@ThreeUK None of your customers and appalling that such an important test you had one job to do at 3pm and you were the only network to mess it up lol

@O2 hey why didn’t I get the #EmergencyAlerts today? I know @ThreeUK had issues but heard nothing about @O2

@ThreeUK hardly surprised not to have received the emergency alert today. Every experience I’ve had with Three in the past few years has been composed of incompetence, lies, greed and garbage. Not least after having my phone stolen. I’m switching provider.

@ThreeUK None of our household got it. It is worrying. Will there be a repeat test for us to check it works in the event of a real emergency?

@RW_OD @ThreeUK So a non emergency, emergency service. I doubt this would ever be used unless theres a war (like the old air raid sirens).. The testing failed terribly though.

@ThreeUK You say a number of people didn’t get the emergency alert, did anyone on three get an alert?

@Sandford_Police I’m with @ThreeUK and none of us got an alert. Does that mean all Three customers are dead meat. I know they’re a crap company but that’s still a bit harsh

@ThreeUK Wouldn’t have worked where I stay anyway as your network only provides 3G to my home and even at that not great! My work phone however has full 4G at home (EE)! When are you either going to upgrade your network in my area or share networks to let me get 4 (or 5) G?

@ThreeUK A number of customers = virtually every @ThreeUK customer (didn't receive the emergency alert). Stop it with the PR clap trap spin and just say we messed up! 🙄
