    @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!

    I truly give up with @SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK our phone signal has been degrading for over twelve months it’s been reported just shows the extent of greed within these companies!! This is today’s results WiFi and 4g nothing no signal at all #dontwaistmoney3smarty

    @ThreeUK I have two mobile broadband routers, one in the north-west and one in South Yorkshire. Both are absolutely crap coverage. This has only happened for the last two weeks. What on earth is going on with your coverage please? You’re basically just ripping people off.
