    Hi @ThreeUKSupport my dads lives in RG2 7hw postcode and can only use his mobile internet. Is there a problem with internet as it's taking ages to receive messages and can't call etc as it cuts out.

    @ThreeUKSupport why on Earth am I paying you so much money for unlimited data on 2 different devices when the internet is hardly ever useable?! Absolutely shocking service, I've been a customer for over 13 years and this is just diabolical lately!!

    @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!

    @ThreeUKSupport Not been able to receive any text/sms messages since Monday. As a result, can't login to bank and missed GP appointment. When will issue be fixed? Status shows "there's a problem' but no useful info.

    @ThreeUKSupport it's 2026 and the service is absolutely diabolical!! Fifteen minutes worth of scrambled phone calls just to tell someone a phone number. Sort it out
