    @ThreeUKSupport is there issues with the signal? I've had barely any signal for a couple of days now and can't really make a phone call without either breaking up and/or one end can't hear the other etc, sending texts isn't too bad

    @ThreeUKSupport There is already a complaint raised thats why its with the service desk. My bill is still sitting as a draft bill and needs amended.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was fobbed off. Spoke to Jonathon on 23/03 who reckoned it was a fault with the app. Sent to service desk received 2 updates to say it was being dealt with. Rubbish! The payment is due to leave my account in 4 days I will screenshot you the money in my account but will withhold

    @ThreeUKSupport Why did it happen in the first place? Used the same card multiple times to top up with no issues? Totally caused me problems and three attempts just to make a phone call. And now have to wait for a refund.

    @ThreeUKSupport Called 444, spent another £15. When do I get my £30 back and why was the same card I've used for a year classed as unregistered? Shite customer service. Not impressed.

    @ThreeUKSupport I got 4 days without internet and support told me that I have to wait at least 7 days more for the service. Nice one... I am working from home and losing money because of your bad service :-(

    @ThreeUKSupport Still really poor signal have they managed to fix the problem? I’ve just taken out another contract which maybe useless if you can’t resolve the problem
