I request to all UK 🇬🇧 @ThreeUK customers please don't trust indian three customer services staff and when you get contract make sure everything is OK and perfect. If not please finish contract in 14 days otherwise you will get trouble and headache. It's not @ThreeUK fault.

@ThreeUK I’ve been with you for a long time and never suffered issues before. But this weekend the reception has been dreadful while travelling the route of the A1, dreadful. Coverage is meant to get better over years, not worse. I might be leaving as I’m not tied down now.

*sigh* bought a new phone SIM from @ThreeUK - when registering I added a + sign to my email address. It allowed it, but failed to let me login once created. Had to get support to manually fudge my email address to one without a + sign, and now it magically works again. Sheesh.

Amazing service @ThreeUK I was due an iPad upgrade & less than an hour on live chat, we had everything done, choose new model, updated contract & had it sent out to me, The guy i had on chat was really quick & very helpful. So glad i switched to Three & cant wait for my new iPad
