@ThreeUKSupport I have received no apology, I have never had a proper reply to my concerns I have been unable to get the contract cancelled despite numerous requests. I have had no compensation just total incompetence and a refusal to take this seriously.

@ThreeUKSupport That's all I was using my phone for (to receive texts) when you cut me off under your 'fair usage' policy. On top of this you charged me £100 for the luxury of keeping my number and switching to a provider that can provide me service. I've left @Three and won't be back.

So @TalkTalk keep ringing me to find out why I’m leaving but I can’t be bothered to be on the phone for half an hour telling them I had NO internet for 3 months in March 2020 and they would do NOTHING to help and we now have to rely on @ThreeUK MyFi to stay connected 😠

@ThreeUKSupport In the summer I spoke to 3 again asking who I could escalate the complaint to as I received an email from a debt collection agency . I couldn't speak to the debt collection agency because I needed to give them the DOB on the account and I didn't have it.

@ThreeUKSupport So what you are saying is you are doing nothing, like everyone else @ThreeUK . This shouldn't need the ombudsman. The customers service, even taking COVID into account, is appalling. Hence my original tweet.
