@ThreeUKSupport I tried switching to 3g tonight as I had 0.16mbps on 4g. I don't know how but it was even worse on 3g. This service is no service at all. Why when it used to be on is it now so bad. I will be in the webcam tomorrow yet again

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Had poor speed,was told by 3 that indoor 4g was poor in my area but outdoor was excellent.Bought an outside antenna,put my speed up from 0.3 to 40mbps.This lasted 1 day then fell to 20mbps.This lasted 2 days then dropped to 10mbps.This lasted a day. Now my speed is 4.4mbps. Why?!

@ThreeUKSupport I'm sure you can check that (bills) from your records if you're keen about this. I'm told "SIM problem". No network till next week when a new SIM is expected.
You can message me for my number, access the history over the past week - and send it on to your highest people. I’m exhausted of being the one trying to fix your networks failures. When you can’t tell me where my phone is, thats a problem. @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK
Attempted to upgrade. Experience so far with @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK [a thread]: Loyal customer for 4 years. Over-charged for bad upgrades by advisors. Found a better deal myself and when called out, I was given it.
