@ThreeUKSupport hi chris, my iphone 12 does not send SMS messages. i have contacted apple & they advised me to contact my provider. i’ve turned my phone on/off, have SMS messaging on, & have also reset my network settings. any ideas?

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Terrible customer service. Still haven’t fixed an issue with my contract that you are at fault for. Been advised to use ‘web chat’ and it’s not worked for days due to there being nobody there.... awful service

@marcusattwood @BradChriswick Same here. I keep getting calls from people abroad (a lot in Italy and Germany) saying that they had a missed call from me. I withhold caller ID! @ThreeUK don't give a crap.

@ThreeUKSupport I was told there were no issues in my area and to try turning it to 3G which didn’t help. After that it mysteriously improved until now...
