@ThreeUK why have I literally just been held hostage on the phone for nearly an hour whilst trying to cancel my contact . Mans would not let me leave kept offering me deals even tho I said no thank you about 50 times. Gimme a free phone or smthn for that I stg I nearly cried😭

On the web chat to @ThreeUKSupport to cancel an account, so far 32 minutes and I've been thanked for my business twice and asked if my family is ok. I get an inane question then they disappear for 10 minutes

@ThreeUKSupport It was a broadband hub and nope they took it and said I didn't need anything as customer support confirmed I could take it back to the branch I collected it from. It's so frustrating
