@ThreeUK @SamsungUK Worse service ever .....updated my phone and now the mobile data service is crap, next time going with a different provider

  • bronco_lane2002 i sucked her tits or whatever (@bronco_lane2002) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Link isn’t loading right on mobile. So, is it expected there’s an issue? I really need to be able to make calls. Shall I just use my old sim until it says I can swap?

  • sarahmufc93 Sarah (@sarahmufc93) reported

    - Gone with @ThreeUK as Steffan has no issue with phone signal here. Unlimited mins/texts/GB. - Frankly I’m pissed off I’m having to shell out £220 when it’s not my fault I can’t make or receive calls in my own house but I’d rather take the hit for a phone that works.

  • aldostrachan Alan strachan (@aldostrachan) reported

@ThreeUK your customer service call handlers could not be LESS helpful, and are also just rude!

  • josh_the_tech Josh (@josh_the_tech) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I guess I won’t be coming back to Three then, if your response is to connect to wifi rather than either 1) seeing if there is an issue in the area, or 2) updating your coverage map to reflect reality. My technical knowledge and experience knows that the issue is not the train

  • josh_the_tech Josh (@josh_the_tech) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Hayley. The train travels around 65-70mph during this section, much slower compared to the 90-100mph on the mainline where the data and mobile signal is completely fine. It was also No Service when the train was stopped outside Ash Vale, so it’s not a motion issue

  • Thelaserbearguy Matt Ley (@Thelaserbearguy) reported

@mrbrianfirenzi @ThreeUK lmao garbage phone people - switched a few months back, got the inevitable “hey please stay” call from them, politely said they’re signal was *** so the guy needn’t bother pitching me and he just wait “yeah fair enough”

  • CallMe_Abbyy bbystallion’ (@CallMe_Abbyy) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Holly, the advisor couldn’t break down my bill cuz he doesn’t understand either. I have sent my bank statements to your email for review. Hopefully, your team can resolve this. Thanks

  • bronco_lane2002 i sucked her tits or whatever (@bronco_lane2002) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Same network, just an upgrade. An additional sim came in my new iPhone packaging so I swapped it

  • Ariel_Sevilla my name is... (@Ariel_Sevilla) reported

@ThreeUK your useless service would not let me buy a data passport in which required roaming enabled end result no passport and £34 in charges for literally 30 secs of internet. Not my fault, the link you sent via text for the data passport took me to your main site! Refund now!
