    @ThreeUKSupport I have tried this method on several occasions but it fails to proceed to activating saying there is 'an error'. Again promised today by your 'customer service dept' that all will be sorted today.....l don't hold much hope of that after many promises 😠

    @ThreeUK WORST COMPANY TO EVER EXIST, liars & thieves. I will do everything in my power to show it. You’ve taken over £70 that shouldn’t have and cancelled my contract and won’t even refund my money. Disgusting, never again

    @ThreeUKSupport so I ordered an s20 fe which was due to come with a free galaxy watch , because 3 took an extra 2 weeks to deliver it I no longer qualify. How are you going to fix this?

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s just to a standard number. I have been able to reply using WhatsApp though as I just kept getting message failed. Sadly my postcode has continuous issues so this isn’t a surprise

    @ThreeUKSupport 23rd? Ouch! It's not just tethering that's the issue, general browsing on phones are as bad, we don't have a home internet connection so rely on the signal for internet access and tethering to household devices, but it's completely unusable for any of this at the moment

    Barely any phone signal for nearly a week and that means no mobile or Internet. @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport asked for more info but have ignored my reply. Phone helpline tech unable to retrieve my account info so can't help. Not at all pleased.

    @ThreeUKSupport Don’t know why that’s so hard to do for me plus why don’t you send out email confirmation when a customer purchases something from you it’s absolute madness haven’t even been with you two weeks and can’t wait for this contract to be up shameful

    @ThreeUK Is there a problem with the ThreeUK internet? We haven't been able to use there internet since Saturday. When we called them, all they said they were updating their network and couldn't put us through to the correct department. Why is ThreeUK Customer Service so bad?

    @ThreeUKSupport just tried resetting to 4g router gets great signal but no devices can get online but when put back on 3g everything works., any suggestions or do we need a new router?
