    @ThreeUKSupport Hi..help!! No signal at all at home, had to walk half mile from street for this! Can't even call 333 for assistance as says not on network. Neighbour with you said same's happening to her since last night.What's wrong? CF37 2LY Only means of communication.😥

    @ThreeUKSupport How can data be used in the background when it is set to use a different SIM? And also this has never been an issue in the previous 7 months?! I am happy to go through security to find out what the usage was for, but how?! DM? Calling will cost a fortune!

    @ThreeUKSupport you owe me £843 for a line which you have charged me for at £65.69 per month for 13 months. You admit you can see its not been used at all and I have been told by 2 of your colleagues I can get this refunded yet still noone can help. This is daylight robbery

    This is getting ridiculous, we've had no mobile connection since yesterday morning. I can't even get on the phone to sort out my issue with @ThreeUK. Just been on the Live Chat and been told to call the Business support number as we're a business account. @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport I am unable to log in to My3 to check balance and top up. I have tried changing the password (even though the original was 100% correct) but it keeps giving me this error after entering new password "my3auth.text.generic.error". Have tried twice same result. Help!

    @ThreeUK 5 hours on calls to Three, worst customer service l have ever encountered. I would be embarrassed to work for 3.

    @ThreeUKSupport I understand this but this isn’t the main issue I’m having it’s the fact that your company is making it impossible for me to even pay off my contract IN FULL & then just got to pay as you go. depending on how quickly this gets resolved it’s quiet possible you’ve lost a customer.
