@JimObasa1955 @ThreeUK Jim mate....when they invented electricity they made plugs. Some smart arse decided to make some really complicated where the earth was pushed down to save space. Totally pointless pal and I feel your pain. Send the lot back! Pretty soon you won't even get a plug but a 🐹🐹🐹

@ThreeUKSupport Here is the issue. I have a second phone and contract, which expired, and I did not know because I wasn’t told. I’ve therefor been over paying on that phone. I’m asking for a refund for the overpayment on the grounds that a. It’s fair , b. I was not informed.
