@ThreeUKSupport I had a contract that finished 2019 October 24 months phone contract! I forgot to cancel it and they kept on charging me for the device I finished paying for since 2019. They have brought a charge of 1 year and 6 months for me to pay now which I don’t use. I will not pay

Get a new phone and activate the sim card... this will take 2 hours to happen, that was at 2:30 now at 11pm and still no signal... fantastic...cheers @ThreeUK.

@ThreeUKSupport Cancelled through the app in December. Sent a bill (which I paid) and cancelled online with an advisor in January. Now I get a letter from a debt collection agency. My partner has had the same issues
