Hi @ThreeUK why won't the adult content filter turn off when roaming. I want to look at restaurant websites which apparently are too rude and my filter should be off normally. Tried resetting but doesn't change anything.

@ThreeUKSupport Yet another Huawei 4G router reboot. Facing speeds of 2.3mbps download plus upload speeds so slow as to be unmeasurable. This situation has persisted for many days, internet unusable. All this for £20 per month.

@O2 I rang - it's sorted. In fact, I've decided, due to your new "plus" policy to stay with O2. Reasonable roaming and less terrible service than @ThreeUK means I may have 4 family members to come across too.

@ThreeUKSupport I've tried chat. 45 mins of them typing the word sorry over & over. Waste of my time. What's the point of a direct debit date if you don't keep to it!what's the point of the app if none of the info in it is accurate? Customer of 10 years and the last 8 weeks has been dire.
