    @ThreeUKSupport Cancelled. But it's nice that instead of getting 60ish quid back I now need to pay 50ish quid extra for services I never used. It's just not on!

    @ThreeUKSupport Even thought I have been with 3 for 15 years . And 4 contracts. I'm leaving because of poor customer service. But they should try to keep me. Considering how much the contracts are worth.

    @ThreeUKSupport The only reason for me having to listen to the small print and give all my details was because supposedly existing customers couldn't get this cheaper contract. Which sucks

    So @ThreeUKSupport when a new contract and card arrived at my post address, i called to check if i needed it if my old sim was still fine and you said to just ignore it, you didn't tell me it was a sim for a different number. Wtf?

    @ThreeUKSupport 3.2mgps when you have informed me our home-fi issues have been resolved Not true service is useless as is the product, it is not fit for purpose Now instead of enjoying cycling on Eurosport I will be wasting more time on the phone to your tech department
