    @M0VMK @ThreeUKSupport Yeah in a long time 3 customer. Managed to get their web chat working now. I've spend hours on phone last call was 30mins. No progress. Whats frustrating isnthatbit was very good! Now its bottomed out over a week ago. Hopefully we can resolve.

    Well after initial optimism in three UK Home BB (I can see cell site from my window) @ThreeUKSupport are looking into a service issue after some sporadic service, (the reason for my contacting them) we're now totally disconnected!! Starting to get silly i have work to do. :-(

    @ThreeUKSupport I need to cancel my contract & want to talk with an ACTUAL HUMAN BEING. Your website is not user friendly, tried LIVE CHAT- they can’t find my details. I’ve emailed- which has failed because you’re all at home & I don’t have my details to be able to cancel online.

    @ThreeUKSupport Why are you the only UK network which does not support the Apple Watch ? My wife wants to upgrade but will have to leave you as you do not support it.
