However 1 week later S22Ultra came out so I have sent my S21 ultra back to mobile phones direct and cancel that contract to open a new one.

I checked the numbers and he was offering me a deal for the exact same price as new customers are being offered, just with the monthly costs altered slightly. Con artists!!
