Holy cow, @ThreeUK Business side of things is a total shambles. I was hoping things would be easier as a business customer, but so far it's taken me three days, multiple emails, and currently an hour on the phone to get set up 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport Are you sure it’s an upgrade, that is actively being worked on, or is it broken - and nobody has gone to fix it over Easter? Because prior to Wednesday we were getting 5G speeds and now we are getting nothing. Doesn’t feel like an upgrade at all.

@ThreeUKSupport what's happening with 5g broadband in Tooting? It's been terrible inthe past few weeks and today its unusable. Status page says you're working on a mast nearby but that's been going on for weeks. Will have to cancel if there's no improvement soon

@threeuk after about 18 years it's time to say bye. My main number is going elsewhere. Failure to fix the signal in my area after repeated promises to do so has forced this. I've another number still in contact, as the service levels are bad, can I break this without penalty?

I was genuinely impressed by @ThreeUK network! Not once did my streaming services bugger even at the highest quality but then once I reached London it was surprising that the network was unusable. It’s just bizarre what happened!
