@ThreeUKSupport There's no issue with the payment. I've been with you around 16 years and had zero issues using all you can eat data on my phone, since I downgraded my plan & got your mobile WiFi I've had nothing but problems with my connections.

@ThreeUKSupport I didn’t even get any warning you just cut my phone off which is the first time this has ever happened and I have been traveling for years with three as my provider and had no issues

@ThreeUK When is the network in Monmouthshire going to be fixed? I was told it would be completed today yet it is still about 20% of it's normal speed. I have 3 mobile contracts and home broadband and am unable to access hardly anything. This tweet box took 1minute to load!

@Anni3Paul @ThreeUK Yep. I'm stuck with their shambolic service for 2 years. Should have stayed with Vodafone, overpriced but never had an issue with signal and data like three.
