@jacquep @ThreeUK It probably due to the screw up over Huawei, that it has cost them MILLIONS in wasted infrastructure that they have had to swap out, 5G rollout & costs of continually trying to shore up a network that isnt fit for purpose

@ThreeUK reintroducing roaming charges is the last nail in the very big coffin. Free roaming was the only thing keeping me with them, even though their coverage is terrible, customer service is crap and now this. 2 months until my contract ends. Goodbye monster!

@PaulOBrien @ThreeUK Thankfully, I'm a 13 year customer - if they added Roaming charges to me, that would be a complete deal breaker!

@ThreeUK Dissapointed you are reintroducing roaming charges in the EU. Will be looking elsewhere potentially. I've been a customer for over 10 years specifically for your Go Roam offering in its variations.

@antoniosteve @ThreeUK At this point, there's going to be no mobile network that Remainers can use.. Maybe someone should start one? Called it EUphone or something..

I will say I've been with @ThreeUK for years and I'm not leaving. They've been great. The roaming thing was the best so this is definitely a blow but it's not a terrible change.

when you hear that @ThreeUK will be investing more in their Uk network as it won’t include roaming. So perhaps they could make it so I can actually use my phone in SW18 sometimes? (Or will they be pocketing the money for roaming)

@ThreeUKSupport Sure, that's all understandable, but I do have to ask why this also impacts upon roaming in places where you do control the underlying cost because there's a local Three/Hutchison network e.g. Austria, Denmark and Hong Kong?

@jacquep @ThreeUK Not to mention the OPEX that they have tried to save by shedding most of the Top Staff across all business functions and moving to a Service Managed Model ( job cuts)
