@ThreeUK hey what’s the latest on your eSim functionality? I wanna get an Apple Watch but if you don’t support it I may have to go to a different network. Please advise the current situation

@ThreeUK It’s not open, your site is down. And deleting previous tweets with negative replies is pretty poor.

@ThreeUKSupport No same old bloody story , generally the network is RUBBISH!!!! I call my partner all the time who is on 3 and it cuts out consistently on both ends ... its not the phone , its not the sim card it's the RUBBISH connection!!!!!!!!!

  • PhilipKurukgy Phil Kurukgy (@PhilipKurukgy) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. It’s not about signal but really poor 4G, speeds in 1-2mbps. Are you upgrading that mast to 5G because honestly speeds are shocking and I am regretting getting a 100GB contract when I can’t use that data

  • christopherw Chris Woods (@christopherw) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I appreciate it won't be symmetric, but 5G upload in areas of good reception without huge contention shouldn't be as low as 3 or even sub-1 megabit. I'd expect >=20-30 mbit/sec. Any slower causes noticeable throughout issues, what's the channel allocation like for 5G upload on 3?

  • TheeGrantos Grantos B (@TheeGrantos) reported

@ThreeUK Are you gonna support the watch though this is the real question?
