@ThreeUK I canceled my account in nov 2020 and you failed to acknowledge it. You are charging me 4 the account but I am with another provider. I am locked out of my account and you aren’t sending reset links to my email. Please cancel your charges and reply to me.

@ThreeUKSupport You understand it yet seem to do nothing to sort it yet again, why cant i just get a straight answer? Why do i have to wait potentially 9 weeks for a phone after 10+ years of custom and a brand new customer can join you today and have the same phone/contract and get it tomorrow?

@2point4bikes @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport They only owe me 2 payments amounting to £30. They kept taking whilst I kept asking to cancel...... So until I'm refunded I will continue to ensure that people are fully aware by promoting my own very negative experience and until Finegan resigns

Hi @ThreeUK I use home mobile broadband. Your website states you can provide a static IP. Your online chat said if I called it could be set up. I have spent all morning going round your phone support being told it’s impossible. Which is true please? @VodafoneUK tell me they can.

@ThreeUKSupport got a brand new home broadband mobile router yesterday. Great four bar signal but no connection - speeds of 0.01bps up and down. Told yesterday it is because of congestion in my area. How does congestion on the network work? Surely I should see some sort of access
