    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you Jen for your kind advice. I have been in contact with O2 Customer Service by telephone, and following their investigations, it seems that my e-sim was not properly registered in the store in the first place! Lack of diligence by their store team….

    @ThreeUKSupport Any update on when 4G Internet drop out issues are going to be fixed in the South and Central Manchester area. It is a wide scale issue where I have to keep changing back to 3G.

    @stevelonie @ThreeUK Never know these days. Between VoIP systems showing any number you want, and the rise of mobile comms such as WhatsApp from business it's entirely plausable it could have been legitimate
