    @ThreeUK after 10+ years of continuing service this has happened again! Over the phone agreed upgrade, differs from actual paperwork, by doubling the price! No to mention that, you could be liable for a bill that you have never assigned up for?!? Better service please!

    Hi @ThreeUK your customer support is absolutely diabolical. I've had a new phone for less than a month, it won't charge and you've spent the last hour passing me from person to person to person and I'm ready to throw my phone out the window. 🙃

    @ThreeUKSupport Unable to use my mobile hotspot. Mobile data works fine, and it's definitely a 3 issue and not my sim card or phone.

    I am having the WORST experience with @ThreeUK. From taking a month for them to upgrade me, trying to charge me for a phone I never received, to now overcharging me on my plan and not resolving it after multiple live chats. I just want it sorted and to pay what I signed up to 😭

    @ThreeUKSupport why no internet connection again just constantly no connection even with 3 of 4 bars of signal on 4G. Extremely unhappy with the level of service on your network. What is the average speed that I should be getting on 4G approximately?

    @victoriajane6 @ThreeUKSupport Honestly three have turned so **** in recent years, I was with them most of my life but ditched them for vodafone last year. Customer service just became non existent and so did my signal.
