    Hi @ThreeUK, paid my bill almost 24 hours ago, even popped into one of your stores today for a charger, but despite promises of restoring my service in no more than 2 hours, I’m left unable to make outgoing texts or calls. Would sure appreciate some help. Can’t even call 333!

    @ThreeUKSupport It's regular SMS. The handset shouldn't make any difference nor the android version otherwise it would be an old problem and not a new one, but it's an LG G7 running Android 8.

    @ThreeUKSupport Eh23 down again tonight, speeds getting worse, clearly pushing 5g but they wont sell me a 5g hub as not a 5g area, strange when i have 2 5g phones working in the household! 1 id mobile, 1 on three 🤔

    @ThreeUKSupport hi is there work going on in E20? The signal has always been patchy but it’s got markedly worse recently. Even 4/5 bars of 4G nothing loads.
