@ThreeUKSupport I have forgotten my password and am locked out if the online account and cannot get help over the phone either as I have forgotten the password and do not have access to the mobile phone for them to text to.

@ThreeUKSupport Ironically I can’t contact Three when I am without signal 🙃 When I’ve called later or gone in to stores to raise the issue, I am told I have good signal. Which is 100% not the case!
