    @ThreeUKSupport Being charged extra on a bill and explaining to your colleagues why a direct debit has failed, asked to raise a complaint and the chat gets closed. I’ve cancelled my contract now and gone elsewhere

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for help, its still being processed in the system, btw the webchat timeout sucks, needs to be longer than 1 minute before the confusing popup that gets you to accidently shut the chat down lol

    .@ThreeUK your network is absolutely atrocious currently. I’ve been trying to speak to business contacts on my phone all day and none of them can hear me their end due to poor coverage. Convince me why I should stay with your network?

    @ThreeUK May I ask three, why don't you you look after your existing customers? Treat your customers like dog poo, poor customer service as usual! your complaints team under the CEO is terrible! How is it I will have to go to another provider after 4 years,

    @ThreeUKSupport Think so. They said there would be a delay in changing over if he kept the old number. A few months ago he received texts from a debt collection agency which he thought were scams, as his account was up to date. Didn’t know about the 2nd one. Never received a bill.

    @ThreeUKSupport Not sure why you can’t at least hold off the debt collectors (who should never have been involved in the 1st place) to avoid stressing him further until the end of the week. His exams are a priority. If they are affected by your actions you will of course be accountable.

    @ThreeUKSupport Can you help? My 5G broadband service has dropped off a cliff in the last couple of days - N7 North London. Used to have full 5G, now barely have 4G and struggling to connect for work. Your status checker reports no issues. Thx.
