    @di_athlete @ThreeUK Absolutely! Just called them and no customer loyalty at all I am astounded by their damage limitation staff who just constantly deflect the situation 🙄isn’t it weird how they always go to voicemail rather than get a connection??

    So I’ve had to cancel my @ThreeUK upgrade because they typed my delivery address in wrong and I can’t change it even though I have proof I that I typed it correctly on the live chat? Now I might not get the same deal in 48 hours time when I call back. Absolutely ridiculous.
