    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Best bet use a Revolut sim. I had the same issue with 3. ยฃ12.50 a month with Revolut keep same number, 20GB while abroad and 50mins calls. Took 2 days to get old number transferred.

    @ThreeUKSupport why is it when I have full signal nothing ever works on my phone ???? Your signal is appalling since merging with Vodafone sort it out Iโ€™ll be leaving when my contract is up

    @IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.

    @ThreeUK random query, after putting my current SIM in my mifi device I bought, would it be cheaper to have a SIM only for calls and texts and one purely for data or stick with the one SIM? Existing customer on SIM only roughly ยฃ30 a month

    @ThreeUK changing the Caffรจ Nero code to ยฃ2 was my last straw I will be changing phone providers now. The coverage is awful, coffee was the only good thing left about you

    Hi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.

    Anyone have issues with @ThreeUK data calculation? My new billing cycle started 3 days ago. My app says my usage is 996kb of data. Thatโ€™s 0.001GB. The graph shows that I have 8GB left of my 12GB allowance, so 4GB used. I called them, they say I have used 2GB. #ripoffbritain
