@ThreeUKSupport No improvement today :-( I used to get 30 Mbps from this cell - now I'm lucky to get 1.5 and latency is massive! It's not the service I signed up for, and definitely not the service I'm paying for.

  • carlos_HghTght CarlosR // High+Tight (@carlos_HghTght) reported

@ThreeUKSupport are there connection issues in SE24 right now? My 5G internet keeps cutting and I can barely get enough signal to send a text.

  • JasmineEmpiang Jasmine (@JasmineEmpiang) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I can assure you there is a massive issue with my 4G broadband. Working from home is a nightmare with this wifi. Out of 5 bars I’m only getting 2 to 3 bars all day.

  • MoyoTian Moyo Tian (@MoyoTian) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport problem is back today with wifi dropping out around 9:30 - are the works continuing?

  • mspacemedia Mark Müller (@mspacemedia) reported

@ThreeUKSupport how can I cancel a home broadband account after 8 months of a 2 year contract when the average download speed has been less than 3mb/s - when advertised as 8+ mb/s. Currently getting 1.56mb/s on phone and home BB. TN40 was being upgraded 2 days ago…

  • OllieNock Ollie Nock (@OllieNock) reported

@ThreeUKSupport is there anyway to actually speak to a human being on your “customer service” number? I have an issue I need resolving immediately? Thanks

  • Appliance_Test London Appliance Testing (@Appliance_Test) reported

@ThreeUKSupport can never give any updates on when the network issues will be fixed We are paying customers and not getting the services we pay for My monthly discount got removed because you say services improved and they haven't I got my porting code

  • Pawswere Wolfy (@Pawswere) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Done even went back to old versions of the app. It seems the issue started with version 4.8.1 onwards and i can't use version 4.8.0 anymore which i used previously because it throws an upgrade now alert. Which is how i know about this now. I know you stock Huawei phones w/o gms

  • leisha_owen Leisha Owen (@leisha_owen) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I haven’t left to area to find out tbh. This has been ongoing since Monday morning, down detector has reported issues too. Resetting phone and network settings isn’t working either.

  • Pawswere Wolfy (@Pawswere) reported

@ThreeUKSupport If I was to hazard a guess. Id say the app is trying to validate if Google play services exist. Which they don't as its Huawei. Doesn't know how to handle that and closes down
