@ThreeUKSupport In addition, to ensure it is not an issue with the dial out code, I have experimented dialing out and removing part of the code, this simply doesn’t connect. When I use the correct dial out code, I get the message that my account balance is to low and I need to top up.

@ThreeUK absolutely disgusting that you find it acceptable to upgrade customers onto new price plans and phones then delay the phone being delivered by nearly 3 months and offer £20 in compensation- hang your heads disgraceful customer service. Happy to keep taking our money
