I don't usually post but my daughter has been on the phone to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for 1hr asking that they apply credit for issues with their services they admit has been faulty since Feb and be resolved until June. Yet they have been still taking full payment each month!

@ThreeUK evening. I have a 24 month contract for mobile broadband we are about 12 months in and still struggling to get speeds above 300kb and then it fluctuates down, I have to reboot. Can my contract be broken as it's virtually unusable or am I stuck with it for another year?

@ThreeUKSupport hi I have been out of the UK for 6 months and my sim isn’t working. Can someone please have a look?! I’ve been paying my bills the whole time. I need it working before landing in the UK on Monday - I will be in quarantine so will be unable to leave house for help.
