@ThreeUKSupport is there an issue with 5g broadband/internet in Belfast BT1 area? No internet connection since yesterday.

  • kayrothery Kay Rothery (@kayrothery) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No I don’t remember the exact date but around 2 weeks ago. Haven’t spoken since and can’t really be bothered to have to go through it again. Just annoying. Would rather cancel and be refunded for what I was talked into.

  • lukeredpath Luke Redpath (@lukeredpath) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Searching back on Twitter I can see your billing system has been broken in this way for years. I found one user who triggered spending cap alerts as soon as their bill was produced as it was over their limit. Stupid.

  • MrsJay14 Kathryn 📚 (@MrsJay14) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, in the USA atm and phone constantly auto selects AT&T network which doesn't include making/ receiving calls. Keep having to manually switch to T mobile to make call/listen to VM. Any tips to stay on T mobile? I've followed all the data roaming tips on app.

@ThreeUKSupport Our phones are with other providers. No it wasn’t. I was told there is a National outage and they couldn’t do anything for us.

@ThreeUKSupport so, we join 3 and every since have had rubbish connection. Same excuse when we ring “Oh there is an outage” “Oh, we are working on the network” we still paying for a service we don’t get. We want a refund and early closure of our contract without penalty

@ThreeUK I’m having issues logging on via the app and online - not receiving the text message. I’m abroad does that cause issues?

@_FearFighter_ @ThreeUK I don’t know where to turn next to be honest. I keep Three because I can use my allowance when in Australia and the US. But the signal here in the UK is bloody awful.
