@ThreeUK Avoid , worst signal and network , I haven’t been able to get signal in my home for nearly a month now and im stuck in the contract till 2022 and technical team are no help.

@articeddie @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken After your MINIMUM term, the price will stay the same until the RPI increase comes around. Or unless the plan you are on can no longer be accommodated on the platform. If thag happens, you'll be notified accordingly. You can also give 30 days notice to cancel. You're welcome.

@digitalkitten @ThreeUK You can't upgrade to 5G. If your phone is 5g ready, you can use the 5g network if you're in an area that covers it. You pay for 3g only on any network.

@ThreeUKSupport I don't know what sort of number it is - its Legos official customer support number for the UK but you have to have the double 0 at the start for it to work

@ThreeUKSupport I am exhausted with the lack of signal cover we have in our area and just how difficult it is to receive and make a call from the comfort of our home on a daily basis, the service is so poor I’m about done. If you want keep customers you need to do something?
