    @ThreeUKSupport , I have already paid £140+ for a phone that I don’t have now and I’m being told to wait for @DPDgroup_news to take accountability as three state that dpd have confirmed delivery even though they haven’t and there is was issues with their tracking from day one

    @ThreeUKSupport I just want to turn off my voicemail. Why is it such a hassle?! Why can’t I do this easily? Why is there no option on your voice prompts? Why is it impossible to talk to someone? Why isn’t the option on the app support?

    @ThreeUKSupport early today we also had massive issues with our data not working it keep dropping out an wouldn’t load anything this was extremely frustrating especially as there was no way of checking why this was happening

    @ThreeUK They managed to port someone else's number over my existing contract then tell me my number I've had for 10+ years never existed. Random stranger had access to my account Inc. Bank details and DOB. Major data breach. Stay away from Three UK

    @ThreeUK For some reason my auto-renew (yes, it’s been selected) on a PAYG SIM is not working properly. Not only is it annoying having to keep setting it up, but we then also miss out on the doubling up of data. Very frustrating.

    @ThreeUK quick question...if a cutomer of over 20 years ordered an upgrade and took the day off for a delivery that never came due to a system error on your side, is it reasonable to NOT waive the fee for a charger, given a days lost wages is over 5 times that amount?

    @ThreeUKSupport Just as a overall action, what happens if a customer tops up their phone and buys an add on a few days early please? Surely theres a basic response to this question.
