@ThreeUK your network is stupid my mum has just put £10 on her phone she used to get data pack and addon together now that you have seperated the two she has put on data pak only she has lost all her text time and talk time 1 really good idea is that when something isnt broken

@ThreeUKSupport It doesn’t help. Why? The bill now just because I changed the bill date by 6 days is not £16 it’s £20.73. So you’ve charged me £4.73 for the privilege of changing the date!!! I’m using no more or no less in the contract yet you charge £4.73 for it. Another stealth money maker?

@ThreeUKSupport My sim stopped working about 5 days ago, I went to a 3 network office in Luton Mall today and I was told the sim has issue and needs replacement. I was told it could not be done before it is not a sim on contract. I don't have other means of contacting customer care than this

@ThreeUKSupport I haven't had access to data in 5 days when not on WiFi despite having unlimited data. This isn't good enough, I've spoken to live chat who didn't fix it, and I haven't heard anything regarding recompense. The standards have dropped massively in recent years
