reported

Hi @ThreeUK or @ThreeUKSupport why have we had no mobile internet for the past 2 days (3 different phones on your network) ? Never had an issue in all my years as a three customer until now

  • MadManMike27 MadManMike (@MadManMike27) reported

@ThreeUK I'm sure you guys all share one braincell! What a load of bollocks, how can you be so certain that it will work when there is a genuine emergency if you aren't going to test it again! Can't say I'm surprised for the Three network, always up for half assed ****!
