    @ThreeUK At the very least, issue some updates about how long it's expected to take! Expecting very important calls and already have some in voicemail but can't use them! How can your wifi calling not be working? This is ridiculous 😡

    Hi @ThreeUK please note that I will be calling to cancel my contract with you when you fix this outage and my phone can actually make calls again. The network has been down for almost 4 hours (unacceptable in 2025) and I’ve missed a really important call this morning!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Because you seem to be responding to everyone else on here but ignore my queries, please provide with the contact details of the complaints department as I cannot stay with a network that goes down this often and the customer services you offer is not good enough

    @ThreeUK I AM MOVING NETWORKS I BEEN WITH THREE FOR 10YEARS. . but this is fkd up. Keeps happening and can not rely on this network anymore
