    @ThreeUKSupport Hi! Also, I cancelled my direct debit to an account I never made with Three (previously spoke to support who said Fraud team would be in touch, but didn’t happen in the timeframe they provided). I’ve since been contacted by CRS to make payment for this account.

    Customer service is obviously a foreign concept to @ThreeUK . I have 2 mobile phone contracts and a mobile internet contract with them and none will be renewed. 😤😤

    @ThreeUK trying to log onto my 3account but it still isn’t sending me an email(been over a year trying) it said to phone 333 and that just tries to send me to the app that I can’t log into as I haven’t received the email. Any help would be appreciated

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been with 3 for 8 years and only last year I have been having issues and never got sorted and I am paying £55 and plus add on every 2 or 3 months as my data runs out so quick and Three's never been able to resolve

    @ThreeUKSupport I wish i had the time to sit and speak to someone but i dont, im trying to run a business with no internet as it is but at least people can see that you never even made an attempt to say when it would be sorted and just pushed me elsewhere.... Why EE wins all the awards i guess
