@ThreeUKSupport Thank you I appreciate the response. I certainly hope this gets resolved soon as engineers have been out looking at the fault beforehand and the problem hasn’t been resolved.

@ThreeUKSupport I have had the letter now. But it would have been helpful to have been told it would be a letter. I was told it would be an email. Tbh it would have been most helpful if you had resolved the fraud issue…

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for being absolutely zero help, @ThreeUK. For the record, I eventually managed to speak to someone via the "your handset has been damaged" option (4,3,5). Unimpressive.

Lot of anger towards @ThreeUK with people refusing to buy any kit that features their sponsorship. This after they decided virtue signalling was more important than backing the club in a time of crisis. I'll keep avoiding them, but mainly because they're a really **** network.

Imagine not being able to pay my @ThreeUK bill then being told I can do it through support, thought it was slightly fish but carried on, but the guy took 10 minutes cause the link was slow. No thanks not getting scammed 👍.

@ThreeUKSupport But if I own both contracts and they're both within your network, why do I have to wait a month before moving the number? Is the challenge technical or is there something legal? Or is it just an internal procedure?

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you for your quick and precise response, I understand that I have to register with the UK network. If I were to go to Germany with this Sim and WiFi router without going to UK and registering, would I be able to communicate data?

@ThreeUKSupport No one location. I’ve been all over and it’s very variable. It’s the same every time I go down there, not great. Was only getting 3G in some places. But when I got 5G it wasn’t much better. I’ve got an iPhone 13 with a brand new sim so it’s not the phone.
