@dshensmith @ThreeUK I had similar with British Telecom. They'd charged me for about 18 months for a service I wasn't using (@£5 a mnth). When we realised they cancelled yet still set bailiffs on me for that last £5 they'd said I didn't owe - and it went on my credit history. BT are bar stewards,

@ThreeUK @coopuk Worst mobile company…my oh pays yous every month without fail and three have made a mistake and reported he has missed the last 3 months paymemts(this is a lie and we have sent bank statements and a letter from bank confirming all payments were made)
