    @ThreeUKSupport They advised me to turn off the APN which i did, they then said install new software which i have. Its a joke i have had to contscr yas 3 time and nothing has been done. Why am i paying 45 ppund a month for a service i can't use.

    @ThreeUKSupport BL1 6AE Post code really slow internet. on both my phone and 4G router. getting 0.5 to 3mb and my 4G router gets full bars as has outdoor aerial.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi thanks for the response the last time we spoke with them was 23/12/20and assured all was in hand. We then had debt collectors text us on 31/12/20 & 1/1/21. Having spoken to them today they are allegedly contacting you to sort before chasing us again! Please help!

    @ThreeUKSupport OX28 6BU. I rang your support and they asked me to clear my chrome cache, which isn't the problem. Then to reset my WiFi settings, which isn't the problem. I have a note+ 5g. I asked to upgrade to 5g which I was told was free but was then told would cost me 600 quid.

    @ThreeUKSupport flakey mobile wifi and phone lately in NN11. Hours with neither yesterday, scary as I had a medical emergency and needed help. All that seems to help is switching router off for 5 mins -- how can that make sense? Currently have a little bandwidth, can't watch TV

    @ThreeUKSupport Cr00hs I'm using a Galaxy s7. I've been outside of the local area a few times in the last fortnight and I have 4g, but once i get back to New Addington I'm down too 3g. I'm paying for a service that's not been provided nor fixed for 2 weeks, unacceptable

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s outrageous can’t get any data at all just not working! Someone has called me to say they’ve known about about a problem out in uae since before Christmas but it’s not fixed! Is this true? If so why is there no message on your website! I’ve been complaining since 27th Dec

    @ThreeUKSupport The first time we contacted to report this was in October and we have made numerous contact since. Each time being assured all in hand, fraud team sorting and would keep us updated but never have. The debt agency chased 3 times over holidays & the link you sent is closed? Thanks
