    @ThreeUK great you send a text to say you're going to be doing work in my area after the work is completed the service is actually poorer than what it was before you started we now have to use 3G only to be able to receive any decent speed for basic speed with internet

    I've been trying to get a PAC code from @ThreeUK mobile to switch network to @EE for the last few days and all I'm getting messages saying it can't be done due to a system issue. I have now passed this onto @xyzlaw_

    @ThreeUKSupport I have added a high gain antenna in the loft pointing at the mast to try and maintain connection but the service has been sporadic up and down obviously was doing work recently in the area so I restarted the router again and last night when I was doing speed checks 4 non-existent

    @ThreeUKSupport Bit of a **** trick for existing customers? Forced to "upgrade" Email in August saying stay as you are, email in Oct need to change contract and lose all current benefits and a 63% increase!
