    Dear @ThreeUKSupport Feb 12: Telephone support. Complaint dealt with amicably, refund agreed. May 24: Lots of calls (and hours) later, I still don't have the money we agreed. What is actually the point in calling? Complaint unresolved, do I contact OFCOM now?

    @ThreeUKSupport don’t think so. told that ‘work is being done and it will be better in June’. I was told this in November as well but still slow. Same line used by all the phone agents to get you off the phone. asked what other options there are. told I could leave early or have some money off.

    @ThreeUKSupport literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced, talk about reading from a script!! Imagine your contract being £15 a month but they take £77 and want you to accept a credit of £64 WOW 🤯

    @ThreeUKSupport Still having trouble and that link just says ‘please try later’ nobody avail on chat. Also getting several random registration texts at weird times ie not when I’m trying to register.

    I've been with @ThreeUK for 5 months and already had 2 texts that began with "Occasionally, we have to review our prices" .... Starting to miss @tescomobile as this never happened once in many years

    @VodafoneUK I’m having problems with my phone company @ThreeUK I don’t really get much Signal I all ways get 1 bar so I’m looking for a new phone company that can give good customer service and good signal can u help with that
