13 minutes it took to send that last tweet. Unlimited minutes, texts, data and aggravation. I expect @ThreeUKSupport will be offering some sort of apologetic freebie soon. #Hint. Ironically, they probably won't be able to contact me if I have no signal. #EpicFail

  • WWWoodzy92 WOODS (@WWWoodzy92) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yes numerous times, i can't get into my account the clear the final bill and I've asked for a reset email over and over again and still nothing!! I've phoned and they won't cancel without a password, so now what !!

  • GrantLockley Grant Lockley (@GrantLockley) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Currently in a work location where I don't have access to my Sim card, regardless I was due an upgrade so I upgraded mine and my wife's phone, phoning through Skype business. My wife's phone turned up at the house today, mines did not, phoned back up and the customer service - 1

@ThreeUK Too much virtual signal is crap

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, exactly that. I was setting up a temp divert to another number while reinstalling my phone. Previously I've been able to do this. Phone is a Sony Xperia 1 III, but this is a standard network feature? It shows greyed out in the phone's SIM menu when it queries the network.

@ThreeUKSupport Since going "public" with this, I got through to a help desk who seemed to care.... Yesterday they said they would follow this up and get a solution... as yet I have heard nothing but he did say it may take a few days. Keeping this thread public

@ThreeUKSupport I have a second sim which is with you yes. But I never gave you this number (which has the calls). No haven't answered any of them

  • TonyBrownKnows Toe Knee (@TonyBrownKnows) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you, yes I went through to the link you sent me. Keeping this public as I have had "private" support for the last 2 weeks and been ignored. Putting it on here seems to help and if its great service then people will read about it

Decided to give @CuckooInternet a try... connection date is at the end of this month. Seems @ThreeUK's 5G Home Broadband just doesn't live up to the hype - too many issues with it, mainly inconsistent MTU values across the network, and sick of being fobbed off all the time...
