@ThreeUKSupport I believe I've been pointed in the right direction. Put on hold for hours on end and awaiting resolution to be met with, sorry our systems are down. Oh and let's just love the customer service rep bragging about the warm weather where he is....🙄

@ThreeUKSupport Are there any issues being reported for accessing accounts via my3. I’ve just tried my number and password and incorrect so tried to reset and get the error my3auth.text.generic.error so I can’t even reset the password. This means I can’t access my account online

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Kim. The antenna is aligned with Tower ID9190 at Cow Drove. The coverage has been great and the signal strong, even in bad weather. Nothing on my system has been changed. The 4G has been great. The only problem that I’ve noticed is that at mid month the speed drops.

@ThreeUKSupport If this goes through to the same customer service live chat there’s no point. I’ve spoken to them over 20 times and each time I hear a difference response. No one can actually help me or escalate this issue.

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, I have been a loyal customer to 3 for 3 years now. I recently upgraded to the new iPhone 12 pro on the 9th November. First, I was told that I would receive the phone 6th December, this then changed to 16th December.
