    Could somebody from @ThreeUK help me? I've been billed for something that I was categorically told that I wouldn't be billed for and I have the screenshots as I feared something like this would happen I tried sorting through the live chat but the advisor just couldn't get it

    @ThreeUKSupport I need a UK helpline to speak to someone who's British and understands Scottish people please. The Indian helpline is useless they don't understand my problem and tell me to factory reset, like I didn't try that 1st.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have received nothing. I’ve been calling customer services constantly & they’ve been calling me. I’ve lost work contracts I’m out of pocket & paid for a service that didn’t work

    @ThreeUKSupport I tired chrome and duck duck go. What else can I do. Who do I speak to in the UK about getting a refund, since India and the uk staff cant help me ?

    I’ve had 3 phones in the space of @ThreeUK promising eSims to customers and I still can’t get one. Next network won’t be them, can’t even get an Apple Watch with them because they can’t sort it out.

    Never mind. @ThreeUK are charging a bloody fortune for the base Pixel 6. Like £1.1k for the 2 year plan. I'm better off paying £600 straight from google on my paypal credit and just pay it off as fast as possible. Hell, I reckon I could get 1yr interest free.

    So, I can’t cancel my contract upgrade. 1500 for early termination fee. Where in fact the new contract started just 5days ago. I still don’t have the device upgrade and told to wait until 2nd week of Nov. Thanks for the ****** service @ThreeUK
