  @jeanniejuno @ThreeUK U cant imagine how ! I posted my complaint to the CEO of R Mail this morning about the letter to Palma which thankfully is now there sent by DHLm& tomorrow I have to go to 3 to moan about that .. and still having to battle the legals over the building ...I feel like a prisoner

  @ThreeUK I’ve been with 3 for many years, but last year was awful! No reception anywhere! Absolute nightmare, can’t call, can’t message, no internet - at home, at work, outside… what is going on? 5G more like NoG. Will be looking into moving somewhere else

  @ThreeUKSupport I am unable to send an SMS from the hotspots web interface as I think there is 0 credit on for/the SIM... to top up I need the mobile number to login to the Three website... shall I just order another SIM?

  @CSG1973 @ThreeUK I have used them for about 10 years and no problems until now as there were no roaming charges in Spain or Oz ...thats changed now ...I think the assistant in the shop was a bit green round the gills to be honest ....

  @ThreeUKSupport can you explain why for 26 days my 4g is unusable, have contacted Cs but no one responds ,all I get is you are working on masts in area , FOR 26 DAYS ,come on , at least give us some form of truth , to use your network I have to use 3g , its 2023 and using 3g

  The UK mobile sector is broken. @ThreeUK are kicking me off my contract, which has a 4.5% annual increase, to one which has CPI+3.9%. No major network doesn’t have these anti-consumer increases, so I can’t avoid them by shopping around. Where is the competition @Ofcom ?

  @ThreeUK three is one of the worst company which don’t care about there present customers I been to three shop today to do my e sim they said we are doing it for new customers only we will do for you in august. I wish i can cancel my contract and go to O2 @O2 my wife is with O2.
