Vix Southgate 🦊 (@Victrix75) reportedI cannot believe how poor mobile reception is on @ThreeUK these days. 4G=1bar if not in a built-up area and when 5G 'is' found it crashes my iPhone 16pro or garbles every word. Anyone tell me what network has UK-wide coverage these days. I feel like I am back in the 1990s!
-
Hamza Butt (@hrbuttpk) reported@ThreeUK terrible service on the 5G hub - thinking of changing!
-
Hugh Campbell (@HughCampbell7) reported@ThreeUK impossible to get help on there website.
-
Tom (@zappomatic) reportedSoho is absolutely dead tonight. So why am I unable to use my @ThreeUKSupport data? I always put it down to the place being busy but clearly something is wrong.
-
Mark Chappell (@MarkChappe93649) reported@ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom

Mark and Roger (@MarkandRoger) reported@ThreeUK I have been with Three for many years but despite paying for a mobile service I can use abroad in my holiday home they have pulled this facility away with almost no notice. I understand and adhere to a fair use policy but feel I was mis-sold a product. Unfair!

Steve Harrison (@stevejh1973) reported@ThreeUK even after the merging with Vodafone my actual phone signal remains at one bar at home (E9). And, for some reason, my WiFi calling hardly works too. It is not my phone as I have always had this problem. Basically it is impossible for me to actually make calls at home!
-
CharlieIoD (@CharlieIOD) reported@ThreeUK I have taken out a broadband contract with Three. I am not a Three mobile customer, so the digital assistant doesn't understand my question. How can I get to talk to a person?
-
mia (@MiaxKempster) reported@ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!

onerealbeanie (@onerealbeanie) reported@ThreeUK I live in County Durham. CS on 333 told me that there is a long standing issue in my area that Three can't fix due to "network limitations". Why do you sell services to County Durham residents when you refuse to fix issues, take ownership and provide explanations?
