@ThreeUKSupport Hello there, can you please confirm if Three 5G Home Broadband customers are also able to use the Vodafone’s network? It doesn’t appear that my router ever tries to connect to it, and it would improve bandwidth in my area. Thanks!

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport 5 days, 5 emails, and still being told my proof of usage “hasn’t been received.” Either update your systems or stop fooling customers with this excuse. This is the worst service I’ve ever dealt with. #ThreeUK

Where in the world do you have to be to get decent reception on @ThreeUK ? Middle of the city, terrible reception. Suburbia, awful reception, countryside, forget it. How long before the Vodafone takeover happens ?

Having huge issues with @ThreeUK online ordering system today. Went to Hereford to try and sort it. Staff in the Hereford store were clueless. Been a customer for 17 years. Even basic customer care has gone to ****.
