    @ThreeUKSupport I did request it but the outsourced call centre would rather ignore it and carry on regardless. Unable to make a complaint due to the total lack of empathy for the situation any request other than billing was ignored.

    @ThreeUKSupport Texts and data aren’t working, just been on the phone for an HOUR and was told to reset my phone, reset whole phone and issue still isn’t fixed...

    Still can't login. Reset Passwords, Re registered but it says the phone is already registered. Whats happening @ThreeUKSupport ?

    @ThreeUKSupport 15 days and still nothing sorted, yet you keep saying 24-48 hours? You really don’t care about your customers do you? How do I contact the UK manager of Three or anyone that can actually help?

    Spent 2 hours on calls to the useless @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport to cancel an old broadband account. 5 calls later to India and they hang up or apparently lose signal! I just want to flipping cancel it and can’t do it online. #AbsoluteJoke

    @ThreeUKSupport As a backup, yes. I've used mine to email my boss to tell him that my wired internet connection is down. But whilst that is obviously of considerable value it's hardly heavy usage, it hasn't worn out the phone, and I don't in consequence need a replacement!
