    .@ThreeUK .@ThreeUKSupport Having been a customer for a number of year had an awful experience yesterday with your upgrade team. Including being lied to! Very disappointing and no new handset arriving. Seriously considering another provider.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Continuing to charge you monthly and not giving you service is unconscionable. I’ve kept my US number from Mint Mobile active while not living there for 5 years, with only yearly visits, and it still works.

    @ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three

    @ThreeUK Hi, can you let me know the progress of fixing the data around Basingstoke? 4G and 5G seem available, the the data is slow on non existent. It’s been like this for at least 5 months.
