@ThreeUKSupport Your retention is crap. Better to be a new customer than an 'Exclusive Deal'. Went ahead and got my PAC code. Jokers.

  • Hannah45092498 Hannah (@Hannah45092498) reported

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. @ThreeUKSupport won't generate a PAC for "5 working days" and I have to keep ringing up to check. And neither contract works. I need a working phone to help my mum. @O2 can't help until I get a PAC from @threeUKSupport. I'm stuck! HELP!!!!

  • BalheadDan Danny J (@BalheadDan) reported

@ThreeUKSupport So there's no way to actually speak to somebody in England? I should have to type out all this crap I've been dealing with again, especially as I've had to tell the same story every time I've called and it should've been dealt with by now.

  • vasey_stephen Stephen Vasey (@vasey_stephen) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Is there any further update as your site still shows there's is an issue with this postcode.

  • rozalka27 RoRo B (@rozalka27) reported

@ThreeUKSupport On the last call they said apparently there is a problem and there will be an upgrade of the mast on 19 June. However, still find it quite strange as this issue has been ongoing for months, and advising customers to move to another provider is quite shocking

  • rozalka27 RoRo B (@rozalka27) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I suppose you need to know this. There is clearly an issue with network and texts in N17 area of London, been going on since last Dec 2020. I had some messages in March from Three saying they know there is a problem, it has not been fixed apparently

  • sweet_fact_all Mo Monaghan (@sweet_fact_all) reported

@asylumseekerx @ThreeUK Three is the WORST! You can use your postcode easily on Google to do a 'Coverage Check'- to see which Network would give you the best service.

  • morqon Morgan Evetts (@morqon) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been getting one bar of signal and a *very* slow connection outdoors near King’s Cross in London (Granary Square, N1C 4BH) For a week, on two different iPhones Your map says good coverage. Any idea why?

  • fatrat Arthur Clune (@fatrat) reported

@ThreeUKSupport any plans to support cellular Apple Watches on 3?

  • asylumseekerx Asylum Seeker (@asylumseekerx) reported

I suggest you change your brand to WINDOW-MOBILE, @ThreeUK. Because windowside is the only place where your network can actually work. I haven't seen a house where @ThreeUK users can enjoy a phone call on a couch or a chair.
