@ThreeUK does your new 5G business broadband product support #ipv6, and if so, what size prefix do you delegate?

  • Dai_Evans_64 Dai Evans (@Dai_Evans_64) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Your signal has been rubbish all year, if this is the best your masts can do, I'll leave my Broadband contract today and my other contract as they come to the end. What have three done to make this so bad and have to constantly lie about their performance

  • gaino92 Adam5efc (@gaino92) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It's not just when I call it's when others call them too. I'm on a different network to yourselves

  • kingosticks kingosticks (@kingosticks) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I tried webchat earlier, they couldn't help. But doesn't matter - it's nothing to do with network status or performance. I've changed my mind and that must be accepted as per your T&Cs. Bet I still have to argue this with your store staff but that's what you get with @ThreeUK

  • alisonallen31 alison allen (@alisonallen31) reported

@ThreeUKSupport My husband is also on Three and has exactly the same issue which suggests there’s something wrong with your link or data passport isn’t where you say it is

  • jackieleitch Jackie (@jackieleitch) reported

@ThreeUK has stolen £19 from me and refuses to refund, despite being told I will get it several times. Constantly being lied to by ‘customer services’ and being given a different story each time I ask. I will not give up, this is theft. #worstcompanyever #theft

  • CalvinPrince89 Buju (@CalvinPrince89) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Mark, I got connected and moments later I got disconnect because of “inactivity” it was 2 minutes. Now there’s no one available to connect. Three mobile customer service is poor…

  • Dai_Evans_64 Dai Evans (@Dai_Evans_64) reported

@ThreeUKSupport My contract ran out in August, It has taken me until now, to no longer rely on Three's 3G, 4G or 5G which I was promised in 2020. The signal has degraded so much in my area that now, enough is enough. I can only ask that other customers don't rely on your services in future

  • CalvinPrince89 Buju (@CalvinPrince89) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I disagree, @ThreeUK have continued to hound me either for payment or return a handset I’ve never seen. 1st you can remove the default account on my credit file after you’ve looked at my case rather properly.

  • kevbryan12 Kev Bryan (@kevbryan12) reported

@ThreeUK I’ve just left Three for O2, it’s a shame because I never wanted to.Just as my contract was up you finally added support for Watch but then you went back on the data roaming promise and that was the final straw.25Gb with O2 and £10 cheaper/month wish you’d done better
