    @ThreeUKSupport getting very very frustrated,no network connection for days,I can only use WiFi calling which is terrible quality no Internet ,can't receive messages unless I'm at home as work doesn't have WiFi.. wasted half an hour with the online help ,we got as far as trying

    @ThreeUKSupport Your support people on live chat fixed it but it seems to be a known bug with your system that lots of people encounter and perhaps it would be a good idea to resolve that.

    Hey @ThreeUKSupport - I'm trying to update my address for an iPad account, but can't get into my3 because iPad so I can't reset my password, and the phone given to update details just fails with a "this service is not currently available". Who should I call?

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, it's very disappointing. Four phones and a 4G router useless half the time. More disappointing is repeated broken promises.
