So @ThreeUKSupport when a new contract and card arrived at my post address, i called to check if i needed it if my old sim was still fine and you said to just ignore it, you didn't tell me it was a sim for a different number. Wtf?

@ThreeUKSupport 3.2mgps when you have informed me our home-fi issues have been resolved Not true service is useless as is the product, it is not fit for purpose Now instead of enjoying cycling on Eurosport I will be wasting more time on the phone to your tech department
