@ThreeUKSupport you just say this and do nothing. Just like your call centre. I sent more docs and I am told someone will call, they never do. I am the crime victim and you just must delete the contract on my name I never did and delete all data and confirm. But you choose to keep me in agony

@ThreeUKSupport hi, is there an issue wit mobile internet as I haven't been able to use it for nearly 2 hours now. The postcode I'm in is KT13 0YX. I tried checking online for problems but the website isn't accepting any postcodes I put in.

1. Hey @ThreeUK I've never known such an unreliable & shambolic provider. In May I set up a data package with autorenewal. Last month it suddenly just stopped. I went through the whole process again & set it to autorenewal again. It's stopped again & I can't make calls. #Useless

@NicolaJames007 @ThreeUK My son is in the same position. He lives in Norway now, but uses his phone when in the UK. Three knocked him off earlier in the year and have never reactivated the SIM. I think he needs a new one.
