    Hey @ThreeUKSupport why did you send a contract SIM with my upgrade? Different number and acc number. I contacted phone support and they said only one number in my name, but insisted the new SIM was PAYG, it isn't!

    @ThreeUKSupport Been a while now and still have no fix, been waiting since 29th July.. Today is my end of contract date and if we can't get a handset sent out or ready for me to collect, I'm going to have to buy it someplace else. Can you look into this asap and send me the handset ? Thanks.

    Can anyone recommend a new mobile provider? Been a @ThreeUK customer for years but I'm fed up of poor signal, lack of working WiFi on the underground and new overseas roaming charges

    @ThreeUK just to let you know I’ll be leaving your network because you don’t have visual voicemail. I know I can dial 123 blah blah but it’s not the same. Get with the times and upgrade your network.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK - Been 2 weeks with no home broadband in KT13 and your team say it could be weeks/months more to fix. Can’t work from home, can’t use streaming services that I pay for - costing me £100s. How is this acceptable service?

    @ThreeUKSupport @MrIanIrving I made so many attempts to restore my account after it got hacked but wasn't responding, then I contacted @joram_wawa who finally helped me fix the situation.
