woodland246 (@woodland246) reported@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.

UDI for The North 🐧 (@SunyaSutti) reportedWhy do @ThreeUK make it impossible to contact them? First they insist on a phone numb - I'm a broadband customer ffs! When I did get past that their chat **** bot could only handle returns. After repeating myself a number of times & saying "human" loads too, it hung up!

JaxRalph1992 (@JaxRalph1992) reported@ThreeUK I renewed my contract for a one year last year with you guys. Turn off a couple of months maybe realise I cannot wait to leave in September. And jump to @EE . I’ve been with 3uk since 2012 since you joined Vodafone, my signal and 5G have been terrible

Zion Lights (@ziontree) reportedCalling out @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Company keeps charging me for a cancelled service, but their staff can’t understand or resolve it. Filed a complaint via the website, which they marked as resolved - without resolving it.

Jo Smith 🌹 (@carsonsmummy) reportedJust had a call from someone supposedly representing @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport advising me that my sim will be blocked in 3 days due to network issues. Is this a load of old tosh / spam / phishing, or is it true? I hung up.

hannah dunleavy (@thatdunleavy) reported@ThreeUK What's going on with there being no service in Cambridge today? The chatbot is asking for patience, but I'm running out of it.
